Last night on the news, I saw the dude trying to take Emily Semple’s job away from her. If I knew she was running for Ward 1, my newspaper would have opposed her. Sean was carrying a gun!

Sean Dwyer had a fit when someone called his lover a “She-male”. (I have long wondered if Emily is a She-male). I found his facebook campaign page and posted on it. I told Sean he best google Alley Valkyrie to know who he is up against. From the Register Guard.
EXTRA! I just found this after posting this article. Semple called a new homeless camp “terrorists”. I am redeemed! This is from the Weekly, the paper Kim Haffner falsely told my neighbors did a story on me!
New Homeless Group Calls for Councilor Emily Semple’s Resignation
“There have been aspects of my personal life that I had not anticipated being made public, such as the fact that I am dating a transgender woman,” he said. “For this reason I am taking some time to speak with her and my family to decide if continuing the campaign is in the best interest of our families (sic) privacy.”
You got to laugh! He WAS running for pubic office. What a whimp – at thirty-two. Today, his facebook is down. He was supposed to have given a statement today, but, he was not on KVAL. He might have been on KEZI. I believe he is done. I believe he looked at The Alley Valkyrie Crew, and grew afraid. Perhaps the Wiccan Mafia contacted Sean and rightfully accused him of playing games with the homeless, which was the complaint that got me – death threat! I had a right to report on Belle. She chose to get arrested with the Whoville Gang. I knew she and her peers would be topical for a very long time. I saw this coming! I want this couple in my reality show – and movie! Buck up! I would vote for Sean – if I could! This stuff is on the news almost every day. Homelessness is up %33. If Belle still wants to model for me, I am open to that now that our encounter is the Cultural Mainstay of our towns. I suggest a She-male calendar, the proceeds going to the homeless.

Can’t forget about ‘Love Chicken’. I might do it as a retro-Science Fiction where a giant chicken comes to the Emerald Valley and causes everyone to go insane – and make love to the best of their abilities.

I did an inventory today, of all the people I helped, or, tried to heal, the right way. I was going to post my videos of the people who tried to destroy me, but, I realize they wanted me to heal them. They did not want to believe I was doing a massive healing on our Country and writing about it. I used to get up at 5:30 A.M. and work non-stop till 2:00 P.M. Then, I would go heal my friends. Virginia got much attention as did Ed and Johnny. I took the to doctor appointments in my yellow Toyota. I took Jonny to his appointments. He died, as did Sandra. I drove her car shopping.
I drove Cheryl’s car to doctor appointment, and sat in on her visits. She took advantage of my healing and staged sicknesses. I took Hollis an his friends to the Dining Room in Eugene, and, the C Street Church. For over a year I had Sunday dinner in my house ad drove him to his HUD-VASH unit in Eugene. I paid for H’s funeral, and held a memorial. Then there were our cats. They followed me when I took walks. This scene alerted my neighbors that I might be a Healer. They wanted some healing. When I did not give them a healing they wondered. They wanted to hurt me.

Most people are starved for attention. This is the case of Sean and his significant other who was called a “she-male”. Sean was buying a beer and smashed it. If he wants to go to an AA meeting, I will go with him.

A recent comment made by Eugene City Councilor Emily Semple has a newly formed homeless rights watchdog organization demanding her resignation.
Eugene/Springfield Alliance of Camping Homeless (EACH) is founded by Eric Jackson and Robert Patterson, and the group says it plans to file a Hate/Bias Incident Report with the Eugene City Manager’s Office of Human Rights and Neighborhood Involvement Friday, Sept. 27.
EACH’s call for resignation stems from a Sept. 17 Human Rights Commission meeting during which Semple talked about Jackson’s protest camp, which is currently located at 11th Avenue and Lawrence Street. Semple said the campsite is becoming a new face of homelessness for the community, and it’s not protesting but resorting to terrorism.

Alley Valkyrie on facebook message. Do you see a pattern? The WRONG people are using the homeless problem to hide their mental illness.
ALLEY: “Please, go ahead and blog my threat.
You have no fucking idea what you’re getting yourself into
You also have no idea how many people are already on to you, and how many people have my back
We also have six other mutual friends who are going to learn about your behavior ASAP
And just so you know as well: if you write anything about me that could be construed as defamatory, you will be hearing from my lawyers ASAP.”

“I am a old man, without a gang. You and your gang are going to lose much face in this town, and state, and with homeless vets, for launching this attack on me. Keep it up, and you will be rendered powerless.”
“Facebook message from Alley Valkerie
“I’m going to make this very simple for you. I don’t know if you know who I am, but I sure as hell know who you are, and when you fuck with my friends, you fuck with me. Stop writing about Belle or I am going to make your life very difficult. I mean it. If I see one more word about her on your blog, your FB, or anywhere else, I will make sure that you experience all the fear and discomfort that she is experiencing right now. And no, this isn’t a physical threat, so don’t try to play victim. Frankly, I encourage you to contact EPD, as they already know all about you. I will not do anything illegal, but mark my word you will regret it if you write one more word about her. I will make sure that the entire community knows exactly how much of a sick fuck you are. Your picture, your name, and “samples” of your writing will be posted on every bulletin board in town. There will not be a single person in the Eugene/Springfield area who won’t know that you’re a sick stalker who won’t leave a stalker who won’t leave a young girl alone. Cut it out. Now. This is your first, last, and only warning.”

EUGENE, Ore. – A candidate for Eugene City Council arrested Saturday on charges of Menacing with a Gun and Disorderly Conduct denies threatening anyone with a gun during the incident.
Eugene Police arrested Sean Kenneth Dwyer, 33, after what police described as a “verbal altercation” at the Buy2 store downtown on the corner of Broadway and Olive.
Dwyer is one of the 4 people who has filed to run for Ward 1 on the Eugene City Council, a seat currently held by Emily Semple. Only Dwyer and Eliza Kashinsky have completed their filing for office, according to city recorder records dated January 10, 2020. Semple and Tim Morris had both made prospective filings as of that date.
Officers initially responded at 3:22 p.m. January 18 to investigate a report of a theft at the store, according to police.
“Upon arrival, officers were told of a separate incident involving a man who had been in a verbal altercation at the shop and had thrown a beer down inside the store. There was no menacing at the time but later, additional victims called in to report Dwyer had a concealed handgun in a holster that he showed people and had threatened people on the street while intimidating them to stay away from the store,” according to the police report.
Dwyer spoke to reporter Kelsey Christensen on Tuesday.
He said he did not threaten anyone with a gun but admits his temper got the best of him.
Dwyer said he went into the store to buy an alcoholic beverage but threw it on the floor because a store employee was calling Dwyer’s girlfriend, who is transgender, a “she-male.”
Dwyer said he may still run for City Council in Ward 1. He plans to issue a statement within a few days.
I Infiltrated SLEEPS
For a year and half, I knew if I went downtown to a City Council meeting, I would run smack-dab into my nemesis, Alley Valkryrie. I am a prophet. She was the first person I see as I came to overlook Wayne Morris Plaza. Holy crap, I’m right on top of her! She is eight feet away. What are the odds!
“Alley is a Feri initiate and Witch who runs a small local gift and clothing business in town called Practical Rabbit, and has become a central activist regarding how the homeless are treated in Eugene, Oregon.”

“OUT OF THE GUTTER AND IN YOUR FACE”
I make a beeline for a bush because my heart was racing. It is thumping in my chest! I was not breathing. I felt, faint. We have never been in the same place at the same time. If I had climbed on the bench and beat my chest, then my video would go viral. There would have been a riot and utter chaos as she shouted orders to her bodyguards – that have nothing to lose. I would be chased around the plaza by members of a radical rock group, singing;
“One way, or another!”
Safely behind a bush I call her my “mortal enemy”. A woman hears me, and asks;
“Who’s up there?”
Again I miss my chance!
“Tis I…….Jon Gregory de Rougemont! The mortal enemy of that lamed-brain nincompoop, Alley ‘In your face’ Valkyrie!”
Just then, my old neighbor, Kevin is in my lense. He is the oldest radical in town after me. The woman backs off. Suddenly, there goes Alley, across the plaza!
I watch her get in line to go before the mayor. Here is another chance I did not take. I could get in line behind her, and ask for an interview while we wait. Close by is a woman officer of the law. But, this would not stop Alley from whispering to her guard;
“It’s Jon. Go tell my Six Alley Goons to follow him when he leaves the meeting! I want him to feel UNSAFE!”
Are these six goons – Feri trained? ‘How to play the pixie with a broken wing, and intimidate your foes.’
I talk with a young woman of Bohemian extraction. I ask her to take a pic of me holding my trophy! I could not get in due to the crowd.
I am going to be seventy years of age in twenty two days. If I would jump out of a plane with a chute on my birthday, I would fall asleep halfway down. This is exactly the kind of thrill-seeking that makes me feel young. It always has. I am a radical newspaper man. I have scooped the other reporters.

Advocates for the unhoused in Eugene are rallying at Wayne Morse Plaza (8th and Oak) and care oming before the City Council tonight. They point to a recent statement of interest filed by the U.S. Department of Justice that says “making it a crime for people who are homeless to sleep in public places, when there is insufficient shelter space in a city, unconstitutionally punishes them for being homeless.”
FOLLOWING DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE FINDINGS, EUGENE CITIZENS DEMAND MORATORIUM ON UNCONSTITUTIONAL ENFORCEMENT OF ANTI-CAMPING LAWS
CONSTITUTIONAL RALLY, PROTEST AND PRESENTATION OF DEMANDS
SEPTEMBER 14, 2015
6PM RALLY AND PROTEST: FREE SPEECH PLAZA
7:30PM DEMANDS PRESENTED TO COUNCIL: COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The US Department of Justice on August 6, 2015 exerted new federal muscle against local governments that criminalize homelessness . In a United States Letter of Interest in a Boise Idaho case, DOJ stated unequivocally that enforcement of anti-camping laws when there is inadequate shelter is unconstitutional.
Lane County’s One Night Homeless Count has repeatedly validated that Eugene has hundreds of unsheltered homeless citizens. The city’s official website confirms this. Consequently, Eugene’s enforcement of its anti-camping law, 4.815, is unconstitutional.
In the DOJ “Conclusion” in the Boise case, US Attorney Sharon Brett stated, ” If the Court finds that it is impossible for homeless individuals to secure shelter space on some nights because no beds are available, no shelter meets their disability needs, or they have exceeded the maximum stay limitations, then the Court should also find that enforcement of the ordinances under those circumstances criminalizes the status of being homeless and violates the Eighth Amendment to the Constitution.”
“Thus, criminalizing homelessness is both unconstitutional and misguided public policy, leading to worse outcomes for people who are homeless and for their communities,” admonished the DOJ.
Citizens, both housed and unhoused will attend the 7:30 PM Monday, September 14, 2015 meeting of the City Council to demand a moratorium on 4.815, Eugene’s anti-camping ordinance and that all outstanding tickets be suspended or dismissed. The group will also demand a moratorium and suspension of 4.807 Criminal Trespass 2, a “quality of life” charge, and of the Parks Exclusion (Restricted Use) which is given without judicial review in violation of the 4th Amendment “due process’ clause.
The final demand is to put a moratorium on interrupting anyone who is settled to sleep on public land who is not blocking pedestrian or vehicular traffic from dusk to dawn It is intended that the moratoriums remain in place until Eugene develops laws, policies and practices that comply with the US Constitution, Oregon Law and International Law.
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — A Colorado woman accused of hiding 26 children behind a false wall at her daycare center was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor child abuse, police said Thursday.
Carla Faith, 58, was arrested Monday in Colorado Springs on suspicion of two counts of reckless child abuse without injury and a single count of trying to influence a public servant, the El Paso County court records show.
Three employees — Katelynne Nelson, 31, Christina Swauger, 35, and Valerie Fresquez, 24 — were arrested on related charges.
Faith was arrested after a six-week investigation by the city police department’s Crimes Against Children Unit, Lt. James Sokolik said in a statement. She posted $3,000 bond Wednesday. Her next court appearance was set for Jan. 2.
Police went to the Play Mountain Place site on Nov. 13 after receiving complaints that the business was housing more children than its license allowed.
Officers located Faith at a home on the property. After hearing noise downstairs, the officers discovered a false wall and said they found two adults and the children, all under 3, in the basement.
Faith had told a human services worker that same day that no children were at the facility, even though a mother reported leaving her child there, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by The Gazette.
Faith also told police there was no basement and that children were away at a park, according to the affidavit. It said police found toddlers with soiled or wet diapers.
Police didn’t suggest that anyone was being held against their will.
Play Mountain Place had been authorized to care for six children, The Gazette reported. The state Department of Human Services has suspended its license.
Attempts to reach Faith by telephone at Play Mountain Place and through the state public defender’s office weren’t successful Thursday. Public defenders do not comment on pending cases.
Swauger was arrested for investigation of the same counts faced by Faith. She posted $3,000 bond on Tuesday. It was unclear if she had an attorney.
Nelson posted $1,000 bond following her arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor child abuse without injury and a felony count of possession of a controlled substance. She was represented by a public defender.
Fresquez faces a possible misdemeanor child abuse count and was released, Sokolik said. It wasn’t known if she had an attorney.
