Belle Burch appeared twice in the newspaper but they did not show ll of her, or give her name. She must have requested this. Leaders of OCCUPY do not give their name, or, want their pics taken. I own the real story of a lone poor man taking on the powerful and rich man with a bevy of attorneys, who depicted my famous sister as a deranged and dangerous lunatic, thus her legacy had to taken over by sane outsiders!

After my friend, Mark Gall, paid for my membership in the Emerald Art Association, I talked with Dan in his office at the old Springfield train station. He gave me his last copy of the history of Springfield which I donated to a merchants organization on Main street, that is now defunct. Then, came the rejection of the history I was compiling on the Fremont-Benton family by the founders of Emerald Arts, who I was told by the director were the widows of the men who owned logging companies. Were any of them kin to Frank Buck, the President of the Booth-Kelly Lumber Company that built a huge lumber mill in Springfield, and, was based in Eugene. Frank was the major stock holder. Why haven’t we heard of him. Where is his monument and plaque. He is the real Mr. Burns!
Investigate Buck Oil Spill

I am going to gather a team of Environmentalist to investigate the old oil spill of the SS Frank H. Buck, and the new oil spill. This investigation should be funded by the Buck Foundation Institute. We need scientists at Lands End to look for oil residue.

Police Chief Pete Kerns said that from EPD’s perspective the arrests weren’t handled any differently from previous protests. He said “Every time we learn there will be a protest in Eugene we try to find out who the organizations are and work together with them.” He said, “Ideally it would be lawful; in this case it wasn’t, but I think that was the intent of the protest — commit the crime of criminal trespass.” Kerns said EPD has been in touch with Occupy Eugene “constantly since before the first march.” He said the police sat down with the group before that march and Occupy was “very cooperative and helpful, and that’s the way it’s been ever since.”
Zachery Quale, one of the 17 arrested, said before he was arrested at Bank of America, he went to the Wells Fargo protest and closed his account. He said when he was arrested at the rear entrance to BofA, “the police were very gentle, kind, and courteous.”
Quale said as more arrestees were put in the paddy wagon, they began to make jokes such as “at least we are carpooling.” In response to the songs and chants that continued from inside the wagon, (“We’re not the ones that you should be arresting!”), he said police officers made jokes such as “Hey, don’t yell at me, I’m in a credit union, too!” and in response to the protesters singing of “Solidarity forever!” one officer responded: “Now! Just the altos and tenors!”

The gentleman that came up and played is acordian in Kesey Square, approached me a year or so earlier at OCCUPY the market and we improvised a song. Before OCCUPY I came up with an idea on saving the Post Office that would give the homeless a place to sit. Hollis was sitting at a MX station listening to the World Series, when the MX cop told him to move. This is a Vet who had nowhere listen to America’s Game.
What I suggested was putting down a blanket on the Post Office grounds and selling used donated items. This would be a Trading Post, and American idea. I talked to a fellow hippie who made crafts, and he told me he went to court for the right to sell on the street. As long as his items were on the blanket, it was legal. I this video you see an OCCUPY person and Belle talking to a homeless person, or two. We talk to accordion music. There are some photos from Hollis’s memorial thrown in.
Belle and I exchanged e-mails, and she is overwhelmed as I knew she would be the day we met. This is why I ran away from her. We have reached an agreement, and now our story can truly begin. It is fate the accordian player is in our movie. He is a Pied Piper.
What is scaring Belle is she can not believe I am for real. I mean, here is this old dude that looks like Santa Claus giving her a blue bicycle that is almost brand new! What gives?

Occupy Eugene Got It All Wrong!

Several years ago I declared myself the President of OCCUPY on Vickie Nelson’s facebook. Someone said they do not have leaders. I asked if there was a rule against having a leader. The answer was “no”. I will have episodes abut OCCUPY in my series ‘Presidential Prophet’.

I am telling people the conservatives are trying to take away the social safety net, and other giveaway programs, therefore it is TIME to push these programs – real hard – because the People want to hurt the Wall Street Rich. Instead, they went with a alternative charity program for the homeless. I pleaded with them not to do this, because MY PLAN would have the government take care of them – along with others! I watched our support dissolve overnight! Empowering a couple thousand homeless people – who do not pay taxes – is not empowering taxpayers whose money – IS CHARITY. Only a handful of moron wanted to look like GIVERS! Disaster! The public were treated to bad videos of Alley Valkyrie high on LSD and meth!

Occupy Eugene got it all wrong – but this is a good thing! Now WE know exactly what not to do!
When I went to that Occupy Eugene meeting dressed like Santa Claus, I came baring a gift – THE PERFECT PLACE TO OCCUPY! But, the Group Grope was not ready for that. We were in the I GOT FEELINGS TOO stage, which as usual was Highly Specialized. I suspected the core group had already picked the perfet spot weeks ago, but, kept it a secret unless someone try to talk them out of it – in a selfish manner!
“I’ll be back!” I said at the mic. “When you’re ready to put your finger on the map!”
The Occupy Eugene folks are the latest vitims of the Eugene Curse, being, WE NEVER GET IT RIGHT!. This is because the core committee people think they know it all, and pretend to employ a democratic voice. The result is always – WE GOT TO TEAR IT DOWN OR MOVE IT!

EUGENE, Ore. – Tom Hunnel has been selling glass jewelry at the Eugene Saturday Market since 1975.
But the Occupy Eugene tent city has taken over the same spot where he does business.
“They’re taking away my right to work,” Hunnel said. “I have a right to work in this town. I pay rent on that spot whether I like it or not.”
Hunnel said that if the cccupiers stay put, hundreds of folks who count on Saturday Market sales will be out of jobs.
“I think it’s selfish for them to not think about – 250 plus 180 is 400 or 500 people that are going to lose their jobs on Saturday because they can’t work and their space is going to be occupied,” he said.
Hunnel depends on the Saturday Market for survival.
“It pays our grocery bill and a little more,” he said. If he can’t sell jewelry, “then we don’t get to eat next week. Maybe these guys will feed us.”
Saturday Market officials declined to talk to KVAL News on camera but said the Tuesday Market will be moved across the street from its regular location.
They also said they’re meeting with Occupy Eugene to try to reach a solution that satisifes both groups.
An Occupy spokesperson predicted the protesters might be out of the way before the weekend.
“We just know that until this point, we’ll be here until Friday,” said Ken Hickman, an Occupy Eugene peacekeeper. “We don’t know quite sure where were going after that.”
The Eugene event is based on the Occupy Wall Street movement, which emphasizes collective decision making by the protesters out in the streets.
“We want to work with them, but as an occupation we have not yet reached a decision on how that’s gonna work, but we are in dialogue with the Saturday Market,” said protester John Monroe.

I talked to the FBI
Randy Cain a FB friend of Alley Valkyrie said he was glad the Mafia made threats on my life. Mr. Cain is EXTENDING a real threat that Mayor White of Boston recognized when he offered his hand to me;
“Let me shake your hand. It took a lot of guts to stand up to those people!”
Those people terrorized me! They were a terrorist organization. They cut the throat of a little puppy and smeared its blood all over the walls of the ex-mangers appartment, thinking it was my appartment. My attorney had us all move to apartments on the top floor. The last manager was paid by the Mafia to go around and smash in our doors with a baseball bat. When I heard the thugs the Mafia hired break down the door, I came rushing downstairs. They asked me to come in and save the puppy, and they had something for me. Two evil fucks came out holding bloody knives.
I suffer from PTSD over this. I tried to hang myself, over this when I was drunk. I went to the hospital. I talked to a psychiatrist. This was the first step I took in getting sober.
Here is Tera Williams who is on the board of Nightingale. So is John MaCahill. Alley and John Monroe used to be on the board. All these people have had close relations with Anand, who is Ambrose Holthem-Keathly’s father. Ambrose was Belle’s lover, and the Poster Child for SLEEPS. Anand was setting his son up to serve on the Whitaker Board, that he served on. I wondered if this why Ambrose never talked to me, or, told me to lay off Belle – who also was considering running for office. the key word is “activists”. I am not dealing with an individual. I am dealing with people who know each other and own a covert agenda. They take pride in backing each other up. I now suspect when I became Kim Hafner’s facebook friends, one of the “activists” recognized me.
All this constitutes CONSPIRACY! I am going to make a complaint to the Nursing Board about Anand who worked for OCCUPY Medical as a psychologist. When homeless people exhibited mental illness, Anand counseled them. Terra Williams know Anand and Ambrose very well. She is on the board of OC, too. These people have collective deprived me of my Civil Liberties and the enjoyment of my community, because they convinced earth other they had all the answers when established institutions – did not!
I suspect they ruled AA does not work, and the church. Many of these activists claim they are wiccans, and are an EXTENDED FAMILY. Now stir in their real threat to do me bodily harm, and you got ORGINIZED CRIMINALS. How about RACKETEERING, if THE COVEN sees me as THE COMPITION? I will show this blog to the FBI and CBS News to see if they want to do a follow up on the show they did about the Eugene Anarchists.
At our meeting I showed Belle photos of me dressed as Santa. She started to say something, and stopped. When I saw Anand dress as Santa, and, that was the only photo of him I could find, I became suspicious. He amd his son had to know Belle was going to meet with me! Anand and his wife really connect with Ken Kesey. I ran into Anand and he told me he was an old radical. When I asked for details, he shut up. The FBI will be filled in, and, they will EXPOSE the coven, beginning with Vickie Mindel Nelson who unfriended me from her facebook where she allowed meto post much of this information know I got ‘Mrs. Big’ over a barrel.
This is a hidden society with in our society that needs to be flipped like a pancake! One of the Coven, who tried to get arrested with Belle and Ambrose, is Emily Semple, who got elected to the Eugene City Council. She appears in the video I took of Belle. Her FAMILY really wanted me to TAKE DOWN that video. Why? It is utterly harmless. What does it reveal? Brave Beatrice is in MY video. They have posted their own videos. They have been on T.V. thirty times. What does MY video show? It shows that Belle Burch, and John Presco got along – FAMOUSLY! They all lied. Most of the wiccan that worked for Nightingale told evil dangerous lies – and some of then threatened me!

Anand was obligated to seek help for my because he knows the Hippocratic oath. Whey didn’t he call Cahoots and White bird. My friend in New York had two guys from White Bird come over because my phone jack came out of the wall. Why didn’t Vickie Nelson send cahoots over to see me after reading my posts on her facebook? Why? How heartless! Ambrose could have called me and asked if I needed some help.
During our meeting Belle’s cellphone rang. She looked down saw the number, and excused herself. When she came back she looked like the cat that ate the canary. I suspect Ambrose and Alley were on pins and needles waiting for the good news.

Mr. Big is listening in. He congratulates Belle. She comes back to our table and their are goosebumps up and down her arm. I reach out and feel them. This is the only time we had physical contact.
Then, Belle sends me her poem. This is what our meeting was supposed to be about. When Anand reads my response to this revealing poem – he flips! He blames HER for THEIR predicament. If only she had followed Mr. Big’s precise instructions. He cast her out. Anand is a good friend of Alley Valkyrie. He praises her. Mr. Big calls in his Hit Lady. Does Anand have Mob ties in Detroit? Anand, loves playing God. He can’t believe I bagged his fat ass! When he found out Kim Haffner was my neighbor, he used her to get revenge. If you don’t like my story, tell yours to the FBI when they come knocking!

Tow month after I spread Hollis’s ashes on the banks of the McKenzie, Pat found Hollis two sisters. They wanted his American flag and pictures of him to see what he looked like. Eugene Donor Commits $400,000 For New Shelter Site

As Eugene city leaders floundered last week in relocating the former residents of the Whoville homeless camp, an anonymous benefactor took up the issue, offering a $400,000 donation to establish a sanctuary on private property.
The pledge came as a direct response to, among general grievances, the unyielding position of City Manager Jon Ruiz and others willing to leave the destitute in limbo. “I wanted to step up,” the donor tells EW, “because I saw the city making an attempt to push these people out. They’re citizens, not strangers.”
A Eugene native with capital to spare from the success of a local family business, the donor says the wealth was a matter of pure chance, adding that a privileged position in society obligates one to prevent a human rights catastrophe when no one else will.
For the donation to be seen through, the money has to be channeled properly through the fiscal sponsorship of a nonprofit organization. This would be accomplished through an existing entity with 501(c)(3) status, such as Opportunity Village Eugene or Community Alliance of Lane County. An alternative could be for SLEEPS (Safe Legally Entitled Emergency Places to Sleep) or the Nightingale Public Advocacy Collective to attain such status — the latter is already pending.
It’s now up to Mary Broadhurst, an attorney and advocate for the unhoused, and others representing the advocacy group Homeless Health Sanctuary, to coordinate sponsorship and fulfill the multiple stipulations attached to this unforeseen act of philanthropy.
“We’re looking to buy private property — a single site for something that goes beyond a 30-person rest stop,” Broadhurst says. “Initially, it would be tents on platforms, but it would transition into micro-housing.”
Semi-permanent occupants would be expected to share the space with those seeking single use overnight stays. The site would also include a health stop, where twice a week residents and passers-through could be evaluated, presumably by Occupy Medical or like volunteers. The Elks family is all over the nation, and Elks volunteers can support local veterans by participating in the Adopt-a-Veterans Program and providing friendship and assistance.
Eligibility: This program is targeted toward any veterans that are lonely or isolated. Veterans in VA hospitals, assisted care homes, community living center, retirement homes, homeless and transitional shelters, and hospital domiciliary programs are all eligible. Individuals can adopt more than one veteran, and Lodges can adopt certain floors, units or even whole facilities.

I graduated from the Oregon Health and Sciences University BSN program, Magna Cum Laude, in September of 2016 while working for six months at South Lane Mental Health (SLMH) coordinating services with the nurse practitioners, therapists and administrators and developing a consumer satisfaction survey and researching ways what SLMH would need to be able to expand their services to include behavioral health to more clients.

It is now clear to me that Belle Burch (and others) were conducting a covert fundraiser in Ken Kesey Square during the First Friday Art Walk. There was no reason Belle would stick her tongue our at me, unless she wanted something from me. Belle had money to spend in her poem and in the Wandering Goat. Please do not give these people any money, because, if you come between them and their money they are going to go after you. They will threaten you, and promise to defame you. They will attempt to blackmail you, involve you in a sex-scandal aimed at destroying you.
When Belle called two hours after Alley Valkryie threatened to make my life a living hell, Belle demanded I take down everything about her and her friends, including the video because it is my defense, it showing she came on to me. Belle and her SLEEPS family had been arrested five days prior. Did they need money for a lawyer. Two days before meeting Belle someone gave the homeless $400,000 dollars. I asked Belle is she heard about, and she said

I called the Horsehead about a half hour ago, and they told me they have a jukebox that allows your song to be played before the songs in front of you, if you feed it more money. I was disgusted when I read this in Belle’s poem.

It is clear to any sane person I have integrity and severed my relationship with her because she is using money she collects for the poor – to party down!

LaGarette Blount was my neighbor. When he saw me trying to carry a mattress off the top of my car, he came down and helped me. He lifted it with ease, carried it up a flight of stairs, and put it in my bedroom. When I recognized him, I told him I want to return the favor by making a poster of his famous jump. When I called the athletic department, I gave him praise for helping me. After the incident in Boise happened. I saw him talking with three other players, I went downstairs and asked him if their were racial slurs involved, he said yes. LaGarette is doing well as a pro.
Several months later, my direct neighbor, helped bring our neighbor Sandy up to her place after I picked her up from the hospital. I was so moved I called KVAL news. I wanted my fellow citizens to hear some good news about the Ducks because there was some arrests for drugs.

HIs fear is dangerous, his illness is dangerous, his bigotry is dangerous. And I’m seeing just three people willing to put up a defense against that danger. And while obviously psychotic and seemingly paranoid as well, he is above all a threat to people in our community.
I’d like to point out the following two quotes from Presco:

Anyone acquainted with the subtleties of violent communication can see that Presco entertains death-phantasies regarding Alley and Belle. Every psychotic lone shooter imagines themselves and their target as dual immortalities — here Presco sees Belle and Alley as potential victims that can turn him into an Eternal Name.
His desire to be an artist (fueled by his mother, who suppressed his sister’s talents so he could be the family star, see my post earlier in the thread for the links to demonstrate this) is his way of desperately seeking immortality as he gets closer to death. I imagine his belief that Alley wants Belle for herself has something to do with his own erotic phantasies, obviously still running just fine regardless of whether his genitals work. His desire to demonstrate his superior masculinity is linked to obvious male socialization patters. Cf. Oregon Duck rape scandal(s).

Nothing Alley hasn’t been the target of before with regards to her homeless advocacy. And of course we’d all like for Presco to have a mental health options.
But he’s a menace first, and mentally ill second.
Presco, even if he is practically unlikely to do violence to Alley and Belle, clearly desires to do so. It is written all over the place. And obviously he is sick.
But what is even sicker are the tepid defenses of his behavior and the disgraceful attacks on those few people offering a defense of two women being targeted by a creepy, menacing white cis male who is homophobic, sexist, anti-homeless and a bourgeoise classist.

Excluding some from downtown excludes us all Guest viewpoint

Throughout downtown Eugene, there are signs of revitalization. From the new Lane Community College campus to the Centre Court building a few blocks away, the construction is a welcome sight after years of empty pits and neglected buildings.
However, it’s hard not to notice what downtown still lacks: Pedestrian traffic. Street artists. Somewhere to sit and eat lunch. Inviting common space to meet some friends.
Eugene’s downtown is a stark contrast to other college towns across the country. Where are the shoppers, sightseers, artists, performers, musicians, sidewalk vendors and others who are the core of a vibrant city center? With all the recent investments in downtown, the one that seems most overlooked is an investment in community and public space.
Common space is essential to a vibrant town center, and downtown Eugene lacks this crucial element. In the past, Kesey Square was one such common space. Now, it sits empty and neglected. Tables and chairs were removed from the square, and anti-loitering music blares from a tinny speaker 24 hours a day.
That policy is typical of Eugene’s city planning. There is nowhere to sit throughout downtown. The benches were ripped from the sidewalks long ago and replaced with planters. Sitting on, or even leaning against, a planter in downtown Eugene can result in a maximum fine of $500.
Many downtown business interests blame the lack of pedestrian traffic in part on the homeless and transient population. There is ongoing pressure on the mayor and the Eugene Police Department to “clean up” downtown, which results in what many view as systematic harassment of the disenfranchised population.
Sitting on a planter, leaning against a building or even crossing the street at the wrong angle can result in a citation. Those cited for such offenses are almost exclusively the young, homeless and disenfranchised.
Certain offenses, such as leaning on a building, can result in exclusion from the downtown core under the Downtown Public Safety Zone ordinance, which is scheduled to sunset this April unless the City Council decides to renew it.
The safety zone was intended to keep chronic, serious offenders from the downtown core. Yet police officers recently attempted to exclude transients for minor offenses such as leaning against a building and possessing a small amount of marijuana.
The ordinance creates a second penalty: The defendant is cited for a violation and also required to appear before a judge at a different time to challenge the exclusion, even before a conviction for the actual citation is reached in court.
Exclusions often are decided against the defendant based on a single officer’s testimony. And if an exclusion is granted, excluded persons face immediate arrest if they enter the zone without permission from the court.
For many who live and work downtown, the safety zone is emblematic of the types of attitudes and policies that are contributing to an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere. A city center where some are made to feel persecuted and unwelcome inevitably feels unwelcome to all, and is detrimental to the intended goal of stimulating commerce and community downtown.
Earlier this month, a collective of like-minded people came together in Kesey Square on a Friday afternoon to create the downtown we wish to see — a downtown that is welcoming, inclusive, and that respects the rights of everyone to congregate in public space regardless of economic status. We brought tables and chairs, played board games and read books, handed out organic produce and created murals throughout the square with sidewalk chalk.
We created a welcoming space where everyone had somewhere to be and something to do, including some who have faced exclusion hearings as a result of the Downtown Public Safety Zone ordinance.
The mere presence of people congregating in the town square drew curiosity, attention and praise from all around, and it demonstrated why a vibrant community presence is essential to a healthy downtown.
We have gathered every Friday since, intentionally creating a space where anyone can come to read a book, play chess, eat lunch with friends, display and sell art, network with others, or rock out with a guitar.
The hope is that our example will stimulate further cultural activity, community events and pedestrian traffic throughout downtown, but neither these efforts or any attempt at downtown revitalization truly will succeed if city government and law enforcement continue to promote laws and policies that focus on exclusion, harassment and profiling.
Public safety is an obvious and legitimate concern. But it’s one that is best addressed through community involvement, responsible policing and personal accountability, not through excluding undesirables from the city center.
Unless we can create and maintain a vibrant atmosphere downtown where everyone feels welcome and everyone’s rights are respected equally, the current attempts at revitalization never will bear fruit.

Two days ago I told Stacey Pierrot to remove the essay on the Rosamond Gallery webpage, written by Julie Lynch because it is ficticious and harmful to my career as a truly creative human being. In several yahoogroups I identify the source of the story where my late sister was forced to draw in a closet with a flashlight because Rosemary only wanted me to become a famous artist. When I stopped in the Rosamond Gallery in 1982, I found a stack of papers on the coffee table and read one. Here is what I posted on.
“When I stopped by the Rosamond Gallery twenty years ago, I found a short bio on
the coffee table. My jaw dropped when I read how at three and half years of age,
Christine hid in the dark closet with a flashlight to do drawings. One evening I
caught her competing with me, Mommy’s designated Artist, and I ran and got my
Mommy dearest who dragged Christine from the closet and whipped her good with a
coat hanger – while I danced with glee!
Obviously Christine had recently seen the movie ‘Mommy Dearest’ and plagiarized
it in order to destroy me, lest I consider painting again, for I had given it
up! When I called her up and asked her why she put out such a lie, she said;
“Oh, that was just a gallery promotion thing. You shouldn’t take it seriously.
Besides, it was aimed at mother!”
“I see! So you blow a hole through me to hurt Rosemary?”
Christine had put our mother on the payroll, but had fallen out of her graces,
and was fired!”
“Christina questions her mother as to why she was adopted, and Joan mildly confesses that it was partially a publicity stunt. After Christina yells, “I am not one of your fans!,” Joan begins strangling her. Carol Ann and the reporter witness the attack and intervene. Joan sends Christina to Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy to punish her, under the strictest possible discipline.”

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — On Saturday morning, John Presco could hear the fear in his neighbor’s voice as she left a message on his answering machine.
“Hello John,” said Sandy Maricle. “This is Sandy. Are you home?”
Maricle needed someone to drive her to the hospital.
“I’m in really severe pain in my leg and back,” said Maricle.
With her sciatic nerve throbbing, Maricle barely made it to the car.
“She scooted down on her butt, all the time her face is in agony,” Presco said.
A few hours later, she was released from the hospital — but had no way to get from the car to her second-story apartment.
That all changed when her neighbor, University of Oregon defensive end Terrell Turner showed up, picked Maricle up and carried her up the stairs.
“It was a God-send,” Presco said.
“I was relieved,” Maricle said. “It was like an angel.”
“He was so kind and gentle and just the perfect good Samaritan,” Maricle said.
It’s not the first time this Duck has done a good deed. A few weeks ago, another neighbor needed help carrying a TV up three flights of stairs.
“We got it all the way up so thank God,” Turner said.
Turner said the acts of kindness are inspired by his passion for his family in California.
“I’m just making sure I can help out as if my mom was around to help,” Turner said.
Now, he’s helping his extended family here in Oregon.
“I think a lot of him,” Maricle said.
