Craig Hanson, Linda Comstock, Mark Presco, Vicki Presco, and Shamus Dundon, knew my MINOR daughter was kidnapped, removed my life – and disappeared. The focus of my being, my book, my art, and my spirituality will now be on divorcing myself and My Family from the three dysfunctional families that are guilty of kidnapping Heather Hanson, who was a minor at the time three families tried to merge without the genetic and spiritual input and permission of The Father, who saved his life, and is responsible for the giving life to Heather Hanson, Tyler Hunt, and Ember Dew. This kidnapping would have never occurred if executor Sydney Morris had not sold our Family Story to an outsider, Stacey Pierrot, who advertised for people who had anything to do with the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton, to come forth and be in her biography, written by a hired ghost writer, Tom Snyder.
Besides our DNA, genealogies, and birth and wedding documents, what binds a family together, is Family Stories. It will be to THIS TRUTH that I author a Genesis of MY FAMILY that will be a truer bond. I accuse Patrice Hanson of making criminal bonds, with criminals, and thus she forfeited her title…..’Mother’. This Fake Mother did not have the best interests of MY CHILD at heart. Indeed, she stole My Child, and put her in the arms of a convicted felon – knowing he was not the father – for she told me he could not conceive a child. Hanson, and her siblings, are guilty of falsifying a birth certificate. They knew this inability to multiply the genetic material in this marriage, had caused rancor in the combined families.
I believe Craig, Linda, and Patrice Hanson conducted family discussions, as to whether Heather Delpiano should contact me, or, go to the Rosamond gallery reopening in hope I would not be there, and THEY – the adults – could make contact with my natal family. We know sixteen years old Heather was there, because she took a photograph and sent it of my aunt Lillian, who told me in a phone conversation, my daughter had a rather large butt, not anything like the Rosamond butt. Lest I identify my child – later on in galley photos – she died her hair blonde. It was suggested my offspring contact me in hope I would contribute to ‘When You Close Your Eyes’. They feared Lillian would tell me I sired a child. I was played in what amounts to a confidence game. My niece, Shannon Rosamond talked to me about proof she came to own by the death of my sister, Vicki Presco, that her aunt conspired with Pierrot to defraud the estate. I was not going to be told my sister was dead. This is part of the conspiracy to divorce me from my genetic material that I share with others, so that my autobiography will not be considered a first-hand account of a relative of ‘Rosamond’.

Did he cross State lines when they went to visit Vicki Presco, who along with Mark Presco, did not tell me where my daughter was. They did not tell me she was pregnant with Tyler. All these adults were telling my daughter she was going to be a Big Star, and they would help her. Truly, this is a very Evil Family Story.
This kidnapping – is a Literary Kidnapping! Vital facts have been altered, such as the tide and wind at Rocky Point. I have proven how my sister drowned – can not be true! I am a paying member of Ancestry.com that is built upon Death and Birth events. My mother suggested her daughter – killed herself! This is to say, she altered he history. The motive for the cover-up is, the people who surrounded her had made investments, and, they wanted to take control of the estate from the Adult Heir, Shannon Rosamond. The Rosamond Estate – was bankrupt! Who is responsible for this? The Miracle Story of Heather being united with her father – would be the book Rosamond fans would want to read, and, the book millions who never heard of Rosamond, would want to read. I had a chance to become a millionaire, and make my daughters dreams come true – and her mothers – because we were engaged to be married. Verbal contracts were broken – as well as a written one.
For the reason there might exist further attempts to capture my family so money can be made off our story, there is a need to define who is in the story, and why The Story Family should have precedent over the genetic story. This is to say, the influence of the mother should be rendered Null&Void, for that is what Patrice Hanson has rendered me. For the first time the influence of a criminal mother can be challenged on many levels – especially the level of Creativity!

More Than Just a Custody Dispute
Make no mistake – parental kidnapping is illegal. Parental kidnapping is far more than a dispute regarding custody matters between divorcing parents. Such matters are relegated to the civil courts; however, parental kidnapping is a criminal act. In fact, parental kidnapping violates the laws of all U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and the Virgin Islands, plus U.S. federal laws and international laws. It is dangerous and can be deadly.
Parentally-abducted children live a life on the run as if fugitives. It is not uncommon to see a child receive a new name, nickname, haircut, dyed hair, glasses, or otherwise altered appearance. Children may be coached not to reveal their true names, birth dates, home states and addresses, and other identifying information. They may move often to avoid detection and recovery. School performance and social relationships suffer materially (that is, if the child is permitted to attend school). Even medical treatment may suffer because of requirements for identifying information involved in the registration for care and insurance claims processing.
Traumatic for Children
Parentally-abducted children are traumatized emotionally and psychologically, especially if they are brainwashed by the abducting parent to believe that the other parent no longer loves them or has died. Abducted children are truly innocent victims of their parents’ decisions and actions. Their relationships with other family members, perhaps even siblings and grandparents, are terminated, and their sense of family, belonging, and identity is compromised, if not lost entirely in the process.
What typically starts as a custody dispute balloons into a much larger tragedy with long-term and widespread impacts. Perhaps most tragic are the higher risk factors that abducted children face for severe psychological conditions such as reactive attachment disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder in both the short and long terms.
When it comes to parental rights, it is not enough that someone has functioned as the parent. For example, if a man lives with a woman and her child for eight years and as far as the child knows and believes, the man is his father, the function of parenthood will not grant the man the same rights as a biological parent. If he wants the same access and status as a parent, he must petition a family court and obtain those rights. A parent with legal custody of their child pursuant to a court order cannot usually be charged with parental kidnapping. However, a parent who violates a custody order and then snatches or conceals a child can potentially be charged with parental kidnapping.
A Literary Kidnapping

Never before in the anals of history, has someone been disappeared in order to render one biography a resounding succeess, while making sure another biography is never published. Above is a envelope that was returned to me when Patrice Hanson closed her P.O. Box, and, disconnected her phone – just before I was to attend my daughter’s High School graduation. I was under the impression Heather was seventeen because I checked on California laws in regards to kidnapping. I said she had been captured, taken hostage, but it is I who was captured by my desire to have a child, have half of my beautiful daughter in my life for the first time.
Patrice felt like she had a right to contact any member of my family she wanted to. We were never married, nor had she met any member of my other than me. This goes for Heather Hanson, who told me Stacey Peirrot sent her a Rosamond Gallery brochure which containted an image of her favorite print ‘Magan’. I had just seen my daughter for the first time in March of 2001 and wondered why Pierrot sent this brochure. When Lillian told me Pierrot sent her a photo of Heather taken at the Rosamond gallery, I surmised this is where this impressionable sixteen year old got that brochure. My brother Mark Presco told me he was going to be there, and, I asked him to pay my airfair so I could attend. If I did, I would have seen Stage Mother&Child walking in cold off the street. What I am saying, Heather meeting her father – was never a priorty. Being a Millionairess was the goal. Thus, the reason my child was disappeared, was, I got suspicious, and, they got afraid!
Above are photos of the log cabin I found for Patrice and Heather. I got my fiancé a job at the local school. I proposed to Patrice and bid her to remove Randolpjh Depianos name from our daughter birth certificate. Randy was impersonation Bob Weir and was doing a Harvey Weistein on women he coaxed into giving him sex using his (Bobby’s fame).
I took the pic of Heather on the Berkley Pier – after Ryan Hunt gave me permission to be alone with my daughter. Heather told me Patrice wanted Ryan present because I was crazy and unpredictable, like her husband that did two stints in San Quinton Prison for fraud. Patrice is a passive aggressive and an expert at rendering perpetrators – victims. She had a son by a Black Panther who was close with Angela Davis. She knew Fred Hampton.
When I bid my daughter and her Stage Mother to stay away from my criminal family, she perked up! Every wound and flaw would be worked by the Hanson Family. This is why I saw off the Hanson Limb from my Rosy Tree, and splice the Hunts in. How can you begin to love a father you never saw, when you are rehearsing the lies you plan to tell him. My feelings never counted with is a strong indicator you are a Mark in a Long Con. Heather enjoyed the power she had over the man who helped give her life. She played me with the help of her aunt, the Gypsy She-devil. Mark and Vicki assured the Con Artists I would never see my family again, so feel free to stab your father in the back, and betray him with glee! My Judas had come onto the stage.
Patrice and I had a fight over our daughter living with hot shot Scientologist, thus, when I went home, this question was put to a starry-eyed thespian who once played the Good Fairy Mother in a school play.

I now had the end of my Recovery novel, Bonds With Angels. But then Patrice Hanson saw that her narcissistic supply would dry up, and she disappeared Heather from my life, and put he with Vicky Presco. When I found her, again, she was pregnant with my Best Friend, Tyler Hunt. So I forgave my daughter and we got along great, until Heather Bonded with Bill – PURE EVIL! He and his father wanted Tyler, because Cornelll could not conceive a child, and the Miracle Story was edited. The miracle now was that Heather was meant to be a drinker, and fall in love with a drinker, who would expose ME as a great impostor, fraud, and parasite. The problem here, is, Bill wanted more of my daughter’s money t get drunks at his favorite bars. Every bar was his favorite bar. If Heather would have stuck the original plan, we would have been rolling in dough – a long time ago! If I don’t finish my five books, I might have to do a Go-fund-me! I will use the pic of Tyler…..

Tom Snyder on Alcoholism

Here is Tom Snyder on page 196 of his biography of my late sister. I know Patrice Hanson read this. How about her sister, Linda Comstock, who exposed my daughter to excesive alcohol consumption, along with my grandson, Tyler, a minor child? Snyder mentions our genetetic disposition to become alcoholics. It is none of his fucking business! He is a hired outsider who feigns love for my family, but, he is in it for the money.
“Other than the contributions of Christine’s art, what are we to make of her life and death? Two matters come immideatly to mind as a result of many conversations that make up this account. One – and it would be hard to over-emphasize this – is the impact on Vic and Rosemary’s children. Despite the powerful genetic and social influences at work throughout their childhood and later in life, Christine’s surviving brothers and sisters are clean and sober – a remarkable feat under the circumstances. Moreover, the course of Christine’s life in her last year suggests she had turned the same corner, embracing sobriety and greater possibilities of her own life.
The other matter has to do with Christine’s full legacy, which included not just her art, but her daughter, Drew. Only midway through high school………….”
Tom Snyder is not in AA. He is a ghost writer hired by Stacey Pierrot who says she was going to a “beach party” the day Christine drowned. My mother said there was a party planned at Rocky Point. Why didn’t Snyder build up to this party, that ended up in disaster? The Star of the Party – DIES – on her First Sober Birthday! WOW! What went wrong? Was this death, preventable? Who is to blame? Well, when you blame a Dead Person – how can they object?
What if Heather Hanson became a Big Star, and, her mother was a raging alcoholic? Would Patrice like to be depicted as a insane degenerate – even if she is dead? Rosemary died in 1997. Snyder’s book came out in 2002. He denies the artist’s mother bragging rights – with a vengeance! Vicki and Stacey – are praised!
What I believe happened, is, Shamus Dundon took his cousin Drew Benton down into that deadly cove to fish. Drew ends up in the water. Shamus runs up to the house to call 911. Christine runs down to the water. She is not wearing a jacket. She is taken in. Drew manages to get out of the water.
IF Shannon Rosamond knew THE TRUTH, she would blame Shamus and Drew. Vicki and Garth Benton do not want this – because they know there is a biography in the works. A misbehaving eight year old child would be seen as the cause of her mother’s death, and so would a grown 24 year old man! Why not blame it all on Christine?
When Heather introduced me to her aunt and her lover, Flip, he refused to shake my hand. He then tells me he is going to do the cooking and bartending at Vicki’s house. He was a bartender for years. Aunt Linda Comstock got us free rooms at a casino, where one goes to gamble and get drunk. I un-invited Flip THE DRUNKEN FUCK! I didn’t want him boozing it up around my grandson. I told Heather and her mother in Sonoma, there is a DNA factor in family alcoholism. They thought I was full of it! No one tells her how to raise HER daughter – and grandson!
Even after THEY betrayed them, I gave THEM a second chance. Look at us together on Easter Sunday. That’s the MONEY SHOUT! After two generations of drunken, abusive alcoholic behavior – A BREATH OF SANITY! But, then Heather falls in love with Drunken Bill Cornwell, who runs up a huge tab on my daughter’s credit cards, because he doesn’t have a job. He tells me I am a Insane Parasite after I bring up THE TRUTH, that DRUNKEN BITCH-WITCH, Linda Comstock, took a piss in the back seat of the rental car while sitting next to Tyler, who said this on the way home;
“Linda peed in the back seat and made a funny!”
There was silence in the room. Heather lied to me about taking that car back to that famous bar with calling cards on the wall. I saw the HUGE PEE STAIN when I returned that car! For Tyler and I telling the truth – WE HAVE NOT SEEN EACH OTHER IN SIX YEARS!
I can hear Tyler, now doing his teensie-bitsy number. He was so funny! He was so much fun to be around! We always had fun! This is what alcohol does to families! A picture is worth a thousand words!

Today is Father’s Day. I will not be hearing my my daughter, my only begotten child, because her mother wanted the biography of my later sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, to be about THEM and the blessed miracle of Heather Hanson’s birth, I was not informed about – even though MY DAUGHTER was brought home from the hospital to live a hundred yards from my abode. Someone had to be at fault for this – travesty. Because Heather came intmy life when she was sixteen, complete blame was already established.
After my first visit to see my bloodkin for the first time, Heather’s family got real nervous. They were reading my old blog – and it looked like Heather and I owned THE REAL MIRACLE. Maybe Heather would see the light and runaway to Oregon, and together we disappear without a trace. They knew this would be karmic justice. This is when Patrice Hanson and her son asked me to come back to Sonoma and forbid my daughter to see her childhood friend, who acted crazy when they came o visit me. They knew this would drive a wedge between Father and Daughter – and I didn’t! Had they heard Heather mention she might want to come live with me in Eugene?
When I went down to Sonoma I brought Laurence Gardner’s bool with me ‘Bloodline of the Holy Grail’. Garners was discussed in several of the yahoo.groups I belong to from 1997 to 2004. I showed this book to my daughter and her mother and told them I did not subscribe to a lot of what Gardner was saying, but used this book as an example of what I was working on. Patrice – winced! I did not know at the time Heather believe she was the living angle of Patrice’s mother – who jumped off a cliff and killed herself. She had come into OUR DAUGHTER as a Holy Angel. Here is the evidence that I was authoring a Grail Book, that established My Rose Line – years before Dan Brown came out with ‘The Da Vinci Code’. I sent some of this evidence to the Judge who oversaw the probate of my late sister, Christine Rosamond. Some letters may have been filed in the Supreme Court of Monterey. There is evidence my daughter’s mother, Patrice Hanson, wrote letters and sent e-mails while pretending to be my daughter, Heather Hanson. This is why Patrice favored Tom Snyder over me. I suspect her sister, Linda Comstock, and her attorney husband, were advising Patrice to get as close to the outside handler/caretakers of the Rosamond Legacy, surmising this is where the money is via the book and the movie – that Sydney Morris approved of, in regards to Stacey Pierrot. Heisinger, Morris, Rose, and Buck – backed a real loser!

In May of 2000 I went to Sonoma California to stay with my daughter and her mother at a bed and breakfast run by Scientol0gists. I brought Laurence Gardener’s Bloodline of the Holy Grail that someone lay on me for free in order to give Patrice Hanson a clue as to what I was working on in my novel about a “Rose Line”. Laurence Gardener says he never intended to write his story, that it wrote itself. So has my story.

I did not decide to write the book Bloodline of the Holy Grail. The book happened by accident, not by design. It happened by virtue of the fact that for about the last ten years I have been the appointed historian and sovereign genealogist to thirty-three royal families. It happened because during those early periods I was documenting evidence on the history of those royal families and their noble offshoots, and the chivalric archives of those noble and sovereign families.
I talk about Fair Rosamond, who I have connected to Sir Walter Scott, a good friend of Washington Irving, who was a good friend of Henry Brevoort, who is the ancestor of Robert Brevoort Buck. This is deeply profound. Because my sixteen year old minor child was led astray, I forgive her. I already forgave my aunt Lillian for betraying me to Tom Snyder, who devious employed Lillian’s desire to be a Movie Star against her.
Christine Rosamond gave me credit for her success. She acknowledged I was her mentor. I turned her on the Pre-Raphaelites. No writer has ever been more oppressed – in history! To lure a minor child away from the father in order to get him to give up his books – in despair – is made more chilling by the fact many around my late sister considered her a sure bet to take her life. Christine WAS a commercial artist. Today she is part of an art and literary movement. I have raised her up – and our family!
I am a poor man who has performed a miracle. I do not have time for the usurpers, the whiners, the pretenders. This Rose History I have gathered, is above you all. It will consume you for generations to come! Note the dates on my letters and e-mails.
Weeks before my seventeen year old Heather Hanson, was disappeared from my life, she sent me a handwritten card asking me to provide her with my family history. This puzzled me because her mother said our daughter was reading all the e-mails I sent them. Then, aunt Lillian let it slip that she saw a photo of Heather at the gallery re-opening. She told me Stacey sent it to her. I had just refused to contribute to their biography of Christine. I now believe MY daughter was being used to apply sugar to me, and get me to change my mind. I believe Patrice filled Tom Snyder in on my private affairs with a minor child. This is much more than STALKING! They made me out to be crazy, all this talk about King Arthur and the Holy Grail. Did they tell MY child I was deluded?
Some authors alleged Dan Brown and his wife were lurking on our yahoo.groups years before ‘The Da Vinci Code’ was written – and the movie made! Heather is not a reader, and being a child, how could she comprehend all this?
Adults used a minor as a Spy in order to get information from me, and manipulate my information for their own good. They never cared if we owned a REAL BOND. This is CHILD ABUSE – for starters! The Holy Grail thing was very new to most people. I should have had a book on the shelf – years ago!
Wake up Heather! You are only half awake! You must know both parents, love both parents. Know your father’s work. My enemies knew your were the ending of my book, thus, they kidnapped you and our miracle. They got you to betray your father, but, this is how the best stories go.

The real meaning of the last message is that the Grail is buried beneath the small pyramid directly below the La Pyramide Inversée, the inverted glass pyramid of the Louvre. Henry Brevoort, and Sir Walter Scott, corresponded. They discussed the writing of Washington Irving. Scott wrote about Woodstock and Fair Rosamond who is the subject of the castle Singer built on an island. Churchill grew up in Blenheim Palace were Rosamond’s Labyrinth was located. My sister suggested that when you come, we get a blood test done to
confirm paternity. I feel 100% certain in myself that you are indeed

Part of my sister, Linda¡¯s, fears for Heather are connected with the
fact that she (Linda) was molested by relatives on my stepmother¡¯s
side when she was a young teenager. So she has very little trust of men and is
very protective toward Heather. I am fairly protective, but I also know I
have to trust the Divine Wisdom within her to make wise choices. She
does need you now to give her a greater sense of herself and I feel out of
that she will make wiser choices.

My Sacred Rose Line

What is the Roseline, or Rose Line according to several authors? Philippe de Chérisey a surrealist help create a hoax that made Dan Brown rich. I believed this linage of Jesus and Mary Magdalene was a hoax but could not ignore my grandmother’s name:

Then there is Mary’s four beautiful daughters, and Christine Rosamond, a world famous female artist. If this alleged Rose Line is associated with the famous artist Leonardo Da Vinci, why not apply these two words to a famous artist – surrounded by Rose Names?
Rose Line is a fictional name given to the Paris Meridian and to the sunlight line defining the exact time of Easter on the Gnomon of Saint-Sulpice, marked by a brass strip on the floor of the church, where the two are conflated, by Dan Brown in his 2003 novel The Da Vinci Code.[1] Brown based this on material found in the Priory of Sion documents of the 1960s, where neither the Zero Meridian or the sunlight line in St Sulpice are called Rose Line.
Philippe de Cherisey in his 1967 novel Circuit claimed his girlfriend “Roseline” (Roseline Cartades, described as “A Machiavellian Virgin”) was killed in a car crash and was buried in a beautiful tomb by the Zero Meridian.[2] The Zero Meridian was not called “Roseline” in Circuit, nor was it called that in the 1967 Priory of Sion document Le Serpent Rouge, that deals with the Zero Meridian being conflated with the sunlight line in St Sulpice.

The Adventures of Big Blue
At 5:58 A.M. this morning I went outside and touched my 1972 Ford truck I named ‘Big Blue’ that is my share of the legacy my uncle Vincent Rice, left to ten members of our family. Uncle Vinnie wrote for the U.C.L.A newspaper when he was a student, and later wrote a sports column for the Los Angeles Times. My name is Jon Presco, and I am a newspaper man. This is what I am. Big Blue has always been my office, the official home of Royal Rosamond Press Co. a registered newspaper in Lane County. If the End of Days came upon us, I am prepared, all ready to go, to go get The Story!
Sunday night, I thought I had lost Big Blue, forever! Friday, around noon, I saw Blue sitting atop Ray’s Towing truck heading for my friend, Ray’s home. His son, Keith Daw, had volunteered to fix Big Blue – for free! Monday, around noon, Keith proudly, and graciously handed me the keys to Big Blue. I turned the ignition.

What a perfect word to describe what Keith had done. He was grinning ear to ear. It never ran so good in the six years I have owned it. Ray Daw was giving me his radiant smile, too and here come Myrna, Keith’s mother, and she is wearing the all-is-well smile of a good woman who is the matriarch of a fine Oregon Family, who are the epitome of what this family should be – giving! As payment, they will be a part of the amazing history I am putting forth about the Miller brothers, and, the history of what I now propose.
As I lay in bed this morning, I swore an oath, being, I will do all I can to own recognition as a valid Oregon Newspaper. I want to be credible. I want to own credibility. What I am proposing is a Great Race, from Florence Oregon, to New York, New York. This race will be launched with a show of Magnificent Men in the Flying Machines. We are talking about a Grand Finale and inauguration of our Lost History, made by George and Joaquin Miller who grew up near Coburg. I have been promoting their history for the last three years, to no avail, because, it is overpowering, overwhelming, and makes everyone else’s history, look puny – even the Kesey Family history! People holding office have their jobs to protect. thus, they are keen on claiming they are – The Cat’s Meow!
An hour ago, I got on google to see it is too late to register as a candidate for Mayor of Springfield. It is. How about a write-in candidate? I will call and see. Some of my neighbors wanted me to run for years. I will be promoting George Miller’s Magnificent flying Machine he held a Patent on – because it’s too good to be true! There are a thousand cites who would kill for this history! If Springfield does not act, I will be putting it before the Mayor and City Council of Florence! And, I will have Miss Oregon crack open a bottle of champagne on the bumper of Big Blue, and…….

Joaquin Miller would accompany my grandmother on the trolley carrying my infant father on his lap. He built a monument to John Fremont ‘The Oregon Trailblazer’ in the Oakland hills above the farm my family owned.
In conclusion, on Sunday, while sitting in front of Moe’s…..I felt a Road Trip coming on! When Keith told me he took Big Blue for a test drive on Martin Luther King Way, his blue eyes glazed over. He was gone, down the road a piece, and he wasn’t coming home any time soon. These Old Time Racers always had a great mechanic on board!
