After seeing our Governor on MSNBC, yesterday I wrote down on my note pad ideas on passing a Bill in the Legislator that will guarantee all Oregonians – and not just some – will have total access to Healthcare and Abortions’ as they existed before the repeal of Roe vs. Wade.

Dear Governor Kotek;
There is a debate amongst scholars who study the Knights Templar, whether the Papacy granted them a full pardon after they were accused of performing homosexuals acts. They were hunted down and murdered. Some were burned at the stake. This constitutes one of the largest witch-hunts in history.
When President Obama won his first term, I became a Republican because I saw how people were becoming divided. As a student of the Bible I understood the God of the Jews sought to unify His Chosen People, verses divided them to the point there are Civil Wars. Never the less, there was a famous civil war between the Kings of Judah, and the Kings of Israel recorded in the Old Testament,
It is 7:10 A.M. Sunday morning. The sun is rising on a historic day, April 23, 2023 because my Higher Power compels me to offer secualr and religious solutions. America has a short history of these two elements. Here are my unedited notes made in less than two hours.
NOTES OF A NEW NAZARITE
The Constitution can legislate behavior, but not morality. The unborn are not subject to behavior or moral adjustments while in the womb. A moral adjustment can be made by a moral body of men and women, such as practiced in the Baptism of infants – so they will KNOW ETERNAL LIFE! Can mothers be forced to baptize their infants – for the sake of the infant? Can a mother be fined or imprisoned for denying her child – a means to overcome death – which must occur so their child can live forever? Can a mother kill her child in order to hasten everlasting life?
Most Christian ministers teach a child is inflicted with THE ORIGINAL SIN the moment they are born. Is this child afflicted with sin – while in his mother’s womb? Many learned men wonder about this?
A baby can not commit crimes. A fetus can not break God’s Commandments. Texas passed a law putting the Commandment in public schools. The Ten Commandments – are not the Constitution! There is no Commandment bidding parents to Baptize their infant – to wash away the ORIGINAL SIN! The Jews do not believe in the original sin – and Baptism. Jews in Israel – allow abortion! It is not a crime.
Can the Constitution pass a amendment making it a serious crime to make a GRAVEN IMAGE, where the penalty God prescribes is to – CURSE THE FRUIT OF WOMB – for a thousand generations. Ouch! Can one appeal – to a secular body of laws? This suggests God can, and will make – BORN SINNERS! What is a graven image? Consider the U.S. dime with a image of Mercury on it. Have you ever touched one? If so, you are UNCLEAN, and must make amends on Yom Kippur, THE DAY OF ATONEMENT, that God made so His People can be FREE OF SIN.
END OF NOTES
Governor…..Before I went to bed I composed A SOLUTION after reading questions Christians had about Baptizing unborn infants who are going to die in their mothers wombs. One minister said this was not possible. It’s 7:46 A.M. All things are possible. I John the Nazarite Judge, rule…..
If a mother and father wish to guarantee their unborn child know ETERNAL LIFE, then they shall do this. Fill a glass with water and dip your finger in the water. Take your wet finger and below your naval make THE SIGN OF ETERNITY – a figure eight – while saying “ETERNAL LIFE” If you wish to make sure your deceased ancestors KNOW ETERNAL LIFE, dip your finget again. If you want to know ETERNAL LIFE – make the SIGN OF ETERNITY. You do not need any witnesses.
Governor….Once again the Secular Constitution of Untied States of America is not a document that was created to PROVE RELIGIOUS THEORY, or, SOLVE RELIGIOUS SCHISMS. I contend the repeal of Roe vs, Wade was to turn OUR DEMOCRACY into a theocracy, because much of the New Testament is NOTTENNABLE. After 2, 200 years no Man of God has figured out what Jesus wrote in the dust. Has it been twenty years since I came up with the solution – that I demonstrated at the Bible Ho-down the Three Percenters held at Wayne Morse Square? It’s 8:32 A.M. I just found this article;
Governor…..Before I saw you on T.V. I posted a a small chapter in my James Bond novel ‘The Royal Janitor’. I mention Victoria and Starfish are going to a Bible Thump-off in Bozeman Montana. Well, it looks like the Thump-off is going to take place in Salem Oregon. I am kin to Puritan Leader, John Wilson, who knew firsthand about the Salem Witch Trials. How close were Oregon Legislators with the Three Percenters? Did they share a RELIGIOUS AGENDA! I demand a full investigation.
The question that occurred to me, was why did Jesus – SLIP AWAY – when the Jews tried to throw him off the cliff? If he was supposed to be a sacrificial lamb whose spilled blood washed away sins – so everyone could – KNOW ETERNAL LIFE after being Baptized – why didn’t the Son of God (or God) get on with it – get to the point?
“Oh darn. You caught me! Time to spill my Holy Blood!”
The other thing that occurred to me this morning, is…..it appears the followers of John the Baptist were Baptizing folks – with the wrong Baptism!!!! Wow! How many thought they would know ETERNAL LIFE – but, there was a BIG HOLY MISTAKE! How many years had passed? How many could you Baptize in a day – thirty? Wow! thirty thousand righteous souls could be burning in hell – thanks to a religious glitch! This tells me – that religious leaders should look to FIXING what’s wrong with their doctrine, and not our Constitution!
Governor……I suggest your form several panels to address these matters. I would like to be on them. I ran for Governor and got 172 votes. I own thirty-six years of sobriety. I have overcome homelessness, and have been in therapy to deal with my mental illness.
On this day, April 23, I perform The Ritual of Eternal Life – and free the thirty thousand from the fires of hell! So be it!
Did Jesus teach Paul to speak in tongues when he spoke to Paul ONLY after he was dead, and enjoying ETERNAL LIFE?
and when Paul placed[l] his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came[m] upon them, and they began to speak[n] in tongues and to prophesy.[o] 7 (Now there were about twelve men in all.)[p]
If I had become Governor, I would have tried to pass a law where all Republican’ candidates must speak in tongues like John’s disciples. I know it sounds like all politicians are speaking in tongues, but – is it the ral deal? I have owned a theory for thirty years. I am trying to finish my books. I need help, Governor! I need Scribes and Editors. How about Constitutional Attorneys. What am I saying…..I need disciples?
Put up – or shut up, you Oregon Gunmen. You need THE TRUTH, and not more guns! Stop terrorizing Democrats. Grow up! Do you want ETERNAL LIFE, or don’t you? See you at the Grand Bible-Thump.

Oregon Democrats propose constitutional amendment on abortion, same-sex marriage, gender-affirming care

By Amelia Templeton (OPB)
April 19, 2023 9:33 a.m. Updated: April 19, 2023 11:08 a.m.

Democrats in the Legislature want to ask Oregon voters to write the right to abortion, same-sex marriage and gender-affirming care into the state’s Constitution.
Senate Majority Leader Kate Lieber, D-Beaverton, introduced a joint resolution in the state Senate Wednesday to refer to voters a proposed constitutional amendment. The legislative referral would appear on ballots in November 2024.
The amendment would also repeal language that’s been in Oregon’s Constitution since 2004 defining marriage as being between one man and one woman (Article XV, Section 5a).
That policy hasn’t been in effect since a federal judge in 2014 ruled it unconstitutional — a decision upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2015, which required states to recognize same-sex marriages.

Planned Parenthood, ACLU Oregon and Basic Rights Oregon are campaigning for the proposed amendment, which has broad support from Democrats who control both chambers of the Oregon Legislature. Republicans in the minority just learned of the legislation.
Oregon already has among the strongest protections for abortion and civil rights for LGBTQ+ people in the nation. State laws bar housing and employment discrimination against gay and transgender people, allow for abortions with no specific gestational limit, and require state Medicaid and most private medical insurers to cover abortions and gender-affirming care.
The civil rights advocates say a constitutional amendment creates a more lasting guarantee of those rights, following a decision by a conservative majority on the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade. Conservative and Christian activists have also pressed lawmakers to pass a slate of bills in other states under the umbrella of parents’ rights, which have taken aim at gender-affirming care, drag performers and transgender athletes.

“We don’t want Oregon to ever pass any kind of legislation like we’re seeing in other parts of the country that could strip away our right to exist,” said Todd Addams, interim executive director at Basic Rights Oregon. “We don’t want that to be a possibility without a huge, huge fight.”
THANKS TO OUR SPONSOR:
Addams says members of the LGBTQ+ community in Oregon have wanted to remove the gay marriage ban from Oregon’s Constitution since the Supreme Court’s Obergefell decision in 2015.
Now, the national retrenchment on gay and transgender rights has created a new sense of urgency, with people questioning whether their marriages could be dissolved or they could lose access to medical care.
“This idea that their futures are completely up in the air, and could be stripped away at any moment, is this huge level of anxiety and fear in the community,” Addams said.
Republicans in the legislature were blindsided by the proposed constitutional amendment.
They suggested that the constitutional protections it affords would go further than its advocates have said. For example, they see it as providing a constitutional guarantee that minors can access abortion without parental knowledge.
“Democrats have come back with an attempt to seek retroactive approval of their extreme agenda. SJR 33 is a continuation of the Democrats’ extreme assault on parental rights. With this legislation, the Democrats now want to give 10-year-old girls a constitutional right to abortion without parental knowledge,” said Senate minority leader Tim Knopp, R-Bend, in a written statement.
Oregon law allows minors aged 15 and older to provide consent to medical procedures, including abortions. A reproductive health care bill being considered in this legislative session would eliminate that age requirement for abortions.
That bill passed out of committee last week over Republican objections.
The proposed constitutional amendment does not explicitly address issues of parental consent or the rights of minors.
It also does not address the question of gestational limits to abortion. Oregon is among relatively few states with no specific limit based on the length of pregnancy.
Sandy Chung, the executive director of the ACLU of Oregon, said the amendment would create constitutional “safeguards,” for abortion, but said whether that would block attempts to limit the procedure to a specific point in gestation is “a complicated question.”
Advocates said they are not aware of any current state or local laws in Oregon that would conflict with the amendment’s prohibitions on gender discrimination.
“If there’s a law at any level that would be violating this constitutional right or freedom, then people could go to court to challenge it,” Chung said.
Oregonians have in the past defeated a number of ballot initiatives that sought to restrict abortion. The equal rights amendment in the Oregon Constitution that civil rights groups are now seeking to build on was adopted by voters in 2014.

Here’s what you need to know about the Three Percenters, the militia group protecting GOP lawmakers in Oregon
Jun 25, 2019, 3:18 AM PDT
- Hundreds of members of the militia group the Three Percenters mobilized over the weekend to defend the Republican senators in Oregon who fled the capitol last week to block climate change legislation.
- The movement centers on the myth that only three percent of colonists fought during the Revolutionary War.
- Here’s what you need to know about the group.
- Visit INSIDER’s homepage for more stories.
Hundreds of members of alleged militia groups mobilized over the weekend to protect Republican senators in Oregon who fled the capitol last week in an attempt to block the passage of landmark climate change legislation.
As INSIDER previously reported, upwards of 600 people were expected to mobilize on Saturday, consisting of 21 Oregon III% county groups, five Idaho III% groups, the statewide Nevada III% group, and six independent militias across the state, according to a source with Oregon’s Three Percenters.
Prior to this recent stand-off, the militia group was also involved in the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge takeover in 2016, in which armed protesters took over the refuge headquarters in Oregon.
The source told INSIDER that he doesn’t anticipate violence among Three Percenters, but did acknowledge that “I would not be surprised if every member of the group is armed,” adding that members are willing to “go to any lengths required” to protect the senators.

Sodomy and the Knights Templar
Anne Gilmour-Bryson
Journal of the History of Sexuality, Vol. 7, No. 2 (1996)
Abstract
In this article, I will analyze testimony relevant to the charges of the Inquisition that members of the order of Knights Templar throughout Christendom practiced homosexual acts of various sorts from illicit kisses to sodomy. I intend to examine the testimony of Templars in hearings that took place in France and Italy for the most part since it was in these areas that confessions of guilt were given. My aim is to illustrate how members of the order reacted to the questions concerning these matters, how they described what occurred, and in what terms.
This evidence is by no means unknown. Once the Vatican Archives were opened to scholars and the texts of the trials began to be published in the late nineteenth century, the depositions were available to scholars who could read Latin. The interpretation of this material is a very different matter. Some historians such as Gershon Legman are convinced of the Templars’ guilt on the matter of the practice of homosexual acts, though not on the reasons for the indecent acts carried out at reception ceremonies. Konrad Schottmuller, unlike Hans Prutz, was convinced of their innocence. Joseph Marie Antoine Delaville le Roulx did not seem able to make up his mind. Heinrich Finke wrote about the entire Templar affair in great detail. None of them really explored the texts related to accusations of occurrences of homosexual practices themselves in order to derive the maximum amount of information from them. But in any examination of Inquisition testimony, it is impossible to lay aside the effect that torture must have had on the answers given.

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) – The Knights Templar, the medieval Christian military order accused of heresy and sexual misconduct, will soon be partly rehabilitated when the Vatican publishes trial documents it had closely guarded for 700 years.
Three Percenters Assault Gays

I am still working on my letter to Senator Wyden and Adam Shiff. I am going to inform them of what I witnessed at a Gay Pride Rally at Wayne Morse Square. Did the Three Percenters deliberately book themselves in order to clash with LGBT folks? The 3 advertised there would be Bible lessons, and I dressed like The Anti-Christ, a title applied to Merlin, who I also dressed like.
I found a video made in Portland where the same chant I heard is made.
“No Trump! No KKK – no Fascist State!”
There appears to be a group that shadows these Jesus Freaks For Trump, they dressed in black. Is this Afta, who is being blamed for the Jan 6th Insurrection-Riot? Donald Trump is fully aware of these folks who need to be spotlighted at the hearings to show they…..DID NOTHING WRONG! Ed Meese has probably kept a dozier on Afta, because this is HIS FAVORITE SPORT….Oddball Hunting!
I have no club or group to back me up. Is Jesus on my side? My neighbors could be guilty of witness tampering if they knew I was going to bring radical people to court.
I did try to become a member of OCCUPY Eugene and attended one meeting. I suggested WE take over the Post Office that was up for sale. When I heard they were going to champion the homeless, I told them that was a bad idea. I told them they need to…..LOOK LIKE PATRIOTS! That was 2011. Now the whole Democratic Party looks like Anti-Christian Communist Scum-bag Lovers of Illegal Aliens out to overthrow the U.S. Government. Ed Meese – is chuckling! Democrats – are going to be losers!
I get no help with this blog. Ken Babbs and his Ancient Pot Party – are worthless cowards. They don’t want The Crazies coming after them – when they re high – because they don’t want to be more paranoid than they already are! Hallucinating Christians have no problem. They pray for the beloved End Time!
Don’t you understand, it is the job of the church and their holy and rich Republican party to take care of the homeless crisis. Rich Republicans offer NOTHING to the people, but, a gun, a flag, Jesus……and a bird! They grab the American Eagle and sell it back to – the suckers! No wonder President Grifter went insane. There were Con Jobs – everywhere! He wanted another term – so he could work them all!
After Obama won a second term, I switched parties and became a Republican so I can order The Crazies For Jesus out of my kin’s party. John Fremont is in my family tree. I ran for Governor of Oregon and got 170 votes. I was a HARD WORKING CANDIDATE! Most of my competition just waved around a gun, a flag, and a crucifix………and folks came to them – down on their knees – like ignorant sheep!
“God-Jesus…help me so I don’t have to think – this day – or any day!”
I screwed this post up trying to paste the pic of me as Uncle Samaclaus. I replicated parts of it. I have yet to blog on why I think my man, Peter Difazio, quit politics. I guess he is incredulous about how stupid white men are. How about white women? At the OCCUPY meeting I tried to explain my thinking about seizing the Post Office – AND THE ROADS TO THE POSTS OFFICE!
“You have a Constitutional right to maintain postal roads! If the police arrest and remove US, then we take it to the Supreme Court! Get it?”
The basic response was, this;
“I’m not into anything that is Government. My old lady is pissed because I spend so much money to get higher THC content weed. My cosmic excuses are wearing thin. Her sister just became a Jesus Freak. If I look like a church dude helping the homeless, then, I got a meaningful existence! It’s – a sure thing!”
How many Cosmic Dudes are shocked that the Supreme Court repealed Roe vs. Wade?

When the Constitution was ratified in 1789, the Postal Clause in Article I, Section 8 gave Congress the power “To establish Post Offices and post Roads” and “To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper” for executing this task.
In 1981, the Supreme Court in United States Postal Service v. Council of Greenburgh Civic Associations took up a constitutional challenge to a federal law prohibiting the placement of unstamped “mailable matter” in a letterbox approved by the United States Postal Service. Violators faced a fine. The Greenburgh Civic Associations had a practice of delivering its messages to residents by placing unstamped notices in the residents’ home mailboxes.
Today in labor history: Meese tells employers to spy on workers

Ed Meese, attorney general (the main legal advisor to the government) in the Ronald Reagan administration, urged employers to begin spying on workers “in locker rooms, parking lots, shipping and mail room areas and even the nearby taverns” to try to catch them using drugs, October 30, 1986. Meese was attorney general from 1985 through 1988, but he resigned while under investigation from a special prosecutor over an oil pipeline deal in the Middle East.

May 5 pro-Trump rally brings out supporters, racists and their protesters
NEWSBY HENRY HOUSTONPOSTED ON
AMay 5 rally brought out about 40 Trumpian flag-wavers and more than 100 protesters who tried to drown them out.
Protesters say they didn’t show up to the Sunday rally on the Harlow Road I-5 overpass because of President Donald Trump’s red-attired supporters. They say they were concerned with white supremacists like Joey Gibson of Patriot Prayer and the Proud Boys coming to the Eugene-Springfield area.
Police, dressed in riot gear and some armed with riot guns, blocked off Harlow Road, one of the roadways connecting Eugene-Springfield.
The organizers of the May 5 rally says it was intended to prove that the area supports Trump’s America First policies. The rally was supposed to feature a lineup of conservative and right-wing speakers including Gibson and Joey Nations, both of whom brawled in Portland with Patriot Prayer.
Although Gibson didn’t show up, the rally and protest gave Eugene-Springfield a taste of what usually happens in Portland — clashes between white supremacists and their protesters.

Well! Well! Look what I found! That is the flag of the ex-Soviet Union, like the one I wear at my demonstrations. Didn’t I wonder if I would die today, on Cinco de Mayo? I wonder if that guy who came up to me, had a gun in his car. Lucky this other dude came along and asked him about Obama giving billions to Iran.
I talked to the woman in pink.
All I did was go get me some groceries – with my walker! I will take my camera wherever I go from now on! The Devil has come to Springfield.

New report details significant role of Christian nationalism in January 6 attack on the Capitol

by Don Byrd | Feb 14, 2022
A remarkable and essential new report issued jointly by BJC and the Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) provides a comprehensive look at the way Christian nationalism motivated and permeated the January 6, 2021, insurrection by documenting and examining the imagery, prayers, and other statements of the rioters and riot organizers. As New Yorker journalist Luke Mogelson – who was in the Capitol building that day – said to Andrew Seidel, one of the report authors, “[t]he Christianity was one of the surprises to me in covering this stuff, and it has been hugely underestimated… That Christian nationalism you talk about is the driving force and also the unifying force of these disparate players…”
The document, titled “Christian Nationalism and the January 6 Insurrection,” provides detailed and documented evidence of the extent of Christian nationalism throughout multiple elements of the attack on January 6, including the pervasive symbols, signs and iconography in the crowd:
The imagery and violence of January 6 left indelible stamps on the American memory. Of the thousands of photos and videos taken that day, several moments have come to symbolize the insurrection. The five categories of iconic imagery examined here [the gallows; the cross; flags; signs, clothing and Bible verses; and white Jesus and religious iconography] all have ties to Christian nationalism. The officers on duty that day described seeing the Christian nationalism, even if they didn’t know what to call it. D.C. Metropolitan Police Officer Daniel Hodges testified to a House Select Committee, “It was clear the terrorists perceived themselves to be Christians,”
The report also emphasizes that Christian nationalism was on display not only on January 6 but also in the days and weeks leading up to the attack, intensifying and unifying those who believe the false claim that President Joe Biden did not win the 2020 presidential election, starting as far back as Election Day:
Almost immediately after the polls closed on Election Day, [Christian nationalist political] machinery changed gears to stoke outrage and fear, exhort action, and work to give Trump a second term as president, no matter what the voters wanted. Paula White, still involved with the White House at the time …began hosting nightly prayers… “White and fellow prayer warriors called on God to smite the president’s enemies—his political opponents, anyone standing in the way of a second term, and anyone interfering with their vision of national and global dominion,” explained one observer. On the second night of prayer, White preached that “God, we declare that you will keep the POTUS [sic] in his purpose and in his position,” and, “We override the will of man for the will of God, right now.”
New evidence reveals coordination between Oath Keepers, Three Percenters on Jan. 6
Evidence reviewed by NBC News shows a new connection between the Oath Keepers and a group of Three Percenters from California charged in connection with Jan. 6.

Members of the Oath Keepers on the East Front of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
WASHINGTON — Derek Kinnison, a self-identified member of the Three-Percenter militia group, was one of six California men indicted by a federal grand jury last year in connection with the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Kinnison, the indictment alleged, was part of a conspiracy to obstruct the certification of President Joe Biden’s electoral college victory, joining a group that came to D.C. armed and “ready and willing to fight” in the nation’s capital.
Kinnison was also a member of the Oath Keepers, a far-right anti-government organization whose members have pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy in connection with the Jan. 6 attack, according to texts and images reviewed by NBC News.
As the Justice Department and the House Select Committee press their investigation into the Jan. 6 attack, the central role of the Oath Keepers is coming into sharper focus. The Oath Keepers, headed by Stewart Rhodes, have links to many of the primary figures being investigated in connection with the Capitol breach and the lead-up to the attack.

SEATTLE — Right-wing demonstrators gathered Saturday at Seattle City Hall for a “Liberty or Death” rally that drew counter-protesters from the left, while dozens of police kept the two sides separated. Three men have been arrested for misdemeanor assault.
The right-wing groups Washington 3 Percenters and Patriot Prayer were holding the rally outside Seattle City Hall to protest an effort to launch a gun-control initiative that would raise the age in Washington state for people buying semi-automatic rifles and against political violence on the left — though there were dozens of assault-style rifles and handguns within the group.
The left-wing groups Organized Workers for Labor Solidarity, Radical Women and the Freedom Socialist Party were rallying at the same site.
“Their message won’t go unanswered in Seattle,” Annaliza Torres, a counter-protest organizer with the Freedom Socialist Party, said Friday before the rally.

Counter-protesters say they are fighting against intolerance and also remembering those lost to far-right violence like anti-fascist activist Heather Heyer, who was killed in Charlottesville last August while she was protesting a white nationalist rally.
“We’re for self-defense,” said Monica Hill, counter protester. “If somebody is being violent you better hope I have the skill to be violent back to defend myself. But this movement and what it stands for is not violent. We don’t stand for laying back and letting ourselves be attacked and exterminated.”
Hundreds of protesters on each side of the street were separated by Saturday afternoon by metal barriers along Fourth Avenue and police officers as the left-wing protesters yelled and used cow bells and sirens to try to drown out speeches from the right-wing side.

“When they say it’s our time to rise, what does that mean?, said Washington 3 Percenter’s organizer Matt Marshall. “Oh, it’s just the silent majority outside of the coasts have been quiet for a while, and it’s our time to have a voice and stop being silent.”
The challenge was keeping each side from crossing to the opposing side, especially when the Proud Boys started marching around City Hall.
Some counter protestors considered the officers police presence too much.
“I think the police are way, way overstated and they turn into a fascist escort service,” Doreen McGrath said. “They have to escort the right wing to the bathroom and everything, it’s ridiculous.”
The counter demonstrators outnumbered and drowned out the ‘Proud Boys’ rally from across the street.
“We’re building a movement that’s going to stand up to these guys every-time they climb out of their rocks and they can climb back under their rocks,” McGrath said.
Additional police also arrived, including police in riot gear with batons who took up positions in the street. Bicycle officers lined up their bikes as a type of moving barrier to keep protesters from entering the street, which remained open to traffic.
“Let’s dominate again and destroy these communists once and for all,” protester Jered Bonneau said. “No more gun control, no more political correctness, no more safe spaces, no more acceptance of ludicrous ideas. If they want to flight, lets fight.”
The gun-control initiative would boost the age for the purchase of semi-automatic rifles from 18 to 21 and would expand the background checks for those purchases. The measure would also require people to complete a firearm safety training course and create standards for safely storing firearms.
But a judge on Friday threw out 300,000 signatures needed to put the initiative on the November ballot, saying the petition’s format did not follow election law. The Alliance for Gun Responsibility, the group behind the initiative, has filed a notice of appeal with the Washington Supreme Court.
The protest came two weeks after police in riot gear in Portland, Oregon, tried to keep right-wing and left-wing groups apart. The effort mostly succeeded but police were accused of being heavy-handed, prompting the city’s new police chief to order a review of officers’ use of force.

Yesterday I took a walk around the block and encountered a neighbor walking a Dachshund. I saw Clark, the Siamese cat walk ten feet and greet this dog. They touched noses. The owner told me they were friends, and sometimes play together.
Just before Colt-Brembe disappeared, I saw a stick up against the wall next to wear Kim Hafner sits on her bench that was gone – after Brembe was gone! Why didn’t El Lardo keep this stick handy for Clark who she said hissed at her Dachshund. She said this after she kicked Clark who did not see her coming. Why would Clark hiss at any dog? The couple upstairs told me Clark plays with their dog.
Above are pics of me saving the Post Office, and with Hemp Woman at OCCUPY.
Here are the Nazis I told Hafner about.

On Aug. 4, the Portland Police Bureau in Oregon protected two proto-fascist gangs as they marched around town, some in full body armor, in a planned disturbance disguised as a free speech rally.
Members of Patriot Prayer and its violent, punch-happy bodyguards, the Proud Boys, laughed and cheered behind barricades as cops fired dangerous rubber bullets and other nonlethal weapons at their opposition: a mix of local anti-racist and anti-fascist demonstrators. Cops nearly killed one of those these counterprotesters when an impact grenade penetrated a man’s helmet and embedded itself into his skull.
The Three Percenter of Oregon
Posted on August 13, 2019 by Royal Rosamond Press

Here are the Three Percenters.
Oregon III%
October 3, 2016
This an excerpt from Up in Arms: A Guide to Oregon’s Patriot Movement co-published with Rural Organizing Project.
Oregon Three Percenters are very active and seems to have eclipsed the Oath Keepers as the locus of Patriot movement organizing in the state.
The Three Percenters have a complex structure. Anyone can call themselves a Three Percenter, and there are also competing national organizations. But there is also a statewide group, called simply, “Oregon III%,” which functions as a group-based network, albeit with a central leadership.1) (This seems to run contrary to cofounder Vanderboegh’s original vision for the Three Percenters as a decentralized form of the militia that was harder to infiltrate and disrupt. However, these more organized Three Percenter groups, in Oregon and Idaho, have been very successful.) There is significant overlap between Oath Keepers and Three Percenters, as well.
The President of Oregon III% is David Samuel Hill, and the Vice President is Jeff Roberts; the group registered as a 501(c)4 in November 2015.2) Roberts claims that in 1993, as a 15-year-old, he drove to the Ruby Ridge standoff with Bo Gritz.3) In September 2015, Hill said the group had 1,000 members and a full “executive staff”—up from 200 members and no staff, except its president, less than a year before.4) These numbers have undoubtedly grown since the Malheur occupation. Oregon III% divides the state up into seven “Zones,” plus an independent eighth section.
Hill says, in addition to participating in the Pacific Patriots Network, Oregon III% has “a close working relationship with other patriotic, prepper and training groups.”5) Oregon III% co-organized the February 2015 Salem anti-SB 941 rally, was active in the Sugar Pine Mine and White Hope Mine armed camps, were at May 2015 anti-SB 941 rallies, and were part of “Protect the Protectors” campaign to “guard” U.S. military recruiting stations in July 2015.6)
One flyer indicates that BJ Soper and the Oregon III% were the organizers of the initial January 2, 2016 march in Burns, Oregon (Rice claims it as PPN and Oregon III%). Soper, and both Oregon and Idaho Three Percenters, spoke at the rally.7) As part of the PPN, they were active in Burns during the occupation. At least one Oregon Three Percenter, Flipp Todd, was part of the occupation early on.8)
Some members of the Oregon III% are reportedly involved with an anti-immigrant vigilante group, which does street patrols, called the Soldiers of Odin. The group was founded in Finland by white supremacists, and it has recently spread across the United States.9)
As of August 2016, the Oregon III% Zone divisions and leaders are:
- Zone 1 (Columbia, Clatsop, Tillamook, Washington, Multnomah, Clackamas, Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Lincoln, Linn, and Benton counties) — Ron McCue
- Zone 2 (Hood River, Wasco, Sherman, and Gilliam) — Trevor Anders
- Zone 3 (Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Baker, and Wallowa) — Damon Locke
- Zone 4 (Douglas, Jackson, Josephine, Coos, and Curry)—Tom McKirgan
- Zone 5 (Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Wheeler) — Jerrad Tyrea Robison
- Zone 6 (Klamath, Lake)—Tim Harris
- Tri-County III% (Grant, Harney, Malheur)— Jason Ward (contact)
- Zone 8 (Lane)—Isreal Southerland
What was Zone 7—Harney, Malheur, and Grant counties—became the Tri-County III%, which is described as “a separate, autonomous III% group separate from Oregon III%. Though not connected, Oregon III% recognizes and supports Tri-County III%.”10)

The county chapters include Multnomah, Washington, Marion and Polk, Linn and Benton, Clatsop and Columbia, Clackamas, Lincoln, Josephine, Jackson, Douglas, Coos, and Curry.11)

Patriot Can’t Spell – Lost Two Sons
Posted on October 28, 2018 by Royal Rosamond Press

Here is a Patriot’s letter. He can’t spell, but his sacrifice so we can be free, is written in blood. If you are poor, and you can’t spell, then do I got the Right Country for you. We got Freedom, here, that is hanging on by a thread. Captain Crane is writing the news and sending it to other Patriots via the Post Office.
Not able to afford a headstone, Samuel Rosamond’s son, carved a homegrown one! In turn, he just got a stone, and then, a marker placed in the Rosamond cemetery in Arkansas.
I mock those Fake Patriots and screeching angry White Men, who think they got a good cause, and thus – America belongs to them.
Come and try to take this sacred land!

“I rot to you about this before but per haps you did not git the leatter I lost two of my sons by the enemy one was taken prisoner and murdered and the other died with his wound”
“Captain Adam Crane Jones married, about 1747, Catherine Campbell of Virginia. Her ancestors, along with other Scotch Protestants, emigrated to Ireland about 1600 from the Highlands of Scotland and came to the New World in the early part of the eighteenth century. They settled first in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, later removing to Augusta County, Virginia. [Wallace, p19].
“Samuel enlisted in the militia around 1776-77 and served as a Lieutenant under Captain Adam Crain Jones and Colonel Robert Anderson (for whom Anderson County, SC was named.) In 1782 he was appointed Captain and served at the Siege of Ninety-Six and the Battle of Kettle Creek in Wilkes County, GA on Feb. 14, 1779 during the Revolutionary War. This battle enabled the revolutionists to halt the British advance in Georgia after the capture of Savannah. According to Samuel’s great-grandson James Oliver Rosamond, Samuel served as a scout and spy under the direction of Colonel Francis Mariion, the “Swamp Fox”.

1785 Adam and Mary Jones write a letter to Nathaniel Saunders. The following letter indicates to me that Adam’s two sons killed in the Revolutionary War would have to have been born at least five years earlier than Gifford’s records indicate. It seems that the previous two years of 1783 -85 was very traumatic for the family with loosing two sons and being run off the plantation. The address of “Dear Brother” and salutation of “Your Loving Brother and Sister” are puzzling. Adam Jones could not have been Nathaniel’s brother was Mary Jones a Saunders. I have been able to find no record of this marriage to date. It is late enough in Adam’s life that his first wife could have died and he remarried. However, other researchers have said that Catherine died after 1815. Is Catherine the second wife?

Those folks who scream they are patriots, and this Country belongs to them, expect you to bow down down to them, worship as they worship, and read what they chose to read. You can spot these Liars a mile off. You see them on the News wearing red hats.
I’m done waiting for the Red Hats to wake up and see the Tyrant they adore and serve. Trump is a coward who hides behind all that my Rosamond kindred, held dear, while he attacks what is truly precious – our Freedom! If the Red Hat of a True Traitor tells me and the world, who they really are, then, come take your red hat from my hand. Any enemy of the Free Press, is the enemy of my Rosamond ancestors. Patriot Samuel Rosamond
Posted on July 4, 2011by Royal Rosamond Press

Samuel Roseman was a member of the South Carolina Militia and a Scout for Francis Marion the “Swamp Fox” who Mel Gibson’s character was based on in the movie `The Patriot’. Samuel was the brother of my great, great, great grandfather, James Rosamond, who was also in the South Carolina Militia, and more then likely fought alongside his brother and Francis Marion. There may be a chance my grandfather, Frank Wesley Rosamond was named after Francis, as were other Rosamonds“Marion Francis “Frank” ROSAMOND”
Because of this new uncovered history, I find my grandfather’s claim, that his mother, Ida Rose, is the offspring of Sir Issac Hull, a Captain of the U.S.S. Constitution to be very credible. It is alleged
Captain Hull had no children, but, he was a sailor and visited many ports.
According
to Samuel’s great-grandson James Oliver Rosamond, Samuel served as a scout and spy under the direction of Colonel Francis Mariion, the “Swamp Fox”.
“Samuel and James ROSAMOND both served in the SC militia during the Revolution. Samuel was a lieutenant under Adam Crain Jones and as a captain under Colonel Anderson.”
James Rosamond M. Born ca 1754 in Augusta County, Virginia. James died in Abbeville District, SC bef 10 Jul 1806, he was 52. Occupation: Farmer.
[11]James served in the Revolutionary War in the Ninety-Six District before and after the fall of Charleston. The Siege of Charleston occurrend in 1790 by the British Army led by Sir Henry Clinton. James furnished 150 lbs. of pork to the militia in 1782. He obtained land grants as a result of his service in the war. An abstract of his service in the Revolutionary War is on file at the Historical Commission in South Carolina.
James may have been married to a Dorothy/Norah Hodges (daughter or John Hodges and Elizabeth ?) prior to marrying Mary Daugherty. No one has been able to fine any record of this. Barbara Morgan lists a Lettice Jones as a possibility for James’ first wife. Much depends on when his first wife died, and the date he married Mary.
In the first national census in 1790, James, his brother Samuel, and his mother Sarah were the only Rosamond Heads of Household listed in South Carolina.

Col. Lemuel Benton and Capt. Samuel Rosamond

My kindred, Samuel Rosamond, Lemuel Benton, and Gavin Witherspoon, fought under the Francis Marion ‘The Swamp Fox’ in the War of Independence. John Witherspoon is a Signer and is kin to the Preston family, as are the three Patriots above. These four men are kindred to the Stewart family, and thus William and Harry Windsor. Add to this roster, the Hart and Hull family, then here is America’s most illustrious and Patriotic Family.

He sent Lt. Col. Lemuel Benton with sixteen men to seize the pass over Horse Creek. Horry’s men stumbled over a sentry who fired a shot, and they quickly rushed Sumter’s home with Col. Marion’s remaining 134 men closely behind them. In a brief fight, they killed or captured 22 British Regulars and two Loyalists. One of the Continental prisoners, Capt. Perry Benson of the 5th MD Regiment, was wounded as well.

Terry Lipscomb, “South Carolina Revolutionary Battles – Part Ten (MS H-2-2)”, unpublished, p.29:
Benton personally led his troops in a second skirmish higher up on Black Creek, which is believed to be the Battle of Williamson’s Bridge mentioned in local tradition; this corresponds to the present bridge on state secondary road 35 in Darlington County, four miles southeast of Darlington.
Alexander Gregg, D.D., History of the Old Cheraws, Richardson And Company, 1867, pp.387,
Another skirmish took place about this time, higher up on Black Creek, Colonel Benton commanding. The Tories were routed and fled, but being overtaken and surrounded, were forced to make a hand to hand fight, suffering very severely. Colonel Benton had no fire arms except his pistols. One man, pressed by the colonel, turned about, and was in the act of firing his musket, but, before he could do so, Benton discharged his pistol at him, missing him, however, then threw it at him and knocked him from his horse to the ground.

Even though he was a Continental officer Marion had been elected
to the South Carolina General Assembly as the senator for the Parish
of St. John Berkeley. He left Horry in charge of his brigade while he
was at the general assembly in Jacksonboro. Hezekiah Maham still
considered his unit totally independent and would only take orders
from General Greene, not Peter Horry.
On the advice of Marion, Horry moved the brigade to Wambaw
Creek near the Santee River. The forage was more available there
and it had better protection from the British troops.
Colonel Benjamin Thompson, a Loyalist from Massachusetts,
learned that Marion was at the general assembly and that there was a
breakdown in communications between Marion’s two colonels.
Thompson decided to attack the partisans while their guard was
down.
Thompson had put together a cavalry force that consisted of all the
mounted units in Charlestown. He wrote that “the principal objects of
the expedition were to practice the Cavalry in marching in Regular
order in the Enemy’s Country, and to accustom them to act with the
mounted militia, who will be very useful in covering our flanks.
They are all armed with rifles as well as Swords, and are perhaps the
best marksmen in the world for shooting on horse back.”
Horry was on the other side of the Santee River visiting his
plantation and had left Colonel Archibald McDonald in command
while he was gone. Marion had told Horry that if he had to absent
himself for any reason the command should go to Maham, however
Maham was with Marion at the assembly.
On the morning of February 24th Colonel Thompson set out from
Daniel’s Island and rode towards Marion’s camp. Colonel Lemuel
Benton held a position at Durant’s Plantation. Benton’s men

consisted of two regiments of “six month’s men” and were made up
of “reformed Tories.” These men had come in under Governor
Rutledge’s amnesty proposal.
Major William Benison commanded the scouts in St. Thomas’s
and told Benton that the British were approaching his position.
Benison proceeded to Colonel McDonald’s headquarters and also told
him of the approaching enemy. Many of the officers there were
eating dinner and most of the Patriot officers did not believe that the
British were going to attack.
Colonel Benton was one of the few who did believe the reports
and rode to Durant’s plantation only to encounter the advance of
Thompson’s army. Major John Doyle did not wait for the rest of the
cavalry force to arrive and charged Marion’s men at Wambaw Bridge.
Major William Young wounded Benton as he was about to cut down
Lieutenant Simon Jones, Thompson’s adjutant. Benton’s dragoons
fled and raced across the Wambaw Bridge.
The stress was too much for the old bridge and it broke under the
weight of men and horses. Many of Benton’s men tried swimming
across and a few drowned. The men who had not fled across the
bridge hid themselves in thickets. This saved them from capture and
death because the British were giving no quarter. Major James had
two British dragoons try to cut him down, but he kept them at a
distance with his pistols. He leapt the twenty foot chasm in the bridge
and rode to safety.
The rest of Marion’s Brigade fell back to Mrs. Tydiman’s
Plantation in between Echaw and Wambaw. Thompson continued to
raid the countryside and was able to capture and parole Charles
