Above is the painting of Godfrey de Bouillon by Claude Vigon that appeared in the book ‘Holy Blood, Holy Grail’. The authors of this book sued Dan Brown for copyright infringement, and lost.

Above is a letter I sent Judge Richard M. Silver who presided over the divorce of the world-famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton, and her probate. I point out an exact copy of this painting hung in the Benton home. I am a bit cryptic in this letter because I fear the parasites lurking in the wing would take what they want from my efforts, use it in their book – and their movie! Consider how many words they contributed, and how many I have produced before March 5, 1998 – four years before Dan Brown employed a world-famous artist to drop clues there exist a “rose line” that represents a lineage from Mary Magdalene.

Before anyone heard of Dan Brown I am showing other authors there is something in the name Rosamond, a family name, that in itself is a real Rose Line. In the Rosamond Genealogy it says Rosamond Clifford descends from two Viking lines. The Sinclair family only saw the one.

I tell the Judge about the Knights Templar and the Bacchanalians, and the rise of the Christian-right. I tell this Judge I am the true Caretaker of the Creative Family Legacy that should establish a foundation not unlike the one Allan Fox founded that included four generations of his family. I was utterly ignored. I filed complaints after Robin Beare quoted the arresting officer that it would do Shannon some good if she was kept in jail. That Vic never saw a day in jail after he raped his granddaughter – is an outrage!

After calling me a “parasite” and after my daughter told me I was bothering her in asking her to perform her duties as my Trustee, she demands I write a legal document promising to never write about her and her loved ones. I refused, and fired her as my Trustee.

Above is the contract sent to me by Pierrot’s ghost writer to sign. I asked Tom if I would not be able to mention Rosamond, or, members of my family – if I did sign. He told me he and un-name attorneys had talked about this. When I refused to sign, he threatened to play hard ball with me – with these attorneys!

With the posting of these legal papers that are filed in a Superior Court, is proof that I am a Grail Scholar who believes the Holy Grail is an intrinsic part of my Family History, thus, the title of the letter;

Re: Call to Arbitration, and the declaration of my families Spiritual History

In the legal battle between Leigh and Brown, there is no call for the protection of Spiritual Family Values. I would also ask this Judge for monies to find my children a Seer said I had. Heather would come into my life in April of 2000, two years after this letter became Legal History. If Judge Richard M. Silver had taken a chance, and gone with my families serving poet and artist, then he, and a Superior Court, could have been part of the Grail History I will show in my book, and be seen as Heroes, verses villains of a true miracle my kindred took from me, these high priests of the Vicar of Vice, convincing my daughter I am utterly insane, and will amount to nothing.

Court rejects Da Vinci copy claim

Dan Brown said he was “astonished” his fellow authors took legal action

The Da Vinci Code author Dan Brown did not breach the copyright of an earlier book, London’s High Court has ruled. Michael Baigent and Richard Leigh, who wrote 1982 book The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail, sued Random House, publisher of both books.
Mr Brown said the verdict “shows that this claim was utterly without merit”.
The ruling clears the way for the Da Vinci Code movie’s release in May. Mr Baigent and Mr Leigh must pay 85% of Random House’s costs of almost £1.3m.

Both books explore the theory that Jesus and Mary Magdalene had a child and the bloodline survives to this day. Mr Baigent and Mr Leigh argued that Dan Brown copied their book’s “central theme”.

But the judge, Mr Justice Peter Smith, said The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail did not have a central theme in the way its authors suggested.
“It was an artificial creation for the purposes of the litigation working back from the Da Vinci Code,” he ruled.

Dan Brown did use the previous book to write certain parts of his thriller, the judge decided, but did not substantially copy their work.
Mr Brown said he was “still astonished that these two authors chose to file their suit at all”.

In The Holy Blood and the Holy Grail, the authors put forward a hypothesis, that the historical Jesus married Mary Magdalene, had one or more children, and that those children or their descendants emigrated to what is now southern France. Once there, they intermarried with the noble families that would eventually become the Merovingian dynasty, whose special claim to the throne of France is championed today by a secret society called the Priory of Sion.
