A James Bond movie based on my story ‘The Royal Janitor’ should have been considered for the….Most Pertinent Movie Ever Made Award, if they had such a thing, and, the State of Oregon had forced Jeff Bezos to make my movie – or get out of Oregon!
I will now put together my pleas to the Governor of Oregon and California to get in the Movie Business in order to combat..

On this day, February 19, 2025, I discovered there is a lawsuit over the Iconic Bond Brand, of which I hold an interest, being , I am related to Ian Fleming via my cousin, Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, who was married to Richard Burton, who Fleming wanted to play James Bond in his first movie.
Several days after Christmas I received a long letter from Rena Easton, wherein she talks about being married to Commadore Ian Easton of the British Defense Staff, Washington. Right away I knew we were a Great Love Story. I had just discovered my cousin, Liz Taylor, was related to Ian Fleming via Christopher Wilding, who married Ailene Getty. Fleming’s mother had a salon in London where famous artists attended – including Augustus John – who was a friend of Liz’s father and uncle. This is Artistic-Literary Dynasty. A painting of Rena inspired my sister, Christine Rosamond, to take up art.
I went on a search for an actress to play Victoria Rosemond Bond, after experimenting with the idea Bond could be a woman. I found Lara Roozemond – and her father – a Bondish Male! My interest were creative at the time.
With the discovery of this lawsuit, I am seeking an attorney to represent my interests in these matters.
In the settlement, I want Lara Roozemond – and her father – to play minor characters in the next Bond movie. They will bring a Letter of Authenticity to any production.
The James Bondfranchise is in danger of losing some of its most iconic trappings thanks to a new lawsuit.
Per The Guardian, Austrian businessman Josef Kleindienst, who is currently building a $5 billion luxury resort across six artificial islands off the coast of Dubai, has filed numerous “cancelation actions based on non-use” in a bid to claim control of various aspects of the James Bond franchise and character. Among these are the phrase “Bond, James Bond,” as well as the moniker/codename of “007.”
Rebel Moon star Patrick Luwis gives fans an idea of where things are in terms of another sequel, calls first two movies “an incredible experience.”
The suit purports that these and other iconic parts of the franchise have not been used across a variety of industries in a long enough time that the trademarks surrounding them have lapsed, which under UK and EU law would allow another party to offer a challenge to revoke those trademarks. Mark Caddle, a partner and patent attorney at Withers & Rogers said of the case that Kleindienst is “challenging a number of UK and European Union trademark registrations for James Bond.“
“The basis of the European Union filings is that James Bond has not been used for the goods and services it protects, and that is likely to be the same basis of the filings in the UK,” Caddle added. These filings have been served to Danjaq, the company that currently holds the James Bond trademarks, and which works in conjunction with Eon, the company behind the James Bond theatrical productions.

“Following the date of the filing of the cancellations, Danjaq has two months to submit their defense,” Caddle continued. “If Danjaq want to keep these alive, they will need to engage in a trademark office action to show that they have used James Bond in the areas being challenged in the last five years. [Kleindienst] appears to be a property developer based in Dubai so it is hard to know what he is up to with Bond in the UK and Europe.”
“He must have some motive. He might be trying to clear the path for his own trademark application for Bond, that is the typical route, but he hasn’t lodged one as yet. In any case, Danjaq would certainly counter-challenge. James Bond is still well-used and loved. I don’t think that route would be straightforward for him [even if he were to win],” Caddle concluded.

The Search Continues For A New James Bond
One of the most beloved and longest running pop culture franchises, James Bond‘s beginnings go all the way back to Sir Ian Flemming’s 1953 novel, Casino Royale, and encompass dozens of feature films, video games, and countless pieces of tie-in merchandise. Casino Royale director Martin Campbell previously stated that many of the popular actors whose names have come up to pick up the mantle of James Bond on the silver screen following Daniel Craig’s exit from the role are simply too old to play the part.
“You’ve got to realize that whoever plays Bond will be contracted for five movies, right? So I think you have to have somebody in their thirties, 35, 36, if they’re going to see five films,” he said. “I mean, look at Roger Moore, I think he was 56 or something by the time he finished his run. I didn’t know how old Pierce was, but they’re going to go on until their fifties, basically.”

In one of the first signs of collective pushback to the Trump administration’s arts initiatives, several hundred American artists are calling on the National Endowment for the Arts to roll back restrictions on grants to institutions with programming that promotes diversity or “gender ideology.”
Among the 463 writers, poets, dancers, visual artists and others who signed the letter are the Pulitzer Prize-winning playwrights Jackie Sibblies Drury, Lynn Nottage and Paula Vogel. There is also one name with striking historical resonance: Holly Hughes, a performance artist who in 1990 was one of the so-called N.E.A. Four, denied funding by the agency because of concern from conservative critics at the height of that era’s culture wars.
“In some ways this just feels like déjà vu all over again,” Ms. Hughes, now a professor of art and design at the University of Michigan, said in a telephone interview. “These funding restrictions are a good barometer for who is the easy punching bag in American culture at the moment.”
The artists on Tuesday sent a letter to the N.E.A. objecting to new requirements for grant applicants that the organization put in place this month to comply with executive orders signed by President Trump. One of the requirements is that applicants “not operate any programs promoting ‘diversity, equity, and inclusion’ that violate any applicable federal anti-discrimination laws”; the other is that federal funds not be used “to promote gender ideology,” referring to an executive order, prompted by Mr. Trump’s concern about public policy toward transgender people, that declares that American policy is “to recognize two sexes, male and female.”

While this theology is often thought of as a “literal” reading of the Bible, it’s actually a reasonably new interpretation that dates to the 19th century and relates to the work of Bible teacher John Nelson Darby.

I told her I am now guaranteed a novel that will alas give me the credibility I long for and sorely need due to the slanderous attacks I have suffered, mixed with threats. I told her I was considering playing my cards close to the vest, and not reveal the amazing Art and Liberty lessons that blossomed before me on my internet screen when I went in search of a answer to a confounding question. How and why did Arthur von Ferraris’ painting end up at the Jordon Schnitzer Museum?
I believe I have found a sound theory as to how? The clue of the rouge thread begins in Room 318 of the Imperial Hotel in Vienna where the Property Control Branch of the Allied Forces has set up a Reparation Division. Below is part of the correspondence of Susanne Granitsch-Konirsch. She never got back to me, and has not replied to further e-mails from me. She asked me on the phone if I tried contacting the Habsburgs. I told her I had not. I do not trust her. Why should I? All my correspondence is copyrighted, along with the contents of my blog. A real crime may have been committed. This is not the time to play games.

Stefan Ein’s father was a member of the Nazi Party. When he came home at the end of World War Two, he took his infant son by his head, and hung him over a balcony, threatening to drop him. After hearing this two months ago, I pondered what was going through Mr. Ein’s mind. I conclude he was very disappointed Hitler lost the war, and, the Super Race Dream that his child represented. This boy became a living reminder, a symbol of utter failure. All hope is gone. The child must die with Hitler.

I discovered this morning that Dr. Dr. Susanne Konirsch-Granitsch owned a painting of Franz Schubert rendered by his friend Wilhelm August Rieder. Susanne’s mother is in ‘The Last Audience of the Habsburgs’. I suspect Susanne came to own this painting. Here is an amazing document that catalogues the efforts of the City of Vienna, itself, to return lost art and artifacts to Jewish citizens of this Capitol of European Culture, who had to flee for their lives, leaving works of art behind. The Gestapo owned Susanne’s painting of a famous Composer seen in the images above. From now on I will be contacting my Congressman and Senator to make sure there is a full investigation of how the Schnitzer Museum came to own a work of art that may have been left behind in Vienna when Empress Zita fled from Hitler.

Washington — A federal judge in Oregon dismissed a Justice Department lawsuit Monday that sought sensitive voter information from the state.
The decision from U.S. District Judge Mustafa Kasubhai is the latest setback for the Trump administration in its efforts to obtain copies of voter registration lists from dozens of states. Earlier this month, a federal judge in California rejected the Justice Department’s bid to get sensitive information related to the 23 million voters on its voter rolls, calling it “unprecedented and illegal.”
An entry on the docket for the Oregon case indicated that Kasubhai granted the state’s request to dismiss the suit and would soon issue a formal opinion detailing his reasoning.
“The court dismissed this case because the federal government never met the legal standard to get these records in the first place,” Oregon Attorney General Day Rayfield said in a statement. “Oregonians deserve to know that voting laws can’t be used as a backdoor to grab their personal information.”
The Justice Department sued Oregon in September and sought a court order directing the state to turn over its voter registration list of nearly 3.8 million registered voters, which contains sensitive information including addresses, birth dates, driver’s license numbers and partial Social Security numbers.
The lawsuit alleged that Oregon and its secretary of state, Tobias Read, violated federal voting laws by refusing to turn over the unredacted copy of the state’s voter rolls.
But in seeking to have the case dismissed, Oregon officials argued that the Justice Department was not legally entitled to the sensitive voter information it was demanding. They also said that federal privacy law prohibits the government from collecting records of conduct protected by the First Amendment.
Kasubhai, appointed by former President Joe Biden, held a hearing earlier this month on the state’s effort to have the lawsuit dismissed. But he scheduled another proceeding for Monday to discuss a letter Attorney General Pam Bondi sent to Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz about immigration enforcement activities in the state.
In the letter, dated Saturday, Bondi urged Walz to cooperate with the Trump administration in three areas to “bring back law and order to Minnesota and improve the lives of Americans.” One of the steps the attorney general specified was to give the Justice Department access to Minnesota’s voter rolls, which she said would “better guarantee free and fair elections and boost confidence in the rule of law.”
Kasubhai ordered lawyers with the Justice Department and the state of Oregon to explain the relevance of Bondi’s letter in interpreting the “basis and purpose” of the demand for the voter registration list.
Since May, the Justice Department has demanded complete voter registration lists from nearly every state and Washington, D.C., according to the Brennan Center for Justice. At least 11 states have either turned over or said they intend to provide the information to the Trump administration.
The Justice Department has sued two dozen states and Washington, D.C., for refusing to hand over the voter information.
The Trump administration has said it needs those records to ensure states maintain accurate voter rolls and remove ineligible voters to prevent the opportunity for fraud in federal elections. But government documents previously reviewed by CBS News show the Justice Department is working with the Department of Homeland Security to provide the data so it can be used for criminal and immigration investigations.

Biden, despite never mentioning Trump by name, sharply condemned the former president over his role in the January 6 riot in a 25-minute speech at the Capitol on Thursday morning.
“One year ago today, in this sacred place, democracy was attacked, simply attacked,” Biden said.
“For the first time in our history, a president had not just lost an election, he tried to prevent a peaceful transition of power as a violent mob reached the Capitol,” he continued. “But they failed. They failed. And on this day of remembrance, we must make sure that such an attack never, never happens again.”
The president went on to call Trump a “defeated former president,” and added: “His bruised ego matters more to him than our democracy or our Constitution. He can’t accept he lost.”
Biden told reporters after his speech that he did not utter Trump’s name because he “did not want to turn it into a contemporary political battle between me and the president.”
“It’s way beyond that. It’s way beyond that,” he said.
Trump continues to lie that widespread voter fraud rigged the 2020 presidential election against him, though federal, state, and local election officials have found no such evidence. Officials have repeatedly said that the election results were fair and accurate, but Trump insists that he won the election.
Trump responded to Biden’s criticisms in a lengthy statement on Thursday, calling the president’s speech “political theater.”
“Biden, who is destroying our Nation with insane policies of open Borders, corrupt Elections, disastrous energy policies, unconstitutional mandates, and devastating school closures, used my name today to try to further divide America,” he said. This political theater is all just a distraction for the fact Biden has completely and totally failed.”

The day was August 6th, 1970, Disneyland was being temporarily removed of its slogan “The Happiest Place on Earth” when it was taken over by a group of long haired, radicals known as Yippies. The first thing you may be asking yourself is “What the heck is a Yippie?” A yippie was a member of the Youth International Party, an anti-authoritarian extension of the anti-Vietnam movement known for dramatic outings taking place in large numbers in the name of political activism. But why was Disneyland their target in August of 1970…
Energized by the big name counterculture revolutionaries of their time, the Yippies decided to come together and storm the land of magic and monorails in a protest of government policies and free speech. Their primary goal was to bring attention to the evils of capitalism and the ongoing war overseas. They also weren’t real happy about Disney’s strict dress code policies imposed by Disneyland in response to the turbulent counterculture that sprung up across the country in the late sixties. Interestingly enough, up until the late 1960s, long-haired male visitors to Disneyland were stopped at the park gates by cast members who politely informed the these guests that they did not meet the standards of Disneyland’s “unwritten” dress code and therefore would not be allowed to enter the park. These protested dress codes (banning long hair, mini skirts, and young men with beards) had now been inactive by the time the Yippies decided to invade.
A few days prior to the Yippie invasion, flyers were handed out across the area by local Yippie leaders David Sacks and Michael Dale advertising the first “Yippie Pow Wow” was going be taking place at Disneyland. A list of activities that were planned for the day included a “Black Panther Hot Breakfast” at the Aunt Jemima Pancake House, a liberation of Minnie Mouse from her male oppressors in Fantasyland, a “Self Defense Collective” at the Frontierland Shooting Gallery, and a 3pm barbecue of Porky Pig (who, of course, is not a Disney character). Reports on the number of flyers passed out vary by source with 100,000 being reported by most authorities.
Disney got wind and began preparing for the oncoming “invasion” by asking the Orange County Police Department to be on hand. When the officers showed up before the park opening, they were decked out in full riot gear. An overreaction, to be sure, but they had good reason. 200,000 of the rebellious youths were expected to show up, an extremely high number that tends to scare local authorities. In the end, however, only about 200 came to the park that day. David Sacks was later quoted as saying, “Of the 200 quote “Yippies“, I’d say 100 of ’em were just freaks who were really apolitical but thought it would be fun to come to Disneyland and trip around that day”. 25,000 regular guests were also in attendance.
As they made their way into the park, the Yippies were involved in argumentative altercations with regular guests, which Disney cast members and security handled themselves without calling in the police who were on standby behind the shops on Main Street. For the most part the Yippies were initially harmless – smoking marijuana on attractions, climbing the mast of the Chicken of the Sea pirate ship, and scaring the more conservative regular guests with their generally non-conservative behavior and appearance. As the day wore on, however, the Yippies made their way to Tom Sawyer Island, where they “captured“ Castle Rock, raising a Viet Cong flag while getting stoned .
Things really got interesting after the activists made their way off the island, marching down Main Street, singing The Mickey Mouse March along with “We Are Marching To Cambodia” while weaving in and out of the Main Street Marching Band. When they got to the City Hall, one of the Yippies decided to raise a red and black flag with a pot leaf on the flagpole beside the American flag. This riled up the regular guests who had come to the park for a day of Disneyland fun.
The regular guests started singing “God Bless America” in retaliation to the Yippie activities, with some of the guests trying to start physical fights with the long haired youths. One of the guests started to take down the Yippie pot flag and the Yippies started to take down the American flag. Fights broke out, and the police came out from behind Main Street to move the Yippies out of the park. Disney officials declared the park closed at 7pm, the first time the park ever closed early in the history of its operation.
Rather than leaving the park, the Yippies dispersed throughout the park, forcing the police and Disney officials to start clearing the park section by section. The last of the Yippies were cleared hours later, leading to even more scuffles in the parking lot and at the Disneyland Hotel.
As a result of the Yippie invasion, Disneyland reinstated a new dress code they maintained for many years, barring long haired men and anyone else they felt embodied the hippy lifestyle from entering the theme park. The dress code is, of course, no longer in place. August 6th, 1970 will always live in infamy as the day Disneyland was invaded by the Yippies.

I predicted the demise of the Republican Party. I pointed out that the greatest crime about QAnon, is, it uses the alleged rape of children for political gain. I asked how many followers of Trump – do not believe the rape of children is true? The next day the sane world is entreated to the most vile testimony imaginable when Greene blames the free press for exploiting raped children – too. Greene admitted 911 was true, after saying it was not, and, the free press is trying to “divide us”. I just found the Abbey Bellevaux where the Lords of Rougemont, and the Bishops of Besançon are buried. The Rougemonts were Knights Templar and owners of the Shroud of Turin as were the Lords of La Roche. Pons La Roche was the founder of Bellevaux where very possibley my Rougemont ancestors are buried. Pons is close kindred of the De Bar and Habsburg family. Why would the Habsburg keep their connection to the Knights Templar and Shroud of Turin a secret? The Habsburgs were ‘defenders of the Catholic faith’.
Bellevaux Abbey was a Cistercian monastery, founded in 1120 by Pons de Morimond,[1] near the present-day Cirey, Haute-Saône, France. At that time it was in Franche-Comté. It was suppressed in 1790 and sold in 1791. Shortly afterwards the church was demolished. 1795 the buildings were bought by Jean-Charles Pichegru. It was a daughter house of Morimond Abbey. Peter of Tarentaise died there, as he arrived at the abbey in 1174, giving it his relics. These were for a long time disputed by Tamié Abbey.[2] It had strong connections to the local nobles. Otto de la Roche gave Bellevaux the sacked Daphni Monastery[3] in Greece shortly after 1205.
Bellevaux Abbey was sacked in 1474 by French troops, and burned in 1636 by troops from Weimar. All the existing buildings were erected by the last abbot Louis Albert de Lezay-Marnésia, bishop of Évreux between 1762 and 1788.
Eugene Huvelin (d. 1828) bought it in 1817, and installed a Trappist religious community there, which however left again at the outbreak of the 1830 Revolution. The premises were sold to private owners in 1837.[4][5][6]
Walter spent his youth as a hostage in Sicily, in the castle of Agosta. On the death of his father Hugh in 1296, Walter inherited the titles of Count of Brienne, Conversano and Lecce.
Like his father, he took up arms in the service of Naples, but was captured in an ambush at Gagliano in 1300. He was freed in 1302 with the signing of the Treaty of Caltabellotta.
The death of his mother’s first cousin, Guy II of la Roche, in 1308 brought him the Duchy of Athens. There he found himself hard pressed by the Despot of Epirus, the Emperor Andronikos II Palaiologos and the Lord of Vlachia (Thessaly), John II Doukas. In 1310, he hired the Catalan Company, then ravaging the Byzantine Empire, to fight the Byzantine Greeks encroaching on his territory.

The Lords of Rougemont and Ferrette also owned Florimont (mountain of flowers) castle where modern day (1785) Knights of Ferrette gathered, and a Raja M built a house dedicated to the troubadours. (1892) Are we looking at the first pseudo-history of the Templars?

The First Preceptor of La Fontenotte The fifth son of Guy II of Rougemont and Guillemette de Coublant, Etienne de Rougemont was lord of Pichanges. In December 1265, having recalled the donations made to the temple by Aimon IV and Guy II, he gave to the Templars, with the agreement of his elder brother, Jean, Lord of Rougemont, the right of pasturage on his lands of Pichanges and Spoy. He died in 1271 and was buried before the altar in the chapel of Fontenotte and conferring his Templar rank of Preceptor (priest-templar). After the death of Etienne, Jean de Til-Chatel had to confirm in 1274 the rights of the Templars over Fontenotte. In 1278 his younger brother, Guy, who had been curate of Til-Chatel in 1242 then archdeacon of Le Tonnerois in the church of Langres, succeeded him at the head of the lordship of Pichanges.
In May, 1274, Jean de Rougemont, Marshal of Burgundy legally recorded “for the repose of his soul and that of his elder brother, Etienne de Rougemont, who lies in the cemetery of the said Temple, and of the souls of his forebears”, granted to Henri de Dole, Commander of the House of Fontenotte:”

Three women named Mary, including mother Mary and the Magdalene, along with Martha, Lazarus, and an Egyptian servant named Sarah are said to have landed at Saintes Maries-de-la-Mer, now named for the arrival of the “holy Marys from the sea.” The story goes that each settled in a different area of France, that Mary Magdalene herself started a church and retired to live out her days in a grotto on the high hill of Saint Baume. While the truth and origins of these tales are un-provable, Mary Magdalene became one of the most revered saints in France. Churches dedicated to her abound throughout the country and the legend of her arrival in the South is accepted throughout this enigmatic region. It is not illogical that she should have found her way here. Pursued as the apostles were by the Romans at the time, fleeing Jerusalem was a necessity. Here in France, a Jewish princedom recognized by local authorities was thriving. What better location for a renegade than among her own people? She is called the Apostle of Apostles, but what makes Magdalene’s story so interesting for modern Christians and non-Christians alike?
Every version tells us that Mary Magdalene was present throughout the events of the Gospels. She followed Jesus much like all the others, sitting at his knee to hear the teachings and participating in many important events throughout the story. She was front and centre at the passion and the resurrection, but her tears were a woman’s tears, her company was with the women. For this, she was stripped of importance.
