Have Police Questioned Shamus Dundon?

Did the Bullhead City Police look in Drew Benton’s phone and match names on her Facebook. If not – why not? If they did talk to this Bullhead City Teacher, did he recite a list of all the Insane Family Members that made his life difficult? Did he include the name, Ken Prather, who threatened to kill Vicki Presco because she took $60,000 dollars from a joint account – and ran! She joined the Navy to get away from Ken. Vicki ended up forming a Family Partnerships consisting of four images – that Vicki applied Christine’s name to. Vicki told me she was invited to Christine’s home – to sign more prints – the day of the party in the home owned by Alan Fox who would not return my calls, even though my eight year old niece – almost drowned – too! I’ll inform Fox of Drew’s death! Christine refused to give any proceeds from the partnership. Shamus, was livid! Shamus loaded the trunk of Vicki’s Rambler with his mother’s share of the prints – before the funeral! He felt entitled to them, He had paid a brutal price for them. Mr..Prather tormented my nephew…..and drove him crazy!

When Vicki showed my friend and U the video of funding the suede jacket at Rocky Point, she mention stopping at Vices before the drove there. I later asked my father what they got.

“The got my fishing poles out of my shed!”

This is when my investigation began, because in the Pinecone Vicki suggest they go to Monterrey – and rent fishing poles. This made me wonder if they were fishing and a wave caught them. When A;ex Dundon made his father call me and tell me Vicki had died, I put my fishing theory before him. He called me insane. A month before Drew’s death, she sent five messages to me. She wanted a relationship with me – in earnest! Did she want to be in my autobiography, meaning, she was going to give her account of what happened at Rocky Point. Did any family member accuse her of – BLACKMAI:? Drew could not go to work due to the stalker and his “kill list” Was she about to be evicted? Where’s Mark Presco – THE MILLIONAIRE? He knows the Family Evil came to dwell with us when Vicki, Ken, and Vic invested in silver commodities, and got caught high when the Hunt brothers tried to corner the market. The Evil Silver Money wormed its way into the Artistic Legacy of a World Famous Woman Artist. I bet you Alan Fox could tell me all about the Hunt brothers.

Is it possible, that Detective Holstrom questioned Shamus Dundon – and she believed all his lies? Are his lies all over that report I am waiting for?

Evil Suede Coat Bullshit

Yesterday my therapist asked me how I knew, or, assumed I had figured many things about my covert family. I was taught how to be a detective by my surrogate brother, Michael Harkins who went with me to Christine’s funeral to do detective work. His mother was my surrogate mother who had me at her tables for Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter Dinner. Michael studied under Bill Lindhart who he gave the moniker

DOLLAR BILL

Michael McClure – Lumper | Rosamond Press

Bill was Caryl Chessman’s PI. He was the cheapest rich-guy in California. He took us to lunch as Wendy’s and showed us two uncashed checks he kept in his wallet. One was for $16,000, and the other for $8,000. We took Dollar Bill to be interviewed at KTVU. Oliver Stone wanted Michael to give his stories about his good friend, Jim Morrison, who was good friends with Michael Mclure – who Michael introduced me to after was saw his play ‘The Beard’. M was married to Bruce Perlowin’s ex wife and the ‘King of Pot’ lived in his mother’s basement. I thought about having my facebook friend, Jake Steinburg’ interview my other brother on his radio show. Michael was shown the suede jacket by Vicki. He tapped my ankle with his shoe. Here is what he taught me.

“Once you know for sure someone has lied to you, you must assume EVERYTHING you have been told is a lie – until you prove it is……THE TRUTH!”

I am eternally grateful for my real brother for giving me the key to my cell door. He will be placed next to the Black Mask Authors.

Wet Suede Jacket Test

Posted on June 20, 2017by Royal Rosamond Press

My neighbor and I conducted a test in 0ur swimming pool. Sandy put on the jacket and walked into deeper water where she could still stand up. Then Sandy treaded water with ease. She felt no need to take the jacket off, and when she did, she stood on the bottom of the pool. It was a struggle. This would be very hard to do in the deep end. She would probably sink to the bottom to get footing. She could not zip it up. If she could, I suspect there would have been air pockets. The jacket was buoyant.

According to Tom Snyder in his lying divorce book, ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ he says Christine was washed into the sea by a big rogue wave – along with Drew – who would be her main concern. Why would she bother to take the jacket off? After allegedly handing her eight year old daughter off to Vicki, my sister spent fifty minutes clinging to the rocks and struggling to survive one giant wave after another. The water is 48 degrees. She is getting cold. This jacket would help her keep warm.

That said, how do you get Christine into the water – without a jacket on? All I want is a picture of how my sister died. The only thing that works, is this……….

Vicky and Shamus take Drew down to the cove to fish. A big wave takes Drew in. Vicki goes running up to the house to call 911. Christine runs out of the house without a jacket on. Shamus refuses to go into the water to save Drew. Whole families get wiped out trying to save each other.

Why the cover-up? Vicki and Shamus would be blamed for Christine’s death. Vicki is the named executor in our sister’s will. Shannon Rosamond would have Vicki dismissed. There was talk of a book and movie – before Christine died! Tom Snyder says Vicki Presco is the hero of his story. Vicki should have known better. Vicki was a surviving partner in millions of dollars of Rosamond prints. Everything that comes out of Vicki’s mouth blames Christine for her own death.

The coat weighed two more pounds when wet. I put it on my railing to dry. I would never let Shamus take my grandson down to the turbulent and dangerous ocean. Would you? You can see that finger of water in the video. Watch how high the sea rises on the rocks and cascades down. That’s what goes on in that cove.

Around ten days after my sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, drowned, my surviving sister, Vicki Presco, showed my friend and I a video she and her son shot down in the cove at Rocky Point. They find a suede jacket they surmise belonged to Christine – high up in the ice-plant. They say the large waves must have deposited it there. When the video is over, Vicki goes into her closet and produces this suede jacket, and shows it to us. Michael Harkins shoots me a look. When we leave he tells me there was no way this jacket was in the ocean. It was in pristine shape. Any moisture ruins a suede coat. This jacked was allegedly in the ocean, washed up by a wave, where it sat in the sun and fog for a week.

Apparently Vicki has shown Tom Snyder this jacket that could not be closed at the top. What happened to the rest of the interview? Did Tom find too many holes, too?

“It is nearly impossible for Vicki to believe that the jacket she has retrieved from the iceplant is the same one Christine was wearing. The world become bleary as Vicki tries to grasp the fact that the ocean must have reached this far up on the slope. Unnoticed, Vicki’s hands snap and unsnap the fastenings at the waist.” page 5

“This oceanfront location seems a perfect place, and a perfect day for exploring and tide pooling, with a brilliant blue sky. Oddly, for this peaceful spring morning, THERE IS NO WIND. Christine and Drew and Vicki are nearly to the cove when Drew slips. Taking her daughter’s iceplant-smeared hand, Christine slides her free hand into the pocket of the stylish leather jacket. As she feels the shells Drew has given her for safe keeping, Christine flashes on the value of drawing everything possible from a single moment.”

Tom Snyder page 177 ‘When You Close Your Eyes’.

Where did they find shells? There is no beach! Did Drew give Snyder her version of what happened, or, is this more bullshit from Vicki the ghosty writer? Let’s get Vicki on the Doctor Phil show!

http://www.leathericon.com/blog/caring-tips-for-suede-leather-jacket.aspx

“Moisture is definitely the biggest enemy of suede leather and it shouldn’t be introduced with water or any other liquid; moisture causes maximum harm to suede leather.
•    If incase any liquid is spilled on your suede jacket, gently remove the moisture as soon as you are able to or it will ruin the suede leather.
•    Wooden hangars tend to be more appropriate when compared with every other hanger for suede leather jackets.”

My nephew Shamus Dundon wrote this in an e-mail.

“I was bundled in a jacket myself the morning she died. It
was blustery. I only got hot after running around (jogging maybe)
looking for lizards. I doubt she took off the jacket b4 she was taken
by the wave.”

Vicki says Christine was facing her fear, while Snyder claims there was nothing to fear. Forget about the terrible nightmares Christine had, that Vicki knew about. This nightmare is being utterly ignored – when everything screams it should not be. This nightmare could have saved my sister’s life, given her ample warning. Where is Christine’s concern for her eight year old daughter who got swept in? Was she facing her fear and testing her fate? What about Vicki’s concern for her eight year old niece?

The forecast was for winds from 10 to 25 knots. Here is a conversion chart.

http://www.disastercenter.com/convert.htm

Here is Stacey Pierrot’s ghost writer, Tom Snyder. It was high tide when my kin went down to the sea to allegedly look in tide-pools. There are no tide-pools at Rocky Point. Christine knew that, having lived on the coast for twenty years. She knew where to go for this activity.  The wind-chill was around 50 degrees. Why isn’t Christine wearing her down-coat? They talk about going to town to rent fishing poles. They are overnight guests.

“Of course adventures rarely go as planned. The properties main
gate is unexpectadly locked, so Christine goes in search of help.
She finds it in the neighbor, a attorney Donald Layne. Of imposing
size and intelligence, Layne is also blessed with a generous nature.
None of this is lost on 46-year-old Christine. At just over five-
foot-five, she is a perennial fashion plate model and man-pleaser.

Even for this casual outing, she is wearing tailored tan slacks and a
white tunic-style blouse topped by a short jacket in soft, muted-
brown leather – distinctively sytyled with two snaps at the waist.
The sleeves were turned up, revealing the satin lining and a hint of
a forearm.

A remote transmitter is finally located for the security gate. Christine tells Layne that she and others are excited about exploring a small cove to search for any treasures left by the sea. Layne knows the shoreline well. That evening, he sounds a WARNING.

“IF you go down to the ocean,” he tells Christine, “have a
care”.

“It is not quite ten-thirty in the morning and Vicki asks about the
tide. Christine says it is low, based on her frequent excursions to
Point Lobos with Drew. The ocean seems calm, ordinary. Vicki remains
at the limit of the ice plant on the hill, while Christine and Drew
sit down on the rock with her back to the sea, fully aware that she
is violating a cardinal rule.”

TIDE29

I just found a new video of Rocky Point and the house my kin stayed in. You can see the inlet. It is quite a treacherous hike down to it. How did Christine get this coat off? Why would she want it off? The Sheriff told me she was just wearing a white t-shirt. Below is the Coroner’s showing her struggle to cling to the rocks. Her fingernails are torn away. It would be impossible to take off that suede jacket. I conclude she did not have a jacket on when she entered the water.

Note how there is no beach for a wave to roll up onto. The waterline rises ten feet or more with each swell – in seconds! My family had plenty of time to see this as they hiked down into that cove.  Shamus Dundon says he was jogging to stay warm. There’s not place to jog.

Christine did not bring her eight year old daughter here just to look in tide pools. Snyder says Christine knew the tide was low due to her man trips to Point Lobos with her eight year old daughter. This is where the natives would go – with their children! There is no comparison. Snyder is a liar. He told me he went to Rocky Point, thus he is being deceptive. See Lobos video. Note how the expert talks about areas protected from waves. How did Christine end up in her NIGHTMARE fighting for her life in the most dangerous areas on the West Coast?

I posted this message on Drew Benton’s facebook on May 10, 2016 at 8:00 A.M.

Drew, I sent this to Shamus Dundon and told him if you and he author a ten page account of what happened at Rocky Point, I will publish it in my book and give half the proceeds to you and Shannon. We have had three ghost writers take a stab at the truth, and invent stuff. Their books did not sell. They never knew our family. My theory is you were fishing down in that dangerous cove. My father said Shamus and Vicki dropped by his house to pick up his fishing poles before they drove out to Rocky Point. But, I am making a good guess. You know for sure what happened.

Is Michael Harkins Dead?

No Tide Pools

Posted on December 19, 2020 by Royal Rosamond Press

There are no tide pools at Rocky Point. Vicki Presco refused to tell me who owned the house at Rocky Point, and I was The Outsider again. I wanted to know why the owner – who invited Christine to stay in his house – did not warn her this place was very dangerous…..

“Stay away from the water! And for God’s sake don’t bring any children down there.”

As it turns out a billionaire owned this famous house. Alan Fox started a Art Foundation around his mother who taught art in High School. Why didn’t Alan want to be Tom Snyder’s book – and movie? Did Robert Buck know Alan? If everything was kosher about how my sister died, why would he conceal himself?

Alcohol Justice refuses to acknowledge – I exist – or my sister, whose ALCHOLISM is the biggest topic in California, bigger than the Burtons tale of drunkenness’? Alan surely wants to to cozy up to Liz and all the stars in her family tree – including Paris Hilton! Come on Alan…..TALK TO ME!

I own a picture of Sydney Morrie showing his law partner this passage – and he spat his mouthful of coffee across the room. Thus line did not save the waning interest in Rosamond’s image, but sunk it like a stone to the bottom of the sea. In months Karen died of acute alcoholism leaving a son behind. Along with the lie Snyder told about my family and friends – looting Christine’s house after the funeral – surely some Rosamond fans wondered if Rosamond – WAS MURDERED! If a world famous woman artist was murdered on her first sober birthday, you would think Alcohol Justice would want a complete investigation in order to clear the name of the surviving artist who had seven years sobriety. Surely Alan Fox would have hired the best attorney in the area to sue all authors who had anything bad to say about his mother. I am dismissed because it has to be concluded – that I am going after the money of billionaires – and thus I make shit up! There are two more failed biographies of Christine – and a movie script – that Stacey Pierrot wants some billionaires to BUY and give her BIG BUCKS. Would Alan like to be sitting in a theatre watching a movie where he is depicted as a self-righteous selfish pig, who took delight hating family members at his mother’s funeral?

Christine lived twenty years in the Carmel area and ran two Rosamond galleries there. How many news broadcasts did she see about people being swept to their death by big waves? Surely she took that bad news to heart when she headed down the steep terrain to one of the most dangerous shorelines in the world – intent on have her eight year old daughter – experience the thrill of tidepooling! But, surely my sister knew Point Lobos was the best and safest place to take your child tide-pooling. There are always big strapping park rangers there to come rescue children – who ever look like they are in danger. Vicki Presco did not see that Drew Benton was in dangers, or her son, Shamus. The alleged look of fear in Rosamond’s casket, has to be the result of how close, Drew cam to dying too. There is no account of what that was experience was like for my niece. nor do we hear from Shamus Dundon – two people who were there!

Here’s what Tom Snyder – the hired ghost writer – has to say about MY FAMILY that Alan would not like said about HIS FAMILY:

“And that expression that expression was not not on her face in the casket. Instead, what I saw there was totally freaked me out. Because it was utter fear. Even with all the cosmetics, they hadn’t been able to erase that look.

So in that setting the contentuousness amongst family members, once again able to hate each other face to face as they had not in years, boiled to the surface. Everyone seemd furiously self-righteous about something. If it is possible for the recently departed to have a final glimpse, Christine would have had a sardonic chuckle at the characters on stage. Karen Snyder Colby, a friend from days on San Sebastian Avenue, and close to vicki for years, had done part of the euology. Now like everyone else, was missing the essence of Christine, the child-woman she had grown up with.

I could imagine what her comments would be.” Karen recalls. “And she would say it very quickly, in a breathy voice with little pauses. And then she’s laugh that laugh of hers, which would take everyone else with her on the ride.”

When I read the Carme Pinecone account, I strugled with this question…

“If Christine had her back to the sea and thus did not see the “rogue-wave” coming. did Vicki also have her back to the sea? What about Drew?” Below is a pic of a mother looking intently to the horizon, just incase there lurks a Sneaker Wave. If only shamus was down there. Surely he would keep his eyes peeled. Perhaps my family was having one of our famous furious fights, we taking this opportunity to – really hate each other! Here is Vicki the liar saying five strangers were swept into the sea. These poor people are out of The Crazy Rosy Art Loop! Or are they? They got sucked into the masterful gaslighting of Vicki who learned everything from her father who was grooming her to take over his Loan Shark Business. Was my sister chummy with Larry Chazen? My niece Shannon, says she was.

“It was a full moon weekend with lots of tidal action. A friend told
me that five other people were swept out to sea
 ( from California’s
north coast) over the same period. We went to look for shells and
tide pool creatures. Christine was sure the tide was going out. Did
she know what lay a head?”

When I got the vital stats from the San Francisco Chronicle, I knew lying was going on. Mu daughter, Heather Hanson, made the case that I can not get along with anyone, and thus I will never lay eyes on Ember Dew, my seven moth ole granddaughter. Iasked my daughter if she read Snyder’s biography.

“No!”

“Why not? You disappeared from my life for two years – to be in this book that smears members of OUR family! Do I got a book on the market?”

I talked to one of the rescue people who helped retrieve Christine – who was still alive after being in the water for fifty minutes. She died in the ambulence. He told me there were white caps to the horion that morning. Here is a video of what the sea would have looked like – and then some! You get a glimpse of the house own by Alan Fox at the end of this video.

Victoria Mary Prather had made up her mind as she walked into her and her husband’s bank in Redmond Oregon. She was going to empty their joint account, and make a run for it to California with her son, Shamus. They had packed several suitcases. They were no going to take much. Ken Prather had really gone over the edge, and was making insane threats. She had to hold him down when he wanted to beat her brother, Greg, to death with a ballpeen hammer. He got out of there as fast as he could. Shamus’s uncle, Michael Dundon, took him into their home in Blue River. He and his wife could not believe he was charged $250 dollars to live in a closet. Greg was also charged another $250 dollars for food. A year earlier, they had posed together at their sister’s house in Woodland Hills – where two years earlier the famous artist known as Rosamond – had given her brother credit for her success, and, generously offered to teach him her style, so he could be rich and famous, too! When Vicki heard her brother turned Rosamond down, she was incredulous. She would have taken that offer in a heartbeat!

“God damn it! Why wasn’t I born with any talent?” Vicki said as she muttered under her breath. But, her lips were moving, shuddering as they were want to do when she got nervous. And she was very nervous far too long, ever since she, Ken, and her father, Victor Presco, got caught high in the Silver Commodity game. Ken had extra strength shocks put on his station wagon, because it looked like they would have to go collect their silver – and put it where? They would be hauling around Captain Vic’s share, too. They made jokes about burying their loot. But where?

“How about the high desert in Oregon?”

Barely escaping this scenario, there was now the huge problem of concealing their profits from the IRS. Vic was a private lender and had his plan that he shared with his son-in-law. Ken and Vicki ended up buying two homes in Redmond, that were off the radar. Checks were signed with a special blue pen. Ken had worked with computers until he drove off the freeway into a tree after another one of his seizures. When he blacked out – he was extremely dangerous.

Leaving the bank with a large sum of cash in her old beach bag, the youngest daughter of Rosemary Presco, wanted to break into a run. She had put herself in a rage by comparing how Rosemary’s two daughter had turned out. Her eldest, Christine Rosamond Presco, was the world-famous artist ‘Rosamond’, while her youngest had married a lunatic with knife scars all over his body that he got when he fought in a gang in Fairfield California. This monster forced her to become a -criminal! She knew he would kill her – for stealing his money that she had worked hard for. The abuse she and her son had to endure – was over the top! On several occasions she let Christine and her oldest brother, Mark Presco, know she was in deep trouble. But, these siblings were doing very well, and they gave Vicki the impression getting involved would bring them bad luck. After all, they endured the same abuse from Vic and Rosemary, even worse, because they lived with both raging alcoholics – longer. Vic was forced out of his home after Rosemary stabbed him in the forehead – when Vicki was six.

“If Christine had helped me, I would not have had to do this!” Vicki said to her twelve year old son. “Now our lives – are in real danger!” Victoria cried as she put the car in gear, and got the hell out of Redmond. Shamus held on tight to the beach bag full of cash that Rosamond came to own a few years later when his mother entered into a partnership formed with Vic’s inheritance from his mother. Christine rendered four images for this partnership. Victoria was now…..a big player in the Art World.

Criminal Family Loyalty Checks

Posted on June 21, 2013 by Royal Rosamond Press

Vicki 1960 Santa Claus
Prescos 1952 Vic, Christine, Melba & Rosemary

In 1994, just months before he died, my father was convicted of Loan Sharking. My cousin, Bill Broderick, gave Vic legal advice, and then he was disbarred after he lost the home of his client. Bill and aunt Lillian heard Vic’s claim I was not his son. Vic anointed Vicki as his only loyal child even though she was disloyal to him all the time. Why is that?

When I was seven and twelve, my mother highly suggested Vic had gotten to Vicki, had incested her, and it is the job of her brothers to protect our younger sister. A year ago Vicki told me Christine suspected all fathers incested their daughters and was accusing Garth of sexually violating Drew. There was a terrible divorce and custody battle over Drew. Vic suggested Vicki had taken Garth’s side. Vicki told me that Shannon should have known better than to drink with Vic, and the same thing happened to her and Christine in their twenties. We are talking about Vic admitting he had sexual intercourse with his granddaughter. But, they were drunk, and thus it can’t be called rape. She was out of control, and wanted it.

Christine was going through what I went through after I got sober. She attended AA and had a sponsor. She was seeing three therapists and no doubt talked about Family Incest. She was no longer privately discussing these parental betrayals with Vicki, the Loyal Keeper of Family Secrets. Christine was bringing Criminal Family Matters into the light. Vicki on the other hand, thrived on Family Secrets. Vicki disparered our sister’s autobiography, a Tell-All story that would hopefully make my famous sister famous again. Her popularity was on the decline. Vic didn’t give Vicki anything worthwhile for her loyalty to him – but big promises! Santa Vic put a big bag of candy at the end of Vicki’s rainbow.

The body language of my little sister is very telling in the photo of Santa. Vicki is not making eye-contact with the Authority Figure who knows who has been naughty and nice. Vicki’s lips are sealed on this family matter. A lock has been put on her lips, shutting them good and tight – till this very day! Vicki has been assured by both parents, that even though Vic sexually violated this dear child, her soul is in tact, her innocence up there with the angels. Santa will still bring her nice things.

When Vicki talks about her childhood memories, they are isolated, set apart from her siblings, and wrapped and secured in veil of Catholic innocence. No matter what has happened in the dark, Vicki has, and will remain – completely innocent!

On the other hand, her brother, the know-all tell-all Family Scapegoat, is never innocent, never sane, and is a very bad boy and man. This is why Victor had to expose me, tell the truth, that I am the product of evil Rosemary’s betrayals. Indeed, Vic openly declared to his friends that I was ‘Rosemary’s Baby’ because I pulled a big knife on him when he came to our house drunk. He was going to take Vicki on a long drive to Grandma’s. I was twelve!

“Whatever you do, do not let Vic take Vicki anywhere!” says my mother, who according to Vic put that knife in my hand because all sons want to kill their father so they can fuck their mothers.

All this dark incest, un-born me, while Vicki thrived. Vicki had to get my sixteen year old daughter in her camp to replace Christine – and me! Heather let it slip that she was talking to Vicki behind my back when she took Drew’s side, saying;

“You don’t know all what Drew went through with Christine.”

Vicki had filled her in, brought her in the Vortex of Complete Innocence, where it is ordained to Lie, be a Liar, so the truly innocent can be protected. Vic and Rosemary were never arrested for the horrific abuse they inflicted on ALL of their innocent children.

By divulging Family Secrets Christine had betrayed Vic & Vic, her partners in Rosamond Publishing. This was a family partnership formed partly by money that Vic’s mother intended for all the Prescos. Vic & Vic told lies after our grandmother died, and she disinherited Vic’s disloyal sons. Vicki was all for this. Her brothers were suspecting something was terribly wrong.

Objection to Outcome of the Probate of Christine Rosamond Benton, the readjustmenty of my Claim and the establishment of a Foundation in order to Protect a historic Artistic Legacy

1. The Coverup of vital facts in order to thwart a Coroners Inquest

In Item No.1 ‘Death of Decedent, of Executor Sydney Morris’s report of administration, it states my late was swept away by a rogue wave while walking on the beach with daughter and sister. Decedent died testate.

This is the first item addressed in Sydney Morris’s document calling for closure of the probate of my late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, and the distribution of her estate. There is strong evidence this sentence may not be true.

On May 4, 2005 I had some very disturbing news from Mrs. Barbara Layne who resided next door to the home at Rocky Point where Christine Benton was a guest at when she drowned. Barbara talked to Vicki Presco just after our sister was taken away in a ambulance. Ms. Presco told her Christine and her husband, Garth Benton, were invited to stay the weekend at this seaside home, by their friend, Alan Fox, in order to bring about a reconciliation of their marriage. Ms. Presco told Ms. Layne Mr.Fox wanted them to spend the weekend in his home, and perhaps in a romantic setting they could repair the terrible riff in their relationship that had become very volatile, they both filing restraining orders against each other. Ms, Layne was shocked to learn I had not heard of this attempt.
So was I.

Mrs. Layne then told me Alan Fox was in a awful hurry to sell his Rocky Point home, and did so within a month of Christine’s death. The new owners told Ms. Layne they were amazed at what a good deal they had gotten. This is important as my sister refused to tell me who the owner was when I asked a month after our sisters death. She asked me why I wanted to know. I told her I was going out to Rocky Point and wanted to talk to them while I was there. Vicki said it did not matter, as they were only there temporarily and had moved out. This is when I had a falling out with my surviving sister.. Mrs. Jacci Belford, Ms. Pierrot, also stopped talking to me.

After this conversation with Vicki, Ms. Layne left the part of the home where Vicki, he son, Shamus Dundon, and Drew were staying, and encountered Garth Benton who had just drove up and got out of the car. Mrs. Layne asked him is he was the “reconciling husband” and Garth said he was.

I asked Mrs. Layne if anyone else got out of the car, or was sitting in the car. Ms. Layne was; “No”. This contradicts the testimony that Mr. Benton gave Tom Snyder in Pierrots commissioned biography where we read how sorry Mr. Benton was when he made this comment to his girlfriend sitting next to him, just after the ambulance carrying Christine passed them going the other way into town; “Were’ free, and Drew is saved”

“It was Christine’s weekend to have Drew, Garth says. “And we drove over on Friday, I think it was. Drew got in the car, I said goodbye, and off they went. Next day, the phone rang sometime before noon. It was Drew. ‘Dad, Dad’ she said, ‘you’ve got to come and get me. Mommy went into the ocean and they’re fishing her out now. And Daddy…she looks very ill and she’s cold’. I told Drew to get Vicki, who was by then nearly hysterical, and we’d be there. “I called a beauty shop where Nina was having her hair done, and said, ‘Christine has drowned. She’s dead’. No one had told me that, I just knew.”
i
A few minutes later, on the way down toward Rocky Point, I had a reaction in the car with Nina that I feel so terrible about, and I’ll tell you. We were almost there, when an ambulance passed us, going the other way. We both realized it was carrying Christine. My mind flashed back over the last last few months and years, and all the anguish for Nina and Drew and me, even for Christine. I was crying, and I turned to Nian – this is what I am ashamed of – and I said, ‘We’re free. And drew is saved.”

Surely Alan Fox knew about the restraining order. Did Vicki tell him I wanted to talk to him? If someone died in my home, and a surviving family member wanted to speak to me, I would not avoid this person – unless I had something to hide. Vicki has something to hide and had not respect for my grief. She had no respect for this restraining order that was more then a family matter, but the concern of the people of Monterey County. who did have the right to know if the terms of restraining order was not be observed.

“OFPs and HROs are court documents against your abuser, rapist, stalker, or assailant. The documents order the perpetrator to stay away from you and spell out penalties if they violate the order. OFPs and HROs give you some powerful friends. Both are an order from a judge (representing The People) to your perpetrator. If the perp violates the order, then it is not just your problem any more. The entire power structure of the county rises up to enforce the order and protect you.

The restraining order is between the judge and your perp. Even if you invite the perp to come back, he will be arrested unless you officially cancel the order.

Garth knew he was breaking the terms of the HRO when he agreed to meet with Christine at Rocky Point,.as he attempted to obtain one against Christine. Judge Richard M. Silver, who resided over their divorce and Christine’s probate, refused to grant it as one already existed, thus he expected both parties to obey it.

Did Jacci Belford and Stacey Pierrot know about this restraining order and the rendezvous at Rocky Point? These two women claimed they are Custodians of my families Artistic Legacy, and Christine’s best friends, but will later blame dead members of my family for destroying the estate and running Christine’s life. They do not blame Garth Benton. Belford will drop out as second named executor and nominate Garth in writing. Pierrort, will follow Benton’s instructions and send out a Dead Artist Sale brochure to those who had bought Rosamond’s artwork in the past.- before Judge Silver approved Benton. as executor. This would not have happened if Judge Silver had known he had disobeyed his court order. This is not the only attempt Benton will make to deceive this Superior Court Judge.

“Over the specific argument of Ms. Beare, Judge Silver refused to appoint Mr. Chazen. Neither Ms. Beare nor Mr. Chazen disclosed to the court the very critical fact that Mr. Chazen has the largest single creditor’s claim against the estate and is a former business partner and business associate of Garth Benton who the court had removed as Special Administer just moments before.”

Until this happened, it looked like things were going Mr. Benton’s way, much more then they would have if he and my sister would have had a reconciliation. Being the father of the child heir gave Garth allot of clout, especially since Belford made an offer to buy the entire estate. – before the probate got underway. Once Mr. Benton was executor, a quick sale to Belford was planned so as to avoid any trouble with Shannon Rosamond, who might ask too many good questions, too. Best she not be able to use the Rosamond Gallery as a forum, lest she own any credibility,. and her cries for help are taken seriously.

“In the seasonal moment, an artist known worldwide as Rosamond is considering a guest-house invitation. Patrons had frequently made such offers, and they had always been graciously, yet uniformly refused. But, on a brisk March day in 1994, Christine Rosamond uncharacteristically accepts one such offer. She is feeling more buoyant and happy then she has in years. As chilling winter fogs disperse, it seems a grand time for an outing..”

One would think Alan Fox would want the reconciling couple to stay in the main part of the house where there was a romantic fireplace, and of course, they would have some privacy. But Vicki and her son Shamus swear that part of the house was never opened.
Mr. Snyder tells his readers that Christine had no acceptance of her husbands relationship with this woman. I was under the impression the divorce had just became finalized. If so, what was the nature of the reconciliation? Surely if this girlfriend was in the car with Mr. Benton on the way to his ex-wife’s death scene, then he had no intention of reconciling his marriage. Did he plan to tell Christine this – after he came to Rocky Point to spend the weekend?

This is when I approached my father and told him something was not right. He told me he had cancer and had a year to live. This was true, he dying November 4, 1994 ten months later. When he called Robin Beare she expressed shock that he existed as well as the 8,000 American Express Prints that belonged to the family partnership he made with his tow daughter, Christine and Vicki. Robin Beare told my father that Vicki and Garth had failed to include them in the inventory they made of the Estate. Vicki had dropped out as first named executor and nominated in writing Garth Benton, as did the second named Executor, Jacci Belford, who was a good friend of Christine’s – and of Stacey Pierrot. Ms. Belford told me she ha made an offer the purchase the estate and pay off the creditors. Did Mrs. Belford and Pierrot know about this attempt at a reconciliation? In Snyder’s biography Pierrot says she was going to attend a beach party on the day her friend drowned, where Christine would be present. Was Mr., Benton going to be there?
How about Alan Fox.

If I or Shannon had been told Mr. Garth Benton was near, or planned to be in the same room with Christine, then we would have become alarmed as would the coroner who might then convene a Coroners Inquest. Interested persons are allowed to asked questions at a Coroners Inquest. Surely Shannon would have had good questions – if she was told the truth.

After I asked for and got the Coroners report I was shocked to see “Highway One” as the place of death. When I called the Coroner about this, he told me Vicki told him they were hikers. She did not mention they were staying in a residence. The Coroner changed his report., but did not conduct a Inquest as I requested giving him a ten page report of my investigation woch included an account of the meeting held in Christine’s home on March 27, allegedly to raise funeral costs amongst Christine’s friends. I was told by Vicki to not come on that day, as I would not get among with these friends. As it turns out, these friends were also business partners, backers, or employed of Christine who may have had a vested interest in seeing there was a reconciliation between Christine and Garth, as their financial history was in utter chaos, and they owed money to the Internal Revenue Serve for non-payment of taxes. Vicki said to me when I came to Christine’s home; “You don’t know how much trouble Garth is in.” Were friend and backers in trouble too? There is a history of people taking illegal tax-breaks on artists lithographs that do not sell.

As in most marriages that fail badly, bad things become public knowledge, they no longer able to be contained in their union. Quite often married couple turn on each other in a divorce, and sometime they own a desire to desotyr each other, especially in a financial way. There was talked about Christine cling her gallery and going back with Circle Gallery . she had filed Bankruptcy and may have been laving silent backers in the lurch. Did these backers attempt to make a reconciliation with Christine, who was sinking like a ship? How much trouble was Christine in with the IRS?

The Corruption of a Minor and Stealing of my Grandson

After my newfound sixteen year old daughter disappeared, I began to suspect she was in contact with Vicki and her son Shamus whom she had never met. I was not married to Heather’s mother, who lived with fro two months before she went back to her husband.
I began to see a therapist as I beside myself as what to do In an e-mail exchange with Shamus, I demand he and Vicki tell me who lived in that house at Rocky Point. Again, this information is withheld from me. I feared for the wellbeing of my daughter,

“”You said in a e-mail you made the 911 call, but the 911 operator told me a woman made the call, she listening to it when she told me this! I asked her to send a copy of it to the coroner. I sent off my report to the coroner – who changed his report, because he was
told you four were hikers on Highway 1. That is the address on the autopsy report – Highway One! Outrageous! Christine was a guest in a million dollar home, and you and Vicki still refuse to tell me who invited MY sister there. You go get that information from Vicki – Now! Now – you little lying creep! I want that persons testimony.
I want to know why they/she/it invited Christine out to stay in that/their home – by herself, without their presence.” What is incredible, is there is no account of a world famous artists last 24 hours on earth. Alas we hear she played Acquire. What did she talk about? What was her hopes and fears?”

As often happens during and after a terrible divorce, children are taken hostage and attempts to turn them against the opposing parent, made. This is what happened in the Presco family, Vic and Rosemary fought over their four children till the day they died. Vicki was a real victim of this as her father told her she was his only true child, her sibling nothing but the product of Rosemary’s infidelities. I grew distant from Vicki when she chose to believe this in order to own power over her siblings, and to enrich herself. Vic was making allot of money in his loan business, and Vicki was his general manager. Then came the American Express Partnership which made Vic & Vicki big players in the Art World, she almost on equal footing with her famous sister, whose shadow she had lived in for many years.

After Christine’s death, Vicki did not see her father for three months. She had turned over her undying family loyalty to Garth, who was trying to become Special Executor, and thus IN CONTROL of it all. When Jacci Belford, the second named executor after Vicki, told me how glad she was Vic was not going to get his prints back, I knew Vicki had become an ally of Garth. Garth was the most important family member in Vicki’s eyes.

When I was twelve, I pulled a knife on my father when he came into our home, drunk, he weaving into the furniture. There was a restraining order against him because he used to beat our mother black and blue in front of our children. He ordered Vicki to pack a suitcase as he was taking her to grandma’s. When I told him Rosemary gave me strict orders to not let him take Vicky anywhere, he came at me. I ran into the kitchen and got a big butcher knife and held it towards him, then ordered him out of the house. He took one step towards me, and I held my ground. I saw murder in my father’s eyes. He left in a rage, to continue his drunken driving without Vicki in the car.

To learn that people close to my sister encouraged her to drop her guard and allow Mr. Garth Benton an opportunity to make amends, is alarming, as this attempt has been carefully concealed. This concealment highly suggests something went terribly wrong. That Drew has been silenced about this reconciliation, is also very alarming for several reasons. Was she taken hostage, there a fight over her, and if so, is her innocence being used to hide grave family secrets, there so many more terrible things having to be done in order to protect her from the trauma of witnessing her mother’s death? Did she see her father do something insane?

This may be the case, but, does this protection extend to the necessity of divulging other family secrets in a biography, and later broadcasting them on the silver screen, so that the Executor can pay off the Creditors, and have something left over to give Drew – and Shannon – who did not get to know about the attempt at a reconciliation, like drew did. If you recall, Vicki and Drew were sitting side by side when Vicky told Mrs. Layne about Alan Foxes invitation.

One can suggest that once the movie had been made form the biography then John Q. Public will accept the version of the truth that is making a millions o bucks. This could be seen as a cover-up.

Most psychologist know how destructive Family Secrets are. I will talk about that later. Here is evidence of how the secret meeting between Garth and Christine, has all but destroyed my family, corrupted my daughter, and taken my grandson hostage. I was Christine’s Big Brother, the one who came to protect her, and her reputation. When some guy was spreading the rumor she was a slut in Junior high School, it was I who came and sought him out, and knocked him to the ground. Shamus claims he did not read Tom Snyder’s biography that vilifies Christine, makes her out to be a raving and violent lunatic. Snyder told me he had spoken to three lawyers about the biography I had in the works, and said they wanted to make things difficult for me if I did not sing the Exclusive Rights contract he sent me, so I could not tell my story. My family had blessed my bigorpah6y until in a e-mail to Vicki Presco, I began to ask more questions about what happened at Rocky Point.

This constitutes a cover-up by Vicki, Shamus, Garth and Stacey Pierrot
who hired Tom Snyder as a Ghost Writer. How dare she be permitted to use the title ‘Custodian’ of my families artistic legacy. If I was present at Rocky Point, no way would my sister have ended up in the ocean – nor my niece Drew!

Shamus Dundon is Vicki’s son who told lies about what he was doing when the rogue wave struck. In e-mails we exchanged, he knows I am trying to find out who owned that house, yet he never goes and asks his mother. Why? Because he knew why they were
there, and knew Alan Fox was the owner.

Here is Shamus withholding information from me as to the whereabouts of my daughter, and the fact she is pregnant, he saying I deserved to lose contact with Heather for two years because I am so accusatory and negative in regards to asking questions about Shamus’s actions and whereabouts at Rocky Point..

If Shamus really wanted me to makes amends with him, and maybe his Mom, then all he had to do was come clean, and tell me the truth. Why didn’t he tell me he and his mother were wrong for withholding the truth from me, and then apologize to me – and my daughter? Was keeping this a secret really worth losing me as a family member? This makes me wonder if there was more at stake. Why deny Heather an opportunity to have a father, and her son a grandfather? Would it be such an inconvenience to Alan Fox if I knew he invited Christine and Garth to Rocky Point to reconcile their bond?

Shamus didn’t even want me to know I was going to be a grandfather, yet he kept on protecting an outsider, a total stranger to me – and MY family. I wonder if Alan Fox feels bad about the terrible riff he helped make in my family? Why doesn’t he come forward and put an end to it? Where was he when the infamous rogue wave struck? Was he helping Shamus run down lizards?

I will write her another email suggesting she call you only if you write her an apology. Shamus, do you or Vicki – or any member of my family – have Heather’s phone number? Lillian told me she heard from Vicki that Heather was going to have a child. She tells me she I am going to have a “grandson” thus she had a test – hence!

Shamus says he only had two contacts with Heather, but, takes charge of her and her unborn baby, he taking delight in our falling out. He then sets up a reconciliation between us. How interesting. Do you recall exactly when you talked to Heather? Do you think she was sincere about learning more about you, or, she wanted to learn more about me?

Jon

Maybe you should elaborate more on Heather. I’ve only had 2 phone conversations with her, and they were both about us learning about each other as family members. The only thing I mentioned about you, when she brought you up, was that she should be careful not to feel to hurt IF you said some mean things out of the blue.(perhaps you can understand why I might say that.) I never said anything to discourage her from
associating with you. I have no idea the current status of your relationship. I haven’t talked to her in quite sometime. What did you mean by “outsider” going after her? Maybe you should tell me what happened….

Did Shamus come to the rescue of his cousin Shannon when she was arrested? His MEAN mother filed a police report in order to keep her there. Shamus claims he does not know about all the mean things said about OUR family in Tom Snyder’s biography. My father suggested Vicki had taken Garth’s side in the divorce. Did Garth invited Vicki out to Rocky Point to help him bring Christine to her séances?

I have the second Coroner’s report that says Mrs. Presco made the 911 call. After promising to come clean, in regards to my daughter, Shamus still creating a smokescreen, and embroiling my innocent daughter and grandson is terrible lies, she too nothing but fuel for the chaotic Benton Family Smokescreen

“You said in a e-mail you made the 911 call, but the 911 operator told me a woman made the call, she listening to it when she told me this! I asked her to send a copy of it to the coroner. I sent off my report to the coroner – who changed his report, because he was

We now know it was he hope she would be reconciled with Garth Benton at Rocky Point. I am sure Christine mentioned this while they played Acquire in the cabin. When was Garth due to arrive? Vicki said in the Pinecone she and her son were invited there as an afterthought. Did Christine want them there – just incase? If there was a party planned at RP, was it to celebrate the reconciliation of Garth and Christine that was taking place Friday night? How many of the expected guests knew of this attempt?

“Were any family member or friends coming to town to celebrate Christine’s sober birthday? How about Raphael? How about Mark?”

“Why didn’t she talk about the sober birthday and the plans she was making? Drew is kept from the funeral lest she is questioned. You are never questioned – because Vicki removed you as an eyewitness! Everything Vicki tells me and the world – can’t be true! Vicki offers as little as possible lest people get on a role and want a clearer picture, like, what did Vicki mean by saying she was helping Christine overcome her fear of the ocean? Were you playing chicken with giant waves?”

Shannon is arrested for Trespassing

As incredible as this seems, there is powerful evidence Vicki and Garth set up members of my family to be accused of stealing from Christine’s home and gallery – after we were invited there. After the funeral, and while talking in the kitchen, I noticed this gentleman lurking in the background in an adjoining room. I asked Vicki who he was, and she said he was Garth’s good friend. I went and talked to him. I later gave him a call. I now realize that he was guarding Christine’s belongings, I mean……Garth’s belongings.

I and my friend witnessed Vicki Presco give Shannon Rosamond a set of new keys to her mother’s home after Vicki employed a lock smith to change all the locks in Christine’s home. Vicki gave permission to Shannon to stay in her mother’s home. My friend is prepared to testify to this. I gave testimony this was the case in several letters to Sydney Morris and Judge Silver in the year following my sister’s suspicious demise.

My friend is also able to testify to his observation Vicki had a unusually heavy load in the trunk of her Rambler sedan, and the back seat was filled, he saying to me; “We should get the locksmith to open the lock to the trunk and see what’s in there.”

Robin Beare says this in her letter to the bonding company; “6. In addition, attached to this declaration is a notarized Affidavit from Vicki Presco, who was nominated as Co-Executor in the decedent’s will date July 2, 1993, which sets forth the facts regarding her
telephone call to Ms.Benton that the locks to the decedent’s residence had been changed and that and that Ms.Benton was not to enter the residence. 7. I personally requested that Vicki Presco, who is Ms. Shannon Benton’s aunt, and sister of the decedent, contact
Ms.Benton to request that she not come back to the residence, since I was aware that Ms.Benton had already taken property belonging to the estate from the residence. Also for that reason, I requested that Garth Benton change the locks on the residence.”

Ms. Beare then says; “there is no possibility whatsoever that Shannon Benton will be able to obtain any type of bond, based solely upon the fact that she is homeless.”

Shortly after this false arrest, Vic Presco called Ms.Beare who told my father he was shocked to know of his existence – and the existence of the 8,000 partnership prints saying Garth and Vicki had not mentioned them in the inventory of the estate. Vicki had asked me to sell these prints at street fairs, and build shelves to store them in her walk-in closet, neither of which I did.

Vicki dropped out as Executor, but here she is helping Garth and his attorney rest control of the estate from the adult heir. She is working against other members of the family as well, knowing they have a vested interest. If she had not forsaken the sacred trust
Christine had given her, then she could not morally or ethically do this. Why she thinks she could do this after refusing to serve as Executor, constitutes fraud, and a conspiracy to deceive those who have an interest in the estate.

Shannon was encouraged to come to Carmel and live in her mother’s home as the ‘Pinecone’ article said. Vicki asked me to move into the house, and guard Shannon from stealing. I refused, suggesting the contents be video taped if she did not trust Shannon, which was done. If Shannon had not done moved in, then she would have had a strong
hand, thus preventing the take-over of her legacy.

I believe there was a conspiracy to set Shannon up, weaken her position, so others could take control of the estate and the art. I am also certain Vicki Presco, and others, wanted to set me up, get me arrested for stealing from the estate, as in his biography written
for Stacey Pierrot, Tom Snyder says family members and others stole
from the estate the day of the funeral.

“Before the service, Vicki had taken the trouble to go through Christine’s bedroom, putting her jewelry and intimate belongings out of sight. As matters turned out, it did little good, for the funeral was not long over before family members and others were ravaging Christine’s house, taking whatever could be carted away. The artist’s
closet, a veritable mother lode – took the worst beating. World-class spender that Christine had been, much of the clothing had never been worn. So whatever still bore price tags was hauled off to be exchanged for money. Jewelry disappeared, as well as other personal belongings. Gallery employees and close friends of the family, along
with Vicki, were doing their best to staunch the flow – the estate had not yet been inventoried – but to no avail.”

Let it be known that the guests who stayed the night in Christine’s home, were; Rosemary,Pip, Raphael, Cindy, John, Vicki, Michael, Shamus, and myself.

Vicki asked me to stay away the day after my sister drowned as she was having a gathering of Christine’s friends (which was held in her house) to help pay for funeral costs. Several months later Paul’s mortuary told me they were going to bill the estate. At the funeral reception, I saw Stacey Pierrot down in the gallery basement handing
prints to my brother, Mark Presco. I would see my uncle, Dick Molnar, with a print(s) under his arm. The value of these prints had to be over $500.00. Was the cost of this reception also billed to the estate? Ms. Pierrot shamelessly promoted herself in front of my family in our time of grief, and then dare say this in her biography she paid Mr.Snyder to write with sales of our sister’s art, knowing my new found daughter would read it;

“Like long sea voyages in small boats, funerals render families and friends in their truest colors. Vicki had taken on the larger part of the planning and managed to pull together what became the best of it all – and it must be said that if there is a hero in this story, it
is Christine’s younger sister. She not only handled Christine’s burial, but later, those of her mother and father. Despite the jibes of the family malcontents intent on their own agendas, Vicki had served admirably no matter what the calling.”

Vicki did not tell me Vic was dying or dead, or my mother was dying, she dying the day after I found out. I had a falling out with both my parents after I found out Vicki and Vic had played devious games with the legacy of Vic’s mother, who disinherited all four of her grandchildren because none of us showed up at her death bed. Vic told me he asked Vicki to tell the other Presco children his mother was dying, and was shocked that she had not. Vic told me this after he found out Vicki did not mention his existence to Robin Beare. The family partnership was formed with the legacy left by our Grandmother
to her only son – as planned, as this got Mark and I out of the will, Vic at the time turning our sister’s against their brothers. Vicki had no problem with that – even knowing Vic had got her and Christine drunk and into his bed when they were in their twenties.

When I began to expose my younger sister, who had hid behind all the chaos, Vic and Rosemary closed ranks, as it became evident these raging alcoholics had used Vicki to get to the their older children who they had falling outs with. Vicki played everyone against each other.

“So in this setting, the contentiousness among family members, once again able to hate each other face to face as they had not in years, boiled to the surface. Everyone seemed furiously self-righteous about something. If it is possible for the recently departed to have a final glimpse, Christine would have had a sardonic chuckle at the behavior of the characters on stage.”

“The rest was, given those involved, what one might expect. Vic was cornering whatever woman he could; Rosemary came in drunk, lost in her story that she was the only seventeen-year-old to turn down Errol Flynn’s advances. “Oh it was just awful,” Lillian recalls. “Rosemary was shouting that Shannon was late, ‘ and ought to have butt kicked’.
I don’t know what all she said after that, but she had her silver flask with her and it was getting rough.”

No family member saw Vic at the funeral as he hid himself. Rosemary had no flask with her. Knowing this would be the contentious approach in their biography, Ms.Pierrot and Mr. Snyder approached my sixteen year old daughter, and her stage mother, to be in their biography. I had just found out Heather existed for sure, and had yet to lay eyes on her. This is child abuse!

Christine drowned on her first sober birthday which is considered more important then you natal birthday to those who are in recovery. I have will have eighteen years sobriety After stealing my program after I forbid him to employ it in his book, Mr. Snyder goes out of his way to distant me from Christine – after her death – using the sick intrigue that is common in alcoholic co-dependent families. He deliberately ignored the truth Christine and I had become Brother and Sister in AA, and our new life together was about to begin, a life based upon the steps and principles of AA which Snyder broke. It says this on our birthday coins;

“To thine own self be true.”

Vicki had a un-natural relationship with her father, who rewarded her for being loyal to him, and his abuse. Vic paid her when she betrayed her siblings who were confronting his about his abuse, as Shannon had done. Vicki represents the insane sister of the never ending lies in Vic’s drunken program that commands us still from beyond the grave….

“Thou shall not be aware.”
The biography Ms. Pierrot commissioned, exonerates Benton of any wrong doing, but for one outrageous comment. he made This biography depicts me as being delusional. What is delusional is Snyder depicts Vicki as a hero, but yet she never told Snyder about the attempted reconciliation. If she had, Snyder’s biography may have taken another direction, and not been the miserable failure it is. If the truth would have been told, then there might be a movie being filmed about Rosamond’s mysterious last hours on earth, that would produce millions of dollars for the heirs and the creditors. In this regards wasn’t Sydney Morris under some obligation to seek the truth, and suggest a police investigation – that would have begun by the questiong of ‘The Neighbors’? Instead, Morris thwarts my investigation all the way. He even discourages me from filing a claim saying “The Decedent died intestate.”

I suspect Mr.Chazen paid for Robin Beare’s legal services, he a good friend of Christine and Garth, and my father’s private lender. Did Chazen know about the attempt at a reconciliation at Rocky Point? He was a partner in the first Rosamond Gallery and was a creditor in the Bankruptcy Christine filed and is to be given $67,000 dollars by Sydney Morris, who denied my claim. Chazen is a business partner of the Getty and Pelosi family. Andrew Cuomo of HUD accused Chazen of loan-sharking. The IRS must have been putting pressure on Garth and Christine to name others who might have been involved in tax evasion. Lithographs have been used in the past to declare illegal write-offs. I suspect Christine was luring backers this way. Chazen’s deception sounds desperate, he too afraid to lose control of the Public Forum. to Shannon who has deep suspicions about Getty’s right-hand business man. whom my father introduced Vicki to, as he wanted her to take over his loan business. Vic Presco was convicted of loan sharking shortly after Christine’s death.

Alan Fox needs to be found and questioned so this court can own all the facts about this reconciliation, that might have in truth been a business reconciliation disguised as a reconciliation between Garth and Christine.

Because of the conflicting testimony about who Garth was with when he drove to Rocky Point, one must consider their was a false alibi being established in order to remove Mr. Benton from the scene. Was this the motive of Mr.Fox removing himself from the scene lest he be questioned by the authorities and reveal the presence of Mr., Benton at Rocky Point – before Christine drowned?

I request this Court withhold any distribution of the estate of my later sister to Drew Benton unless her father submits to a lie detector test and explains where he was and who was with whtne Christine died, and what was the nature of the reconciliation. Did Mr. Benton involve his daughter in a cover-up? If so, this child needs to be set free of this covert, and perhaps criminal activity. which would be injurious to her mental health.

No Tide Pools At Rocky Point

Posted on June 17, 2017by Royal Rosamond Press

The Story of Rosamond

by

Jon Presco

Copyright 2017

Why did Christine Rosamond think there were tide-pools at Rocky Point? Below we see a finger of water about fifteen feet wide that digs into a bowl shape in the steep hill. At the end of it is a ten foot high wall. The waves are forced into this opening, hit the wall, and shoot fifty feet into the air. The cascading water has carved this bowl over thousands of years. From the guest house where Vicki and Shamus were staying, you could see this incredible geyser. You saw it for sure if you headed down there – if it was high tide – and the wind was blowing. Wind produces waves. There is no beach, no sand. At low tide there are about three brackish pools about five feet across, and less than a foot deep. There are some broken muscle shells that you can take at low tide with moderate winds.

No way would Drew or Christine collect these smelly shell, and be put in that jacket. They are good for nothing – unless – you are fishing. They can be used as bait. These shells cling to the side of the sluice. If the bowl fills with water, and recedes, it is going to pour you very rapidly into the sea. Surely Christine saw this happen at least ten times as she carefully made her way down the slope. Drew is by her side. Surely her first concern – is the safety of this place! My late sister has frequent nightmares about being killed by a huge wave. This fear would be transferred to eight year old Drew. Why didn’t Christine Rosamond say;

“It does’nt look safe down there. I don’t want to take a chance – with Drew!”

Did Vicki and Shamus stop in Carmel and Monterey and pick up some bait? Did they have bait down in that cove with Vic’s fishing poles? Who would say;

“Let’s drive to town and get some bait?”

Vicki told me she screamed at her son not to go down there, after she ran up to the house to call 911. This removes Shamus – yet one more time – from the accident scene.

Vicki is “leading the way”. Shamus was probably leading the way, but, the bright sunlight gave him a headache, and he left the scene to go look for lizards? Was he thinking about using lizards for bait – if he could catch one?

The unnamed owner of the house knew there were no tide-pool down there, and would have told Christine this – if she asked! I suspect these magnificent plumes of water were an attraction, something to write home about, even take photos of. I beseech people who owns such photos to post them on FB………

Heather joined seven years ago. If she had done what her father asked her to do, OUR book would have been published in 2001. Our miracle would be the story all Rosamond fans wanted to read – and be made into a movie! If Heather makes amends with me, WE will have a happy ending!

Alan Fox’s 20 Million Dollar Gift

Alan Fox gifted 20 million dollars to a university in order to immortalize un-gifted members of his family.  He is trying to establish an Artistic Dynasty. What a joke. He is not a player in the Art Casino unveiled in the Panama Papers as far as I can tell.

It occurred to me I should have sued Alan for ‘Wrongful Death’ after the statute of limitations ran out. This would have revealed much. My main interest is still to own how my sister was “killed” by a rogue wave. It might be possible for my niece, Drew Benton, to sue Alan Fox. She is a member of a REAL Artistic Dynasty and suffers from mental illness due to her brush with death. She watched her mother die. Our family could have used 10 million dollars to save and promote the Rosamond Legacy and all out creative members – for generations to come! This includes my daughter and grandson.

Why didn’t executor Sydney Morris sue Alan, or, Lawrence Chazen, who tried to become the executor? How about Vicki Presco when she was the executor?  I found out Chazen and Morris have offices blocks from each other in Carmel. They could walk to see each other. Was their collusion? With Chazen setting up Noble Oil in an offshore manner, and because he was a partner of Rosamond, he can be associated with the Panama Papers.

My daughter probably has a lawsuit or two. She should see an attorney.

For example, minor children cannot use up their statute of limitations while they are still minors. Thus, in a wrongful death action by a child for the death of his mother, the child can file the wrongful death action many years later as the statute of limitations would not start to count down until the child turned 18 years old. In general, the courts weigh the positive benefits of tolling – a plaintiff being able to file his or her claims – against the prejudice towards the defendant. – See more at: http://injury.findlaw.com/torts-and-personal-injuries/wrongful-death-claims-time-limits-and-the-discovery-rule.html#sthash.opGvGWl5.dpuf

Our founders, Alan and Daveen Fox, shared some incredible wisdom yesterday–stay tuned for the final product from Exponent Philanthropy: “We are in the business of helping youth maximize their potential. Gosh, This Family Is In Tune: The Story Behind a $20 Million Campus Music Gift

Ade Adeniji

I just discovered the house my late sister was invited to at Rocky Point was designed by the famous architect, Brook-Kothlow, for Allan Fox, who sold this house in a hurry shortly after Christine Rosamond Benton was allegedly swept from the rocks below this house that plays a prominent role in the counterculture and the development of the World Wide Web.

Brook-Kothlow was inspired by the ideas of Khan and Brand Stewart, who put on the Tripps Festivals, and published The Whole Earth Catalogue which was the model for the Internet. Stewart was at the Open Theatre with the Loading Zone. Clint Eastwood owned another famous house by Brook-Kothlow. These houses are considered HISTORIC works of Art and Philosophy. Why would Alan Fox sell one of these very unique homes built JUST FOR HIM? He had to know Eastwood owned one. According to Donald Layne and his wife, who I talked to on the phone;

“Allan was in a awful hurry to sell that home, and did so at a great loss.”

Why was Mr. Fox in such a hurry to sell a home that he knew would go up in value. Fox is a big real estate investor. Sound’s like a bad business to me. Could it be I asked my surviving sister, Vicki Presco, who owned that house?

“Why do you want to know?” Vicki spat.
“I want to go there and talk to them.”
“I’ll get back to you.” my little lying sister said. Fifteen minutes later.
“They moved!”
“Can I have their names?”
“What difference does it make? They are gone!”

This is when my investigation began in ernest. Michael Harkins helped me for a while, and then taught me how to investigate. I sent my report to the Coroner with this quote from Harkins;

“Now that you know for sure you have been lied to, you must assume everything is a lie, until proven otherwise, and, you have to consider anything could have happened, including murder.”

When my family read “murder” they used that word as their defense, being, I was insane and mentally ill, I wanting to conclude that off the top. What I was looking for, was the motive for the owner of a famous house concealing his identity. Fearing a Wrongful Death Lawsuit, would be one motive. Allan Fox is a multi-millionaire, and thus susceptible to a suit. Did his attorneys suggest he sell that infamous home that Drew Benton allegedly did a drawing of? Drew is the daughter of two famous artists and is a member of the Historic Benton Family.

The second question I had, was why would Christine allow her daughter down at this extremely dangerous place when the wind was howling? Christine had nightmares about dying via a huge wave. Huge waves carved the bowl you see just below the Fox house. Not the stairs others have built to get down near the sea that is very deep. I saw plumes of water shooting thirty feet into the air when I was there during a mild day. At first, my nephew admitted to seeing huge plumes of water going high into the air – from the house! Surely Christine saw these plumes from the huge windows. I’m sure this is why Fox wanted a house built there, these plumes a means to impress his friends. Did Allan warn Christine about going down to the water’s edge?

Jon Presco

The house at Rocky Point where my late sister, Christine Rosamond, was invited to by a person unknown, was owned by Alan C. Fox who I just tried to talk to on the phone. I got his secretary who asked my name and what was my business. I told her my name and this was concerning the house he owned at Rocky Point. I was put on hold for twenty seconds. When the secretary came back on, she said;

“Alan does not own that house anymore.”
“Then he did own it?”
“Yes, but not in a long time.”

I now have an image of Alan, the owner of the place that gave my sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, the last shelter she would enjoy on earth.

Let me make this picture for you: If your teenage daughter called and said she was spending the night at a friends, and she went walking with that friend, and was struck and killed by a car, wouldn’t you want to know who this friend was, who the parents were, where they lived, and their telephone number?

I am not saying Alan Fox invited Christine to the house on Rocky Point. If Allan rented this house, then he knew who he rented it to, thus, we may know who invited Christine to be a guest in that house.

Alan’s mother was an artist, and Alan is the publisher of ‘Rattle’ a publication that promotes poetry and poets. Royal Rosamond Press was founded in order to protect Artists and Poets. Perhaps Alan would like to know who Christine and her grandfather were? On this site Alan bids one to take an inventory of talented people in your family.

The University of Arizona recently announced a $20 million gift to its School of Music by Alan C. Fox, president of ACF Property Management, a real-estate investment company in Studio City, California, and his wife Daveen. A fifth of that money will be used to create three endowed chairs at the school, and $2 million will establish the Fox Scholarship Fund. The school will also be renamed the Fox School of Music.

This kind of huge gift in the realm of the arts isn’t too common. Indeed, the gift by the Fox couple is the largest gift ever given to University of Arizona’s College of Fine Arts. The previous high mark for an individual gift? Two gifts of just $3 million each. That’s quite a difference and if you’re picturing a couple with strong alumni ties to University of Arizona, you’d be wrong. Neither Fox nor his wife is an alum. How about a business or residence close to campus? Nope, the entire Fox family lives in Southern California. So what’s the story here?

Well, let’s start with Fox’s father, Fred Fox, for whom the school of music will be renamed. The elder Fox is a legendary french horn player who’s been involved in all things brass for most of his life. Fred Fox was born in Brooklyn, New York and after attending Juilliard, he performed as a solo horn player with the National Symphony, the Minneapolis Symphony, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and at Paramount Studios, among others.

Fred Fox has also taught music at California State University, Northridge, University of Southern California, and the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara. What’s more, his 1974 book, Essentials of Brass Playing, is considered an authoritative source.

Oh, and there’s at least one other place where Fox has taught—University of Arizona’s School of Music—where he’s worked with the Graduate Wind Quintet and gave lessons as recently as last fall. It’s also worth noting that Fred Fox is 100 years old.

Besides the interesting tidbit of the younger Fox honoring his 100-year-old dad while he’s still alive and kicking—and still apparently playing music, too—it also goes to show you just how strong the motivation is here. The Fox family has clearly been powerfully influenced by its musically gifted patriarch.

And if all this wasn’t enough, one of Fred Fox’s former music students is now an associate professor at the School of Music at UArizona. The two apparently kept in contact, and perhaps this professor made the initial pitch. (If only every college development office had a professor with ties to a family like the Foxes. Actually, come to think of it, many probably do if they pushed their faculty hard enough to mine their connections.)

There’s one other component to this story, as well. Fox and Daveen run a very interesting foundation out of Los Angeles called the Frieda C. Fox Family Foundation. It was founded in 1999 in the name of Fox’s mother, Frieda (noticing a pattern here?!) who was a musician, artist and teacher, and the first in her family to go to college.

The Frieda C. Fox Family Foundation gives to a number of different outfits in Los Angeles, mainly in education, but a cornerstone of the foundation is its youth philanthropy program, which help kids, teens, college students and young adults learn about and be involved in philanthropy at foundations and nonprofits. When the foundation was still in its infancy, one of Fox’s thirteen year old daughters was already involved.

Gosh, the Fox family sure is hitting all the right notes.

Vicki Presco Was A Criminal

Capturing Beauty

John Presco

Shamus Dundon had no intention of telling me his mother was dead. His son insisted he do so. My sister Vicki Presco died sixteen months ago. I am ready to deal with it after I have grieved. She had become obsessed about getting her money back that she invested in a family partnership consisting of four Rosamond images rendered especially for this partnership formed at the suggestion of Vic and Vicki Presco. Our father put up a $100,000 dollars that was left to him by his mother, Melba Broderick, in her Will, that Rosemary said my entire natal family was in. Mark asked me and Christine what became of Melba’s legacy and he told me she said;

“I got it all!”

Hearing My Sister Vicki | Rosamond Press

Vic and Vicki were not given an accounting, or any profits from this partnership. Vicki told me she invested $60,000 dollars of the money she took from her brutal husband, Ken Prather – and fled! Ken was a true psychopath. Vicki joined the Navy to get away from him. He had a hit on her via a rich member of the Levi Straus family.. When she got out of the Navy, she stayed with Vic. She and Ken owned three houses that they bought with their monies earned in Silver Commodities. Ken used a special pen to write checks. Tax evasion was going on.

Weeks after Christine drowned, I contacted my father. Jacci Belford told me she made an offer to buy the entire estate, and, she was glad Vic was not going to get his partnership prints back. Vicki would not talk to her ex-partner. When I looked at the agreement, it said that new partners could be chosen. I suggested to Vic we could declare we are the surviving and active partners. I was the surviving family artist. Then he told me how upset he was that Vicki did not tell Christine, Mark Presco and I, Melba was dying – like he asked her to. He said his mother left everything to him so he could invest in Christine’s art – and thus all four of her grandchildren would have a much BIGGER LEGACY!

WOW!

Then, one morning, I got on The Dog and went to the county seat, and looked at Melba’s Will. She had angrily DISOWNED her grandchildren just before she died. I got THE BIG PICTURE. Vicki and Vic conspired to get Mark and I out of Melba’s Will – so Christine and Vicki – would have IT ALL! Vic wanted to reward his loyal girls – and punkish Mark and I for never being loyal! I got a new phone number, and was all on my own in my investigation as to how a world famous artist ended up in – what she feared the most.

I filed a claim in Christine’s probated that Sydney Morris was the executor of. I claimed that I was the sole family partner and thus, everything belonged to me. There could be no sale to Belford who went to high school with Stacey Pierrot – who Morris sold everything. Sounds like another game of keep-away – with outsiders – this time!

I need someone to go to the Superior Court of Monterey and get what I filed. I feel for Melba who died believing her grandchildren did not love her. This evil scheme meant loyal Vicki would not be at Melba’s death-bed. I told my sixteen year old daughter and her mother this was the reason THEY should stay away from Vicki – which they did not! I am certain Vic paid no taxes on his inheritance – nor did Vicki on her silver windfall

Here is a family photo. Look how healthy I look – of body and mind! Who is that Dark One lurking in the back. My father’s drunken aura was always muddy and foreboding. Vic was menacing to his sons. Mark took the picture which made this monster upset because he has momentarily in control. Vic’s darkness and insanity was put on me, the healthy alpha male, and…..FAMILY SCAPEGOAT. Melba and Rosemary knew Vic was mentally ill. But, he was a son and a father. And, Christine and Vicki needed a father – like this guy? Why is Vic having dinner with Garth and his two girls? Shamus bonded with Vic. The last time I talked to him, he said there was proof I was crazy. Rosemary told him the story where I would sit in a room my myself – and pound my head against the wall – when I two! This is why I accused him of murder?

“I never accused you of murder. I do own a theory that you took Drew fishing, and you two got caught in one of many big waves. Christine rand down to save her eight year old child – who she was very protective with around water!”

There was two seconds of silence. For not telling me my sister was dead, I am now looking at murder. Look at Vic. He looks like he is in a police lineup. Vic was convicted of Loan Sharking four months after my sister left me – with the monsters!

My cousin mistook the tall man with Melba as being her father. Wrong! That’s John Koster the owner of the California Barrel Company and a member of the Bohemian Club. Barrels were getting to bootleggers. Did Shamus file a probate/ Was there a Trust? Do I get to see it? Why is my mother fighting with Melba and Vic over Vicki – who was Vic’s favorite. He claimed Rosemary turned his first three children against him. Did Vicki believe that? Why did Vicki believe we all owed her to fix her troubles with the crazy man she married? Did Christine believe the same? What is this? Why doesn’t Rosemary have her husband by his arm, and her hand – on his waist? Why does Vicki look – so confused? Did she beat her head on the wall – too?

Shamus needs to take a witness stand and be asked if he knows the whereabouts of Mr. Butterball who wanted me to include some of his essay in my self-help book ‘Bonds With Angels’. I refused, because he is a misogynist and a racist, and should not be allowed anywhere near the creative legacy of a world famous artist. Butterball was Melba’s favorite grandson who she had to herself in Roseville during the summer. She fed him – too well – causing our mother to call him up and say;

“Stop feeding my son too much food. He’s as fat as a butterball!”

Bond’s With Angels’ starts with the blue angel Vicki and Christine saw standing at the foot of their bed. The old woman up the street saw a blue light in her bedroom. Kay Coakley is the daughter of Frank Coakley, who was the District Attorney of Oakland and tried Huey Newton, Mario Savio, and the black sailors accused of Mutiny. Rosemary kept saying Kay was going leave Vicki a vast tract of land near Lake Merritt. Vicki was raised to be…….and Heir!

I suspect Mark Presco and Sydney Morris have conversed…..and Mr. Butterball convinced this Robert Buck partner – that he was the sane one! He may be dead. I deserve to know – for he helped destroy an important literary legacy. Below is a photograph of a Black Mask campground on Saint Croix Island.

I need someone to go look at Rosamond’s probate and send me what I filed. I thought about taking the train to Monterey again, but, I am concerned THEY will have me arrested after I sign in at the Courthouse. Christine’s favorite movie was ‘Chinatown’.

Below is my prophetic post ‘Trump Get Out’ posted August 20, 1915. I am going to write the Vice President of the United States as soon as she is sworn in. She was a progressive prosecutor of Oakland. She had to know all about Frank, and how he called those black sailors :depraved”. Was Kamala Harris born in Oakland? Does anybody care?

People have committed murdered for less than $60,000 – minus the profit. My sister claimed her son suffers from brain damage after Ken violently shook him after he lied about stealing $40.00 dollars from my suitcase. I know my nephew blames me for that. Why? I’m the Family Scapegoat. I’m…….The Sane One!

Shamus Dundon Is A Lying Cheat

Posted on November 20, 2019 by Royal Rosamond Press

Shamus Dundon did not return the painting I did in 1961, as promised. He did not call me and tell me my sister was dying until after she had been dead for eleven days. He did not call me and tell me my mother was dying. I did not get to say goodbye. He did not call me and tell me my father was dying. I learned this from my cousin I never met, Donna Wilbur Presco, who was doing the Presco genealogy. She informed me Vic Presco had been dead for three years.

In doing a simple genealogy a few vital statistics are required. The date of birth, the date of death, and how old the family member was is given. Birth place, and place of death, is required. After I gave my sixty page report to the Sherriff and Coroner of Monterey County, he changed his report. Shamu’s mother told the Coroner’s office at the hospital they took Christine, that they were “hikers on highway one”. The Coroner did not know they were guests in a home at Rocky Point. When I asked Vicki for the names of the owners, and when she refused to give me their names, my investigation was on. I still do not know who invited the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton, to that very dangerous place. What I wanted to ask them, was this;

“Did you tell my sister this was not the place to go “shelling” and looking for creatures in tide-pools? Did you tell my family to not go down to the sea?”

As a family member, I had the right to ask these questions. But, what if I was no longer a family member, or, just treated like an outsider? There’s another family member I was not told was on death’s door, Melba Broderick. Her son told me he told Vicki to tell all her grandchildren she wanted to see them before she died. He was shocked to learn she had not told us, and thus Melba left her estate to her only son, with express wishes that he invest it in Rosamond’s art, in order to increase grandma’s legacy.

“My mother was very upset when no one showed up. So was I.”

I kept my mouth shut, because I was investigating the death of a family member. This sad sea yarn made no sense. Why would Melba want to increase the legacy meant for unforgiving monsters? I went to the County seat and looked at Melba’s Will. I read the words DISOWNED. Her will had been changed days before she died. This is when I stopped seeing The Big Liar. It was too much. This poor woman was deprived of what tens of millions of old people have enjoyed for a million years – the right to meet your maker after making peace with all members of your family. Melba Broderick died an abandoned orphan in the world. Why didn’t Shamus Dundon call Mark? When Mark called me to tell me Vic raped our niece, Shannon, he asked me what became of Melba’s legacy. He had talked to Christine and she said;

“I got it all!”

I understood Mark was trying to get me mad at our sister. He said Christine was blackmailing Vic – for money! It took me a month to figure out that the plan was not have anyone show up at Melba’s bedside, and she leave it all to Vic, who was waiting for his mother to die to he could become a partner of his two daughters in four Rosamond images. I talked to Melba’s Executor who lived across the street, that I knew as a child, and he said;

“Your father was in a awful hurry to get the Probate 0ver so he could invest in your sister’s art.”

Did Mark know about this conspiracy the defraud? Did my brother know about the $60,000 dollars Vicki invested in Christine’s art. Did Mark know our sister stole this money from her husband’s bank account, and, joined the Navy in order to get away from crazy Ken Prather, who threated to murder our sister? You could have read about Ken if Shamus had contributed to Tom Snyder lying biography of Christine. I asked Mark why he didn’t contribute to our sisters’ biography. He said;

“I couldn’t think of anything nice to say about her.”

Then Mark let it slip he read the rough draft of this bio. Do you see him…The Man of the Presco Family lurking in the background – controlling the information? I am convinced Shamus got permission from Mark, and Viki, to keep me, and the adult Heir, in the dark.

Vicki ended up with Melba’s Rambler. Her only son ended up with my mother’s Mustang. When Shamus was forced to call me because his son reads this blog, he asked me what I wanted. I told him I want my painting, Rosemary’s jewelry box, and my sisters autobiography that his mother showed me a month after Christine was “killed” by a rogue rave. Shamus told me my nieces are fighting over the jewelry box, and, if he finds the lost bio he will give it to Drew Benton.

“Anything else?”

“Yes! I want the truth. Who was invited to the party at Rocky Point?”

“What party! There was no party!”

“Yes there is. Stacey Pierrot says she was going to a “beach party” and Christine was going to be there.”

‘It says that?”

“You haven’t read the bio?”

“No! All I know, is there was no party!”

On this day, Mark Presco and Shamus Dundon, are suspects in the MURDER of my sister. Since 1994 I have been looking at someone knocking Christine out, then dragging, or carrying her to the edge of the cliff. She survived the plummet, and was revived by the cold sea.

My family is the coldest and most inhumane family – in art history – if not human history! I was smart to get away from them, and stay away most of my life. I should not have gone to Christine’s funeral. Rosemary told me Christine did a Virginia Wolfe, and walked into the sea. It is so very hard to look at the possibility your mother is lying to you, giving you a alibi, just in case you are wondering, guessing at what the truth is……..again! Rosemary knew I owned a detective mind. She knew……….I loved the truth! She helped with the cover-up. She helped…….un-born me.

Rosamond’s Estate was sold to Stacey Pierrot, The Liar, who removes herself from the Death Scene by saying she flew to visit her parents, and did not get back until the “afternoon”. This is March. How cold is it? What time does the sun set? Why didn’t Stacey delay her visit – till after the party? Christine does not do things half way. Who was in charge of the invitations? Jacci was taking care of the gallery.

Vicki told me Christine invite her to come sign more of her prints. Rosamond was too lazy to do this. Vicki told me she resented being used as a servant. Vicki told me the main house was locked. The Sheriff told me it was open, and full of people, even children. Vicki told me she, Drew, and Shamus salivated while looking at the T.V. They wanted to play video games. When Shamus told me he was up in the house playing video games, and not down in the cove where his aunt was swept away, the Cavalcade of Lies, was on. When did it ever stop? I can’t even do a simple genealogy.

I tried to see members of my family once a year. I saw my father a year before the fist member of my natal family, died. I met my cousin, Bill Broderick, for the first time. He introduced me to his other. Then I learned he and Vic were sending Chritine and Garth legal letters. Bill was an attorney. Christine never gave her partners proceeds and an accounting. Vicki was furious, but, had been seeing Garth during the divorce. Vic and Bill said she jumped ship, and was trying to get her investment back through Garth. She failed. She and Shamus took a shit load of partnership prints out of my sister’s house – the very day she died – and stuffed them in the trunk of grandma’s Rambler! These two are not artists, not talented.

When I visited Christine one year, she took me to the top of a hill in her brand new Cadillac, and offered to teach me her style so I could become rich and famous, too. She gave me full credit for her success – as her teacher! I told her she did not owe me a thing, and she deserved her success.

“You have done an amazing job!”

When I tried to make amends, and called for a family reunion in Bullhead City where I met my grand nephews, Robert Miles called me and told me he was moving out of the last place I saw Rosemary alive. He wanted to know if I wanted my painting my mother put out in the shed, where it got wet, and warped. The frame was ruined. I told Robby to take the work out of the frame, and ship it to Vicki, which he did. I told Vicki to put it between her mattress to get the warp out, then, get it framed. This is where Shamus found it – eight years later!

Why did my mother put my work out in the shed? In Snyder’s bio, there is a mention of a letter Christine got from me. It was about forty pages long. It is lost. Vicki, Mark, and Rosemary got a copy. I tell my siblings WE are throw-away children, and should get our children back, that we threw away. I did not know I was a father. I considered my siblings children, my children. I talked about my sobriety, and the Co-Dependency programs I was in. I said this;

“God help us if one of us dies. We are so dysfunctional, this tragedy will destroy us.”

Shamus said as soon as he sends me my painting, he is done with me. I gave that painting to Vicki as an Act of Good Faith. Could she feel it’s warmth as she lay atop it?

I never realized a dime from my sister’s art. I didn’t want – one dime! I was proud of her. As her teacher, I was rewarded. Rosemary died believing my sister got all her talent from her. Vic died with the same belief. The truth is, Rosamond got her talent from me…..The Boy Who Got Thrown Away!

The last time I saw Rosemary, alive, she woke me in the middle of the night. She was rummaging through the house looking for the original work of art her daughter gave her.

“It was here, in the closet.”

“When was the last time Vicki was here?”

“Two months ago. We talked about how much she thought it was worth!”

“There you go! Now you know where it went! Now do believe me?”

What mother wants to own the truth her daughter is a dishonorable, lying, thief! And still I tried to make it all better!

Sucker! Like mother, like son. Shamus called me to let me know he will be carrying on Vicki’s family tradition.

‘What do you want?”

You got to laugh! I hope my reader and audience is amused!

“You see. Captain Vic raised us to be like pirates. Stealing treasure that does not belong to us – is a art!”

Party At Rocky Point

Posted on June 6, 2017by Royal Rosamond Press

Alas I read all of Tom Snyder’s shitty biography of my later sister Christine Rosamond. Stacey Pierrot sais there was a party going on. This is what my mother said. She also suggested her daughter committed suicide. From what Snyder wrote, I tend to agree.

Stacey says her and Jacci Belford were “protective of her art”. Stacey lied to me when she said she was not selling Vic’s share of the prints purchased with Grandma Melba’s legacy. I had Vic call Garth’s divorce attorney who Vicki was talking to almost every day.

“I’m shocked to know you exist – and the partnership prints! I told Garth and Vicki to inventory the entire estate,”

My father died without getting his share of the prints. This is why I got angry with my daughter’s idea she too is a immaculate conception. Thrice she failed to tell me I was going to be a grandfather. I was not told I was a father.
