I sent e-mails to board members of Alcohol Justice and got no response. Leonard Buschel founded Writers In Treatment and appears to be a Brother in Recovery. Bruce Lee knew I was in conflict with Special Executor, Sydney Morris, a law partner of Robert Brevoort Buck, who helped set up the Buck Foundation, and did legal work for Wells Fargo. I sent letters to Morris and Judge Richard Silver, begging them not to sell my family sobriety to outsiders because my family will need OUR RECOVERY PROGRAM for generations to come – if not forever! How many of these minority authors understand that the Buck Search For A Longer Life does not apply to them, because only the very rich will be able to afford the treatment. How does Monic Cole feel about this Vortex of White Privilege? The President visited that prosperous black city that was attacked and wiped out by white racists. Bruce Lee had to know this was a major point of all writers in recovery. Why didn’t Mr. Lee refer me to Leonard Buschel and other sober writers – so I can contribute MY STORY – that will include a world famous woman artist who drowned on her first sober birthday, and, our kinship with Liz Taylor and Carrie Fisher. My mother told me THEY are trying to get Carrie to author a book about Christine Rosamond Benton, and, there was talk of a movie. Mark Presco told me proceeds from the book and movie – would not be going to our nieces – the named Heirs. After reading Phil Stimic’s letter to the court – I had every reason to be alarmed. Why didn’t Morris ask Robert Buck if he knew some SOBER AUTHORS IN RECOVERY who are wanting to do a Twelfth Step by brining a message of hope to those who suffer from the disease of alcoholism?
These ‘Writers In Treatment’ are MY PEERS! I could have used their support. How I remained sober since my sister died under mysterious and conflicting accounts – IS A MIRACLE WORTH A BOOK! The Buck Foundation Trust was created by Beryl Hamilton Buck after the death in 1953 of her husband, pathologist Leonard W. Buck. Leonard’s father, Frank Buck, was one of the founders of Belridge Oil.[8] When Beryl Buck died in 1975, the bulk of the estate became part of the San Francisco Foundation, about $7.6 million dedicated to “charitable purposes in Marin County” including, “extending help to the problems of aging.” The Belridge Oil stock in the trust was bought in 1979 by Shell Oil for $253 million, increasing the trust’s value substantially.[8][9]
Attempts by the San Francisco Foundation to use the cy pres doctrine to spend outside of Marin County resulted in litigation which the SF Foundation lost.[8][10] As part of a 1986 court settlement, the Marin Community Foundation was established to administer the trust, valued in 2013 at approximately $1 billion.[11] The settlement required that 80% of the trust’s annual earnings be distributed to causes specific to Marin County. The remaining 20% is to be distributed among three Marin County organizations:[2]

In 2016, the institute began talks with the Gladstone Institutes, a San Francisco-based foundation, regarding a possible research alliance or merger. That discussion ended in October 2016.[13]

I got the next Getty Movie right here in my hand! My famous sister drowned on her first sober birthday. Lawrence Chazen tried to become Executor after Garth was dismissed. Both me knew about Christine’s autobiography, that was disappeared. Sydney Morris helped get rid of it!
Here is an amazing account of the fight Gordon Getty had over his family legacy. I am sure Garth and Christine Rosamond Benton had inside information. I believe assets were hidden from the IRS. I suspect monies were covertly invested in California real-estate. Chazen was a partner in the first Rosamond gallery. They suspected I had become a close confident of my late sister again. This is why they posthumously destroyed both of us. Look at all the Oil Company lawyers! Did Robert Brevoort Buck know what was going on?
My father described his private lender as the “Right-hand man of Gordon Getty”. Garth Benton was described as a “friend of Chazen and Gordon Getty”. In the book, ‘The Taking of Getty Oil’ by Steve Coll, Laurence Chazen is described as a “friend and financial advisor in San Francisco”. Here he is at the reopening of the Rosamond Gallery, an event I was not invited to. Chazen is a partners in PlumbJack, and was my father’s private lender. My uncle, James Bigelow, owned the famous Sam’s Anchor Cafe in Tiberon. After sailing in the regattas, or just being seen in your yacht, folks of means would dock their boats in the cove below the huge wooden deck that took landlovers on a tour of the bay for the price of meal and cocktail. Here, Herb Caen wrote his column for it is said you will run into everyone who is somebody at Sams.
When I was fourteen my brother and I helped our uncle remodel the kitchen of his other famous restaurant in Berkeley, Crustaceans. Jim was a restauranteurs par excellent. When we went to the Bigelows for Christmas dinner we got a glimpse of how the other side lived. There were televisions and golf bags under the tree.
Bonnie Bigelow was my favorite aunt. She had Mark and I stay in her home in San Mateo where we played with our cousin, Michael Bigelow. Like her three sister, Bonnie was beautiful, smart, and had a great sense of humor that was inherited from her father.
One Christmas Eve, while at the table, Jim began to brag on his good friend whose painting he had on his wall. Being an artist, I studied it thoroughly, and concluded it was not – real art! It was all I could do to keep my real opinions to myself when my uncle asked me what I thought of this fake art, he figuring I was not a real artist at the age of fifteen. Besides, Jim was just showing off his new friends that had taken San Francisco’s art scene by storm. We’re talking about the Keane’s who came to sup at the same table you see above where seated is the world famous artist known as Rosamond – when she was fourteen!
Christine’s insecurity as a female was at it’s peak. She was a nervous wreck in search of her identity. How could she compete with the four Rosamond Nereids? She had her father’s genes to contend with.

What is truly uncanny, is, there was a trial involving the Keane’s. The Judge asked Walter to paint one of his big-eyed waifs in court so as to dispel the claim from his wife that she was the real artist in the family, and she rendered all those – creatures!
Consider the expose that reveals Sara Moon was an old man! If you rearrange the name SARA MOON, you get ROSAMONA. Mona means “moon”.
Christine was going through her Chinese period, she dressed in an oriental jacket. Early Rosamond women were compared to Keane, they were – Keanish. Only I noted that mannequins in fancy store windows began to own ‘The Rosamond Look’. Eyes were bigger, and they looked out into the street, beyond the plate glass windows they were captured behind. It was, haunting. Christine Rosamond Benton found a way – to be noticed! All four Rosamond sisters took an interest, saw my beautiful sister for the first time.

“One of the fun things about operating Sam’s is that eventually everybody comes here,” Sears said.
Launched in 1920 as a watering hole for railroad workers, original owner and namesake Sam Vella bypassed Prohibition until its 1933 repeal by smuggling whiskey through trap doors under the building.
Vella ran the restaurant and bar for 40 years. He sold the property and business to Tiburon resident Eugene Wheary, who sold the business a year later, in 1961, to James Bigelow of Character Restaurants.
Bigelow ran the restaurant until Sears and Wilson, along with a group of limited partners, purchased the business in 1978. The Wheary family owns the property. Sears and Wilson met in the mid-70s managing the Refectory Steakhouse in Bon Air Center in Greenbrae.
Current ownership continues the flamboyant Vella’s traditional garb of brightly colored Hawaiian shirts.
“That’s part of the deal, the Hawaiian shirt,” Sears said. “It’s part of the fun of it.”
Memories of Bootlegging in Tiburon
The watchword of the prohibition era (1920-1933) for those who saw bootlegging as a career opportunity was, “Don’t get caught with the goods.” Sam Vella of Tiburon never got caught. Remembered today as a little (five foot three) guy who originated Sam’s Anchor Café on Main Street, he was also one of the most successful bootleggers in northern California. Sam began by pitching a tent on the Tiburon waterfront and selling drinks off a board balanced between saw horses. From this humble beginning he became, by today’s standards, a “multi-millionaire,” according to Chris Morrison, a local historian who got much of his knowledge of Main Street from Vella’s widow, Louis Soldevini, Frank Buscher and Milt McDonough. Beside the restaurant, Vella owned two other buildings on the waterside of Main Street plus the bank building and 13 houses in Tiburon and Belvedere. He stashed forbidden booze in many of these places. Sam’s was one of two cafes on Main Street. The other was H & H Cafe owned by a well liked African-American

The Volstead Act which created prohibition was passed by Congress and ratified as the 18th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution in 1919 and took effect in 1920. It banned the manufacture, sale and transportation of intoxicating liquors within the US and the importing or exporting of such beverages. Thirteen years later the 21st Amendment repealed prohibition. Sam’s Anchor Cafe today today couple, Allen and Hazel Hunt. Morrison relates Sam had a Garwood race boat he’d take out to the Farallon Islands and meet ships from Vancouver, Canada bringing in whiskey and then speed back to the mainland. The boat was swift enough to outrun the law and to buck the water in Hells Gate (the swift current that ran under the old drawbridge). Sam would quickly hide the booze away in a special place inside the house that Morrison now occupies on Ark row, or if he returned by the bay he had a hole underneath one of his properties big enough to pass a case of whiskey. This hiding place was underneath his garage, to the left of Sweden House. Inside he kept a German shepherd to guard the trap door in the floor which led to a “swimming pool” about 20 feet by 30 feet and seven feet deep cement foundation, Morrison said.

Jim Bigalow owned ‘Sam’s Anchor Cafe’ in Tiberon located in Marine County, thus my DNA is entrenched in Beryl Buck’s Blessed County, where no worthy poor person can be found in order to receive a smiggen of the $1,700,000,000 billion dollars of the Trust that Robert Brevoort established. Sydney Morris of the law firm of Heisinger, Morris, Rose, and Buck said in a legal document he did not object to a biography and movie being made by Stacey Pierrot in the hope there would be a renewed interest in the general public purchasing Rosamond prints that my two nieces, and my daughter own. Today, you can’t give these images away. No one wants them. What I suggest, is, there exist a Breach of Verbal Contract because this movie should have been made. It is never too late!
The motive Morris owned, via his odd creative permission, was to discourage me from publishing my autobiography, or, raising monies to make my movie! In writing an artists biography it is common to mention other artists that are germain to the artistic identity of the protagonist, such as Margaret and Walter Keane, who Tom Snyder missed. ‘Big Eyes’ was the most important movie made about an artist – in many years! It was a success! This success should have been exploited by members of my family who own Rosamond prints. The probate was having trouble getting underway, because Jacci and Vicki Presco, refused to serve as named Executors. Can Bob Buck tell Rosamond’s fans how uncommon this is? Non-Artist, Vicki, came to own a shit-load of Rosamond’s – before she dropped out as No.1 Executor, and nominated Ex-Husband, Garth Benton to be Special Executor, as did Sharp Business Woman, Sassy Jacci. Are those movie lights on the horizon? Or, is that Artist Garth coming back into the Rosamond Gallery, he cast in an angelic light, now, in order to make it all work for Jacci&Friends?

The Art Gods have brought us together, to hash it out, because they see much damage being done to The Art World – in the future! There will be a classic swinging lightbulb in this closet that sways back and forth, reminiscent of ‘The Picture of Dorian Grey’. This movie, and other movies about artists will be broadcast on the closet wall. The Closet of Art Despair will be located on the grounds of the Buck Institute Against All Aging – And The Idea of Eternal Life After Death! Where else!

The only thing that could stop my wrathful pen, was…………The Ghost of Rosamond! For it was now clear I was her Mentor, and she, was my Little Yellow Bird….. I had captured in a gilded cage.”
Bob’s partner, Sydney Morris, entered his law firm in the Movie Making Business in order to pay off the creditors and give my Genetic Material some cold hard cash. ‘The Caretaker’ was sold all the Bragging Rights – for starters! Stacey Pierrot hired the obscure ghost writer, Tom Snyder, to author HER tell-all book, that lines up one Rosamond Business Handler after another, and rags on her ass. While her ashes still float out to sea, Art Attorney, Daniel I. Simon tells the world how difficult it was to get Christine to produce more women with BIG EYES, and meet her financial obligations. Instead, she turns on all ‘Her Caretakers’ in a savage manner.
I refrain from ragging on my sister, unless I have something redeeming to say. With my last post, I have met my obligation – and fulfilled my own expectations! Here are Rosamond’s last words to me, uttered in 1991.

The screenwriter and producers of ‘Big Eyes’ go it right. You put the WOMAN ARTIST on a pedestal, and butcher everyone around her. But, THEY just couldn’t do it. Just couldn’t make themselves LOOK BAD – for the money! Instead, they disappear Rosamond’s autobiography, and put shiny armor on THE EX as he stomps Christine into the ground!
Walt Disney turned over in his grave! This is not the formula for a successful and magical movie about Rosamond ‘The Lover of Big Eyed Unicorns’ and her Dark Brother – which can not be Dark Mark! What I am saying, is, When You Close Your Big Eyes – Bitch, is PROOF the business folks and attorneys, were, and are – INEPT!

As fate would have it, she is the richest woman in the world. She’s got 47 billion dollars. We share the same interests. If we could ever be united in our cause, we would be way more than best friends and lovers! We would be Fantastic Fellow Fanatics who are absorbed in the study of the Bible and Genealogies. She would gladly get on board my ROSAMOND STUDY, and even bankroll my Atlantis in Larkspur Dream. but, she would fall victim to the Ancient Curse of the Greek Gods……….

I talked to my friend Chris in New York last night. She said it is too bad I can not earn money as a genealogist – like Dan Brown? She told me she had physically fought off another woman at the art gallery, who tried to hug her man, Stefan Eins. I am doing their portrait, and want to write a book about their relationship, that is similar to the Keane’s. I suggested Chris come out of the closet, and become an artist herself, so she can have Art Power of her own! She and my sister had the same lover.
Stefan suggest ETs (with big eyes) leave messages in sidewalk cracks. I am going to research how many sidewalks are in Margaret Keane’s work. Did she have a close encounter?

CLA has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Sacramento, and the organization serves more than 11,000 artists annually.[3] CLA has nearly 1,800 paid members, including artists and arts organizations of all disciplines and cultural backgrounds, attorneys, accountants, and teachers.
I am proposing the Buck Foundation include a Institute that studies, and combats Oil Injustice. Our addiction to oil – is out of control! The power that Oil Attorneys have – is a GIANT that treads on ‘The Poor of the World’. This GIANT is coming to own ‘The Art of the World’. When you see what Getty friend and partner, Lawrence Chazen did to my neice, the adult heir of her famous artistic mother, then there is no doubt Big Oil is extremely abusive, and will destroy anyone that gets in their way.
Bruce Lee Linvingston told me their lawsuit against Bar Hours, was thwarted because of Gavin Newson a partner of Chazen in PlumpJack, that Alcohol Justice attempted to thwart, decrease their influence and hold over the little people who suffer. I suggest AJ look to opeud addiction in the Getty family, to launch a crusade against heroin use.

Big oil companies are devastating communities across the world. Their operations have forced people from their land, polluted the environment, and led to widespread human rights violations. This has certainly been the case with BP and other oil companies who started operating in the Casanare region of Colombia in the early 1990’s. There is evidence of kidnapping, torture, murder and disappearances. According to the Colombia Human Rights Data Analysis Group, an estimated 9,000 people were murdered and 3,000 have disappeared in Casanare over the past two decades. One of those kidnapped was Gilberto Torres, who is bringing a case for compensation against BP and other oil companies in the High Court in London with the help of law firm Deighton Pierce Glynn (DPG) in the UK and Francisco Ramirez Cuellar in Colombia.
The aim of the Oil Justice Project – a collaboration between War on Want, Deighton Pierce Glynn and the Colombian NGO COSPACC – is to tell the stories of the victims of ‘Big Oil’ and where corporate crimes have been committed to hold these companies to account. To highlight the human rights abuses in Colombia, the Oil Justice Project is welcoming Gilberto Torres on a UK-wide speaker tour from 11 – 23 October 2015. Gilberto Torres is a former trade unionist with Union Sindical Obrera, representing workers in the oil industry. He was abducted and tortured by paramilitaries in 1992 and now lives in exile. Gilberto believes his abduction was ordered and assisted by Ocensa, a joint venture pipeline company part-owned and operated by BP.
The unexpected resignation of Noble Corp.’s (NE) chief executive Thursday night has sent the company’s shares soaring and jump-started speculation that the offshore driller is considering a merger with a rival.
CEO Mark Jackson’s departure was announced in a short statement by the company, offering no details as to why he was leaving after less than a year on the job. Lawrence Chazen, a Noble board member, told Dow Jones Newswires the CEO was resigning for “personal reasons” unrelated to a potential takeover, adding that the move came as a surprise. The company’s stock rose 3.1% to $50.98 in trading Friday morning, far outstripping its peers and indicating that the market was not convinced that “personal reasons” were the only force at work.
“We don’t buy it – we don’t think Mark would just bolt from (a) sweet CEO job on short notice,” Dan Pickering of Tudor Pickering Energy wrote in a note to clients.
Without a concrete explanation for the resignation, traders and analysts settled on Jackson’s longtime aversion to a merger or takeover involving Noble and another driller. Two of Noble’s U.S. rivals agreed to merge in July, and earlier this week, offshore driller shares rose on talk of a three-way deal involving Noble and Norwegian drillers Seadrill (SDRL.OS) and Awilco ASA (AWO.OS).
Artist Garth Benton says that if Gordon and Ann Getty didn’t want his mural in their mansion any more, it would have been easy to detach it from the wall.
Instead, he said, they painted over the $500,000 mural, violating a rarely used California law barring the destruction of fine art.
Mr. Benton responded by filing a lawsuit in San Francisco Superior Court. A Getty family spokesman said experts are working to restore the painting.
The world renowned artist wants damages for the ruined painting, plus his lawyers’ fees paid. Mr. Benton also wants punitive damages, which by state law would go to a California charitable or educational activity involving fine arts.
Getty family spokesman Larry Kamer confirmed that Mr. Benton’s mural had been painted over with “some other kind of paint,” not by a commissioned artist.
“Because Mrs. Getty has dedicated much of her life to the restoration and preservation of fine art, she is now working with experts to remove the paint from the mural and restore it to its original condition,” Mr. Kamer said.
The couple could not be reached for comment. Mr. Getty is the son of J. Paul Getty, who was one of the richest men in the world a generation ago.
Gordon Getty and his wife are fixtures in San Francisco high society; he splits his time between being a composer and a philanthropist.
“This case arises out of famed art collectors Ann Getty and Gordon Getty’s . . . intentional destruction of works of fine art, created by the well-known mural artist, Garth Benton,” states the lawsuit, which was filed last week.
The garden-style mural, which is three metres tall and 12 metres wide, was installed in the Gettys’ mansion in 1986. Mr. Benton, who lives in Alabama, said the mural was completed, then attached to the wall of the mansion.

Mr. Benton says he called the Gettys in March, hoping to get a photograph of the work for listing in a new catalogue.
The lawsuit states: “Within the following week, Benton was advised by an assistant to the Gettys that the work had been painted over.”

“Elizabeth’s problems in 1960 were basically the same as they were in 1990,” said her husband, Eddie Fisher. “She had become addicted to every pill on the market – pills to help her sleep, pills to keep her awake, pills to dull her pain, pills and more pills.”
Fisher had troubles of his own. According to actress Shelley Winters, who stayed at the Dorchester during her appearance in the London production of Lolita, Eddie spent hours drinking heavily at the hotel bar. “He was in a very depressed and despairing mood,” she wrote. “He looked as if he was evaluating what he had done to his career and his life by divorcing … Debbie Reynolds.”
In March 1960 the Fishers returned to the West Coast, taking up residence at the Beverly Hills Hotel. In her descriptive history of the hotel, The Pink Palace, author Sandra Lee Stuart recounts how each day the hotel maids in charge of the Fisher-Taylor bungalow found “a trail of clothes .. starting at the front door, going through the living room and into the bedroom.”
The bathroom contained “all of Taylor’s numerous makeup bottles, wands and brushes” scattered about “as if a cyclone had hit a Bloomingdale’s cosmetics counter.”Sometimes there would be smudges of lipstick on the ceiling, although nobody could figure out how they got there. The dining-room table was covered with dozens of “half-empty bottles of liquor, jars of vitamin pills, and diamond bracelets, earrings and rings, all of which Liz had flung higgledy-piggledy.”
In February 1961, Eddie and Liz took the Orient Express from Paris to Munich to attend the annual winter carnival. Two days into their stay, they argued. “I was tired and needed some rest,” Fisher said. “Elizabeth wanted to go to a nightclub. I told her I’d had enough, ‘I’m going to leave in the morning,’ I yelled.
“‘You’re leaving in the morning,’ she echoed. ‘Well, I’m leaving now.’ Impulsively, she grabbed a bottle of Seconal, opened it, and began pouring the tablets down her throat. I tried to wrestle the bottle away from her. She ran into the bathroom, where she stumbled and fell. A physician had to be hastily summoned and paid off to revive her in the privacy of our hotel room, thereby avoiding the embarrassment of facing an inquisitive hospital staff and possibly the press.”
But Elizabeth’s health continued to deteriorate. On returning to London, she came down with the Asiatic flu, and Eddie Fisher added a full-time nurse to the already overcrowded Taylor entourage. “Following the Munich incident, I understood that Elizabeth was capable of almost anything,” he explained.
A few minutes after midnight on March 4, 1961, the newly hired nurse discovered that her charge was gasping for breath. She picked up the hotel telephone and asked the operator at the Dorchester front desk for a doctor.
Semiconscious when she reached the hospital, Elizabeth Taylor (with Eddie Fisher in tears) was wheeled into the operating room. A team of surgeons performed a tracheotomy, a relatively elementary procedure which entails making an opening in the windpipe. A tube is then inserted through the incision and connected to an electronic breathing device which pumps premeasured amounts of air into the lungs. According to the hospital’s medical experts, the 29-year-old actress was suffering from staphylococcus pneumonia, with severe lung congestion. Per Eddie Fisher’s assessment, Liz’s respiratory collapse resulted from her overuse of sedatives, including Seconal, and a heavy intake of alcohol.
For the next three days, the world press made much of Taylor’s sinking health, leading readers to the inevitable conclusion that the actress had little chance of survival.
Samuel Leve, a stage designer who at one time worked with her former husband, Mike Todd, summarized Taylor’s 1961 attack of pneumonia as “little more than publicity-mongering. She may have been ill, but she wasn’t dying.”
Truman Capote entertained a similarly dubious view of the severity of Elizabeth’s ailment. Residing at the Dorchester Hotel during the same period as Fisher and Taylor, he had been one of the first to visit her at the clinic. “It was a major media event,” Capote began. “The streets around the hospital were clogged not only with newspaper reporters and television crews but with thousands of tourists and fans waiting and praying for Elizabeth’s recovery. I had the impression she must be desperately ill. But when I saw her, I realized she wasn’t quite as sickly as she might have wanted people to believe.
“She seemed pale and a trifle thin, but she looked wonderful and gave me a big hello. ‘I’m so glad you came,’ she gurgled. She was alone, no Eddie Fisher in sight. She had just had her tracheotomy, but they’d removed the breathing tube. She had what looked like a silver dollar in her throat, some circular metal device. It was simply stuck in there. I couldn’t figure out what held it in place, and it surprised me she wasn’t bleeding or oozing.
“I had brought her a few books to read and a magnum of Dom Perignon, which she wasn’t supposed to have; we split the champagne and hid the empty bottle under the hospital bed. I repeated the exercise on my next visit.
“A few days later, I went out to dinner with Eddie Fisher. The following morning, Elizabeth said to me, ‘You won’t believe it, darling, but my husband thought you were making a pass at him!’ At that moment she played a trick on me and yanked the plug out of her throat, spurting champagne all over the room. I thought I was going to pass out. I probably turned a few shades of green as I burrowed into my coat.”
When Liz married Richard Burton her problems intensified.
Burton found solace in the bottle. For the 10 years of their marriage, he drank practically nonstop. Actress Sue Lyons observed that “Burton imbibed so much at night, by the next morning the alcohol literally oozed out of his pores. He gave off a terrible odor; playing a scene opposite him could be most unpleasant.”
Ramon Castro, former bartender at the Oceana Hotel, corroborated a number of the stories that circulated in Puerto Vallarta (a favorite Burton/Taylor haunt) regarding Elizabeth’s alcoholism.
“She would come in almost every day at 10 in the morning and order a vodka collins or vodka martini. She would then switch to tequila. She appeared to have a hollow leg; she spent hours drinking at the bar but apparently experienced no discernible side effects. Burton would stumble in by midafternoon and order tumbler upon tumbler of straight scotch. Occasionally, he had an amigo in tow, and the two would compete in a scotch-swigging contest. The first man to hit the floor was declared the loser and footed the bill.
When Taylor and Burton called it quits, Elizabeth refrained from making statements to the press and instead saved her choice comments on Richard Burton for the confidence of close friends. The main reason she had left him, she admitted, was his alcoholism. Among other limitations, Burton’s drinking had rendered him temporarily impotent.
On the other hand, Taylor seemed to be indulging herself not just with alcohol but with recreational drugs. According to James Spada, a biographer of Peter Lawford’s, Elizabeth saw a good deal of Lawford, who would turn her on with marijuana, a charge reiterated by Peter’s widow, Patricia Seaton.
In his Lawford biography, Spada relates an episode he had heard about from Dominick Dunne. Dunne, who had recently returned to Hollywood after producing Ash Wednesday, accompanied Taylor – and others – on an afternoon’s frolic to Disneyland. Also in the group were Dunne’s daughter, Dominique; Elizabeth’s daughters, Liza and Maria; Peter Lawford; Christopher, Peter’s son, George Cukor; and Roddy McDowall.
“This huge helicopter picked us all up at the top of Coldwater Canyon and Mulholland Drive and took us to Disneyland,” reported Dunne. “It was the first helicopter allowed to land inside Disneyland.”A huge crowd gathered around the group for a gander at Taylor. To escape the mob, Elizabeth and her coterie took the Pirates of the Caribbean ride “through the buccaneers’ nighttime world.”
Dunne recalled what happened once their boat disappeared into the darkness: “Elizabeth had a bottle of Jack Daniels, and Peter had something, and everybody got the bottles going. Then a bit of coke was going around, and you’d hear sniffing. Everybody was … screaming with laughter. It was one of the maddest moments I ever saw in my life.”

Zak Taylor had been doing Elizabeth’s wigs for the run of Private Lives in Los Angeles. Before and after the play closed, he had dinner frequently at her house with Rock Hudson and Carol Burnett. The foursome played Scrabble and other word games and laughed so hard that Zak “had to leave the table four times, crying.”He and his friends also would raid Elizabeth’s fur closet: “It’s about 10, 12 feet. All furs. All the boys used to play dress-up, put on the furs and walk around in them. I used to wear her diamond rings a lot.
“She couldn’t smoke grass. She makes the best marijuana brownies. The best.”
But dinner was not usually served until 11 p.m. because of Elizabeth’s drinking. Zak said she once decided to stop drinking “by not having a drink until 6 p.m. She would pass out after dinner and wake up at 3 a.m., stoned. No wonder she got fat.”Zak would put her to bed and stay over to do her hair in the morning and “get her dressed right.”
“I’ve always told her her biggest problem is people ‘yes’ her to death. Because she’s Elizabeth Taylor. That’s probably how she got into the terrible problem with the drugs and the drinking. If you’re just sitting around with Elizabeth, she says, ‘You know what? I’ve got to tell you. Pass me my tummy pills. Would you make me a Jack Daniels? With nine cubes of ice.’ That was very good. ‘With at least nine cubes of ice.’ Five minutes later: ‘You know, I’ve got a headache. I need a headache pill.’ Well, who’s gonna say no?” Zak Taylor said he had seen one of Elizabeth’s doctors “handing her coke.”
“She was living in a world without day or night. What does a woman like that do, especially if you’re not working? How often do films come up? In between, what’s a person supposed to do with her life?
“There were scary nights at her house when we thought she was dying, where she’d slip into these states from all the drugs. It would be like hyperventilating. The drugs would stop her breathing. We’d have to call the doctor.
At least one of Elizabeth’s longtime doctors, Dr. Rex Kennamer, who was also Rock Hudson’s physician, apparently refused to continue treating her. Kennamer told the present author that he had “never hesitated” to warn her about addictive medications. “Nobody questions that she has a terrible back. You compound that with the fact that obviously she’s an addictive personality … I think there are times doctors just have to say, ‘I have to walk away.”‘ In December 1983, Elizabeth Taylor finally collapsed, emotionally and physically. After family and friends visited her in the hospital and pleaded with her, she entered the Betty Ford Clinic at Rancho Mirage, Calif., to recover from drug and alcohol abuse.

Noble Corporation Board Approves Proposed Change in Place of Incorporation
SUGAR LAND, Texas, Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Noble Corporation(NYSE: NE) announced today its Board of Directors has approved changing the place of incorporation of the publicly traded parent of the Noble group of companies from the Cayman Islands to Switzerland. The Company’s shareholders will be asked to vote to approve the proposed change at a shareholders’ meeting, which Noble expects will be called in the near future.
If approved by shareholders, Noble expects the change of the place of incorporation to be effective as soon as practicable following review and approval by the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, which could occur in early 2009. The reincorporation would be achieved by merging Noble Corporation, the current Cayman Islands parent company, with a newly formed Cayman Islands subsidiary of the new Swiss parent company.
Noble Corporation’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, David W. Williamssaid, “After careful consideration, our Board of Directors has concluded that a change of place of incorporation to Switzerland is in the best interests of Noble’s shareholders and customers. Switzerland’s stable commercial and financial environment and its well-established tax regime will help us to maintain our competitive position in the global marketplace.”
Upon completion of the transaction, the Noble parent company will continue to be subject to U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting requirements, and its shares will be listed exclusively on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NE”, the Company’s current trading symbol.
“At this point, we are continuing to evaluate whether relocating our corporate headquarters to Switzerland would be in Noble’s best interest and the best interests of our shareholders,” added Williams. “If we conclude that relocation is appropriate, we could begin to move personnel at any time, either before or after we conclude the transaction.”
Full details of the transactions, and the associated benefits and risks, will be provided in the Company’s proxy statement with respect to the shareholders’ meeting.

Saturday’s events also brought low the career of one of Switzerland’s most prominent business executives. Mr. Grübel, a former Credit Suisse Group chief executive, came out of retirement in February 2009 to help turn around UBS in the wake of the credit losses it suffered during the financial crisis. At UBS, Mr. Grübel sought to win back client confidence for a bank that was among the hardest hit by the financial crisis. He also had to cope with a bruising battle with U.S. authorities over allegations that UBS bankers helped Americans avoid taxes. UBS admitted wrongdoing as part of a sweeping settlement.
Mr. Grübel, 67, had been expected to unveil a major restructuring of UBS’s investment bank at a meeting with investors on Nov. 17. He has for some time been expected to move toward retirement, but he consistently said he intended to see his restructuring plan through to completion and wanted to leave UBS on a steady course. Few thought he would remain beyond the end of his reorganization plan, which was slated to end around 2013. All of those plans were thrown in disarray 10 days ago when UBS disclosed that a London-based equity trader at its investment bank generated $2.3 billion in losses this summer through what it called unauthorized trades. People familiar with the situation say 31-year-old Kweku Adoboli is that trader. U.K. authorities have charged Mr. Adoboli with fraud and false accounting, alleging that his crimes dated back to 2008; UBS has said the unauthorized trades occurred over the last several months. In court on Thursday, Mr. Adoboli’s lawyer, Patrick Gibbs, said his client was “sorry beyond words.” He added that Mr. Adoboli had gone to UBS “and told them what he had done, and stands now appalled at the scale of the consequences of his disastrous miscalculations.” Mr. Gibbs didn’t request that his client be released on bail, so Mr. Adoboli remains in custody. The next hearing is scheduled for Oct. 20. Global leaders struggle to calm recession fears By GABRIELE STEINHAUSER, Associated Press – 2 hours ago WASHINGTON (AP) — The world’s major economic powers are pledging to launch a bold effort to deal with a chronic slowdown in growth and a European debt crisis threatening to push the global economy into another recession. But it was unclear whether their strong words would be backed up by equally strong actions. The statement by the Group of 20 major economies was issued late Thursday and pledged that the countries, which represent 85 percent of the global economy, would do what was necessary to restore financial stability and clam financial markets which had plunged on Thursday over renewed fears of a global downturn. The finance officials of traditional economic powers such as the United States, Japan and Germany and major emerging nations such as China, Brazil and India were seeking to demonstrate strong resolve in the hope that it will calm jitters that had sent financial markets down sharply. The United States was represented in the discussions by Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. “We are taking strong actions to maintain financial stability, restore confidence and support growth,” the G-20 joint statement said. “We commit to take all actions to preserve the stability of banking systems and financial markets as required.” The G-20 group had not been scheduled to issue a statement after their working dinner but the turmoil on Thursday in global markets resulted in a change in plans. The group issued a one-page document that they hoped would demonstrate sufficient resolve. The statement did little to reassure anxious investors. European markets showed modest losses on Friday while Wall Street was set to open slightly higher. In Asia, traders continued to dump stocks amid growing fears of a new global recession. French Finance Minister Francoise Baroin told reporters the statement represented a “strong global” response to what he called a “very serious situation.” The statement was issued in advance of the start Friday of the annual meetings of the 187-nation International Monetary Fund and its sister lending organization, the World Bank. The discussions, which will wrap up on Saturday, have been dominated by the European debt crisis. I already told her we had a falling out. I asked why she insisted on meeting her. She then told me she had a epiphany on LSD where she was elected to bring a new message of women’s liberation. She went into some details. She said she had arguments with the founders of the Whole Earth Access, and other famous Berkeley males and acid-heads, where she gave reasons why women are superior than men. She came from Chicago where she had bonded with a Black Panther who she had a son by. She majored in philosophy. I deduced she was on a female messiah-trip. I told her she was not offering anything new.
I threw Patrice out of my home when she said she was considering going back to her psychotic husband who had sever time in San Quinton for impersonating Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead. I have no sympathy for this miscarriage. I have no right to feel anything, no joy, no despair. I was rendered a sub-human. I was – The Mark!
In the North Bay Woman’s magazine I read an account where a woman was accosted in a elevator by Tiny Tim. He grabbed her and shoved his tongue in her mouth. Imagine if you are a woman who pays her rent and the check bounces. She learns from a Oakland cop she has slept with a Con Man Convict. She is bid to give details. The Rosamond-like image of the raped woman would have made a better cover for Rosamond’s outrageous biography.
When I post this, I will contact the publisher of Woman’s magazine and have her look at this post. I am a member of Alcohol Justice that went after PlumpJack Winery that is owned by the Getty, Newsome, Pelosi, and Chazen families. My daughter and I are kin to the Gettys via Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, who struggled with alcoholism. She had partied on many yachts. Liz is the quintennial California Woman Goddess. Dear Dianne;
You have published an article about my grandchild that was miscarried. I was not one of the ones who was informed Heather was – with child. We had a falling out, because Heather was acting like a drunken slut. She had my grandson by a man who refused to marry her, and, was supposed to marry a man who abused me. He could not conceive a child. Neither could my dear friend, Virginia Hambley, who five years ago got down on her knee and proposed marriage. She is of French origin. Her family own castles and wineries in France. North Bay Woman appears to celebrate the wine country that is again threatened by wind and fire.
In reading your magazine, I noticed many articles and images of women drinking wine. At least one article encourages women to reward themselves, by drinking alone. This is not a good idea. Also, you do not mention the man who got my daughter pregnant – twice. He and I may never meet. Is this my loss? He may never ask for my daughter’s hand in marriage, because he is being vicariously praised for his good deeds by a hundred empowered women.
Virginia’s ancestor wrote a illustrated book, titled ‘The Knight of the Tower. It is about a knight who is concerned about his three daughters remaining chaste. My daughter is California Royalty. She is kin to Liz Taylor and the Getty family. Fifty years ago most of Western Civilization would be shocked to know a woman’s magazine is honoring a woman who got pregnant out of wedlock. Do you have a clue – why?
My daughters attempt to render me abnormal, and severely mentally ill on her woman’s empowerment page, is a new low in western culture, that does involve much consumption of wine. But, by the right people!
Heather Hanson is California Royalty. My uncles owned Sam’s Anchor Café where Herb Caen wrote his column. The Bigalows were good friends of the Keene family. My sister was the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton. Her husband, Garth Benton, was a third cousin of the famous artist, Thomas Hart Benton, thus Jessie Benton and John Fremont are our kin. Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, and all the famous people in our family tree – including the Getty family, are Heather’s kin. This incudes Ian Fleming.
Heather rejects all this family history, because he mother is conducting an LSD experiment on our child she did not tell me I had conceived. Only when there was a call to be in Christine’s bio, did she emerge out of hiding. Patrice Hanson has been trying to attached her claim that she is a female messiah. This dovetails nicely with the movie ‘The Second Coming of Suzanne’ made on Mount Tam by my high school friend, Michael Barry.
I married Mary Ann Tharaldsen, who lived with Thomas Pynchon. She went to Cornell with Richard Farina, and was a good friend of Mimi Farina, the sister of Joan Baez. She did a life-size portrait. Mimi is still The Healing Woman of The Year in Mill Valley. In my opinion she is a Saint.
Let’s cut to the chase. I will not live forever. I want my daughter and grandson to be my heir. Heather is a big part of my autobiography ‘Capturing Beauty’. She had a starring role, but her Stage Mother, wanted a bigger part in my sister’s bio. They never met. I suspect Patrice Hanson wrote the article you published. Your magazine is being used to UNBORN ‘The Father’. There is a Immaculate Conception Cult going on with the Angel-ghost of Dead Betty, who jumped off a cliff and killed herself.

My design, my desire, is to leave my newspaper ‘Royal Rosamond Press’ to my daughter, who only need be a figure-masthead. This is just the tip of the iceberg. You put together a team. We can edit this blog before it is transferred over to another format and site. Heather can’t lose, but, her mother and her aunt will find a way, because it comes from me.
This morning I opened an email from my kin, Murray Oltman, and read the proof of what I have been saying for over ten years, being, Augusta Stuttmeister, the beloved wife of William Oltman Stuttmeister, is kin to Carl Arugusta Janke the co-founder, if not sole founder of the City of Belmont California.
William August Janke, native of Hamburg, Germany, born Dec. 25, 1842, died Nov. 22, 1902, son of Carl August & Dorette Catherine Janke.
Carl Janke came to San Francisco in 1848, one year before the Gold Rush. According to an article in the DAR, he brought six portable houses around the Cape and erected them in Belmont for gold miners who had struck it rich. As fate would have it, William Ralston ‘The Man Who Built San Francisco’ and his partner, lived in Belmont in a house that still stands, called Ralston Hall. I believe this is one of Janke’s homes that Coun Leonetto Cipriani purchased, and added on to. This house had 5,000 screws in it according to one (lost) article I read. Another lost article said these homes were manufactured in Mass. then shipped to California. I suspect two of these homes are found on Dolores Street in the Mission. One article said one house was moved a distance from the Tanforan ranch. The name Tanforan may have been the name of the Theme Park that Janke built in Belmont, perhaps the first in California. It also might be Turnverein, the German gymnastic clubs of the Forty-Eighters. There is much evidence the Stuttmeisters were members of the Turner Societies of Free-thinkers.
What is truly astounding, is that Sir Thomas Hesketh married Florence Sharon at Ralston Hall, and Florence Breckenridge married their son. Florence descends from John Witherspoon,and thus is kin to the Jessie Benton Fremont, thus the Presco family, when Christine Rosamond Presco married Garth Benton.
This is truly a Rags to Riches story. Christine and I used to take walks in Piedmont where the Sharon family lived. The Hesketh family are in the Peereage.
Then there is the Oddfellow gathering in Belmont that may have been staged by William Ralston. The Oddfellows were forming a union with the Freemasons and holding Knights Templar titles. Was the Stuttmeister-Janke union a Masonic-Odfellow marriage? If so, my family owns all those legends that Dan Brown gathered into his basket to create a money-making work of fiction.
When my daughter gets married, I will do all that is humanly and divinely possible to see that she ties the night at Ralston Hall, because; “All’s wll, that ends well!”

There are so many flavors of “syndromes” and “personality disorders” now listed in the official book psychologists use to determine which pill they’re going to prescribe for you (the DSM-5… which does not mean the Dope ‘em Some More-5) that the book looks like a Tolstoy first draft. It’s usually stored on the bottom shelf because any higher a perch would topple the book case. Narcissistic? Passive-Aggressive? Diva? Bully? Selfish? Drama queen? Sniper? We all know some. On certain days, we probably all ARE some. For those who have a tendency to take things personally, life among people who exhibit this behavior can be very tiring, hurtful and maddening.
Virginia and Caroline Hambley’s mother is Elizabeth de Bourmont who are closely related to the Rouge, and La Tour-Landry dynasty. They are kin to Bertrand Beauvau was married to Blanche, the daughter of Rene de Anjou. A Family Renaissance centers around the chanson de geste ‘Ponthus and Sidonia’ and ‘King Horn’ . In Italian it is called a PROSAROMAN. Consider ROSAMAN.
Then there is the Book of the Knight of La Tour-Landry written by Geoffroy de la Tour for his three daughters that was illustrated by Albert Durer. Bertrand was a lover of the arts. This family built many castles that were used as centers of The Muse. They were miniature cities that protected Arts and Literature.

I met Virginia when I came to the rescue of Ariel, her neighbor and student of the University of Oregon who was in much distress. Her mother helped her purchase her first home and she was trying to paint it. She did not know what she was doing so I volunteered a couple of days to help. Up on a ladder, Virginia approached;

I watched Breaking Bad last night. There was an intervention for the Cancer Crisis. My Cancer Crisis began nine years ago. I got radiation treatment for prostate cancer, and lost my ability to have an errection in two months. I had forty treatment, five a week. Not once did Heather call me to see how it was going. She refused to perform her duties as the Trustee for my Special Needs Trust. Her drunken lover grabbed the phone from her at the race tack and said I was about to lose my daughter – AND MY GRANDSON – for calling too much. I paid Heather $20 dollars an hour to do her duty.
Seven years ago I threatened to make a HBO series out of this evil. I now wonder who read this blog.
God sent me a stray cat to help me with my cancer. Brembe would watch me decather, then watch me flush the urine down. The idea of Heather as a healer – revolts me!
Six months after our family reunion in Bullhead City, Bill Cornwell calls me on the phone and accuses me of traumatizing my daughter by calling Heather too many times – after she does not pick up for me!
“She agreed to by my Trustee, Bill, I need her to purchase some things – for me.”
Bill Cornwell was furious I and my grandson had a good talk in the car – after he told me he faked being carsick. He wanted me to give Tyler the cold shoulder and not talk to him. This is a drunken baby lunatic like Trump who Bill reminds me of. He convinced Heather I was a parasite on society. I believe he wanted to throw me in the Grand Canyon to get my money, and get me out of the way.
Bill knew this was the truth, and I knew it really irked him, because after my grandson, Tyler Hunt, got car sick, and Heather took him into the desert to throw-up, Bill said this to me from the driver’s seat;
“You know, Tyler is just faking being sick in order to get attention from his mother. I’m trying to break him of this habit by ignoring him.”
When I was looking at videos I shot two years ago, I noticed I had caught Tyler really being sick. It was Bill’s Dream to drive on Route 66, and being a race car drive, he was really burning up the road on tight curves. No being able to see the road because the high seat-backs, make me noxious. I was not enjoying the feeling of the rear end, sliding, nor was Tyler. I wish I had got my camera out when we stopped, and not after Bill maligned my grandson’s character, he basically saying he was a fraud.
In this phone conversation Bill accuses me of ruing Tyler’s vacation by getting “tired”. This Big Baby is referring to me tiring in the cave he insister we stop in on the way to the Grand Canyon – because of the altitude! Bill rushed ahead, leaving me behind. Tyler turned and said;
“Wait for Papa!”
You can see how fare behind I was in this video. Bill was furious when I came up to this dude who was allegedly ready to propose to my daughter after knowing here – and Tyler – for only two months. He really digs my daughter, but, is having doubts about her son, because, Tyler has behavior issues. Bill of course, does not. So, to make this relationship work, Heather has given her sexy funfilled drunken lover carte blanche to make over my grandson in his image, so he will not long be a malingerer – like his grandfather! It must be something in my genes, that escpaped desvistating my daughter’s life, but, lay this six year old boy – low!
Bill Cornwell is a professional Child Handler like his father the ex-cop and Military Drill Sargent who name I failed to record. This Big Bullish Man is a real G.I. doll and a Tea Party Crazy, who flew to Texas to meet his future daughter-in-law, and her son! Of course he was impressed with Heather, the professionally trained Starlette, but, was not impressed with this six year old boy who was not brought up right. I mean, look at the good job he did on Little Billy!
Bill made my daughter late in getting to the Las Vegas Airport. He had to attend his pit bosses wedding that came up after my sister, Vicki, paid for Heather and Tyler’s fare. She had never met Tyler. Heather’s aunt Linda, her lover, were too alcoholic to pick us up. Vicki had to get up early for her twelve hour day, and was pissed when she had to wait two hours. I would not let my sister get in the long line of cars at the MGM where Bill was going to go on a two day drunken bachelor party thingy-wingy, which they made some movies about! He later let me know he had to walk two blocks.
When Heather and I went to pick him up at the Greyhound, we were twenty minutes late. Bill was struggling to get in some shade because it was 110%. Bill was really hung-over and needed a greasy slice of pizza that helps his stomach ache, coats it with grease In the store, I saw Billy Boy trying on cowboy hats, because he got a little burn waiting for us. I bought Vicki a new wooden toilet seat, because the one in the guest bathroom was broken.
I was hoping Billy Baby would get a clue and buy Vicki something to make up for the inconvenience he caused her. Heather’s job was to take care of her Lover Boy, and did not get aunt Vicki anything, either. For the next four days, I saw my daughter buy Bill Beer Boy, one cold one after another to be sure he stayed hydrated! These were not cheap beers! If I was still a drinking man I would have bought Billy the cheapest beer in the cooler, you know, Brown beer, with the duck hunter on the can! And, if he whined at me, I would have kicked his ass!
When Bill started reciting the history of the Vincent Rice Trust, where members of my family were left about a half million dollars, he told me I was being stingy with that money I got from the government. When I tried to tell him I could not spend that money the way he wanted, because a Special Needs Trust was set up for me, he called me a liar. I demanded he put Heather on the phone.
“Did you tell Bill all about my personal finances?” “Yes!” she spat. “Why?” “Because we love each other, and we took an oath to tell each other everything.”
Heather told me Billy Beer gave her a job just after they met, which entailed she being the chief fundraiser for his racing career. Heather did not tell me er and her Bubba Redneck Boy were going to talk about going into the Bar&Grill business with aunt Linda and Flip, who died of acute alcoholism a year later.

This is Billy the Pirate with some mother’s child dressed in a sailor suit. Bill almost had a son before Heather and Tyler came along. Now that he had a woman to cook for him, Little Baby Dearest would not be eating steak at the Steak & Brew, laying out his paycheck, and washing it down with six pack at $8 bucks a pop!
Being she was my Trustee&Daugter, Heather felt she should give me some warning about what trouble was coming my way, lest I screech at her, ask why she did not let me know Billy would be competing with me for all the attention, and for my grandson. In a called she said;
“I’ve decided to downgrade my expectations. I no longer want to be a famous singer. I just want to sing at little clubs.”
Heather did not tell me Bill talked her into hitting up her rich aunt for money to open a Bar& Grill. You see, Bill Cornwell does not have a steady job. He is a handy man who talked someone into drive their race car, because that is Bill’s dream, to be a race car driver. Bill has never won a race!

None of the Hansons were going to be in my autobiography, but for the mention of my daughter, she seen as the reward from my high power for getting, and remaining sober. I could care less if they were drunks – for the time being! After my book was published, I would have had more credibility. ‘Bonds With Angels’ was begun two years before Christine allegedly got careless, and was swept to her death by a fake rogue wave.
Buck’s law firm prepared Heather’s way. I need a good attorney to champion my cause and go to the Superior Court of Monterey and look in the probate files of Christine Rosamond Benton, and see if my WARNINGS got filed, and, my request for funds to look for my daughter that was introduced to me in a dream by MY angel. I associated this angel with the one that appear to the barren Nazarite mothers and bid them NOT to ingest alcohol so God would give them a child. John means ‘Gift of God’ and was a Nazarite while in his mother’s womb. His father sings Hannah’s Song. I took the Nazarite Vow when I had six months of sobriety. I was encouraged to get a Higher Power. I was childless.
“But the three men who are noted to have been Nazirites for the entire course of their lives (Samson, Samuel, and John the Baptist) had much in common. All three were born to childless couples. Manoah and his wife had been married for some time, and his wife is described as barren (Judges 13:2). An angel appears (a theophany). We pick up the narrative from Judges 13:3-5,
And the angel of the Lord appeared to the woman and said to her, “Behold, you are barren and have not borne children, but you shall conceive and bear a son [Samson]. Therefore be careful and drink no wine or strong drink, and eat nothing unclean, for behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. No razor shall come upon his head, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb, and he shall begin to save Israel from the hand of the Philistines.”
I finally figured out why Flip refused to shake my hand and why my daughter, Heather, said I was leaving Bill Cornwell out. This came from Linda Comstock’s Anti-Sobriety campaign that this evil and cunning drunk had been conducting with MY daughter for years. Patrice Hanson knew both her siblings had a problem with alcohol, and were alcoholics – like their father! Craig Hanson was a lone drinker. He had no friends. Heather told me she spent hours on the phone with her uncle. He used MY daughter to get his social needs met. As long as MY child kept calling him up and listened to the sound of ice cubes tinkling in his glass of booze, he would not have to get help. He will ever be a father because he just came out of the closet.
Linda Hanson Comstock will never give birth to a child. She chose not to get pregnant. Was she afraid because of the extreme abuse she and her siblings suffered? Did she know she would have to quit drinking while pregnant? She could not go to the bars and down big pitures of beer – with her baby on her lap! But, she didn’t need to all that motherly crap when she could snatch her sister’s child from her, and make her her own. Linda knew Patrice was lying about Heather being Randy Delpiano’s baby, because they were told, what I was told, that they fought over Randy’s inability to conceive. He died childless.
Patrice did tell me there was a competition, that Linda was luring away OUR teenage daughter with her rich lifestyle. Linda married a rich old drunk who could not get her pregnant – if he wanted to. Heather showed me photo albums of the cocktail parties Linda hosted on the big boat. Everyone had a drink in their hand. When I was found, and Linda learned I owned seven years of sobriety, and, my autobiography was going to be a Recovery book, this devious lush launched her Pr0-Alcohol campaign……….
“You’re not going to leave me out, after all I have done for you. You are in our will. You are our Heir!”
When Patrice sent me photos of her family, I took one look at Linda, and deduced she was a vicious drunk – and mentally ill! She reminded me of my mother. If you get in her way, she will do anything to destroy you. The person who did all the destroying was Sydney Morris, a member of Robert Brevoort Buck’s law firm. I highly suspect a wealthy person in the background wanted Garth Benton to come out on top, and come away, blameless! Christine wanted her husband to join her in AA, but, he claimed he did not have a problem. However, when you read Tom Snyder’s lying biography, you see this is Garth’s book. Christine is demonized, made out to be MAD by a dude with no degree in anything. He uses my brothers and sister’s in AA so I can not employ them in my book. Snyder buries Christine sober program – and a world famous artist who owned a sober podium! Her drunken family disappeared her Sober autobiography!
My family hated my sobriety and ignored my effort to save my life. They competed with one another to get close to Rosamond’s fame and money, they willing to put up with anything from a famous drunk. Garth led the way. Now that my sister was dead, they all wanted a BIG PAY DAY! They wanted Rosamond’s twelve months of sobriety to be washed away, so alas they can feel normal and undamaged. Monies from the book and movie was not going to Christine’s two daughters. It was going to those parasites who clung to Rosamond, and, suffered so dearly. I…………..was left out!
My evil daughter pretended to love me. Everything I said to her, was repeated in long conversations with her aunt and uncle, who were too selfish to become parents. They were too busy feeling sorry for themselves, and, lining up their next drink. Linda gave MY daughter one of her cocktail dresses to wear at the last attempt to save MY family. Heather never felt like a member of MY family. When I found the big pee stain on the car seat Linda sat in, it was over. Craig and Linda got THEIR child back. For sixteen years I was LEFT OUT of my daughter’s life. I believe Heather was putting social pressure on me so I would take my next drink. She wanted me to slide in a bar stool next to Linda, and say;
“You know, Linda. You’re right. AA is full of shit. It gives low-life scum bags the right to tell lies about rich successful people like you. Can I buy you drink. I am going to drink a Peace Beer with you – just to make OUR daughter happy!”

The President of the United States and many elected officials just publicly recognized the huge addition problem ALL Americans are having. The average addict will devastate the lives of everyone close to him/her. Linda Comstock and Heather Hanson, did much damage to both our families. They should be taken to court and made an example of. The world needs OUR SOBER STORY the story of John, Christine, and Elizabeth.
Patrice ‘The Stage Mother’ made the fairy costume Heather is wearing. Their is an angel on her crown. This is Patrice’s mother who jumped off a sea cliff, and died. She was mentally ill. H&P walked into the Rosamond gallery in order to get in Pierrot&Snyder’s auto-biography – with getting in touch with me – first. My brother was there. I suspect he suggested I be informed I was a father. MY minor child came into the world to relieve Craig and Linda’s agony at losing their mother. Heather was their Angelic Mother-Child. She loved her role. It empowered her.
There needs to be a Judicial Investigation as to why Chazen tried to become Special Executor, and why Sydney Morris did not charge my nieces any attorney fees.
Those who suffer from addictions need to know how I did not take the drink my cunning daughter handed me. This was a great temptation. It will not be my last!

While still working for Shorenstein, Newsom formed his first business partnership, PlumpJack Associates, to open a wine shop on Fillmore Street. His partner was Gordon Getty’s son, William or “Billy” as he’s called, whom Newsom had known since boyhood. He said Gordon Getty invested between $7,500 and $15, 000.
The wine shop opened in 1992. Other ventures followed. By last year, Newsom had created a network of limited partnerships and holding companies to own and operate businesses and investments in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Squaw Valley and Maui.
Most are part of the PlumpJack group, which in addition to the wine shop includes the upscale PlumpJack Cafe, also on Fillmore Street, the PlumpJack winery and an online wine outlet.
Other Newsom partnerships own two popular Cow Hollow night spots, the venerable Balboa Cafe and the MatrixFillmore bar, which features designer cocktails, a plasma screen video system and tables shaped as letters S, E and X. Other partnerships run the Squaw Valley Inn, or are associated with PlumpJack and Balboa cafes at the ski resort.
And while Newsom contended that Gordon Getty is only one financial backer of many, records show the billionaire is Newsom’s top outside investor, either individually or through his firms and family trusts.
Getty owns 49 percent of the concern that manages all the PlumpJack businesses; 96 percent of the winery; 96 percent of the partnership that runs the Squaw Valley Inn; and more than 80 percent of Newsom’s real estate development firm (recently, Getty and Judge Newsom bought him out, Newsom says). Getty has a smaller stake in the other businesses, but he’s still the lead outside investor in most.
Getty declined to be interviewed for this story. In response to written questions, he said he treats Newsom like a son and invested in Newsom’s first business because of that relationship. “After that,” he said, “the reason for my further investments was the success of the first.”
Getty’s son Billy also invested in five businesses, and other Gettys, including Gordon’s wife, Ann, own stakes in some.
Other investors represent a slice of upper-strata San Francisco: a firm associated with Pelosi’s husband, Paul Pelosi; high-society plastic surgeon Jack Owsley; even TV newscaster Ross McGowan, whose morning news show has often showcased Newsom the politician.

The reason Flip was so pissed with me, was, he had been convinced I was not doing anything to promote my daughter’s million dollar career as Rosamond’s niece. They never met. Heather Hanson came into my life when she was sixteen. Our story is just like ‘Matchstick Men’ except we are really bloodkin. The solution for my extreme fatherly negligence, was, to get my family to buy Bill Cornwell a bar.
Our uncle Vinnie died and left ten of us a half million dollars in a trust that was handled by a professional attorney. Heather’s kindred thoroughly enjoy/enjoyed our windfall that she and Bill did not see a penny of, thanks to me! Not so with the law firm of Heisinger, Morris and Buck who sold our families creative legacy to two Flim-flam females from Fresno, known as ‘The Caretakers’. I think they are part of the Fresno Mafia. What! You never heard of the Fresno Mafia? Take note of the name Brevoort. This Dutch family owned a quarter of New York.
Two months after I learned I had sired a child, I lost her. Heather and her mother, Patrice Hanson, are working for a Scientology couple at their bed and breakfast in Sonoma. They have been separated. Heather is living in their home as an opaire to their child. I never lived with my child. After being told I must do volunteer work, and, I could not see my child, I raised hell. I was taken to a Anti-slavery meeting at the home of this head honcho, who was off to Africa with Oprah Winfrey. You can not make this stuff up!
In the next scene, I am sitting with ‘The Sea Wife’ looking at the defunct winery Scientology bought. I had been taken for a tour. The huge winery was being chopped up into Recovery Stalls for addicts and drunks. ‘The Wife’ asks about my famous sister who was allegedly “killed” by a rogue wave. I began to get the Big Picture. Patrice ‘The Stage Mother’ has been making brownie (nose) points by suggesting ‘Rosamond’s Brother’ take part in a special rosy recovery program, modeled after Christine, who died on her first sober birthday.

2007-02-05 17:49:00 PST SAN FRANCISCO — San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom said today that he will seek treatment for alcohol abuse.
“Upon reflection with friends and family this weekend, I have come to the conclusion that I will be a better person without alcohol in my life,” Newsom said in a written statement. “I take full responsibility for my personal mistakes and my problems with alcohol are not an excuse for my personal lapses in judgment.”
There would be some major exploitation of the dead which Sydney Morris was all for. The strange recovery story, written by a ghost writer hired by Stacey Pierrot – who Morris sold everything to – is an abomination! All such stories are written by ‘The Victim’ ‘The Sufferer’, the ones who have conquered their disease. ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ by Tom Snyder was DESIGNED to thwart my recovery biography ‘Bonds With Angels’ that I began two years before my sister drowned.
Snyder would crawl inside my skin and walk about my kindred doing Christine and my twelve step program. He lured my daughter and her mother into his camp in order to apply The Family Seal and make it all official. Tom is not a drunk, and is sane! He owns no degree of any kind. How would Gavin react if a Judge and Executor, ordered a ghost writer to author about his drunken experiences? The proceeds of Snyder’s book – is not going to my two nieces – Rosamond’s Heirs! This Book of Lies reads like the National Inquirer.
I celebrated thirty year of sobriety April 7th. No family member has every congratulated me on remaining sober – against all odds! My family, and their beloved ‘Caretakers’, dare not say in public I was Rosamond’s Mentor, but one. Larry Sidle the father of the adult Heir, Shannon Rosamond. I wrote Morris several letters begging him not to sell ‘The Family Recovery Program’ to outsiders, because WE will need it for generations to come, because, alcoholism in a genetic disease, as is diabetes.
Like my late father, I struggle with diabetes. Five years ago I underwent 45 radiation treatments for Prostate Cancer. Not once did my daughter call me and ask how this was going. I was rendered impotent. There are complications. After a terrible bleeding incident using a catheter, Dr. Brembe came into my life. He is my ‘Companion Animal’.

I have not conversed with my daughter and grandson in five years, ever since Heather’s aunt (Flip’s lover) took a giant pee in the back seat of the car I rented, and, told a joke that made Tyler laugh. He was sitting next to this drunk who could not hold it in after emptying the big pictures of beer you see in ‘The Ads’ they made and posted on facebook that I insisted they take down, lest Heather’s boss see them – and she gets fired!
I got removed along with the photos. Here was THEIR PROOF, that the only one in the family who has a drinking problem, is me! How dare I slander Team Bill, the race car driver, who never won a race! Bill demands loyalty from his pit-crew. At the Grand Canyon, Bill would not let me drive my rental car claiming he did not want to put his life in the hands of a Mad Man! You got to laugh!
When I suggested to Bill on his facebook, that he talks a good game of ‘Family Values’, but, he has no intention of marrying my daughter – he unfriended me! Respecting your elders – only goes so far!
“Are you sure your father quit drinking? His boxing gloves are cutting my face up like a razor!”
If it were not for me, Heather would be enjoying her first million, as would Stacey. Then, there is the movie they threaten to make from Rosamond’s Alcoholic Tale. ‘Before The Wave’ is yet another attempt to exploit ‘Drunken Christine ‘ in a HBO series!
When I confronted Bill and Heather about the Giant Pee Stain I saw when I returned the rental, they said I was insane! Bill told me I was a ‘parasite’ because I get SSI. Heather agreed. Bill’s father is a Tea Party fanatic, and they both refuse to held Bill’s mother who is confined to a wheelchair due to obesity – a disease that takes the lives of millions!
When I learned Bill was born on my father’s birthday, who was called ‘Bill’ due to his middle name, I was in shock. Heather was born on my mother’s birthday. Vic and Rosemary, two abusive alcoholics – had risen from ‘The Dead’ – along with the ‘Save Bill’ program I grew up with. Heather knew I would not approve of Bill, and, he had a drinking problem, but, Bill’s ‘Drinking Problem’ was, he could not get enough to drink! Heather had a steady job, and he didn’t. After finding a drinking buddy he get’s to fornicate with, for free, she begins to complain about her credit card bills. A great night on the town with ‘Mad Bill’ could cost as much as a hundred dollars. Who can afford a engagement ring!
This FUNTIME was becoming a problem for Flip&Linda, too, because they were drinking up the legacy Linda’s drunken gold mine left her. When THEY heard about Uncle Vinnie’s legacy, they saw the answer to their prayers. Bill best friends ran a Bar&Grill in Santa Rosa, and when I saw photos of them in their bar, it was clear they were drinking up all the profits. The goal was to get ‘Uncle Vinnie’s Sober Team’ to prop up four drunks in a bar.
It never dawned on them why I own so much recovery. My friend Paul Drake says he took up acting because of me, because of the way I would mess with folks at the bar. When he auditioned for the role of Mick in ‘Sudden Impact’ he said he applied the same foreboding energy I applied – to Clint Eastwood. They were alone in a room.
“I could tell he was scared!” says Mr. Drake.

While Vic and his men, drank up at Oscars, they got into this Oedipus Rex, ditty. Changing your children into monsters, was much easier than quitting drinking. I would be titled ‘Rosemary’s Baby’. Vic’s friends laughed.
Linda chose to marry a rich old drunk, rather than a man who could sire a child. She is motherless in vacuous and cruel stage she made. Those pitures used to be mine, when it looked like I would die…………without ever fathering a child. Heather used to be my miracle, my sober reward. I was a real threat! WE were a real threat!
Bill could not conceive a child. How about Flip? If he had children did they get away from him after they got into therapy? Then there is fatherless Uncle Craig, who gets drunk on the phone with my daughter as she tries to heal him – for hours! Heather was raised to be ‘The Daughter of Mother Healer’ who healed her family after her mother jumped off a cliff in order to get away from her drunken and abusive husband. I met Patrice in a bar, and in the morning she asked me to rescue her two sons from her abusive husband.
Is it any wonder Flip wanted to take me outside and beat the shit out of me in front of my daughter and grandson. I am in a ‘Bar Fight’ over a six year old boy. I was ‘The Fly’ in the ointment, the Bad Guy, who would make it all go WRONG FOR THEM. My twenty-five years of sobriety was the monkey wrench in the works. THEY booked me into a casino, where they hoped I would join in on the FUNTIME! At the bar, after hearing Heather get on stage and sing a song, Linda went in for the kill.
“What’s the matter. Aren’t you going to ask your daughter to dance?”
After I threatened to sue the Head Scientologists at the winery, my seventeen year old daughter was disappeared from my life. I was uninvited from her High School graduation. The ‘Stage Mother’ wanted HER daughter to connect with my surviving brother and sister who backed Tom Snyder, who threatened me with attorneys if I did not sign the non-disclosure agreement he sent me in the mail. His evil document, is not an art book. It is a hatchet-job done on a Sister and Brother in AA. The bloody literary tool falls from his hand as he whispers the name of the company who made it………

I could not get anyone to understand, that the reason I reject ‘Their Program’ is – I already have one! When I left Sonoma I took my family to the library and they checked out four books on Co-Dependency, and OUR FAMILY DISEASE! Did they even open them? Is this a unfair question to ask? I think the scales are tipped in my favor!

EXTRA! I just discovered that James Gordon Heisngner died in 2008. With the research I have done on the Brevoort family, we are looking at an amazing Artistic Dynasty, that needs to be preserved, and cast in a true light. I have been considering restarting the Good Templars, and the Nazarite Vow, to take on the Opiate Addition, that is like the plague. Unity can, and must – be achieved! I just joined Alcohol Justice that tried to get a bill passed that would tax companies for damage done by pushing alcohol. Mayor Gavin Newsom vetoed this bill that was aimed at PlumpJack Wines. Newsom and Lawrence Chazen are partners in PlumpJack as are several members of the Getty Pelosi family. Chazen tried to get appointed the Special Executor of Christine Rosamond’s Probate, and went up against my niece, Shannon Rosamond, whose lawyer said;
“I am a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and an attorney on record for 50% interest in Shannon Rosamond. In my 16 years as a member of the State Bar California, I have never experienced a more deliberate fraud on any court or more reckless and calculated attempt to fraudulently take control of a probate estate at the exclusion of the lawful heirs and total manipulation of a tester’s intent that the present efforts of Attorney’s Robin Beare, Lawrence J. Chazen and Garth Benton, the descendants former spouse.”
I wrote attorney Sydney Morris a letter beseeching him to not sell our Family Recovery to outsiders who just want to make millions of dollar of my famous sister The Dead Artist, whose funeral fell on her first sober birthday in AA.

Robert Buck owns the law firm that stepped into to be the Special Executor of Rosamond’s creative legacy after Vicki Presco refused to serve. Robert is connected to the Buck Trust and Institute that is right out of a science fiction novel in regards for searching for the Fountain of Youth. Robert also owns Del Monte Aviation that flies in professional golfers to play at Pebble Beach. This beats anything Thomas Pynchon could dream up. This is what Heather, the sixteen year old daughter ‘The Gold Digger’, was after, Fame, Fortune, and an unending fountain of booze. Heather’s ambition was the be the Most Popular Girl in the World. This is why Linda Comstock told my minor child to un-invite me to her High School graduation. Linda and Flip had major plans for this minor.
I kept telling my daughter; “All’s well, that ends well!” As it turns out the Buck Trust established Alcohol Justice because the Buck family suffered from alcoholism. In Rosamond’s probate are pleas to Morris to respect the family miracle of sobriety, thanks to Alcoholics Anonymous.

From that perspective, it makes sense that a new study finds that Alcoholics Anonymous increases spirituality. But it goes further than that: Spirituality may actually play a role in successful recovery from alcoholism, says research in the journal Alcoholism: Clinical and Experimental Research.
The way that Alcoholics Anonymous members share their experiences of suffering is akin to what happens in a military unit or a musical group or a family, where the idea of “we’re all in this together” becomes particularly strong, said Keith Humphreys, professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Stanford University.
“Someone will say something profound that everyone can connect with beyond themselves, and it can be very moving,” said Humphreys, who was not involved in the study but also researches the effects of Alcoholics Anonymous. “That is a spiritual process.”
Six months after our family reunion in Bullhead City, Bill Cornwell calls me on the phone and accuses me of traumatizing my daughter by calling Heather too many times – after she does not pick up for me!

I believe he wanted to throw me in the Grand Canyon to get my money, and get me out of the way.
The former Democratic presidential nominee, who recently declared herself part of the Trump resistance, lashed out at the Republican president’s spending plan in aggressive terms after being honored in New York City by the Children’s Health Fund, a nonprofit organization that helps provide health care to poor and homeless children.
“This administration and Republicans in Congress are mounting an onslaught against the needs of children and people with disabilities, women and seniors,” Clinton charged.
She said the budget, which was released earlier in the day, “shows an unimaginable level of cruelty and lack of imagination and disdain for the struggles of millions of Americans, including millions of children.”

Trump’s budget calls for a drastic rollback of programs for the poor and disabled along with a robust hike for the military and border security. Bill knew this was the truth, and I knew it really irked him, because after my grandson, Tyler Hunt, got car sick, and Heather took him into the desert to throw-up, Bill said this to me from the driver’s seat;

When I was looking at videos I shot two years ago, I noticed I had caught Tyler really being sick. It was Bill’s Dream to drive on Route 66, and being a race car drive, he was really burning up the road on tight curves. No being able to see the road because the high seat-backs, make me noxious. I was not enjoying the feeling of the rear end, sliding, nor was Tyler. I wish I had got my camera out when we stopped, and not after Bill maligned my grandson’s character, he basically saying he was a fraud.
In this phone conversation Bill accuses me of ruing Tyler’s vacation by getting “tired”. This Big Baby is referring to me tiring in the cave he insister we stop in on the way to the Grand Canyon – because of the altitude! Bill rushed ahead, leaving me behind. Tyler turned and said;
