Lena’s Sisters and Kamala’s Nieces

Officially, Union Cemetery has been closed since 1918, although for years thereafter, Redwood City administrators utilized it as a paupers’ field. During the Depression, those unable to afford a more prominent place continued to bury loved ones there.

Union Cemetery is now a California Historic Landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

How do you pronounce Kamala’s name? Her great-nieces gave the DNC a lesson

My niece Drew Benton is an artist, and so am I. This constitutes a artistic dynasty – when you include my mother’s cousin, the actress Elizabeth Rosemond

At 5:30 A.M. I turn on CNN, and am beholding Kamala’s grandnieces! I awoke and decided I am going to post on Lawrence Chazen and the Aiken’s family. I listened to Kamala talk about being a prosecutor in Oakland, and going after the Bad Guys. I wanted to post on how my parents’ were the Bad Guys, and should have been – LOCKED UP! I then thought twice, fearing I would lose my credibility that has been whittled down – BY MILLIONAIRES! I had to keep reminding myself what a miracle two children could grow up to be so CREATIVE! Christine Rosamond – died sober! I have 36 years! Here I am arging with members of the Belmont Historical Society. I do not know who they are, or, what they are. They can see – the whole deck. They are playing with me – abusing me! In the end, Denny Lawhern wants nothing to do with my friend, Ed Howard – OR BLACK HISTORY MONTH! I send a message to the Mayor of Belmont, a black woman. I got – NO RESPONSE!

OMG! At 6:50 A.M. I discovered the Union Cemeery has been CLOSED to new buriels since 1918. Eureka! This is what Lawhern and McCarthy have been hiding from me. Carl and Dorthea Janke, and her mother – were dug out of their graves in Twin Pones Park with intention of illegally putting them in the Union Cemetery. However, they may have been put in another ‘Pauper Graveyard’ outside the Union Cemetery – and moved illegally when 280 was built! Where are the bones of my ancestors? Where is their DNA? We know some of this DNA is in a morgue in Bullhead City – placed on THE BURN PILE! If I did not pay $2,000 dollars, my niece will be cremated and her ashes taken somewhere by a society that honor Abandoned Corpses!

Non once did Lawhern, McCarthy, or any member os the City Council mention Rosamond’s Art. Yet, Denny is honored for pushing ‘Painted Hydrants’ I am asking Kamala go to the Union and honor the Union Soldiers who died so black slaves – can be free! How many German names will we find, who woredthe Blue?

Are you suggesting I am violating YOUR copyright, or, a group’s copyright? I just want to make sure. There is strong evidence that MY family has been collecting OUR history for hundreds of years. My famous artist sister married the artist, Garth Benton, the cousin of the artist Thomas Hart Benton. My niece Drew Benton is an artist, and so am I. Cynthia McCarthy and Denny Lawhern pretend it took them four days to become aware of me, but Facebook had just got into letting your cellphone tell you you got a post. Both members of the Belmont Historical Society show no interest in the Gold Mine of History I am posting – that they are taking down – in the hope I go away! JUST GO AWAY because they had to be aware of me for many years. They published a book with the Cities’ blessing. Denny prides himself on going to estate sales for any tidbit of Belmont that he hares with the old folks at the home. Would they love to see the Jankes at rest under a Tiffany stain glass window? Would they like to know a world famous woman artist came out of Belmont, after all, Denny has founded some Art Programs?

Christine painted ”Lena And Her Sisters’ to honor our black maid who took care of us when Rosemary went to work. They came up from the South when their families went to work for Kaiser making Liberty Ships. Lena took Christine Rosamond Benton home with her. She lived with three sisters who took care of white children in the Red States. Lawhern and McCarthy knew I had a Best Seller. I told them there was a movie script about ‘Rosamond’. They never told me about the Vannier-John family. They never asked about my daughter and grandson in th family crypt. They ransacked this blog, and knew I was creating an amazing BRAND. I was not invited to the Belmont Historic Society to see what they got?

I now know, that Lil Denny considered Belmont – his town! And, when he saw my first post about me coming to his town and starting a newspaper, he got behind His Belmont Wall, and prepared for war. Was I going to bring the Black Panthers, Black Lives Matter, and the Black VP to – his town? He hpped so, because this would be his Dream Battle.

Denny Lawhern Loved Genealogies

At high noon on July 27, 2024, I John Presco found proof, Denny Lawhern oppressed my posts on the Belmont Historical Society, and, he wanted me to go away – AND DIE! But more than that – he wanted to UPROOT my family DNA from Belmont – even more than he had!

I did not hear from Lawhern because he was scouring my blog to find evidence I was not related to Carl Janke. Not once did he or Cynthia McCarthy comment on the photographs in the Stuttmeister-Janke crypt of me introducing my daughter and newborn grandson – TO THEIR ROOTS. Any genealogist would have been thrilled to help me with MY RESEARH of my family tree, accept the co-founder of the Belmont Historical Society. The really BIG QUESTION, is, Did Denny research Doris Vannier’s FAMILY TREE – and find me? The next BIG QUESTION, is, did Denny find my DNA Battle with Ian Sinclair? I think he did. Then, he looked at the star of his DNA,

THOMAS DOGGETT

Why didn’t Cynthia call Denny and have him message me with his phone number so we could – straighten everything out. This was an important contact. When Cynthia said she was to blame and not one else, and when she gave me her e-mail – I CUT AND PASTED OUR TEXT – believing she was going to disappear it. I suspect Denny read most of it.

Last night as I was admiring my post of the history of Crockett, I went to Belmont California to see if they had any interesting homes for sale. Eureka! Is this the future home of Royal Rosamond Press? What was here before? I moved in the daughters of Christine Rosamond Benton. Why not Tyler, too? Our children can experience the miracle the Presco Children created growing up on San Sebastian Avenue in Oakland. Belmont – needs our history – in their Downtown! There is nothing there – there! The same goes for Crockett. If they only knew where the remains of William Janke ended up, after being dug up and evicted from his grave. Did William interact with the children gathered in the giant oak tree? I am going to do a painting of these little people dressed as Bohemians, posing before the Time Machine.

I did not come to battle with volenteers who I thought would be glad to hear from descendants of the Founder of Belmont. I thought MY history was being rejected as it was twenty years ago by kin of your famous cop who controlled the city history. I never encountered the way you set up your facebook group and assumed the worst and appologised. Prussian Colony In California

Posted on January 21, 2020 by Royal Rosamond Press

Eureka! Mexico was going to sell California to Prussia for $6 million dollars. Carl Janke, brought six portable houses around the Cape in 1848 – before the Gold Rush! One of them was Ralston House. Was Belmont going to be the Capitol of New Prussia? I just found her when I google the King of Prussia who ruled in 1846. My angel has been leading me to her in my book ‘The Royal Janitor’. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prussia

Frederick married Victoria, Princess Royal, eldest daughter of Queen Victoria

The question I have been asking, is what kind of kingdom was John Fremont going to establish in the West, that Starr King talked him out of? Did Lincoln know about the Prussian offer? What about Chile? The Germans had a colony there that William Stuttmeister dwelt in before he came to California. Are we looking at a hidden Prussian Kingdom – blessed by Victoria – Princess Royal, whom the Osborne House was built!

The Empress and Emperor of Prussia are Harry Windsor’s close kindred. They took away Harry’s uniform today. Will he wear a crown and the Emperor of California? Will Harry and Meghan sit in the grandstand and watch their troops? Will the transformation of the Republican Party, start here?

Victoria, Princess Royal (Victoria Adelaide Mary Louisa;[1][2][3] 21 November 1840 – 5 August 1901) was German Empress and Queen of Prussia by marriage to German Emperor Frederick III. She was the eldest child of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, and was created Princess Royal in 1841. She was the mother of Wilhelm II, German Emperor.

Educated by her father in a politically liberal environment, Victoria was betrothed at the age of sixteen to Prince Frederick of Prussia and supported him in his views that Prussia and the later German Empire should become a constitutional monarchy on the British model. Criticised for this attitude and for her English origins, Victoria suffered ostracism by the Hohenzollerns and the Berlin court. This isolation increased after the rise to power of Otto von Bismarck (one of her most staunch political opponents) in 1862.

Prussia

Prussia, alone among the contenders for California, had no colonies of its own. All but without a navy of its own, and the weakest and smallest of the European great powers, its position as a candidate for the vast state of California upon the other side of the world can seem unlikely at first. Friedrich Ludwig von Roenne, the German ambassador to the United States, was a vigorous proponent of colonies, and wrote the following to Christian von Bunsen, the Prussian ambassador to the United Kingdom, as follows:

I fully agree with you that now is the moment, under the rule of our excellent King, who has a genuine German mind and heart, which beats aloud for everything that is noble, to lay the foundations of the greatness of our beautiful German Fatherland, in a political as well as in a commercial sense. England will always, as you say, see in us an awkward rival, but the time has arrived when we must act in a bold and independent way, and this can only happen if we are united as if we have a Navy and colonies. What a country Germany could become in such circumstances! She would be the equal of any other . . .

Your idea of purchasing California is an excellent one. I would never have thought of doing such an audacious thing, but, nevertheless, as early as the year 1837 I already had the notion, for when I reported on the condition of immigrants- especially with regard to the question of establishing a penal colony- I called attention to the possibility that Mexico might agree to give up a piece of land in California. The idea of buying all California deserves in every way to be preferred to this. The many Germans who go there yearly from the United States very soon cease to be Germans; they adopt local manners and customs and are entirely lost to Germany. On the other hand, a completely German colony, even long after migration, would retain for our German manufactures a permanent market and yield all the profit to the Mother Country. The possession of such a colony would also provide a good training-ground for our army and offer innumerable other benefits.

Upper California- which alone can be considered- if one can trust the many descriptions of it which which have been produced- the [latest] is I believe that by Alexander Forbes,12 published in 1839 in London- is one of the finest countries in the world, and on account of its happy position between the tropical and northern zones, is capable of bringing forth all the products which are suitable for exchange with the Mother Country, and which also would even be sought after by Mexico and the South American states. It is only necessary that it should be in the possession of an active, industrious and energetic people, and who would dispute these qualities to our German countrymen? These are the qualities whereby they earn so much respect here in the United States. No people on earth are better as cultivators of the soil than the Germans.

England, France and the United States would no doubt look at such an undertaking with jealous eyes, but I can hardly believe they would use force to prevent it from happening. Certainly not the United States! But in any case it would be a good thing, before taking any of the contemplated steps, to assure the cooperation of Denmark through her Navy. Only then would we be powerful enough, and have the means to carry out this plan.

The sovereignty of Mexico over California may hardly at be said at present to be more than a paper one-as a matter of fact I don’t exactly know what the situation is. Three years ago independence was declared.13 Nevertheless it would be very important vis-à-vis the other powers that sovereignty should be ceded by Mexico. Actual possession could then easily be secured without the use of very much force being required. Also, I am inclined to think, because of the looseness of the existing connection, that she would be readily disposed to entertain such a proposition. In any case she would prefer to see Germans there to the English, the Americans or the Texans, and I believe that even these two last would prefer to have Germans to the English.

Nevertheless I am not absolutely in a position to say whether this is likely to have enthusiastic acceptance on the part of Mexico. If Denmark appreciated her advantage she would not hesitate for a moment to cooperate in the closest possible way with Germany. The time is past- or at least should be- when smaller nations should see advantage in being hostile to their more powerful neighbours. . . . The smaller states can only reckon on the continuance of their independence if they don’t stand in the way of their larger neighbours. . .

Ludwig von Roenne’s words were not just idle musings. He planned to negotiate with Denmark for the usage of the Danish navy in communications with the colony, and to have his colleague Baroth von Gerolt, a fluent Spanish speaker, conduct negotiations with the Mexicans. However, in December 1842, he Mexican ambassador to the United States in Washington DC. Talking with Mr. Almonte, the Mexican ambassador, he was convinced that the Mexicans saw advantage in ceding Northern California to the Germans, rather than, as rumors put it, to the American or the English. For the Mexicans, the idea was that it would form an effective buffer state between them and the Americans. He would go ahead as well to contact William Hogan, a former US congressman and the equivalent of a lobbyist, who declared his support for the endeavor. This all came to nought : at this points sources differ with either that the Prussian government advanced no further, quietly shelving the project, or that it proceeded as far as negotiations with the Mexicans in Washington and London for the sum of some $6 million to purchase the colony, but then abruptly dropped out of negotiations. Whichever that it was, California would not be painted in Prussian blue.

  • Prussia

The smallest and the weakest of the European great powers, and lacking in a navy, Prussia’s capability to hold onto the distant colony of California is one which presents itself as doubtful. Although many German colonists came to the United States in the 19th century, few of these were ones that the Prussian state could call upon or view as loyal to its projects : many came from outside of Prussia, such as in Saxony, and of those that came from Prussia, a great number were German liberals fleeing from oppression at home. Prussia’s capability to send colonists was limited, while its limited navy meant that supporting its colony through military means was equally problematic. It was envisioned that Denmark would enable Prussia to support its colony through the support of the Danish navy, but this raises the great problem of colonies : that colonial and continental politics diverged. If Danish support would enable the Prussians to guard their colony, in Europe, Germany desired Schleswig-Holstein, under Danish control, and if, as historically, this conflict flared into war, it would make Danish-German colonial cooperation infeasible. Still, lacking a navy didn’t historically preclude colonial endeavors, such as Belgium’s colony in the Congo, created by a state almost entirely lacking in a navy, Prussia had a famed army and government administrative system, and at least some German settlers might be drawn to California. A continued Prussian hold over California might be unlikely, but with careful management of power politics and an iron hand, Prussia might have been able to forestall American interest in the region long enough to secure it.

Frederick married Victoria, Princess Royal, eldest daughter of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom. The couple were well-matched; their shared liberal ideology led them to seek greater representation for commoners in the government. Frederick, in spite of his conservative militaristic family background, had developed liberal tendencies as a result of his ties with Britain and his studies at the University of Bonn. As the Crown Prince, he often opposed the conservative Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, particularly in speaking out against Bismarck’s policy of uniting Germany through force, and in urging that the power of the Chancellorship be curbed. Liberals in both Germany and Britain hoped that as emperor, Frederick III would move to liberalize the German Empire.

Stuttmeister Tomb in Colma

Posted on August 3, 2011by Royal Rosamond Press

A curator for the Oakland Museum called me yesterday and asked me to e-mail him the photograph of my kinfolk having a picnic in the Oakland Hills. I had just returned from Dot Dotsons in Eugene where Jo framed a enlargement of this historic event in a antique frame I purchased. She did a splendid job! Thanks to the Trust my uncle Vincent Rice left me, I have more funds to investigate and record my lost family history. Being poor I have had to endure hardship in order to visit my newfound daughter and newborn grandson in California. Tyler’s father was not there for his son, so when I went to see him for the first time I made a point to ground him in the history of my father’s people whom I and my cousin had just discovered were in a tomb at Cypress Lawn in Colma.

We three were the first kin to enter this tomb in many years. Tyler took an early lunch when Heather breast-fed her son on a marble bench facing the Tiffany window. Afterwards we went atop a hill and had a picnic next to these beautiful angels. Heather told me Tyler remembers being there. I was amazed when I saw his eyes follow a plane in the sky, and then smile.

My friend, Joy, had given me a special AA coin with the image of an angel on it for my late sister, Christine Rosamond, that I slipped into a crack made by an earthquake.

When we drove through San Francisco on our way home, I told Heather this was her and Tyler’s town now, for the Stuttmeisters are listed as a pioneer family, and made the Blue Book. In some respects, this was a Baptism.

Were The Stuttmeisters Prussian Royalty

Posted on August 3, 2011by Royal Rosamond Press

I found a video of the Dorotheenstadt cemetery this morning. The Stuttmeister family are placed at the entrance. Millions of Berliners have walked past their grave. They appear to be kin to Dorothea von Holstein Glücksburg, Second Wife of the Elector Frederick William, the “Great Elector”, or, they adopted their names in order to honor them. Hedwig is Schleswig-Holstein. This family is very close to the Windsors and married Kaiser Wilhelm. There is rumor the Soviet Union looted all that belonged to this family and there is a search underway to restore lands seized by the East Germans to their rightful owners. My father, Victor William Presco, was an only child. His mother’s middle name was Charlotte. Her mother was Alice Stuttmeister. Victor married Rosemary Rosamond whose ancestors allegedly were Huguenots who are buried in the Huguenot cemetary next to the the Dorotheenstadt cemetary that was named after Dorothea von Holstein.

The heirs to the Commonwealth realms are descended from Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark, a paternal grandson of George I of Greece. However, by Letters Patent of 8 February 1960, Queen Elizabeth II declared that her children with Prince Philip would belong to the House of Windsor, as would any agnatic descendants who enjoy the style of Royal Highness, and the title of Prince or Princess. The House of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (Danish: Slesvig-Holsten-Sønderborg-Lyksborg, the latter name is also spelled Glücksborg), known as the House of Glücksburg (or House of Glücksborg) for short, is a German ducal house, junior branches of which include the royal houses of Denmark and Norway, the deposed royal house of Greece, and the heir to the thrones of the Commonwealth realms[1][2] (although in the latter case, they are, by royal proclamation, declared to be members of the House of Windsor[3]). The family is named after Glücksburg in northernmost Germany, and is a cadet branch of the House of Oldenburg that is descended from King Christian III of Denmark. However, as the elder line of the House of Oldenburg became extinct in the 19th century, the House of Glücksburg is now the senior surviving branch of the House of Oldenburg.

This particular line comes from the Dukes of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Beck. The last of them became Duke of Glücksburg and changed his title accordingly to Friedrich Wilhelm, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg. He was married to Princess Louise Caroline of Hesse-Kassel, a granddaughter of King Frederick V of Denmark.
Neither the Dukes of Beck nor of Glücksburg were sovereign rulers – they held their lands in fief to the sovereign dukes of Schleswig and Holstein (who were also the Kings of Denmark in personal union) and, before 1773, the Dukes of Holstein-Gottorp.

[edit] Biography
Sophia Dorothea was born in Glücksburg. The great-granddaughter of King Christian III of Denmark, she was the daughter of Philip, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg and Sophia Hedwig of Saxe-Lauenburg. She was the sister of Auguste of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg

In 1653 she married Christian Louis, Duke of Brunswick-Lüneburg, brother-in-law to king Frederick III of Denmark. The marriage was childless. In 1665 her first spouse died and she moved to the Herzberg Castle. On 14 June 1668 she remarried to the Great Elector. In 1670, she purchased Brandenburg-Schwedt and other fiefs for her sons. In 1676, she became the commander of her own regiment, Regimentes zu Fuß (1806: No. 7). In 1678 and 1692 she equipped two fleets for the Brandenburg state.

She died at Karlsbad, and is buried in Berlin Cathedral. The Dorotheenstadt neighbourhood of Berlin was a present to her from her husband and is named after her.

Frederick William (German: Friedrich Wilhelm) (16 February 1620 – 29 April 1688) was the Elector of Brandenburg and the Duke of Prussia (“Brandenburg-Prussia”) from 1640 until his death. He was of the House of Hohenzollern and is popularly known as the Great Elector (Der Große Kurfürst) because of his military and political skill. Frederick William was also a staunch pillar of the Calvinist faith, associated with the rising commercial class. He saw the importance of trade and promoted it vigorously. The Great Elector’s shrewd domestic reforms gave Prussia a strong position in the post-Westphalia political order of north-central Europe, setting Prussia up for elevation from duchy to kingdom, achieved under his successor.
There is a thread on Crownprincess Cecilie in “The Hohenzollerns”.I’d like to begin a new thread on other Kaiser Wilhelm ‘s daughteers-in-law.How did they look like? What characters they had? Was their married life happy? How were they getting on with formidable Kaiser?

With a short legenda each of Princesses, except Cecilie discussed earlier.

1.Princess Eithel Friedrich, nee Duchess Sophie Charlotte of Oldenburg (1879-1964),eldest daughter of Duke Friedich August and Princess Elisabeth of Prussia. “Lotta” married Eithel Friedrich in 1906 and was divorced in 1926.The married couple had no children (they said EF was a homosexual). It seems Sophie Charlotte wanted to marry and leave her parental home becouse of endless conflicts with her step-mother.May be Prince EF was not the best refuge for Lotta.
.Princess August Wilhelm, nee Prss Alexandra Victoria of Schleswig-Holstein-Gluksburg (1887-1957), 2d daughter of Duke Friedrich Ferdinand and Prss Caroline Mathilde of Schleswig-Holstein-Augustenburg. So Alexandra Victoria was a 1t-cousin of her spouse as her mother was a sister of Empress Augusta Viktoria. Alexandra and Auwi married in 1908,divorced in 1920,they had only one son.She married again.
For me she was the prettiest d-in-law of Kaiser (after Cecilie,of course).
4. Princess Oskar (at first Grafin von Ruppin),nee Countess Ina von Bassewitz (1888-1973).She was the only “non-royal” d-in-law of Kaiser and they said that Wilhelm liked her most of all his d-in-laws. Ina and Oskar married in 1914 and had a very happy family life .The yhad 4 children.

The Dorotheenstädti church

In the year 1687 the Dorotheenstädti church was inaugurated as the tenth place of worship in Berlin and as the first Protestant building of churches. Nearly 200 years in Berlin no more church had been built. By the plague of the yearly 1598 and the Dreißigjährigen war the population had decreased/gone back to at the most 10,000 inhabitants. But in the death year of the large cure prince 1688 18 became already. – to 20,000 inhabitants indicated, and around 1700 were already 29.000. – Frenchmen, Dutchmen, Pfälzer and Welsch Swiss enriched not only the statistics, but likewise the economic, cultural and church development of the city.

If one regards the perspective plan of the fortress Berlin, which the kurfürstliche made land measurer Johann Bernhard Schulz 1688, then „the new city at that time is “, which in the year 1676 after the second wife of Friedrich Wilhelm Dorothea was designated, particularly well to recognize: From the citizen of Berlin „new Thor ” out goes it westward over the fortress ditch into the long-drawn-out Dorotheenstadt, which is protected by „a horn work “. A vierreihige lime tree avenue, to which the cure princess is to have done the first spade line, particularly falls in the eye, and in the west one sees the new church, which exhibits whole a considerable height compared with its surface. Before the church was delighted, the inhabitants held their service the summer over in the free one „under the lime trees “, in the winter met them in the house „Hamburg messenger ” Paul Grothe.

In the year 1674 the cure prince had already given his agreement to the building to a small church, at which both lutherische and reformed preachers should exercise their office. 1678 were begun with the Kirchbau, and at the 3rd Advent 1687 – thus nearly after one decade! – one inaugurated the church in presence of the cure prince Friedrich. That happened with two services on the same day: In the morning the reformed Hofprediger Stosch preached, in the afternoon the lutherische preacher Ranslebens. The argument between the two protestant denominations, which were in certain respects at that time further from each other, moved as today the large churches in Germany the whole people. The sympathy of the cure prince was on sides of the reformed ones, and for reasons of the reasons of state tried it, the conflicts, which expenditure-fenced from the Lutheranern for conscience reasons became to hold down by force. In the year 1683 it had forbidden even a Katechismus, which contained hard attacks against the calvinistische teachings. Also the fact that the church did not receive a Biblical name, was designated but simply after the new suburb, is out of consideration opposite the reformed ones to be explained.

By the edict of potsdam the cure prince 1685 had offered made of France the refugee Protestant in Prussia a new homeland. While in the year 1680 the municipality from 600 Lutheranern and only 37 reformed existed, now the number of the calvinistischen Christians increases. In addition the cure prince gets dutchmen as a building master and craftsmen into his residence. Far more largely however is the number of the French Réfugiés: In the Dorotheenstadt live in the year 1697 already 1615 Frenchmen, that is almost half of all inhabitants. In the year 1698 the national gentleman of the French municipality permits the sharing of the church. Against reimbursement of half of all past expenditures and with the obligation to take part in the future in the preservation of the church you are transferred half of the property at the place of worship. In the course 18. Century should decrease however the number of the Frenchmen in the Dorotheenstadt and the need the use of the church become smaller, since 1705 the French church was built on the gendarme market and 1733 a special chapel in the French hospital, Friedrichstraße 129, near the Oranienburger gate. After some arguments with that in the meantime protestant unierten German municipality in the Dorotheenstadt finally gave up the French municipality in the year 1858 their joint possession right at the church.

One receives a good impression of the first church building by the multicolored illustration on a porcelain cup, which was given to the preacher father (1831-1880) by two Konfirmandinnen and today in the Märki museum is located. The building „forms in the sketch a Greek cross with three right-angled arms, polygon for closed altar area and four low cultivations in the angles of the cross arms, thus a simple central plant “. Since the cathedral church received a new pulpit in the year 1690, the old cathedral pulpit of the church was left to Dorotheenstäd tables. Probably in the year architect, painters and mathematicians the Rütger of long field the church, built the 1695 deceased of which a sandstone intending board in the southern Kreuzflügel reminded.

The bells had called already before completion of the building of churches „under the lime trees ” to the service. The largest was provided with the coat of arms of the cure prince and its wife Sophie Dorothea from the house Holstein luck castle. In the year 1680 it had rung „to the thanks because of the pommerschen Viktoria “, i.e. conquest Stettins. She came to completion of the building into the tower, the two different into an opening of the roof. The middle bell from the year 1723 carried the inscription:

Since Friedrich Wilhelm sat on of Prussia king throne a right Salomon of the large Friedrichs son ward my CASTING made to play there and sound if our Zion wants the highest victim to bring.

Johann Porst, which went then as Propst to pc. Nikolai, published a Gesangbuch, which should find as certification of pietistischer Frömmigkeit far spreading and even to 1905 was again printed during its time at Dorotheen in the year 1708 (first anonymous): „Clergyman and lovely songs, which the spirit of the faith by Dr. Martin Luthern, Johann army man, Paul Gerhard and other one its tools in the previous and current times sealed. “- From 1709 to 1719 the after times Propst of pc. Petri, Johann Gustav Reinbeck, „Beichtvater of the queens” and a taught theologian, was preacher at the new church.

Like many churches in Berlin changed also the Dorotheenstädti in the course 19. Century their face. While French occupation at the beginning of the century had stranger troops – by the way Bavaria – in the church lived, which mutilates monuments, organ pipes taken out, coffins in the Grabgewölbe broken open and the old cathedral pulpit burned. Already since the year 1750 the church ground had served as installing chamber for of Prussia soldiers. All of this did not contribute straight to the preservation of the church. Thus one decided 1861 „to a complete renewal of the church in modern brick forms, with retention of the old sketch, on which on 21 November 1863 the new inauguration took place “. The preachers of the Jerusalemskirche said in their greeting to the colleagues: „We feel also in as much connected you in the spirit as your church, as the unsrige, was similar a monument of the union convicition of our prince house and our protestant population still before the introduction of the union. “

On 18 February 1831 into the Dorotheenstadt as on the Friedrichswerder – both churches were united at the time still in a Pfarrsystem with one another – the 1817 of the king had been carried out proclaimed union. The statute signed by ministers and church executive committees begins with the words: „Stops from now on at the municipalities of the two in all remaining, as before, united Parochien Confessions under separated complete, and forms instead of two for each church only one protestant uniierte municipality. “It is still mentioned that this is valid for all members of the municipality, if the reformed ones not already held themselves among them „the year ago 1817 with express explanation to another reformed municipality”.
It is remarkable that in the year 1846 by the Ministry for the religious affairs the employment of a Universitätspredigers was ordered, which should hold for Dorotheenstäd tables in the church services for the students. At the 3rd Advent 1847 this – for Berlin probably first „übergemeindliche ” Pfarrstelle, apart from the Militärseelsorge – was opened by a service, with which also the catholic rector at that time of the university held a speech. The Studentenpfarramt was maintained however only up to the year 1856. It was then transferred to the emperor Friedrich Gedächtniskirche.

In the year 1902/03 the church was again transformed. In place of the past timber ceiling it received a Tonnengewölbe. The emperor and its wife gave marble reliefs of the large cure prince and the cure princess Dorothea, which today in the garden „of the Schleiermacherhäuser ” (Johannes Dieckmann, early pigeon road 3) to see are. On the right of and to the left of the Altarapsis now two chapels were set. One found as communion chapel use, which took up others the monument of the count of the Mark, which had in the dark confessed one hundred years. This marble monument for with eight years the deceased the natural son of the king Friedrich Wilhelm II. and the Trompeterstochter Wilhelmine Enke, the later countess Lichtenau, was the first large work of Gottfried Schadow and represents in the judgement R. Borrmanns 1893 „the first work of the modern German art in Berlin “. It is located today – without inscription and Girlande – in (east) the citizens of Berlin national gallery.
Already before 250 years there were indications of an at that time still rare tolerance at the Dorotheenstädti church: Not only that the preachers and municipality members of the two protestant confessions forced themselves by their common place of worship mutually „to the bearing SAMness “; it also is reported, „that one with funerals and corpses of having an accident, suicides, Komödianten and the catholics not the strict, often even schimpfliche way did not observe, which were with other churches of Berlin use “: Funeral in a special corner of the cemetery, no bell ring and no candles.

The first Kirchhof was, as generally usually, around the place of worship put on. A free standing monument reminded of the imperial-Russian colonel general Konstantin von Stourdza, who had taken itself in the year 1806 in the zoo the life. A large part of the deceased was buried however in the Kirchengewölbe. Last burying at the old Kirchhof took place in the year 1876, after fifty had been already adjusted years before the funerals officially.

A second cemetery – on the left Spreeufer, which lock Monbijou opposite – was long occupied starting from 1708 about 50 years. In the year 1912 the municipality – together with Friedrichswerder – received the Dorotheenstädti Kirchhof existing this very day, which should become the historically most important cemetery of Berlin. There rest philosopher spruce and Hegel, which sculptors and architects Schinkel, Stüler, Schadow and smoke, which physician hoof country, who antiquity researcher Boeckh, which printer Litfaß and finally from our time heal ne Weigel, Bertold break, Arnold branch and Heinrich man. Starting from 1842 the municipality used a further Kirchhof at the reading road, in the today’s western part of the city. There the Zirkusdirektoren Renz, Schumann and shrubs are buried. Only temporarily – from 1889 to 1912 — the municipality had also a cemetery at the Schamberger road, which was called Tegeler Chaussee at that time.

At the beginning of this century at the Dorotheenstädti church still another minister was active, who admits beyond the borders of the municipality was: D. Wilhelm Schneemelcher, starting from 1902 Secretary-General of the protestant-social congress, founder of the magazine „protestant-socially “. In the church special services were regarded from 1921 to 1923 as Germans from Russia. Berlin was the goal of many refugees also at that time.

In place of 1917 20 years sold bell later a new bell in service were taken, whose inscription represents also a piece „to church history “: „Which the world war us took, has the time of the German unit us again-brought by the welfare service of our municipality and our woman wife in the third realm 1936. To see “- beside it was, as in the chronicle from the year 1937 is noted, the iron cross and – the swastika. In this chronicle it means also: „The burning Reichstag dome became us with all concern over coming heavy events a Fanal of a new free and strong Germany without party spirit and internal fights, like it whenever in Reichstag the damage for the reputation and those will our people expenditure-fenced became.”
On 23 November 1943 the Dorotheenstädti church was heavily damaged with a bomb attack easily, on 21 June 1944. Although it was classified still six years later than receive-worth, the ruin fell 1968 finally the pointed heel to the victim. The municipality is come up in Friedrichswerder. The name of the earlier quarter and its church is only resumed today by the two Kirchhöfe in the east and in the west. Also the Dorotheenstraße, which had been called originally „last road “, was umgewidmet: It is called now Clara Zetkin road. From „the lime trees ” out there the newurban Kirchstraße – this name is still received – leads toward Spree at a parking lot past, which is intended for the half for cars of the opposite message of the United States of America. The entire parking lot is noticeable by its own tree existence: Schnurbäume, God trees and genuine Robinien. There once the first Protestant place of worship of Berlin stood.

The cemetery of Dorotheenstadt is located in the heart of Berlin. It is one of the most interesting cemeteries in Germany, and the final resting place of German playwright Bertolt Brecht.
The cemetery was established in 1762, and although it has only 300 graves, more German artists, philosophers, and politicians are buried here than anywhere else. The tombstones of this cemetery read like the Who’s Who of Berlin’s intellectual and artistic elite.
Stroll through the cemetery which is shaded by giant trees, and you’ll discover the resting places of the philosophers Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel and Johann Gottlieb Fichte, of writers like Heinrich Mann and Arnold Zweig, or the former German President, Johannes Rau.
Highlights
• The highlight of the cemetery of Dorotheenstadt is the grave of Bertolt Brecht and his wife, the actress Helene Weigel.
The couple lived in the house right next to the cemetery. Fans of Brecht often leave red carnations on his grave, a symbol for his political views.
• No flowers, but expensive cigars adorn the headstone of German dramatist and theatre director Heiner Müller, a trademark of this German artist.
• Another very impressive tomb here is the one of Karl Friedrich Schinkel, the German architect who designed many neoclassicist buildings in Berlin.
He did not only build the landmarks Gendarmenmarkt and the Old Museum, but he also designed his own gravestone.
The Dorotheenstadt is an area of Berlin comprising the area north of
Behrenstrasse (the street parallel and just south of Unter den Linden),
south of the River Oder, east of the Brandenburger Tor, and west of a line
formed by Oberwallstrasse/Falconstrasse/Niederwallstrasse. It was laid
out as a Vorstadt of Berlin in 1674. The record undoubtedly refers to a
baptism in the Dorotheenst”adtische Kirche, erected in 1677 as a
Simultankirche, for the use of both Lutherans and Reformed (merged into
the Evangelische Kirche der Union in 1831). 1680-1840 joined with the
Friedrichswerder Kirche; now Friedrichswerder[-Dorotheenstadt]
Kirchengemeinde. The original church registers for 1677-1874 were
destroyed during World War II, but microfilm copies prepared by the
Reichsstelle f”ur Sippenforschung/ Reichssippenamt in the 1930’s and
1940’s survive in the Evangelisches Zentralarchiv in Berlin. The Family
History Library in Salt Lake City has copies of these microfilms, and you
can borrow copies through any LDS (Mormon) Family History Center.
The Dorotheenstadt cemetery, officially the “Cemetery of the Dorotheenstadt und Friedrichswerder Parishes”, is a landmarked burial ground located in the Berlin district of Mitte which dates to the late 18th century. The entrance to the 17,000 m2 plot is at 126 Chaussee Straße (next door to the Brecht House, where Bertolt Brecht and Helene Weigel spent their last years, at 125 Chaussee Straße). It is also directly adjacent to the French cemetery (also known as the cemetery of the Huguenots), established in 1780, and is sometimes confused with it.
A small area surrounded by a low hedge is reserved for members of the nearby Berlin Academy of Arts, among others René Graetz, Anna Seghers, Erich Arendt and Lin Jaldati, a Jew who survived three concentration camps to make a successful career as a dancer and singer of Jewish songs.

Was Fruit Vale A Prussian Colony?

Posted on January 21, 2020 by Royal Rosamond Press

William Stuttmeister and his brother-in-law built forty homes in Fruitvale. Were they financed by Prussians? We had a twenty-six acre orchard. The nation of Prussia – is no more! These German people had a unique culture in Europe that made a point of appearing SUPERIOR to other white nations. Native American Tribes did all they could to appear superior to other tribes and were a Warrior Culture. White culture is built upon superiority (whites killing whites with weapons resulted in millions of deaths)  and thus must be brought down, allowed to rot – and vanish!

As I type, the Senate is hearing the Impeachment of our President that the majority of Americans believe is a Racist – who spreads Racism! Today, the White Republican Party is defending a white man who takes pride in his German ancestors. Millions of White Women voted for him – and will do so again. They believe Trump is protecting their White Culture. No self-elected activist for People of Color – dare go after White Women! Our Democracy is dying this day! It is no longer INCLUSIVE! Inclusiveness is on trial. We are in a Second Civil War.

I see Prussian Parades Against Drugs across this Freedom Land!

Here is a Steinbeck story.

“In the 1890s, upper Fruitvale, (from just south of MacArthur Boulevard north through the hills and stretching a few blocks to the east and west of Dimond Canyon), looked like a small German town.

“Henderson Luelling, a Quaker nurseryman, brought 700 cherry trees from Oregon and planted them in 400 acres he had purchased along Sausal Creek, christening the area “Fruit Vale.” Later he added apple and pear trees, and Fruit Vale’s orchards became well known. (One of these apple trees is still alive and can be seen today at 2125 Woodbine Avenue in Oakland.) Then, in 1859, Frederick Rhoda arrived, one of the first of many Germans to settle in what is now the Dimond District. On the 217 acres he purchased next to Sausal Creek, Rhoda grew Royal Ann cherries and, in 1869 when the Transcontinental Railroad came to Oakland, shipped them to the East Coast– the first California-grown fruit sold in the East.”

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henderson_Luelling

On December 28, 1878, “Father of the Pacific Fruit Industry” Henderson Luelling died in Oakland, California.

Born in Randolph County in 1809, Luelling was a Quaker active in the Underground Railroad before he risked his life to take fruit trees to the West Coast via the deep-rutted Oregon Trail.

Also known as the Johnny Appleseed of the West, Luelling moved to Salem, Iowa in 1837, where he and others established the Abolition Friends Monthly Meeting and where a trap door in his house led to a haven for fugitive slaves.

In 1847, Luelling, traveling by ox-team, left Iowa in a seven-wagon caravan with his wife, eight children and 700 grafted fruit trees, primarily apples but also pears, cherries and peaches. Half of the stock of trees, buried in a compost of soil and charcoal, died en route as did two of his oxen.

With the assistance of Indian guides, Luelling arrived in the Williamette Valley drawn there by the writings of John C. Fremont and the accounts of Lewis and Clark. He established a nursery, sold thousands of trees in Oregon and California, and brought several new varieties of fruits to the market.

His brother Seth, who accompanied him, introduced the Bing cherry.

I am kin to Senator Thomas Hart Benton. Let me introduce you to my late sister.

Above is a photograph of my niece, Drew Benton, the daughter of the famous artist, Garth, and Christine Rosemond Benton. My late sister was world famous as the artist who signed her work by her middle name. She downed in 1994. There is a bad biography about Rosamond written by a ghost writer. There is one movie script, that I know of. Our kin, Carrie Fisher, was supposed to been working on one. My cousin is Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor. Her son, Christopher Wilding, married Aileen Getty the sister of  John Paul Getty Jr. of which a movie and series was made about. Their father married Talitha, a famous model, who is kin to the artis Augustus John, and the author, Ian Fleming. Garth and my niece Shannon painted the murals at the Getty Villa. Drew’s parents were friends of Ann and Gordon Getty, until they painted over the mural below. My brother-in-law was in shock, and sued the wealthiest family in the world – and won!

Moulin Rouge In Fruitvale

There was a German club called The Hermitage that featured “French dancing girls” that may have been inspired by the Moulin Rouge in Paris. This Beer Garden was located in Fruit Vale, a haven for German immigrants. My kindred had a fruit orchard there.

Above is the Marriage Certificate of Alice Lillie Stuttmeister of Oakland, who married William Frederick Broderick of Fruit Vale, in 1897. Their daughter, Melba Broderick, married Victor Hugo Presco. whose father came from Bohemia Germany. Did William go to see the French dancing girls, and lewd sex acts performed in the gazebos?  This may constitute the first Bohemian scene for adults looking for a alternative lifestyle. Here is a Garden of Earthly Delights in the New World, that was closed down by the clergy and Temperance Movement. Here is the model for the Ghost Ship and other places I have blogged on. It is my intent to present this history to elected officials of Oakland, and bid the, to support  Oakland’s Bohemian roots, and make sure everyone who participates, is safe. You can see Tepper’s house in back of the stores on MacArthur Blvd. Joaquin Miller escorted Melba on the electrical rail seen below.

Charlie Tepper, opened a creekside hotel and beer garden on the land he bought from Hugh Dimond, at MacArthur between Dimond and Canon Avenues. (The hotel building still stands behind the shops at 2030 MacArthur Boulevard.) Many residents enjoyed picnics and leisurely afternoons beneath the trees of Tepper’s Gardens, next to the creek. On the corner opposite Tepper’s stood the infamous Hermitage House, which featured “French dancing girls.” At the rear of the hotel was a garden with two cottages and five gazebos, in which some questionable acts allegedly took place. Neighbors and church groups eventually pressured officials into closing the “pleasure palace,” and it was quickly replaced by shops. Nearby, other beer gardens, like the Neckhaus, nestled on Sausal Creek’s banks, and Bauerhofer’s (where a post office sits today), featured German bands and songs and an occasional brawl among patrons.

“It might be well to state right here that the Board of Supervisors is determined to clean out everything of a disorderly character in Alameda County.” The Clerk was directed to notify the proper authorities that the licenses were revoked and that no liquors can be sold at the resorts.

The men who were prime movers in this successful crusade were the Rev. Franklin Rhoda, William C. Ralston, F. C. Hinckley, W. S. Dunlevy and William Lowenburg, with the backing of all the citizens and residents in Upper Fruitvale.

Named for the orchards planted by 19th-century German settlers, Fruitvale was once considered Oakland’s second downtown. Prior to World War II, it had a very strong economy, as evidenced by banks, shops, a Montgomery Ward department store, mansions, and a rich inventory of Victorian-style homes. The war led to an economic boom that further benefited the district with many factories locating there. These factories created jobs and attracted large numbers of Hispanic and African American workers to the neighborhood. After the war, many of the factories closed and both Fruitvale and all of Oakland entered an era of economic decline. The growing suburbanization and

Between 1850 and 1859, Antonio Peralta sold off much of his remaining land, and the rancho soon became farmland. The soils that had been deposited over time as Sausal Creek meandered back and forth in its floodplain proved to be quite productive. In 1856 Henderson Luelling, a Quaker nurseryman, brought 700 cherry trees from Oregon and planted them in 400 acres he had purchased along Sausal Creek, christening the area “Fruit Vale.” Later he added apple and pear trees, and Fruit Vale’s orchards became well known. The resident told of hiking along a narrow road that wound up the hill, following the path of Sausal Creek. Near today’s Leimert Avenue bridge, hikers had to stop and pay a five-cent toll to continue up the hills!

Estate owners were not the only people who enjoyed Sausal Creek’s charms. Horsedrawn streetcars, common in the Fruitvale area by 1875, brought people up to Dimond Canyon and other areas in the hills for Sunday outings and picnics alongside the creek, where picnickers relished the delicious berries growing next to the creek. On one occasion, a streetcar on the old Highland Park and Fruit Vale Railroad tipped over the ravine in Dimond Canyon and rolled down the hill into the creek. Officials attributed the accident to a very

In the 1890s, upper Fruitvale, (from just south of MacArthur Boulevard north through the hills and stretching a few blocks to the east and west of Dimond Canyon), looked like a small German town. However, the population of the area was becoming more diverse: in addition to the Chinese who were brought into the area as workers, a number of Scandinavians established themselves in the Sausal Creek watershed. Many started dairies and feed businesses: the area was so rural that, while sitting in classes, school children looked out upon dairy cattle grazing in surrounding pastures.

In the late 1890s, one of the original German settlers of Fruitvale, Jacob Bold, built a three-bedroom wood-frame home on Minnesota Street. His brother, John Bold, was the proprietor of The Villa, a hotel and saloon at Fruitvale Avenue and East 10th Street. The Bolds played an important role in establishing St. Elizabeth’s, one of the first German Catholic churches in Fruitvale. Another German immigrant, Charlie Tepper, opened a creekside hotel and beer garden on the land he bought from Hugh Dimond, at MacArthur between Dimond and Canon Avenues. A home for elderly German people, the Altenheim, was built nearby in 1893. The home standing on the site today, however, was built after the original building burned down in 1908. The home’s residents today are of many ethnicities.

In 1934, a massive landslide on McKillop Road was blamed on Sausal Creek. The Army Corps of Engineers attempted to subdue the creek with concrete, and throughout the ’30s and ’40s, many more attempts were made to “control” the creek. The Works Progress Administration tried to contain the creek with cement “walls” and poured concrete in its bed in an attempt to slow its flow. The dates of these projects (1939-1940) were stamped into the cement and can be seen today at various spots along the creek in Dimond Canyon. Railroad tracks were used to create blockades in the creek, as people were attempting to drive up the newly-paved creekbed.

JOAQUIN MILLER FAVORS BACCHUS

Poet of Sierras Signs Liquor Application of Roadhouse.

Oakland Office San Francisco Call, 1118 Broadway, June 29.

Joaquin Miller, the “Poet of the Sierras,” would let no thirsty man go dry. He has come to the rescue of Bacchus and to-day the name of the hermit muse was read before the Board of Supervisors as one of those in favor of having . a liquor license granted to the famous old roadhouse in Upper Frultvale, “The Hermitage.” . “

Fred C. Schnarr made application to be permitted to again dispense Intoxicants over the bar of “The Hermitage” -and the “Poet of the Sierras,” whose home is on “The Heights” back of the once lively resort, was among the 85 residents in the precinct who are not opposed to eeelng the doors / of “The Hermitage” once more thrown open to those [ who would be pleased to drop in and quaff a goblet of sparkling wine or- a stein of popular beer. There was a petition against granting Schnarr a license ” filed •with the Board of Supervisors. It contained 83 signatures. ~ .

In the matter of the applications for liquor licenses in the precincts of Fruitvale and Brooklyn townships taken up by the Supervisors to-day under the new local option law the saloon ; element appeared to have the advantage, their petitions overruling the petitions of the protestants in the number of- signers.

Matter of Granting Petition of Fred Schnarr Postponed for Another Week.

OAKLAND, Aug. 17.— The Inspecting of the names of signers on the petition of Fred C. Schnarr for a liquor license for the old Hermitage at Frultvale before the Board of Supervisors progresses with utmost deliberation.

.When the matter was brought up before the board thia morning it was asserted that among the signers was a woman and that Schnarr did not have the necessary six out of the nearest ten residents.

A strenuous fight is being made against allowing the- notorious place to open again, and every means is being taken to block the passage of vne resolution. The question of whether a woman could be considered a legal signer was referred to the District Attorney, while a survey has to be made to settle which are the nearest ten residents. In, order that this may be done, the question went over for another week. ‘Yi-,’v

MIKE PROTESTS AGAINST DIVES

Fruitvale Residents Describe Scenes of Revelry.

Homes Desecrated by Loud, Unseemly Brawling in Beer Gardens.

Oakland Office San Francisco Call, 1118 Broadway, July 15.

Residents of Upper Fruitvale crowded the Supervisors* room to-day to protest against the granting of licenses to the saloons and beer gardens, against whose disorderly conduct they have long been agitating. * :-…’ Citizens of the wealthy suburb appeared: before the board and described scenes of revelry and brawling participated in by both male and female patrons of tha re* sorts In auestion. Rev. F. B. Rhoda conducted the prose-* cutlon against Nielsen and Faure, who were defended by M. C. Chapman. Supervisor Mitchell said that lawyers were not needed there anyhow, as there was already wrangling enough, and aa for the time limit the board was competent to go ahead with an Investigation one time as well as another. Frlck retorted that he was not there to wranglebut for the protection of his clients’ in* terests. The board proceeded with the Faure and Nielsen cases first. Chapman asked that the charges be dismissed, as they were not regularly filed and contained no specific complaints. From the worfflngf of the protests, he said, it might b« seen that the residents wers objecting to all the saloons In Frultvale, whereas the Investigation was directed solely against his clients. The board refused to dismiss the case and asked for testimony In support of the protest. Rhoda said he would put no witnesses on the stand. Chapman accused the minister of wanting a chance to heap . abuse on his clients. He again asked for a dismissal, but the board dl« rected Mr. Rhoda to proceed. Notorious Hermitage Among the Places That Lose Their Licenses.

Oakland Office San Francisco Call, 1118 Broadway, July 16.

The Board of Supervisors to-day closed five Upper Fruitvale drinking resorts, including the Hermitage, which for nearly twenty years has been conducted at Dimond with a notoriety which is State wide. The licenses of Charles Tepper, Mrs. B. Walliser and Robert E. Taylor were also revoked by a unanimous vote of the board.

Leon Faure, proprietor of the Hermitage, had one supporter, Supervisor Church, who also opposed the closing of Peter C. Nielsen’s barroom. But the other members of the board declared they would not make fish of one and flesh of another.

The Hermitage was not singled out in the fight of the Fruitvalers against the saloons, but the place was, unfortunately for its owner, among the group of resorts which the anti-saloonists had determined to drive out of business. The decision of the board covers all but one of the Upper Fruitvale places where liquors are sold. The Neckhaus Gardens were allowed to retain their license because no evidence of disorder was introduced against the resort.

The action by the board was a complete victory for the men and women of Upper Fruitvale, who have been battling against the hoodlumlsm, depravity and disorder which have marked the conduct of some of the resorts that have been denied licenses.

When the Supervisors convened this morning to render their decision the lobby was packed with an interested audience from Fruitvale. Chairman Mitchell called up the resolutions on revocation of the Walliser, Tepper and Taylor licenses. The charges made against each resort were sustained by the board, and promptly the five members voted to close the places.

Supervisor Church said he would not have voted to close Tepper’s place, except that the proprietor had himself said that he was going out of business, so Church was ready to close the place at once.

When the applications of Faure and Nielsen were read Church was in favor of granting the renewal of the licenses. He said no evidence had been introduced to prove disorderly actions. But the other four members of the board did not agree with their confrere, and they sent the Hermitage into oblivion. Nielsen runs a saloon in connection with his grocery. There was no special complaint against him, except on the ground that the citizens of that suburb had determined, if possible, to close all saloons.

As soon as the voting had decided the fate of the resorts Chairman John Mitchell made the following announcement:

“It might be well to state right here that the Board of Supervisors is determined to clean out everything of a disorderly character in Alameda County.” The Clerk was directed to notify the proper authorities that the licenses were revoked and that no liquors can be sold at the resorts.

The men who were prime movers in this successful crusade were the Rev. Franklin Rhoda, William C. Ralston, F. C. Hinckley, W. S. Dunlevy and William Lowenburg, with the backing of all the citizens and residents in Upper Fruitvale.

Get Out Of My Republican Party – Now!

Posted on January 21, 2020 by Royal Rosamond Press

Get out of my Republican Party my kindred founded – NOW! This is my campaign. As I type, FAKE REPUBLICANS open their gun ports and fire at the Democratic Party they wage war with – disguised as Christians! They use attorneys to take the High Ground – some more – claiming they own Legal Family Traditions, and Political Family Traditions. These Followers of The Grand Liar do not have a Traditional Republican Platform – as they try to sound LEGAL! Let the whole Lot of Parasitical Liars – FORM THEIR OWN PARTY! They are Thieves who invaded a home and taken the rightful residents hostage! Then they rain insults out the window! This is the Republican SLA!

Jesus is not on their side! Jesus is not God as Terry declares! What became of the God of the Jews! Many evangelical ministers are anti-Semitic! They were also Pro-Slavery! They gave sermons from down in the Red States that encouraged Slavery. They use abortion to counter the Civil Rights Movement! Most evangelical leaders are not FOR anything. They are AGAINST everything that does not support White Supremacy! Jesus was not a European!  Form ‘God’s Party’. Employ these words – TO ATTRACT the alleged Chosen Ones. These Neo-Confederate Devil’s are only interested – in winning elections!

GET OUT! Go to your own house – if you got one! I see a massive Prussian March on the White House. I see the President salivating, he not able to contain himself because he is banned from The Republican Parade!

“GET OUT!” they shout as they pass!

GET OUT! – Of The Republican Party

“Baton Rouge – Rick Santorum has defended himself against critics who slated him for courting the Rev. Dennis Terry of Greenwell Springs Baptist Church, Baton Rouge, by insisting he didn’t clap when Terry said non-Christians should get out of the country.”

The Republican Party and the nation of Israel – where Abraham once dwell – was founded by Socialist Germans, and my kindred, Jessie and John Fremont. Abraham did not live in America. Reverend Terry claims Jesus is God, then changes his tune.

GET OUT of my people’s party you bigoted liar! And take your ilk with you! Form your own party! Say what you will – in your own party of God-Jesus. But, your kind won’t, because you are more interested in winning elections – at any cost – then serving your Lord by spreading His Word! A third religious party would lose elections for Republicans – everywhere!

Santorum claims he wasn’t listening, his mind on playing politics – in the name of Jesus!

My Vigilant German Kindred

Posted on August 17, 2019by Royal Rosamond Press

In the photograph of my German grandfathers taken in the Oakland Hills, we see a rifle hung in a tree. Carl Janke owned a German Theme park south of San Francisco where sharpshooter contests were held. I suspect my German People helped form the Vigilante Committees of California with the help of the Turnverein. I believe they helped found the Jewish Turnverein of Berlin, who were instrumental in founding the Nation of Israel.

This rifle is the symbol of the Emancipation of the slaves. The treacherous Confederacy murdered thousands in order to keep Americans in chains. When the Germans lost their battle against the Papal forces of the Habsburgs, they came to America on many ships. When they came down the gangplank, waiting for them were countrymen, who gave them a rifle and a uniform. They were now Freedom Fighters in the Union Army – and they marched against Lee’s army of traitors. Eventually we defeated him. Lee is my kin. We look alike. There are 240,000 million Americans of German descent.

To the polls! Sweep this Champion Liar – and his Neo-Confederate Goon Squad – into the sea! Remember General Sherman! Write your Senator and demand Moscow Mitch stand before the American People once a week, and give a complete report of the united effort to put down Fuzzyball Putin, and his Demon Squad of Hackers, named in the Mueller report.

Neo-Confederate Traitors of our time, went to Bob Jones University in order to learn evangelical propaganda so they could counter the movement of Martin Luther King. These traitors now control our Senate, that is using the contrived abortion mission to divide our nation. As a Republican Candidate for the Office of the President of the United State of America, it is my objective to sweep the evangelical trailer-trash out of the Republican Party co-founded by my kindred, John Fremont, and his wife Jessie Benton Fremont.

On this day, I found the New Jessie Scouts, a vigilant squad of loyal women whose job it is to protect all women who are being harassed by Treacherous Patriot pretenders, and Trump’s Pussy Squad of Practiced Perverts and Liars. How dare Trump suggest his evangelical worshippers want their Messiah to hold office for a third term. This is treason, preached by fake men of god!

How long would the Black Holocaust have gone on if Lee and his Traitors won the Civil War? How many teenage slaves would have been backed against a wall and had their pussys grabbed, and then forced to bare the child of their owner so it could be sold? Thank God for these good Germans, these Saviors!

Lock him up!

TURNVEREIN SHARPSHOOTERS

The Home Guard Willing to Shed Its Blood but Only at Los Angeles The contemplated home guard of sharpshooters connected with the Turnverein Germania Is making but slow progress In getting organized. A minority of intending members met last night but failed to do anything. A score or so were willing to sign the roll to be forwarded to the adjutant general, but several others held back, not from lack of patriotism or want of sympathy with the United States, but for fear that In the event of the state’s accepting their services as an Independent company they might be called upon to do duty or fight away from home. These men hay* ties here which preclude their leaving their families or interests and they are unwilling to sign any papers which might turn out to be no obligation to leave Los Angeles and march to the front. They want to be strictly what the name Implies—home guard. As one man put it tersely, “I am for this country, willing to defend It here and shed my blood right in Los Angeles for the Stars and Stripes, but I’ll be goll-darned if I want to have it run out of my body at Milpitas or Sausalito.” At the next meeting, however, it is expected that so many will sign the roll that the sharpshooters will be able to organize.

Los Angeles 1898

A popular Union commander and native German, Major General Franz Sigel was the highest ranking German-American officer in the Union Army, with many Germans enlisting to “fight mit Sigel.” Sigel was a political appointment of President Abraham Lincoln, who hoped that Sigel’s immense popularity would help deliver the votes of the increasingly important German segment of the population[citation needed]. He was a member of the Forty-Eighters, a political movement of the revolutions in German states that led to thousands of Germans emigrating to the United States. These included such future Civil War officers as Maj. Gen. Carl Schurz, Brig. Gen. August WillichLouis BlenkerMax Weber and Alexander Schimmelfennig.

Schurz was part of the socio-political movement in America known as the Turners, who contributed to getting Lincoln elected as President. The Turners provided the bodyguard at Lincoln’s inauguration on March 4, 1861, and also at Lincoln’s funeral in April 1865.

Yesterday I discovered one of my great grandfathers founded a Turnverein Hall on Bush Street in San Francisco. This hall was a place one could go hear music and practice gymnastics. The Seamens Friendly Union met here, and the Vigilance Committee.  Plays were performed, and debates held. This is the radical root of San Francisco that I have traced to the Longshoreman’s Hall and the first Acid Tests.  The Turner hall offered music and other entertainment as an alternative to gambling and prostitution. My father was a Merchant Marine and would be pleased to know the first institution for furthering sailor rights met in the Bush hall.

All seamen are invited to attend at the Turn Verein Hall on Bush Street between Stockton and Powell Streets on Thursday Evening, January 11 at 7 1/2 o’clock to form a Seamens Society for the Pacific Coast.

The Vigilance Committee combatted corruption and violence. These were idealists that lay the groundwork for a city famous for it cultural revolutions.

Israeli National-Socialists

Posted on September 18, 2011by Royal Rosamond Press

Israel was founded by Socialists who got a foothold in Palestine via the Maccabi Sports Clubs that sprang from the German Turnverien, or, Turn Verein, Turner Societies, founded by Freiderich Jahn a Prussian, who is considered by some to be the Father of National-Sociialism, or, the Nazis.I suspect my kin, Carl Janke, was a Turnverein and established a Turner Society in Belmont that later merged with the Oddfellows. William Ralston, whose home was in Belmont, provided the funds to spread the Oddfellows throughout Europe, beginning in Germany, where Jews and Gentiles met in Turnverien clubs, worked out together, talked business, and promoted the idea that their children should marry. Then the Germans wanted the Jews out, and they formed their own Turnverein clubs that became the Maccabi gymnasts who began to colonize Palastine.

After world war one there was a prejudice against Germans, and Turnverein was changed to Tanforan, the alleged kin of a Mexican Spaniard.

The Zionist Socialists of Israel would have you believe, great Rabbis and Jewish Prophets, founded the nation of Israel, for the sake of the evangelical prophets from Ireland. Worng! This is pure Nationalism – without God!

“W.A. Janke, founded the Belmont Picnic Grounds, and the first Turn Verein on Bush Street.”

Yesterday I received information from Shirley Schwoerer of the Redwood City Library, that said my ancestor, Carl August Janke, was instrumental in establishing a Turnverien in Belmont, and the Bay Area. Was it the first?

“He erected the old amusement hall of the Turnverein, and managed this for several years.”

Janke may be the first real estate developer in the San Francisco bay area.

“In 1849 the family came around the Horn on an old Clipper ship, and Mr. Janke brought with him on the trip the material for six portable houses. He set up these houses, and at once engaged in a successful business, as a building contractor.”

This information confirms my theory that the Tanforan cottages in the Mission, are the Turnverein cottages that Janke brought around the Cape in order to establish a German community of Freethinkers in the New Western Land of the Free -free of church rule! The Jüdischen Turnverein was established for the same reason. For awhile Jews and Germans shared the same Turnverien in Berlin, and were seen as Liberal-Socialists. San Francisco is considered the most Liberal and ethnically diverse city in the world where folks from the old world can practice their traditions of total freedom. Hitler banned and persecuted the Freethinkers, and outlawed the Turnverein.

The membership of the new clubs was more inclusive, as the cor of students and academics which had made up the rank and file of the Turnverein in its early years was joined by a large contingent of craft workers, along with many Jewish members, often in positions of leadership. These gymnastic clubs were often closely aligned with workers’ organizations and democratic clubs with whom they shared a desire for reform and a rejection of traditional hierarchies.

They even imparted a new spirit to their gymnastic program by initiating training sessions for children and, far more radical in light of the times, for women as well. Flaunting their rebellious spirit, the gymnasts of Vormärz wore their hair long and sported large black hats decorated with a rooster feather instead of the more formal attire of the Biedermeier period.

Given the radicalization of the movement in the 1840s, it is not surprising that the German gymnasts were directly involved in the 1848 revolutions. Turnverein leaders won renown for their leading roles in local uprisings,

The Turnverein as an organization was most closely associated with the uprisings in Baden, the center of the radical sentiment in southwest Germany

Fremont’s Foreign Fighters

The Fremont family spent much time in Europe. I believe Elizabeth Fremont burned the reason why. John and Jessie had a bodyguard made up of foreigners. They feared a foreign invasion, and Lincoln was aware of this;

“President knew we were on the eve of England, France and Spain recognizing the South: they were anxious for a pretext to do so; England on account of her cotton interests, and France because the Emperor dislikes us.”

Above is a photo of Germans reenacting Civil War battles. This is because 200,000 Germans fought in this bloody war. Many of them were Turners. My Prussian and German ancestors were Turners in the Bay Area and had to know what role they would play before my kindred in South Carolina went to war with the Union.

I suspect Carl Janke was part of an effort to make California a colony of the German Unification, if not the Liberal Prussian Capital of a revolt that was taking place throughout Europe led by the Forty-Eighters who made up the Radical Republicans, who nominated John Fremont as their first candidate for office of President of the United States. Lincoln could not have become President without the Germans who must have backed the Fourteenth Amendment so their children could be recognized Citizens of the U.S.A.

In Sunshine magazine, Jessie Fremont says Britain was getting ready to import (deport) thousands of pesky Irish Catholics to California, who could be made into an army to fight for the Confederacy. If the Union fell, I suspect Fremont was prepared to declare a Nation of the West, and launch a European front to defeat the foreign allies of Slave Masters  Consider ISIS Slave Masters recruiting Europeans to come take young girls slaves, and rape them. Mary Confederate Generals raped young black slaves.

When Janke brought six portable house around the Cape and erected them in Belmont, it is said he did so to provide housing for gold miners who struck it rich. But gold had not been discovered. I believe these homes were made for leaders of the Prussian Unification and founding of the Prussian State of California and a United West, that was not a part of the Union. I suspect John Fremont gave much of his gold to this Nation Building.

Seamens Friendly Union Society
All seamen are invited to attend at the Turn Verein Hall on Bush Street between Stockton and Powell Streets on Thursday Evening, January 11 at 7 1/2 o’clock to form a Seamens Society for the Pacific Coast.

This meeting resulted in organization of the Seamens Friendly Union and Protective Society. Alfred Enquist was elected president and George McAlpine, secretary. It was the first organization of seamen in this country, perhaps the first in the world. In 1875, the United Seamen’s Association was formed in the port of New York, and it sent a delegation to Congress to petition for laws to protect seamen. The delegation, according to a news report in The New York Times of January 21, was “graciously received by the President.”

No more was heard of this organization.

The Seamen’s Friendly Union and Protective Society in San Francisco did not last long, and the next organization to come along was the Seamen’s Protective Union formed in San Francisco in 1878 with 800 members. It, too, had a short life.

In practice the event engulfed the two shows. Both America Needs Indians and the Open Theater’s cabaret theater were mournfully out of place in the rackety, echoing space of Longshoremen’s Hall. America Needs Indians was just a little tepee and some slides, so far as most people could tell. But there were things to do. Mikes and speakers and electrical gadgets strewn around. A light show with strobe. A booth selling books on psychedelic subjects, and another selling books about insects. There were Trips Festival T-shirts for sale. And a shopping bag full of Owsley’s latest LSD was making the rounds of the hall. But mostly it was unparalleled chaos in a crowded hall pulsing with undirected energy. A young woman jumped up on stage, stripped to the waist and danced until Brand got her off. This clinched it for the Open Theater, which was supposed to go on at ten__they weren’t going to attempt their nude “Revelations” in this wild energy. They read their sermons and got about halfway through the God Box skits when it became obvious that the crowd wanted rock and roll. They quickly brought on the Marbles, who had recently metamorphosed into a band calling itself the Loading Zone. On Saturday night the Tape Center was going on with films by the Canyon Cinema Group in something called “Options and Contracts at the Present Time.” The Ann Halprin Dancers, films by Bruce Baillie and Anthony Martin and a Vortex Light Box were going to be the visuals. Sound would come from a synthesizer invented by Donald Buchla, which would perform on its own and also modulate the rock and roll sounds of Big Brother and the Holding Company in freakish and avant-garde ways. The Acid Test would follow at 10:00 P.M. “Can you die to your corpses? Can you metamorphose? Can you pass the twentieth century? “What is total dance?”

Turners (GermanTurner), are members of German-American gymnastic clubs. A German gymnastic movement was started by Turnvater (turners’ fatherFriedrich Ludwig Jahn in the early 19th century when Germany was occupied by Napoleon. The Turnvereine (“gymnastic unions”) were not only athletic, but also political, reflecting their origin in similar “nationalistic gymnastic” organizations in Europe. The Turner movement in Germany was generally liberal in nature, and many Turners took part in the Revolution of 1848.[1] After its defeat, the movement was suppressed and many Turners left Germany, some emigrating to the United States. Several of these Forty-Eighters went on to become Civil War soldiers, the great majority in the Union Army, and American politicians.

The Forty-Eighters were Europeans who participated in or supported the revolutions of 1848 that swept Europe. In the German states, the Forty-Eighters favored unification of the German people, a more democratic government, and guarantees of human rights.[1] Disappointed at the failure of the revolution to bring about the reform of the system of government in Germany or the Austrian Empire and sometimes on the government’s wanted list because of their involvement in the revolution, they gave up their old lives to try again abroad. Many emigrated to the United StatesEngland, and Australia after the revolutions failed. These emigrants included GermansCzechsHungarians, and others. Many were respected and politically active, wealthy, and well-educated; as such, they were not typical immigrants. A large number went on to be very successful in their new countries.

Last night my draw dropped as Rachel Maddow gave me the answer as to why Rena filed stalking charges on me. The night before Deputy Sheriff, Dan Mayland, called me on the phone from Galliten County Montana, I had a dream. I came into Rena’s house and she started scolding me in a half-ass manner. He heart wasn’t into it. A strange woman joins in, and I look in the living room I see about four dudes in camo, they all wearing the same cap. Sensing I do not belong, I slip out the front door, and am met by Rena who slipped out the back door, and she gives me as kiss, as if to say she will always love me.

What Rachel showed, via pass videos of Clevin Bundy, is that he subscribes to the idea of the Posse Comitatus an extreme right-wing organization.

Jon Presco

The Posse Comitatus (from the Latin phrase meaning “force of the county”)[1] is a loosely organized, far-right social movement that opposes the federal government of the United States and believes in localism. There is no single national group, and local units are autonomous.

Posse charters were issued in 1969 in Portland, Oregon, by Henry Lamont Beach, “a retired dry cleaner and one-time member of the Silver Shirts, a Nazi-inspired organization that was established in America after Hitler took power in Germany.”[2] William Potter Gale has been described by one expert as the founder of the movement.[3]

Posse members believe that there is no legitimate form of government above that of the county level and no higher law authority than the county sheriff.[citation needed] If the sheriff refuses to carry out the will of the county’s citizens:

…he shall be removed by the Posse to the most populated intersection of streets in the township and at high noon be hung by the neck, the body remaining until sundown as an example to those who would subvert the law.[4][5]

Many Posse members practice survivalism and played a role in the formation of the armed citizens’ militias in the 1990s. The Posse Comitatus pioneered the use of false liens and other paper terrorism.[6]

Members of the Posse Comitatus frequently refuse to pay taxes, to obtain driver’s licenses, or otherwise to comply with regulatory authorities. They deny the validity of United States fiat money as not backed by gold, which they claim the Constitution requires.[citation needed]

They have unusual legal documents drawn up and attempt to record them, declaring independence from the United States, or claiming to file “common law” liens against perceived enemies like Internal Revenue Service employees or judges. They are often involved in various tax protests, and have invoked arguments popularized by tax protesters.[citation needed]

Criminal activities[edit]

In 1983, former Posse member (and accused parole violator) Gordon Kahl killed two federal marshals (who had come to arrest him) in North Dakota and became a fugitive. Another shootout ensued on June 3, 1983, in which Kahl and Lawrence County, Arkansas Sheriff Gene Matthews were killed. Other members of the group have also been convicted of crimes ranging from tax evasion and counterfeiting to threatening the lives of IRS agents and judges.

The organization also demonstrated to support its members over other issues such as divorce disputes. On September 2, 1975, Francis Earl Gillings, the founder of a San Joaquin County Posse group, led a group of armed Posse members to prevent United Farm Workers Union organizers from attempting to organize non-union tomato pickers. As sheriff’s deputies attempted to arrest Gillings on a traffic warrant, one got into a scuffle with Gillings and a shot was fired, injuring a deputy’s ear.[7]

On August 15, 2012, five suspects were arrested in connection to the fatal shooting of two sheriff deputies and wounding two others in St. John Parish, Louisiana. Terry Smith, 44; Brian Smith, 24; Derrick Smith, 22; Teniecha Bright, 21; and Kyle David Joekel, 28 were identified, with Brian Smith and Joekel identified as the shooters in the incident. The men are rumored to be affiliated with a Posse Comitatus group.[8] On August 17, 2012, two more suspects—Chanel Skains, 37, and Britney Keith, 23—were charged with accessory after the fact.[9]

Christian Identity[edit]

Some Posse members embraced the anti-semitic and white supremacist beliefs of Christian Identity.[10] Some believe that the U.S. federal government is illegitimate and in the hands of Zionist Occupation Government (ZOG), an alleged Jewish conspiracy.[11] In 1985, a member of the Posse Comitatus announced: “Our nation is now completely under the control of the International Invisible government of the World Jewry.”[12]

Sovereign citizens[edit]

The legal theories of Posse Comitatus have been further developed by the sovereign citizen movement, which claims that a U.S. citizen can become a “sovereign citizen” and thereby be subject only to common law and/or “constitutional law,” not to statutory law (including most taxes).[13] The Uniform Commercial Code plays an important part in these legal theories.[citation needed]

While some African-American groups have adopted sovereign citizen beliefs,[14] the movement is dominated by adherents of Christian Identity. Some within the movement see African Americans, who only gained legal citizenship after the Civil War and passage of the 14th Amendment, as “14th Amendment citizens” with fewer rights than whites.[15]

The sovereign citizen movement gave rise to the “redemption movement,” which claims that the U.S. government has enslaved its citizens by using them as collateral against foreign debt. Redemption scheme promoters sell instructions explaining how citizens can “free” themselves by filing particular government forms in a particular order using particular wording. The movement “has earned its promoters untold profits, buried courts and other agencies under tons of worthless paper, and led to scores of arrests and convictions.”[16]

Alpine County, California[edit]

In the later 1970s, the Posse Comitatus attempted to take over Alpine County, California, by settling there. Alpine County is the county with the least population in the US; winning the election in Alpine County was their best opportunity to take control of a single county. Their agenda was discovered and the Posse Comitatus candidate was not elected.[citation needed]

Alpine County is in the Sierra Nevada Mountains east of Stockton on the west and east slope of Ebbetts Pass on State Highway 4. It is the home of Mt Reba Ski Area and the community of Bear Valley. The county seat is Markleeville on the east side of the pass. The population is about 1,000 to 1,100 people.[citation needed]

On January 27, 2014 I got a call from Deputy Sheriff, Dan Mayland, that my Muse, and old girlfriend, Rena Easton – who I had not seen since 1970 – had filed charges in Galliten County Montana – saying I was Stalking her. Rena had written me a four page letter on Christmas Day. She made references to this blog. I do not know how she got my address. I did not know whether she was dead or alive.
After receiving my letter I mailed on January 10th. Rena became alarmed at all or some of the content, and showed it to a un-named person. This person confirmed Rena’s paranoia was spot-on, and she angrily destroyed my letter. In order to own proof I was Stalking her, Rena wrote a copy of my letter, and a copy of the letter she wrote me, and showed it to Dan Mayland. Dan assured me that both letters were written by Rena, and were summoned up by an amazing photographic memory that Ms. Easton owns.

I compared Renay with the Muse, Julie Strain, who has been rendered by several artists. I found it strange that sheriff Dan Wayland is relaying a message from Rena that she will not be sending any more information about herself, and, a attorney may get involved in regards to my blog. My attorney will see if this was official police business, and not a case of a friend doing a friend a favor. Of course I am going to file a complaint against sheriff Mayland because he owned evidence my letter was in response to the letter Rena sent – but he never asks me to send him a copy of that letter to complete his investigation.

Until I am my attorney see something that resembles a real, and sane police investigation, I am going to assume many people are bewitched and beguiled by you-know-who? This is great material for a movie that I am going to market for profit. My new title ‘Artist-Business-Man’ gives me much immunity I did not enjoy as ‘Whacked Out Crazy Artist Stalker and Sex Fiend’. I mean, this is right out of the movie ‘Bucket of Blood’. When Dan Wayland learned I was an author and there were movie scripts out there about a world famous artist who Rena was the Muse of, Dan backed off toned his approach down, which was intimidating! Yep, them country sheriffs know how to handle them New York artists – and those wierdos from France. You think there was some prejudice here. Consider how prophetic my ‘Waiting or Artaud’ post. I mean, there has to be something supernatural going on here!

Of course I was looking forward to Renay sending me photos of herself, but, I am going to learn computer imaging and work from the copyrighted image I own. An artist doing battle with his savage muse is a great story. There is powerful evidence that every woman who has come near the Rosamond Legacy, has become possessed. There is evidence Renay got involved in Satanic Worship with her boyfriend, and thus her mention of coming out of a dark and dangerous place.
Now we’re down to it! My readers are going to love this journey to the Dark Side in search of the Chosen One……She, who must be obeyed, or she is going to the sheriff, before she complains to the artist. Who knows where she will strike next – or why! SHE! SHE! SHE! Coming to a theatre near you!

I was really disturbed by that film ‘Meth Boom in Montana’ where that preety young girl says this after shooting meth in her neck like the bite of a vampire;
“No straight person can ever get this high.”

I am sure sheriff Mayland has his hands full with some real whacked out speed freaks, and needed a break, because not any of them are half as interesting as the case of ‘The Artist and The Muse’.

After seeing that video, I crossed off Montana as a place I might dwell. Me thinks the chamber of commerce of Bozeman has enough bad publicity on their hands. They don’t need an old muse springing out of the past to bite a respectable artist and writer on the neck, and then castrate him in the public square! But, who knows, this might all be a famous horror movie one day, shot on location, that will be a boon to the locals. I’m going to hire a guy to sell T-shirts with my muse on them, with red around her mouth. ‘Wolf Woman’. Rena will get a lot of interviews, and be in the Rosy limelight.

They were letting it all hang out after Franklin Graham gave our President ABSOLUTION in the White House Rose Garden. They then went inside a phone store. I debated about crossing the street and yanking that flag from atop the car. These seniors were about my age. Were they looking to go down in a blaze of glory? I then thought about going over and talking to them, inform them I am about to form a branch of the Black Panther Party called…

MARIN SHIPMATES

I bought MARINSHIPMATES.COM  before I went to see my doctor. The night before, I watched a old movie about MARINSHIP. It was about the Government BUYING land in Marin County, and city named MARIN CITY to build Liberty Ships – and oil tankers. Then I see King Faidal and his bodyguards coming aboard the flag ship

THE TAMALPIAS

These oil tankers are going to be carrying oil to Japan to help in the war effort – after Japan surrendered! WTF!? Where is this oil coming from? Did the United States just SUPPLY the King with a OIL FLEET built by black workers who were lured from the deep South to work in the shipyards scattered around the San Francisco Bay? I asked myself how many black men have made over a million dollars in the Oil Trade?

Here are aspects of the Buck Foundation that was legally established by the law firm of Robert Brevoort Buck. Robert mishandled the estate of my late sister, the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton. I am going to leave the amazing family history I have compiled in my newspaper-blog, to David Hunt, my daughter’s half brother. David father was a Black Panther. I see a all black San Francisco Bay Coast Guard stationed in a United States Reservation for Descendants of Native Africans. I believe the land the U.S. government purchased for Marinship – still belongs to the People of the United States – who were deceived into believing the Marinship ships would benefit the American Taxpayer. I will be applying for several grants from the Buck Institute.

In these historic photographs we are seeing the birth of ISIS and 911. Osama Bin Laden waged war against the corrupt Marriage Contract with Islam and Cooperate Christianity which was pushed by Franklin Graham, and the Red State Neo-Confederate President of One Party that was co-founded by my Abolitionist kinfolk, John Fremont.

As for enlightening Springfield’s branch of the Racist Red Right, they surely would have used weapons on me at the end of my short history lesson, they hearing enough in the first twenty seconds.

There is much controversy about the intentions of Beryl Buck when she willed her fortune to the poor people of Marin – which would be the poor backs living in Marin City who came to work on King Faisal oil tankers. Her kin, Frank Buck was a oil and lumber tycoon. He raped the woods around Springfield. She wanted a “religious” foundation of a unspecified nature. Alcohol Justice comes close because AA is a spiritual program. This is why I see Briarcliff College moving into the Buck Institute. Below are images of Ghana’s Navy after the display of what looks like a Black Muslin party in Marin.

EXTRA! On August 30, 2020 while rereading this post, I found Richard Rosenberg. He was on the bard of directors of the Buck Institute and Commander of the Naval Reserves. I will be contacting him. In this video we see a Liberty Ship that Richard may have served on. In this video he talks about being poor during the Depression and not being esteemed like the boy in the photo above. Richard head the Naval War College.

The Foundation enriches and further enhances Naval War College programs as defense dollars diminish and the need for officers educated in international security affairs grows. The following are among the many important activities supported by the Foundation: Increasing public awareness of the Naval War College mission, capabilities and accomplishments. Providing financial support to many academic programs and activities at the College for which public funds are not available. These projects range from faculty research, curriculum development and endowed academic chairs to nationally recognized speakers for guest lectures, academic awards for student achievement, and historical document and artifact acquisition for the library and Naval War College Museum.

The San Francisco Foundation: The Dilemma of The Buck Trust (A)

By

Robert Augsburger, Victoria, Chang, William Meehan III

1998|Case No.SI106A

Nonprofit

When Beryl Buck, a Marin County, California widow, died on May 30, 1975 at the age of 75, she left $7.6 million “for exclusively nonprofit charitable, religious or educational purposes in providing care for the needy in Marin County, California, and for other nonprofit charitable, religious or educational purposes in that county.” For many years, Buck and her husband, a physician, had lived in Ross, a wealthy town in Marin County, just north of San Francisco.

When Buck died, the money was mostly invested in Belridge Oil stock. The oil company was privately held and owned land that was rich in heavy crude oil reserves in Southern California. By the time the lengthy probate proceedings had ended, Belridge Oil had been sold to Shell Oil Company and the total amount in the Buck Trust skyrocketed from $7.6 million to $260 million.

Frank H. Buck’s Big Oil Spill

Posted onAugust 1, 2017by Royal Rosamond Press

Who paid for the clean-up? Did Robert Buck hide the history of his ancestor? How many seabirds were shot dead in Marin County? Who paid for the shotgun shells?

Jon Presco

San Francisco Bay, 1937

Not much is known about the immediate environmental effects of San Francisco Bay’s worst oil spill. That’s mainly because it took place in the late 1930s, when we just weren’t paying much attention to ecological issues.

But what we do know about the incident is that the passenger ship President Coolidge rammed the oil tanker Frank H. Buck at Lands End just outside the Golden Gate Bridge on March 6, 1937, and that the Buck then spilled about 2.73 million gallons of crude oil into the water — either immediately, or after storms thwarted halting efforts to pump remaining oil out of the ruined ship’s cargo tanks.

According to witnesses of the day, more than 20,000 birds died of oil contamination in the days after the collision. Rehabilitation efforts were nonexistent, and members of the SPCA patrolled local beaches with shotguns to put ailing birds out of their misery.

Frank H. Buck, who is president of the Frank H. Buck Company, a prominent fruit growing and shipping concern of San Francisco, is descended from ancestors who have been outstanding figures in the history of California in the days gone past. He was born on a ranch near Vacaville, Solano county, California, September 23, 1887, and is a son of Frank H. and Annie E. (Stevenson) Buck.

The Buck family is of English origin. Leonard W. Buck, the grandfather of Frank H., was a first lieutenant in the Union Army during the Civil war, and served as state senator from Solano county in 1891-93. Frank H. Buck, the father of the immediate subject of this biography, was his son, and was born June 8, 1859. He was the founder of the fruit growing and shipping business, in 1886, which is now under the management of his son. On the maternal side of Mr. Buck’s family, the Stevenson family is Scotch. Andrew M. Stevenson, his grandfather, was a lieutenant colonel in a Kentucky regiment during the Mexican war, and after the close of hostilities he settled in Vacaville, California, where he engaged in cattle raising. With his brother, George Bushrod Stevenson, he constructed the Vaca Valley & Clear Lake Railroad, which is now a part of the Southern Pacific railway system. He was state senator from Solano county about 1855. He was a first cousin of Adlai Stevenson, vice president of the United States from 1893 to 1897. Annie E. (Stevenson) Buck, mother of Frank H. Buck, was born January 20, 1861.

With the class of 1903, Mr. Buck graduated from the high school in Vacaville, and then took up his advanced studies at the University of California, from which he received the Bachelor of Letters degree in 1908. He then entered upon the study of law at Harvard, and in 1911 this famed institution conferred upon him the Bachelor of Laws degree. He was admitted to the California state bar in November, 1911, and from 1912 to 1917 he maintained a law office in the city of San Francisco. He actually resided in this city during his first year in the practice, but since has made his home in Piedmont, although he retains his old legal residence in Vacaville. In 1916, he became manager in charge of the interests of the Buck estate, his father having passed away in that year. The latter started the business of this organization in 1886, and it was incorporated in 1902. The purpose of the concern is the growing and shipping of decidnous fruit. Frank H. Buck was elected president at his father’s death. In 1919, he became a director in the Associated Oil Company and was made a member of its executive committee in 1922. In 1916 he became a director in the Belridge Oil Company; in 1916 a director in the Booth Kelly Lumber Company; and in 1918 a director in the West Coast Oil Company. He is also interested in the Tidewater Associated Oil Company, and in various banking and kindred associations. He is president of the California Growers and Shippers Protective League, and is vice president of the American Fruit and Vegetable Shippers Association. He has attained an influential position among the growers and shippers of fruit in California, and he is known as a business man who follows a careful and intelligent course in any activity which he may undertake.

Mr. Buck was married first in 1911, and by this union became the father of four children, namely: Frank H., Jr., Margaret Anne, C. Brevoort, and Elias Z., now (1931) being nineteen, eighteen, sixteen, and fourteen years of age, respectively. All of the children reside with their father at 17 Sotelo avenue in Piedmont, Mr. Buck was married secondly in Alameda, California, to Eva Benson, a daughter of Martin Benson and born May 18, 1899. Her mother is deceased. Mrs. Buck has a fine interest in various affairs of public nature. She is a director of the Women’s Athletic Club of Oakland, California, and also a director of the Baby Hospital Association in the same city.

The democratic party has been Mr. Buck’s choice of political affiliation. He is a member of the executive committee of the state central committee, and was a delegate to the 1928 democratic convention. He was a write in candidate for congressman from the third district in 1930, with democratic endorsement, as there were no party nominees at this election. He worships in the Presbyterian Church. He belongs to the Theta Delta Chi collegiate fraternity, and from 1919 to 1923 he was president of the grand lodge of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. His name is also on the membership rolls of the Sutter Club of Sacramento; the Bohemian, Pacific Union, and Commonwealth Clubs of San Francisco; the Claremont Country and Athens Athletic Clubs of Oakland; and the Mount Diablo Country Club, He has given generously of his time and means to many enterprises of public nature in the bay district, and throughout his career has followed a thoroughly public spirited course of action. When the United States was engaged in war with Germany, he gave notable service locally. He was a member of the San Francisco legal advisory board; of the Vacaville council of defense; and of the prune advisory board under the food administration.

Big Buck Think Tank

Posted onAugust 18, 2017by Royal Rosamond Press

Why all this BRAIN POWER? What good is it? This BUCK BUNCH didn’t keep Von Trump out of the White House, and, never considered doing so, because………….? Are they Republicans? What an exotic group of peacocks, who are all about preseriving the Republican Clique, the old Money Guard. They have been gathered together on Peacock Island where the strut about showing off their BIG BRAINS. What are they good for? Their Grand Peacock In Chief has laid a rotten egg about bloody bullets, and Pershing. Of course they pretend not to notice, lest someone ask for their opinion. They go into a Huddle of Smartness, instead.

“Are we ready for our first test? People are beginning to think our Longevity Program is a fraud, even a CIA front.”

“Come on Barry. No one’s THINKING that. No one knows we exist. It’s your GUILTY CONCIENCE acting up again. Here! Open up and take our new Freedom Pill.”

Here is the Senior Vice President at the Buck Institute for Aging Research yammering on about some problem in North Africa that needs our immediate attention – NOT! Don’t we have enough MANPOWER on this, and – MONEY? Most folks with brains are concluding all THEIR PROBLEMS arise from sectarian bickering that has been going on for thousands of years. In other words, this is Bible, Torah, and Koran crap!

As you know I am one of the few people trying to preserve the Legacy of the Peaceful and Creative Hippie and Bohemian Culture, that is at loggerheads with religious nuts carrying guns and shooting their mouths off. In my musical there will be ‘The Fan Dance of The Giant Eggheads’. Here is a good spread, the opening of Raja Kamal’s fantastic fan!

Don’t you love this name………..Richard “Dick” Bodman. Biggus Dickus? This is why they hate hippies – on acid! Beryl Buck was not THINKING GLOBAL AFFAIRS when she left her wealth to ‘The Poor and Stupid of Marin’. All these BBs cant grasp this problem. Perhaps they should elect a poor and stupid Marinite to the board, just to study him, or her, and, stay focused on THE BIG PROBLEM – that Jesus handled – with ease!

I am the guy who hopped the fence at the Buck Institute, and have been brought before Emperor Buckus Dickus. Robert ‘BIG BUCKS’ Buck.

P.S. Robert Brevoort Buck may not be stable. If Von Trump see this name “MILLION AIR” there’s going to be a boastful war of words. BILLION AIR.COM is taken. POOR AIR.COM is available.

DynCorp mercenaries to replace Blackwater in Yemen

(Press TV, 7 March 2016) ~ The first batch of mercenaries from the private US military firm DynCorp has arrived in the Yemeni city of Aden to replace paid militants from another American company.

Under a USD-3-billion contract between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and DynCorp, mercenaries from the company are to be deployed to Yemen, where UAE forces are fighting against the Yemeni army and Popular Committees on Saudi orders, Khabar News Agency quoted an official with Yemeni Defense Ministry as saying.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the first group of the mercenaries recently arrived in the port city of Aden to replace those of Blackwater, a notorious American group now renamed Academi.

The Buck Foundation has been invaded by foriegners that are now in ‘The Story of Rosamond’. We are intertwined. Just follow the rouge thread into the Labyrinth. It looks like the Buck Institute is a secret embassy for foreign affairs. I am reminded of the CIA-Contra slush fund. Anyone who comes in contact with the Buck Bunch, is going to be overwhelmed. There is a cache of Insider Information disguised as charity. The Buck Bunch are running roughshod over the Poor – who have no power! Beryl Buck wanted to empower the poor, make sure they have enough to eat, and a place to dwell, so they will not sell themselves, and their children, to the very rich!

Richard Rosenberg and Huey Newton 1

Posted on August 31, 2020 by Royal Rosamond Press

Two years ago Ed Howard put me in touch with his brother who offered to take me to the Naval Cemetery in the Presidio where my parents are buried. I was not told my father was dead, or, my mother was dying. My brutal father told all my family I was not his son, but, was the product of my mother’s betrayal. Just before he died, Victor Presco admitted he used Wolf Larsen from Jack London’s book ‘The Sea Wolf’ as a model to raise his two sons. I did not go due to three murders. I feared I was walking into a trap, and going against the adage;

“You can’t go home again.”

Three days ago I went home in a Black Panther facebook group Ed and I belong to when I talked about my abusive father who graduated from the San Francisco Midshipman School and served in the Merchant Marines. My mother served in the WAVES. That is Vic on the far right in the pic above. I posted a parody about Captain Victim’s College of Hard Knocks. To see the Naval Research site that Richard helped fund, blows my mind. Here is the gentle approach from a gentle and giving man who had something to do with the placement of a life-size statue of The Lone Sailor’. There is some goo in all men, and I have come home to stand next to this sailor…with my father.

When I beheld a photo of Richard Rosenberg, I exclaimed to myself;

“That’s Rosenberg from Men In Black! Alas, I found you! I am at the core!”

Two of the greatest trademarks in the San Francisco Bay Area, was the Black Panther heraldry, and the Welles Fargo Stage Coach. Then comes the Golden Gate Bridge, and Huey Newton sitting in a baton chair with a shotgun in one hand, and a African spear in the other. Was there a tiny little alien behind Newton’s façade? These two men have had a great affect on Bay Area life. Only Newton is known, and his BRAND is overcoming the world. Did you know the Chicago Black Panthers formed an alliance with the Chicago Hillbillys?

I know for sure Richard wants to talk to me about my kin, Ian Fleming and his uncle, Sea Lord, Caspar John. He also wants to talk to me about how Victoria Bond, and Miriam Starfish, led me to him and his Naval organizations. In my last post where they are heading to the Naval Post Graduate College where Miriam spots her families hero, who is kin to Robert E. Lee.

I suggested many time my Bond book is a Psychic Novel where I receive tips and leads while I take my old man nap. I have arrived at Rose Mountain, and I can see for miles and miles.

The President said he is happy for the riots because they will get him reelected. He has not ill words for the shooter of demonstrators. He said the neo-Confederates in Charlottesville are good people. To see the Black Panthers of Chicago MAKING PEACE with ne0-Cofederate Rednecks, is money in the bank. I am going to try to get a hold of Richard Rosenberg to see if he will help put together a task force that will find the middle ground – and make peace!
