Who Owns ‘When You Close Your Eyes’?

The Story of Rosamond

“Probate has been defined as “the lawsuit you bring against yourself with your own money to benefit your creditors.” This description is quite accurate, but people usually come to appreciate its veracity only after undergoing the probate of a family member or close friend.”

The last thing my sister expected was to sue herself and have a book be ordered by her executor that viciously destroys her world-wide reputation, and paints a picture of her ex-husband as a artistic victim, whose life was vastly improved when his out of control wife was “killed” by a rogue wave – or so Tom Snyder says – who I suspect is a friend of Christine’s ex-lover, because, on page of Sydney Morris’s Court Ordered Final Divorce Papers (delivered posthumously) we read he and Scott Hale were close neighbors of aunt Lillian, whom they use to denigrate Rosemary. This is Bevus and Butthead!

When did the creative legacy of Christine Rosamond Benton, make enough money from sales of her artwork, to pay off the creditors? Special Executor, Sydney Morris, temporarily sold our creative family legacy to Stacey Pierrot. He gave her legal permission to publish a book, after I informed him I am writing a book, and, blessed the making of a movie which this Super Attorney “hoped might create interest in her work”. There already existed an interest in Rosamond’s work. However, sales were waning. She was not as popular as she was before. This made it harder for those Christine hired to sell her images of beautiful women. Were these salespeople working on commission?

Stacey Pierrot was brought aboard by Jacci Belford, who along with Vicki Presco, forsake their sacred trust, and refused to serve as named executors. Instead, they nominated Garth Benton, whose divorce from my sister was a bitter one. This is why Tom Snyder’s Book of Wavy Lies, is a reconvening of the Benton Divorce, and, a literary settlement disguised as an Art Book – and a Legal Document! To top it off, Snyder brings out the most god-awful toolbox of amateur psychology, and, does a number on the deceased who should have been the star of the probate she paid for, but, is seen as an insane and destructive and woman who viciously turns on every business person that tried to help her. This leads me to conclude ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ is a…………Evil Business Report, aimed at heaping all the Business Sins upon my late sister, pouring gasoline on her, and………

BURNING THE ART WITCH!

This burning of a Dead Corpse for the sake of the ex-husband, was not missed by Rosamond’s fans, who would have bought Snyder’s book, but they heard by word of mouth it was a Work of Man Evil. It was a Book of Man Payback as well as a Creative disqualified and an anointment of the Scapegoats so the Bad Business Brats could own a second chance, they positive now they could move the work of a Famous Dead Artist verses, a Living Rosamond. The question I have owned since 1994, did the Galley Gargoyle consider all this – before Christine was conveniently “killed” by a lone, rogue, wave?

What is key to know, is, my two nieces, THE HEIRS, would not realize any MONEY from the sale of the book, and movie tickets. Attorney Sydney Morris blesses the book and movie in order to “create interest” in all the prints Rosamond had stored in her garage. This would be enough for Drew and Shannon, while Pierrot rakes in millions. This is Stacey’s motive, to MAKE A KILLING ON A DEAD ARTIST.

The Law office of Buck and Morris is located blocks from where the Rosamond gallery was. Stacey said she and Morris were in Christine’s house together. She told me all Rosamond’s plants had died for lack of water. I am sure Morris walked over to the gallery to check in on Pierrot, then, they went to lunch. Morris bragged on his Good Dead Deed. As an Estate Planner, the Rosamond Gallery was like his personal calling card. It was a rosy monument as to what Creative Attorneys and Business People can do – once you get rid of the Crazy Artist – once and for all!

What the real Art World does not know, Sydney and Snyder’s Evil Man Work – destroy the Rosamond legacy, and is a monument to BAD BUSINESS. Here s the proof the business fucks that surrounded my sister – ARE TO BLAME! This includes Garth Benton.

What is truly evil these Bad Business Parasites, played God by altering real events that resulted in the death of a human being. Forget the fact she was famous! Rosamond did not get the probate she paid for. Instead, she got betrayed by everyone around her – but me!

As God is my witness, Rosamond will get what she deserves. While in the pool, Sandy, the Christian, said;

“Everyone deserves to be saved no matter how bad they are.”

Why didn’t Morris order up a innocuous, blue bird of happiness biography, full of happy and beautiful children? This is what the Rosamond Fans wanted. Sydney said this to me in our one telephone conversation;

“I heard your sister was a real pain in the ass!”

They just had to reap their revenge!

“By September 2000, however, plans were underway for a biography of Decedent, which Petitioner hoped might create interest in her work. The book was published in 2002. Although the book did not spur the hoped-for interest in Decedent’s life and work, efforts continued to market the concept of a screenplay based upon Decedent’s life. Petitioner hoping that this might be brought to fruition, elected to keep the estate open. However, it is the Petitioner’s belief the likelihood of an increased interest in Decedents work is negligible, and the time has come to close the estate.”

In 1997,  Stacey Pierrot came out with her Rosamond webpage, that employed a minor as a smokescreen to conceal her criminal attempt at Art Forgery. Indeed, she employs a children’s hospital, and Christine Rosamond Benton’s eleven year old daughter and heir, to prepare Rosamond’s loyal fans for massive Art Fraud. How many contacted Ms. Pierrot and asked if they could contribute to this fake charity? How many designers called and asked if Rosamond’s Dunkin could be put on their “tote bag” or, designer dress? How would you like to awaken in a bed full of toads?

“A poster of Rosamond’s creation “Dunkin the Frog” will be distributed to children in hospitals.”

Sandra Faulkner painted ‘Dunkin The Frog’ and I can prove it. Is it included in Lynche’s book?  The image of a Art Imposter going around to hospitals in the Monterey area, and handing out fake Rosamond’s to injured and dying children, is the most diabolical scheme in the history of art. Are these scammers – INSANE?

“Here precious! Kiss the magic frog and make it all better!”

This is very witchy, and borders on the occult. Christine Rosamond has come back as a benevolent money-making frog who roams the halls of children’s hospitals. This is a pseudo-religion. Now throw in some mysterious ‘Lesbian Love’  and the balls in your court ‘Lovers of Rosamond’.

“Get behind Dunkin – or die!”

I wrote a letter to the Probate Court and informed them of the Art Forgery, that was compounded by the lie Sandra Faulkner conducted interviews with my sister – before she drowned. I told the Court Faulkner’s notes were intellectual property that belonged to the heirs, my two nieces. Why didn’t Morris mention Faulkner in his legal summation of the Probate? Why didn’t Pierrot hand over Faulkner’s interview to her new biographer, Tom Snyder, so he could quote a world famous artist?

Vicki Presco told me Faulkner quit the project and embezzled a substantial advance. I doubt this is true. Mr. Morris should have made an attempt to recover these monies – if true! I doubt my sister read ‘Love Match’. The Gay Community is being used to commit Art Forgery. Lesbians did not get behind Faulkner, and see her as their savior. Pierrot has give Sandra – a second chance!

‘The Second Coming of Sandra’

The result of this covert and criminal activity, and my exposure of it, was my complete alienation from my family who disowned me and kept me in the dark on matters concerning the disappearance of my minor child who was lured int the camp of the Art Forgers. To publish images of Christine’s art with false documentation of work not rendered by her, is Art Forgery.

In the late 70s, Christine had taken her promoter, Ira Cohen, to court in order to keep her images off the crap Pierrot wants to put it on. The reputation of the two Creative Presco Children, has been severely damaged. An attempt to thwart my autobiography, was launched because I knew the truth!

“All manner of upscale merchandising is contemplated using the images from
Rosamond’s paintings…bed linins, throw pillows and other elegant
household items.”

Stacey Pierrot did not receive permission from Rosamond to betray her Art. Pierrot did not get permission from a minor child to commit Art Fraud and Art Forgery. This criminal activity resulted in the destruction of Rosamond’s Creative Legacy.  To employ Rosamond’s beautiful women as a smokescreen, and expect to get away it, is the worst outrage. These women were captured, and made Pierrot’s slaves, and the slaves of the Probate Court. Minor children were used and abused!

“Pierrot later bought the business from the estate, royalties
from which go to Rosamond’s daughters, Drew now 11, and Shannon, 28.
Pierrot has a determined vision of where she wants the business to
go. A poster of Rosamond’s creation “Dunkin the Frog” will be
distributed to children in hospitals. T-shirts and tote bags will
also be produced featuring the whimsical character, Pierrot says. All

“As suggested by a review of the court documents and interviews with many of the principals in the court case, the dispute over Weston”s estate has been a grotesque, acrimonious soap opera, replete with insinuations and outright charges of deception, theft, financial manipulation, malfeasance and mismanagement.”
