Shamus Dundon had no intention of telling me his mother was dead. His son insisted he do so. My sister Vicki Presco died sixteen months ago. I am ready to deal with it after I have grieved. She had become obsessed about getting her money back that she invested in a family partnership consisting of four Rosamond images rendered especially for this partnership formed at the suggestion of Vic and Vicki Presco. Our father put up a $100,000 dollars that was left to him by his mother, Melba Broderick, in her Will, that Rosemary said my entire natal family was in. Mark asked me and Christine what became of Melba’s legacy and he told me she said;

“I got it all!”

Vic and Vicki were not given an accounting, or any profits from this partnership. Vicki told me she invested $60,000 dollars of the money she took from her brutal husband, Ken Prather – and fled! Ken was a true psychopath. Vicki joined the Navy to get away from him. He had a hit on her via a rich member of the Levi Straus family.. When she got out of the Navy, she stayed with Vic. She and Ken owned three houses that they bought with their monies earned in Silver Commodities. Ken used a special pen to write checks. Tax evasion was going on.

Weeks after Christine drowned, I contacted my father. Jacci Belford told me she made an offer to buy the entire estate, and, she was glad Vic was not going to get his partnership prints back. Vicki would not talk to her ex-partner. When I looked at the agreement, it said that new partners could be chosen. I suggested to Vic we could declare we are the surviving and active partners. I was the surviving family artist. Then he told me how upset he was that Vicki did not tell Christine, Mark Presco and I, Melba was dying – like he asked her to. He said his mother left everything to him so he could invest in Christine’s art – and thus all four of her grandchildren would have a much BIGGER LEGACY!

Then, one morning, I got on The Dog and went to the county seat, and looked at Melba’s Will. She had angrily DISOWNED her grandchildren just before she died. I got THE BIG PICTURE. Vicki and Vic conspired to get Mark and I out of Melba’s Will – so Christine and Vicki – would have IT ALL! Vic wanted to reward his loyal girls – and punkish Mark and I for never being loyal! I got a new phone number, and was all on my own in my investigation as to how a world famous artist ended up in – what she feared the most.

I filed a claim in Christine’s probated that Sydney Morris was the executor of. I claimed that I was the sole family partner and thus, everything belonged to me. There could be no sale to Belford who went to high school with Stacey Pierrot – who Morris sold everything. Sounds like another game of keep-away – with outsiders – this time!

I need someone to go to the Superior Court of Monterey and get what I filed. I feel for Melba who died believing her grandchildren did not love her. This evil scheme meant loyal Vicki would not be at Melba’s death-bed. I told my sixteen year old daughter and her mother this was the reason THEY should stay away from Vicki – which they did not! I am certain Vic paid no taxes on his inheritance – nor did Vicki on her silver windfall

Here is a family photo. Look how healthy I look – of body and mind! Who is that Dark One lurking in the back. My father’s drunken aura was always muddy and foreboding. Vic was menacing to his sons. Mark took the picture which made this monster upset because he has momentarily in control. Vic’s darkness and insanity was put on me, the healthy alpha male, and…..FAMILY SCAPEGOAT. Melba and Rosemary knew Vic was mentally ill. But, he was a son and a father. And, Christine and Vicki needed a father – like this guy? Why is Vic having dinner with Garth and his two girls? Shamus bonded with Vic. The last time I talked to him, he said there was proof I was crazy. Rosemary told him the story where I would sit in a room my myself – and pound my head against the wall – when I two! This is why I accused him of murder?

“I never accused you of murder. I do own a theory that you took Drew fishing, and you two got caught in one of many big waves. Christine rand down to save her eight year old child – who she was very protective with around water!”

There was two seconds of silence. For not telling me my sister was dead, I am now looking at murder. Look at Vic. He looks like he is in a police lineup. Vic was convicted of Loan Sharking four months after my sister left me – with the monsters!

My cousin mistook the tall man with Melba as being her father. Wrong! That’s John Koster the owner of the California Barrel Company and a member of the Bohemian Club. Barrels were getting to bootleggers. Did Shamus file a probate/ Was there a Trust? Do I get to see it? Why is my mother fighting with Melba and Vic over Vicki – who was Vic’s favorite. He claimed Rosemary turned his first three children against him. Did Vicki believe that? Why did Vicki believe we all owed her to fix her troubles with the crazy man she married? Did Christine believe the same? What is this? Why doesn’t Rosemary have her husband by his arm, and her hand – on his waist? Why does Vicki look – so confused? Did she beat her head on the wall – too?

Shamus needs to take a witness stand and be asked if he knows the whereabouts of Mr. Butterball who wanted me to include some of his essay in my self-help book ‘Bonds With Angels’. I refused, because he is a misogynist and a racist, and should not be allowed anywhere near the creative legacy of a world famous artist. Butterball was Melba’s favorite grandson who she had to herself in Roseville during the summer. She fed him – too well – causing our mother to call him up and say;

“Stop feeding my son too much food. He’s as fat as a butterball!”

Bond’s With Angels’ starts with the blue angel Vicki and Christine saw standing at the foot of their bed. The old woman up the street saw a blue light in her bedroom. Kay Coakley is the daughter of Frank Coakley, who was the District Attorney of Oakland and tried Huey Newton, Mario Savio, and the black sailors accused of Mutiny. Rosemary kept saying Kay was going leave Vicki a vast tract of land near Lake Merritt. Vicki was raised to be…….and Heir!

I suspect Mark Presco and Sydney Morris have conversed…..and Mr. Butterball convinced this Robert Buck partner – that he was the sane one! He may be dead. I deserve to know – for he helped destroy an important literary legacy. Below is a photograph of a Black Mask campground on Saint Croix Island.

I need someone to go look at Rosamond’s probate and send me what I filed. I thought about taking the train to Monterey again, but, I am concerned THEY will have me arrested after I sign in at the Courthouse. Christine’s favorite movie was ‘Chinatown’.

People have committed murdered for less than $60,000 – minus the profit. Trump is doing Hitler. Trump is doing Mark Presco who did not inform me our father was dead, and our mother was dying, because he ruled I was a parasite on society. Here is Mark labeling many American ‘parasites’ including women. Jessie Benton Fremont was a pioneer in the Woman’s Movement. Mark asked me to include parts of his blog in my biography about a world famous female artist that is know for her images of beautiful women. Mark Presco conspired with Vicki Presco, Stacey Pierrot, and Jacci Belford, to steal the creative legacy that Christine Rosamond Benton left her two daughters, Shannon Rosamond, and, Drew Benton. Drew is related to the artist Thomas Hart Benton, who  is compared to Jack London. His grandfather was Senator Thomas Hart Benton, whose daughter, Jessie, married John Fremont, a co-founder of the Republican Party, and its first candidate for President of the United States. John also co-founded the Radical Democracy Party, and was its candidate for President, but he dropped out to keep the racist Democrats out of the White House. John was backed by radical Germans, Forty-Eighters, who complained about Lincoln’s tardiness in backing the Thirteenth, and Fourteenth Amendment.

None of this history got into the two lying biographies about Rosamond, that Mark read the rough draft of, and blessed. This neo-Nazi should never have been let near any artistic, or, literary endeavor. He and his ilk have altered real history, and brought the Republican Party to the brink of destruction.

Trump is doing Howard Roark, Ayn Rand’s Super Capitalist Hero that many evangelical Republicans put on their right-wing altar to reinforce their sick need to make Jesus the founder of this Democracy, and the Free Enterprise System. Roark and the Rich Jesus hate poor minorities, and anyone else that does not love Pure White Ambition. Their Jesus hates Welfare and Food Stamps and will take them away from hungry children. Jesus will build Trump’s Wall, and the Master Builder will stand upon it looking down on the parasites with an evil smirk on his face. The favorite pastime time of the rich and powerful is humiliating the meek and the poor. Consider the humiliation of the old fashioned Jesus.

Mark’s hatred is shared my millions of angry white men who are fueling Donald Trumps pandering to Americans who hate all minorities. This is contrary to the TRADITIONS – the family traditions – of the Abolitionist Party that promoted Liberty and Civil Rights for all Americans. With devious, sniggering delight, Mark Presco worked in the dark to exclude me from the Artistic Legacy that I founded. He was unaware of the Creative Dynasty my research uncovered. Elizabeth Fremont burned much of her father’s papers, lest his enemies get hold of them, and use them in a devious manner. Mark is a weapons maker who had Top Secret clearance, the same as the President. He loves being covert. He loves owning power over others. Mark’s double may become President.

For over ten years I have claimed I am the rightful heir to the Republican Party. I have been called, mad. My daughter fell in love with a Tea Party fanatic, who called me a parasite, as did my daughter, who said I was insane and took my grandson out of my life. Not being told my parents are dead, not told the whereabouts of my daughter when she was a minor, not getting to see my grandson, are NOT what I deserve. No one deserves to be treated like a sub-human. To see Trump on television declaring Mexicans, sub-human, and not deserving of the Basic Rights my kindred gifted unto many foreigners, especially those who were brought here against their will – is an abomination! Therefor, I speak for my illustrious kindred, and the real Republicans, in saying……..

On May 31, 1864, feeling that President Lincoln had been too cautious with regard to abolishing slavery and too lenient with regard to bringing Southern states back into the Union, a group of white radical abolitionists who had formed the Radical Democracy Party met in Cleveland, Ohio and nominated former Union general and famous explorer John Charles Frémont as the party’s candidate for president.

Republicans were concerned that Frémont’s candidacy would siphon off support for President Lincoln and result in the election of the Democratic Party’s candidate, George B. McClellan.

Toohey sets out to destroy Roark through a smear campaign he spearheads. Toohey convinces a weak-minded businessman to hire Roark to design a temple dedicated to the human spirit. Given full freedom to design it as he sees fit, Roark includes a nude statue of Dominique, which creates a public outcry. Toohey manipulates the client into suing Roark. At the trial, prominent architects (including Keating) testify that Roark’s style is unorthodox and illegitimate. Dominique speaks in Roark’s defense, but he loses the case.

In 1928, Cecil B. DeMille charged Rand with writing a script for what would become the film Skyscraper. The original story, by Dudley Murphy, was about two construction workers involved in building a New York skyscraper who are rivals for a woman’s love. Before Donald Trump, Republican presidential candidates could deflect tough questions on immigration with vague promises to secure the border and oppose all “amnesty” for illegal immigrants.

Not anymore. Mr. Trump has offered a plan to “take back our country” from what he calls the rapist-murderer-job stealers being exported from Mexico. He is full of ideas. He would expel 11 million immigrants, and their families, and let only “the good ones” back in. He would restrict legal immigration, and impose a national job-verification system so that everyone, citizens too, would need federal permission to work. He would build a 2,000-mile border wall and force Mexicans to pay for it. He would replace the Constitution’s guarantee of citizenship by birth with citizenship by bloodline and pedigree, leaving it to politicians and bureaucrats to decide what to do with millions of stateless children. He would flood the country with immigration agents and — it almost goes without saying — dismantle the economy and shred America’s standing as an immigrant-welcoming nation.

You could say the front-running Mr. Trump has put his opponents in a bind. Or you could say he has given them a gift: the opportunity to be specific in return about what they would do to fix the immigration mess. And to be forthright in rejecting his despicable proposals. Because his plan is so naked — in its scapegoating of immigrants, its barely subtextual racism, its immense cruelty in seeking to reduce millions of people to poverty and hopelessness — it gives his opponents the chance for a very clear moral decision. They can stand up for better values, and against the collective punishment of millions of innocent Americans-in-waiting.

But as Mr. Trump swells in the polls, his diminished opponents are following in his wake, like remoras on a shark. Several have shuffled onto the anti-birthright-citizenship bus, including Rick Santorum, Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, Ben Carson and Gov. Chris Christie of New Jersey. Even Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, who once fought for smart bipartisan immigration reform, wants to repeal birthright citizenship. As does Gov. Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, a birthright citizen himself. As for Mr. Trump’s other restrictionist proposals, several are firmly lodged again in the playbook of a Republican Party that briefly tried to reform itself after the Mitt Romney debacle. Some candidates are even willing to try to trump Mr. Trump in xenophobia: Mr. Carson is talking about using armed military drones at the border. That’s right — bombing Arizona

Jeb Bush and Senator Marco Rubio of Florida understand immigration issues deeply and presumably want the Latino vote and are well aware of the dangers of having their party hijacked by far-right ideas. They should be opposing Mr. Trump at every turn. But in the face of Mr. Trump’s success, their objections are mild, and oddly muted. The danger is that when the campaign is over, no matter what becomes of Mr. Trump’s candidacy, he will have further poisoned the debate with his noxious positions, normalized an extremism whose toxicity is dulled by familiarity and is validated by a feckless party. He has emboldened the fringe lawmakers whose “hell no” on any positive immigration legislation has stymied reform for years.

The solutions are well known. Americans strongly support an earned path to citizenship for immigrants, strengthening families and industries and giving strivers the chance to pay this country back. Even as reform festers at the federal level, forward-thinking cities like New York and states like California have taken assertive steps, offering official documents like driver’s licenses and identity cards, and tuition breaks and other means of inclusion, to offer immigrants opportunities, all for the common good.

Ideas like these are realistic, practical and have the added benefit of being morally defensible. It has long been a hard job to keep the highly combustible immigration debate on the right side of sanity and reality. That progress is now being undone before our eyes in the presidential campaign, courtesy of the faux-populist billionaire who says immigrants are the reason this country is weak and frightened and going to hell.

Not every Republican contender agrees with Donald Trump on ending “birthright” citizenship, but he’s not backing down.

The Constitution’s 14th Amendment grants citizenship to people “born or naturalized” in the U.S., but Trump said on Wednesday ahead of a New Hampshire town-hall forum that “a lot of people” think that does not apply to “anchor babies” born in America to noncitizen parents.

Such babies, Trump said, are then entitled to “Social Security, Medicare, education. Give me a break! It doesn’t work that way. The parents have to come in legally.”
