When did the creative legacy of Christine Rosamond Benton, make enough money from sales of her artwork, to pay off the creditors? Special Executor, Sydney Morris, temporarily sold our creative family legacy to Stacey Pierrot. He gave her legal permission to publish a book, after I informed him I am writing a book, and, blessed the making of a movie which this Super Attorney “hoped might create interest in her work”. There already existed an interest in Rosamond’s work. However, sales were waning. She was not as popular as she was before. This made it harder for those Christine hired to sell her images of beautiful women. Were these salespeople working on commission?
Stacey Pierrot was brought aboard by Jacci Belford, who along with Vicki Presco, forsake their sacred trust, and refused to serve as named executors. Instead, they nominated Garth Benton, whose divorce from my sister was a bitter one. This is why Tom Snyder’s Book of Wavy Lies, is a reconvening of the Benton Divorce, and, a literary settlement disguised as an Art Book – and a Legal Document! To top it off, Snyder brings out the most god-awful toolbox of amateur psychology, and, does a number on the deceased who should have been the star of the probate she paid for, but, is seen as an insane and destructive and woman who viciously turns on every business person that tried to help her. This leads me to conclude ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ is a…………Evil Business Report, aimed at heaping all the Business Sins upon my late sister, pouring gasoline on her, and………

This burning of a Dead Corpse for the sake of the ex-husband, was not missed by Rosamond’s fans, who would have bought Snyder’s book, but they heard by word of mouth it was a Work of Man Evil. It was a Book of Man Payback as well as a Creative disqualified and an anointment of the Scapegoats so the Bad Business Brats could own a second chance, they positive now they could move the work of a Famous Dead Artist verses, a Living Rosamond. The question I have owned since 1994, did the Galley Gargoyle consider all this – before Christine was conveniently “killed” by a lone, rogue, wave?
What is key to know, is, my two nieces, THE HEIRS, would not realize any MONEY from the sale of the book, and movie tickets. Attorney Sydney Morris blesses the book and movie in order to “create interest” in all the prints Rosamond had stored in her garage. This would be enough for Drew and Shannon, while Pierrot rakes in millions. This is Stacey’s motive, to MAKE A KILLING ON A DEAD ARTIST.
The Law office of Buck and Morris is located blocks from where the Rosamond gallery was. Stacey said she and Morris were in Christine’s house together. She told me all Rosamond’s plants had died for lack of water. I am sure Morris walked over to the gallery to check in on Pierrot, then, they went to lunch. Morris bragged on his Good Dead Deed. As an Estate Planner, the Rosamond Gallery was like his personal calling card. It was a rosy monument as to what Creative Attorneys and Business People can do – once you get rid of the Crazy Artist – once and for all!
What the real Art World does not know, Sydney and Snyder’s Evil Man Work – destroy the Rosamond legacy, and is a monument to BAD BUSINESS. Here s the proof the business fucks that surrounded my sister – ARE TO BLAME! This includes Garth Benton.
What is truly evil these Bad Business Parasites, played God by altering real events that resulted in the death of a human being. Forget the fact she was famous! Rosamond did not get the probate she paid for. Instead, she got betrayed by everyone around her – but me!

In my only conversation with Special Executor, Sydney Morris, he said this;
“I hear your sister was a piece of work!”
A person who has a strong and unusual personality, especially one with seriously unpleasant character flaws (e.g. a nasty piece of work)
I was shocked. I wondered why he was saying this to me. I surmised this had to be a test to see whose side I was on. Were other people saying the same thing, thus “I hear”?
About three years ago, I ordered a copy of Tom Snyder’s biography of my late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, and I ended up in therapy. It is taking all the courage I got to author the next couple of blogs. If I give you all this information at once, it will make your head spin. Let’s begin with what my late sister said to Tom, who quotes Vicki Presco.
Younger sister Vicki recalls that Christine was still very frugal at the time – a throw back to life on San Sebastian Avenue, when even food was a luxery. “This is before she really learned to spend money.” Vicki recalls, “and in a very short time, Christine had saved up $100,000 to buy her first home on White Oak Avenue in Enciono. After that she went straight to ‘Fuck you’ and got very much into that.
Got into ‘Fuck you’? What my other dead sister is talking about, is, the partnership she formed Vic and Christine. Vicki put up $60,000 that she stole from her insane husband. They owned three houses at one time. Vic Presco put up $100,000 dollars of the money he got from his mother’s estate. Melba Broderick HAD all the Presco family in her Will until she called US ALLto come to her deathbed. Vic told me;

Executor, Sydney Morris, sold Rosamond’s estate to non-family member. Stacey Pierrot in order to INCREASE the waning interest in Rosamond’s works of art. He also gave permission to Pierrot to make a movie. Pierrot advertised on her Rosamond webpage for people who knew Christine to come forward and be in HER BOOK that was written by TWO GHOST WRITERS. Why two?
Christine Rosamond Benton was not a famous artist. She was a successful commercial artist for many years. But, interest in work was not being carried to another generation. She was in financial trouble. She filed for Bankruptcy. No professional Art Critic ever gave a review of Rosamond and her work because they knew what she was. Therefor it behooves me to come up with a reason Stacey Pierrot went after my mother – and destroyed her. Does Heather Hanson approve of this hatchet job done on her grandmother? How about Patrice? These two mothers come off as the Protectors and Promotors of Goddess Justice. They never met my mother. She died not knowing she was a grandmother – and her second son was a father. Heather is my only child. Here is a list of people that would have enhanced Pierrots book if depicted in a positive light.

I have puzzled over why Christine’s mother was so utterly demonized. Who is settling an old score? Is Pierrot getting permission from Mark or Vicki? “Don’t let THE DREAM die!”
I believe Stacy already got my mother’s blessing and this was staged to show me I would not be inheriting any aspect of the creative legacy I began at the age of twelve. Pierrot is not a artist or writer. My sister hired her to work in the gallery. She was a FRONT for Mark, Vicki, and Garth Benton – as planned! This is why Vicki and Belford dropped out as Christine’s executors named in her Will. This was a keep-away game from Shannon, the adult Heir.
I was going to read what you will read, to my therapist, but, I was so distraught over being blamed for the suicide of the best friend, Bill Arnold, I could not take any more of the vile and evil plagiarism that Snyder took part in. He took copyrighted stories from this blog in order to make me and mother look bad. It was I who stopped Rosemary from pulling hunks of my sister’s hair out of head. In doing so, I had to leave my home at the age of seventeen. I hitchhiked to New York in the dead of winter. Why my daughter has no empathy for me, is chilling. She is mentally ill. She had been cleverly brainwashed by a family whose mother was in and out of mental hospitals, and, she killed herself by jumping off a cliff. But, Betty came back as an angel, and is dwelling inside my daughter – healing all her children. This story was invented in case I and my child should be united. Heather was on a mission from Goddess-Angel of Mercy. This is why we could not be together as rightful daughter and father.
In normal families the mother and father combine their natal family stories, to make a whole story. Stacey Pierrot and Tom Snyder knew they were destroying the real story of Heather and her father. We were a threat. They also went after the natural bond siblings own, by destroying my connection with Christine – our mothers womb. Outrageous! I suspect Mark and Vicki are behind this. Lillian had given me a five hour interview, then, was interviews by Snyder. How unethical. Vicki said Lillian was distraught on her death bed for saying bad things about her sister.
“If Rosemary had direct knowledge of Vic’s behavior (incest), she never made that public, though it could have contributed to the fury she later loosed on Vic, along with a deepening need to control men, if only for the moment. And it must have added to the jealousy, and near constant anger that Rosemary expressed towards Christine. As the young girl grew ever more beautiful and vulnerable, Rosemary became her chief tormentor. More than once, while visiting the Presco home, Lillian found Rosemary beating Christine with her fists, or pulling her hair out by the handful, and she was forced to drag her sister away from the child.”
Mommy Dearest was written by Christine Crawford, the daughter of Joan Crawford, who claimed to be beaten by a famous Hollywood Star. Snyder is not related to Christine – or me! This is secondhand information that is false – and thus he is guilty of slander! This MAN writes about the rape of a child by her father. He does not have the best interests of this child – now a deceased adult – in mind. Tom Snyder is guilty of child abuse. He lies, creates a false narrative to make a outsider – MONEY! Christine’s rape as a child – is being EXPLOITED. This is not a Self-help book written to help victims of incest. I was authoring such a book in 1992.
Lilliam Molnar lived in the San Fernando Valley. The Presco’s lived in Oakland. Thus, there were no un-expected drop-ins. Rosemary knew when her sister was due for a visit, and would be on her best behavior. To be caught more than once, committing a felony, is very unlikely. The reason my mother was beating on Christine, was she came home early, and caught her daughter in bed with Larry Sidel, the boy next door, and my future brother-in-law….will testify in a court of law to this fact – that became evil fiction thanks to the law firm of Robert Brevoort Buck. Why didn’t Lillian take Christine home with her, or, call the police?
For sure, Patrice and Heather Hanson would not want these things written about Patrice, who did suggest I allow Snyder to write his evil book of lies so she could be in that book – too! My Kidnapped Family

The focus of my being, my book, my art, and my spirituality will now be on divorcing myself and My Family from the three dysfunctional families that are guilty of kidnapping Heather Hanson, who was a minor at the time three families tried to merge without the genetic and spiritual input and permission of The Father, who saved his life, and is responsible for the giving life to Heather Hanson, Tyler Hunt, and Ember Dew. This kidnapping would have never occurred if executor Sydney Morris had not sold our Family Story to an outsider, Stacey Pierrot, who advertised for people who had anything to do with the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton, to come forth and be in her biography, written by a hired ghost writer, Tom Snyder.
Besides our DNA, genealogies, and birth and wedding documents, what binds a family together, is Family Stories. It will be to THIS TRUTH that I author a Genesis of MY FAMILY that will be a truer bond. I accuse Patrice Hanson of making criminal bonds, with criminals, and thus she forfeited her title…..’Mother’. This Fake Mother did not have the best interests of MY CHILD at heart. Indeed, she stole My Child, and put her in the arms of a convicted felon – knowing he was not the father – for she told me he could not conceive a child. Hanson, and her siblings, are guilty of falsifying a birth certificate. They knew this inability to multiply the genetic material in this marriage, had caused rancor in the combined families.
I believe Craig, Linda, and Patrice Hanson conducted family discussions, as to whether Heather Delpiano should contact me, or, go to the Rosamond gallery reopening in hope I would not be there, and THEY – the adults – could make contact with my natal family. We know sixteen years old Heather was there, because she took a photograph and sent it of my aunt Lillian, who told me in a phone conversation, my daughter had a rather large butt, not anything like the Rosamond butt. Lest I identify my child – later on in galley photos – she died her hair blonde. It was suggested my offspring contact me in hope I would contribute to ‘When You Close Your Eyes’. They feared Lillian would tell me I sired a child. I was played in what amounts to a confidence game. My niece, Shannon Rosamond talked to me about proof she came to own by the death of my sister, Vicki Presco, that her aunt conspired with Pierrot to defraud the estate. I was not going to be told my sister was dead. This is part of the conspiracy to divorce me from my genetic material that I share with others, so that my autobiography will not be considered a first-hand account of a relative of ‘Rosamond’.

In October I talked with Dianne, Jennifer, and Michael Dundon about having my daughter and her mother come live in Blue River so that I can have a relationship with my daughter – I long deserve! Michael is the brother of Jim Dundon, who was married to Vicki. They conceived, Shamus Dundon. Michael encouraged Christine to take up art. I was un-invited from my daughter’s high school graduation. Nineteen years old Ryan Hunt was having sexual relations with a minor, and accompanied Heather to the prom. Ryan and his mother, Holly Hunter, knew where my missing daughter was. Did he cross State lines when they went to visit Vicki Presco, who along with Mark Presco, did not tell me where my daughter was. They did not tell me she was pregnant with Tyler. All these adults were telling my daughter she was going to be a Big Star, and they would help her. Truly, this is a very Evil Family Story.
This kidnapping – is a Literary Kidnapping! Vital facts have been altered, such as the tide and wind at Rocky Point. I have proven how my sister drowned – can not be true! I am a paying member of Ancestry.com that is built upon Death and Birth events. My mother suggested her daughter – killed herself! This is to say, she altered he history. The motive for the cover-up is, the people who surrounded her had made investments, and, they wanted to take control of the estate from the Adult Heir, Shannon Rosamond. The Rosamond Estate – was bankrupt! Who is responsible for this? The Miracle Story of Heather being united with her father – would be the book Rosamond fans would want to read, and, the book millions who never heard of Rosamond, would want to read. I had a chance to become a millionaire, and make my daughters dreams come true – and her mothers – because we were engaged to be married. Verbal contracts were broken – as well as a written one.
For the reason there might exist further attempts to capture my family so money can be made off our story, there is a need to define who is in the story, and why The Story Family should have precedent over the genetic story. More Than Just a Custody Dispute
Make no mistake – parental kidnapping is illegal. Parental kidnapping is far more than a dispute regarding custody matters between divorcing parents. Such matters are relegated to the civil courts; however, parental kidnapping is a criminal act. In fact, parental kidnapping violates the laws of all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and the Virgin Islands, plus U.S. federal laws and international laws. It is dangerous and can be deadly.
Parentally-abducted children live a life on the run as if fugitives. It is not uncommon to see a child receive a new name, nickname, haircut, dyed hair, glasses, or otherwise altered appearance. Children may be coached not to reveal their true names, birth dates, home states and addresses, and other identifying information. They may move often to avoid detection and recovery. School performance and social relationships suffer materially (that is, if the child is permitted to attend school). Even medical treatment may suffer because of requirements for identifying information involved in the registration for care and insurance claims processing.
Traumatic for Children
Parentally-abducted children are traumatized emotionally and psychologically, especially if they are brainwashed by the abducting parent to believe that the other parent no longer loves them or has died. Abducted children are truly innocent victims of their parents’ decisions and actions. Their relationships with other family members, perhaps even siblings and grandparents, are terminated, and their sense of family, belonging, and identity is compromised, if not lost entirely in the process.
What typically starts as a custody dispute balloons into a much larger tragedy with long-term and widespread impacts. Perhaps most tragic are the higher risk factors that abducted children face for severe psychological conditions such as reactive attachment disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder in both the short and long terms.
When it comes to parental rights, it is not enough that someone has functioned as the parent. For example, if a man lives with a woman and her child for eight years and as far as the child knows and believes, the man is his father, the function of parenthood will not grant the man the same rights as a biological parent. If he wants the same access and status as a parent, he must petition a family court and obtain those rights. A parent with legal custody of their child pursuant to a court order cannot usually be charged with parental kidnapping. However, a parent who violates a custody order and then snatches or conceals a child can potentially be charged with parental kidnapping.
A Literary Kidnapping

Never before in the anals of history, has someone been disappeared in order to render one biography a resounding succeess, while making sure another biography is never published. Above is a envelope that was returned to me when Patrice Hanson closed her P.O. Box, and, disconnected her phone – just before I was to attend my daughter’s High School graduation. I was under the impression Heather was seventeen because I checked on California laws in regards to kidnapping. I said she had been captured, taken hostage, but it is I who was captured by my desire to have a child, have half of my beautiful daughter in my life for the first time.
Patrice felt like she had a right to contact any member of my family she wanted to. We were never married, nor had she met any member of my other than me. This goes for Heather Hanson, who told me Stacey Peirrot sent her a Rosamond Gallery brochure which containted an image of her favorite print ‘Magan’. I had just seen my daughter for the first time in March of 2001 and wondered why Pierrot sent this brochure. When Lillian told me Pierrot sent her a photo of Heather taken at the Rosamond gallery, I surmised this is where this impressionable sixteen year old got that brochure. My brother Mark Presco told me he was going to be there, and, I asked him to pay my airfair so I could attend. If I did, I would have seen Stage Mother&Child walking in cold off the street. What I am saying, Heather meeting her father – was never a priorty. Being a Millionairess was the goal. Thus, the reason my child was disappeared, was, I got suspicious, and, they got afraid!
Above are photos of the log cabin I found for Patrice and Heather. I got my fiancé a job at the local school. I proposed to Patrice and bid her to remove Randolpjh Depianos name from our daughter birth certificate. Randy was impersonation Bob Weir and was doing a Harvey Weistein on women he coaxed into giving him sex using his (Bobby’s fame).
I took the pic of Heather on the Berkley Pier – after Ryan Hunt gave me permission to be alone with my daughter. Heather told me Patrice wanted Ryan present because I was crazy and unpredictable, like her husband that did two stints in San Quinton Prison for fraud. Patrice is a passive aggressive and an expert at rendering perpetrators – victims. She had a son by a Black Panther who was close with Angela Davis. She knew Fred Hampton.
When I bid my daughter and her Stage Mother to stay away from my criminal family, she perked up! Every wound and flaw would be worked by the Hanson Family. This is why I saw off the Hanson Limb from my Rosy Tree, and splice the Hunts in. How can you begin to love a father you never saw, when you are rehearsing the lies you plan to tell him. My feelings never counted with is a strong indicator you are a Mark in a Long Con. Heather enjoyed the power she had over the man who helped give her life. She played me with the help of her aunt, the Gypsy She-devil. Mark and Vicki assured the Con Artists I would never see my family again, so feel free to stab your father in the back, and betray him with glee! My Judas had come onto the stage.
Patrice and I had a fight over our daughter living with hot shot Scientologist, thus, when I went home, this question was put to a starry-eyed thespian who once played the Good Fairy Mother in a school play.

When we walked off the pier, there was Ryan on an observation deck keeping a close eye. Was he concerned I would throw THEIR ASSET into the drink, and that would be that?

Scroll past the photos of my grandson being toasted by Flip, the lover of my daughter’s aunt. His puffy eyes is the result of heavy drinking. This guy is an ex-bartender who probably hasn’t been sober one day – for years! My grandson is being used to give Flip – hope! As my special needs Trustee, Heather Hanson did not call me – once- when I underwent radiation treatment for my prostate cancer. I guess I didn’t have “The Sizzle”.

Christine married the muralist, Garth Benton, and is kin to the artist, Thomas Hart Benton, and the Senator by that name – who bid his son-in-law, John Fremont to map the West. He was the first to free slaves, and was the first Republican Presidential candidate. In your lawsuit you brought PlumpJack, I am kin to many of the stock holders. Jessie Fremont and her sister owned salons in San Francisco and Paris. Mark Twain and John Muir took part.
Lawrence Chazen was a partner in Christine’s first gallery in Carmel. He tried to become executor of Rosamond’s estate. But, being the number one creditor, a judge did not approve. As fate would have it, the law firm of Buck, Heisinger, Rose, and Morris handled the Estate of one of the highest paid artists in history. Sydney Morris all but destroyed this literary and artistic dynasty by selling ‘The Family Recovery’ to an outsider who hired a terrible ghostwriter who was not in AA. Tom Snyder promised me he would not use Christine and my recovery in his book. My sister in AA drowned on her first sober birthday. I have thirty-three years of sobriety. Liz Taylor almost died due her abuse of alcohol and pills.
Did you see the movie ‘Big Eyes’. It is about the Keane family. My uncle was friends with Margaret and Walter. He owned two of THEIR paintings – that I am aware. There was a famous legal battle over who did these paintings. Jim Bigalow owned Sam’s Anchor Cafe where more alcohol has been consumed – then in all of Marin. A year ago I began to read ‘When You Close Your Eye’ that was published in 2003 years before Big Eyes. I was shocked and appalled. This book put me in therapy. Two days ago I read the account of how my sister got rich and famous. Throughout this book, Christine is depicted as insanely out of control, drunk, on drugs, and delusional. Snyder claims Ira Kaplan only cheated her out of $50,000 dollars a year, and not the millions Rosamond claimed. Snyder offers much evidence that Rosamond was just a hack commercial artist – whose style was developed and controlled by her HANDLER. Is Snyder fulfilling the Last Wishes of this struggling woman artist who had many adoring fans? Did they need to know about the alleged family incest? Why not a nice story – and movie – as Morris called for in his Probate? The idea was to give NEW SIZZLE to a waning interest in Rosamond images. I have heard from Rosamond fans. and they are shocked and dismayed;
“What happened to Christine’s daughters?”
Many fans wanted to know what their prints and lithographs were worth. Lithographs were sold using the hype Rosamond – was not a hack artist. These words below, are the greatest insult to fans of art, and lovers of Rosamond. They are treated like – hogs to the slop. To top it off, Snyder and Buck put my bother in charge – from the shadows. He wanted me to include his racist rant in my autobiography.
A month ago, I found Marin Ship Mates that is a all black Navy born of the blacks who were lured to Marin City to work on Liberty ships. Four days ago I saw white folks marching in Marin in support of Black Lives Matters. Would they shed tears for Rosamond who was put in a stable of sixty other artists, and tole to get to work? This is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to DISGRACE and INJUSTICE. Christine did a painting of our black maid – and her sisters! Knowing my sister had a alcohol and drug problems, Ira cracked the whip and demanded Rosamond produce one painting a week – for a year! Sane employers upon owning evidence their employee is suffering from a disease, would bid her to seek help, and, after she has six months of sobriety, sign a new contract. Did Ira need the money? Was his plan – to suck my sister dry – and toss her?
In 1992 I began my self-help book ‘Bonds With Angels’. Christine drowned in 1994. Vital facts were hidden, such as a party was planned at Rocky Point. My sixteen year old daughter came into my life, and she was lured from me in hope of being in the book and the movie. I was not told my father was dead, and my mother was dying. I was not going to be told my other sister was dead. Hear is my grandson in a bar being toasted by a drunk who refused to shake my hand. He died six months later. Carrie Fisher is in my family tree. Self-help books are written by those who suffer and contain hope and resolve. Destroying the surviving artist, was part of the plan made before the funeral. My family hated our sobriety. My mother hinted it was suicide. I have not seen my grandson in ten years, after my daughter’s lover called me a “parasite” for being on SSI due to my diseases. My mental healthy has suffered from family abuse – like the famous Rosamond who was seeing two psychiatrist when she died. Being exploited by members of my family, and lovers and friends, did not help her recover from the damage Ira Kaplan did, and the damage Sydney Morris did. He suggested to me on the phone I was trying to exploit my sister by writing a Murder Mystery like the one he says he read. It is about a man who took his wife to the edge of the sea to takes pics – and shoved her in. What he is saying, is, Ira Kaplan -rejected me – and I am bitter.

“Ira was no stranger to advertising or the fundamental principle that it is the sizzle that sells, not the steak. In addition to the meticulous quality of Christine’s work, and a deft touch with her subjects eyes, Ira perceived a sense of moment in the drawings – not feminist, but extremely feminine and therefor in tune with the times. And he saw in her style the sizzle.
Ira Kaplan recalls some of the difficulties in managing a new talent. “Sometimes an artist would stray too far from the style that was selling” Ira Explains. “and my job was to work with them and keep their art marketable. So we didn’t always accept a painting and artists can have problems with rejection. Anyway, Christine and I spoke. It looked like she would be able to do the kind of work we wanted and we signed a contract with her. But it took several visits to her appartment in West LA before she could deliver a painting to our gallery on Robertson in Beverley Hills. It was important that she amplify the style we had seen at the the show. She was very nervous about that, and very difficult to work with.. Several times when I went to her appartment she was drunk, or more often, high, and she just wasn’t painting. She couldn’t. But after the first few paintings, Christine realized that she was going to be accepted, and she started to straighten out – a little bit. It took awhile,
The way our business worked is that we would represent an artist exclusively, send their work out to galleries and shows, and exhibits to help promote it. In the process we would learn which pieces drew the most interest, then publishing those as prints. One of the hardest thing in the world to do is keep an artist producing what sells.
Artists feel very limited when asked for the same kind of work. They get bored doing the same subject matter. It feels like manufacturing to them and they begin to feel like they are selling out. But, when they deviate from what buyers like about their work, it doesn’t sell. So we had to stay with what the marketplace wanted.

The job of an Executor is, to dissolve the estate, pay off creditors, and distribute the remaining estate to the people named in the Will. Executor Sydney Morris took it upon himself to REGENERATE a waning interest in the artwork – and make more money for THE HEIRS?……NO! What he was wanting to do, was sell the creative estate of a famous artist to a non-family member, and, have SELECT MEMBERS be SILENT PARTNERS in realizing profit from a book, a movie, and from making NEW PRINTS from original Rosamonds that are bought back from the owners. This is why Stacey Pierrot made a webpage and asked people who knew Christine to come forth and tell antidotes of interest, such as…..”I purchased a original Rosamond, and love it very much!” Here is someone who loves her original Rosamond….
“We had Christine’s very first painting in the window of the showroom where it would attract drive-by and walk-in traffic from interior designers, and the public,” Ira recalls. One day a beautiful young woman came in, fell in love with the painting, and told us she had to have it for her daughter. we finally agreed to sell it to her, and that’s when we realized the buyer was Priscilla Presley. Later, when we started publishing Rosamond and were dying for new works, we tried to buy the painting back, or at least obtain publishing right, but were not successful. That painting remains an original only. Priscilla was very nice about it, but wanted to keep the artwork private. As time passed, she dropped in several times to see if any new work from Christine was available. She would have become a collector, I’m sure of it.”
Wow! Do you see it – you wanna-be Grifters? Priscilla got million of dollars from her late husband’s estate. Why didn’t she commission Christine to do MORE paintings – just for her? Why didn’t she commission Rosamond to do her daughter’s portrait – or a portrait of Elvis? What is….THE TRUTH? I believe my sister – IS DEAD! I suspect Priscilla did contact Stacey Pierrot to be in the book, even offer her painting for the book – BUT SHE GOT GRIFTED! She knows this kind of ‘Fuck you’. Fucking around with images of Elvis – is an art form. This term “we finally agreed to sell it to her” is a dead give away. I doubt this is the testimony of Ira Cohen, who is called Kaplan. Our mother, Rosemary told me Priscilla bout her first work at the Westwood Art Show, and Ira took note when he looked at the list of buyers. He signed my poor sister to a 52 paintings a year contract.
When Mark Presco was trying to get me to sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Tom Snyder sent me, I asked questions.
“Drew and Shannon are not going to get money from the book!” my brother said.
Mark said he was thinking of filing a claim, because he leant our sister $3,000 dollars. Put another zero on that. All prints made from artwork not listed in the inventory of the estate, is not considered part of the estate, and thus does not go to the creditors or Heirs. I kept it a secret that we are related to Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, and possibll Elvis. Many people bought lithographs and serigraphs – after being told they would go up in value. They took a keen interest in what you just read. There were 8,000 family partnership prints made with a stipulation they not be sold for under $450 dollars a piece. How many Silent Partners were convinced the value of Rosamond prints would skyrocket – just because she is dead? How many Silent Partners are in Snyder’s book, and believed saying horrible and denigrating things about THE ARTIST – would not hurt profits – in the slightest. The suckers eat this shit up! How may fans of Rosamond, read this pile of evil bullshit – with their jaw dropped?

Lined up to see our sister in her casket, I cried on my brother’s shoulder. He said;
“Don’t be upset. She’s not dead.”
I was kept away from Christine’s home the day after she drowned. I believe business was discussed. A book and movie deal was put forth. Mark told me he read Snyder’s rough draft. I asked him why he did not contribute. He said;
“I couldn’t think of anything nice to say about her!”
When Snyder’s book came out, I called him and asked why he let the lie we looted our sister’s estate, remain.”
“I’ve read your crap, and it’s worse than Tom’s crap!”
Tom employed Christine and my Recovery program, knowing this is what my book was going to cover. Did Tom tell Mark, and thus he wanted my book – to fail? I believe Mark read our sister’s Recovery Journal, and was livid about what was written about him? Did Christine keep a record of her troubles with the IRS? When did Mark read this journal? Was Christine going to blame it on the business people she hired, and ex-partners?
Mark was parroting the theme Michael Harkins heard Stacey Pierrot deliver to many people an hour after the funeral, at the Rosamond gallery.
“Don’t let the dream die!”
The adult Heir was kept in the dark. Was Mark in charge of the attempt to defraud the estate, because, he encouraged Christine not to pay taxes – twenty years ago?
Mark did not want the IRS to read his name next to Christine’s because she was being investigated. This is a cover-up.
Here is the last house my sister lived in. Michael Harkins was conducting an investigation the moment we entered. My friend sat at this island talking to Rosemary and Lillian from about five to nine P.M. Mark came and went – twice. He avoided us, because of my friend, who saw NO looting. He is a suspect. How about Mark, and Garth’s friend, eavesdropping in the dining room? Michael wanted to leave after Vicki flew into a rage when I said;
“If you think Shannon is going to steal, then use that video camera and record everything!”
“Why don’t you do it – Mr. Big Idea Man!”
Vicki asked me to move in and live with my niece – and guard her. I believe I was being set up. I, and my friend, suspected prints had already been removed from the house – that should have been sealed! The value of these prints constitute a felony!
I lost my daughter and grandson five years ago due to these dark, and criminal information games! I am in no mood to be toyed with! Try me! I can call Mr. Harkins as a witness.
People murder people in order to contain information, and destroy information.
“Before the service, Vicki had taken the trouble to go through Christine’s
bedroom, putting her jewelry and intimate belongings out of sight. As matters
turned out, it did little good, for the funeral was not long over before family
members and others were ravaging Christine’s house, taking whatever could be carted away. The artist’s closet, a veritable mother lode – took the worst
beating. World-class spender that Christine had been, much of the clothing had never been worn. So whatever still bore price tags was hauled off to be
exchanged for money. Jewelry disappeared, as well as other personal belongings. Gallery employees and close friends of the family, along with Vicki, were doing their best to staunch the flow – the estate had not yet been inventoried – but to no avail.”
A crime is taking place. Why didn’t someone call the police? How many people tried to “staunch the flow” to no avail? The best and easiest way to shut someone and control what they may reveal, is the GASLIGHT them, make them out to be deluded and insane. Tom Snyder did a great job of Gaslighting a Dead Person, who died on her first sober birthday. The second step in AA, is

Artists and writers are known for their mental illness. Mark hated AA. He can never admit he is mentally ill. He will take down everyone who comes close to the truth. Mark read this, and was…………..pleased! This is evidence – for the IRS! She would not listen to reason.
