State Will Send Armor To Ukraine

CHARLESTON, WV – Following his address yesterday on America’s energy crisis and the war in Ukraine, Gov. Jim Justice sent a letter requesting that the West Virginia Legislature join him in pledging $5 million in assistance for the Ukrainian maternity and children’s hospital recently bombed by Russian military forces.

“It’s time for West Virginia to be that beacon of light for America and the world.”

Who would ever believe some States are sending aid to Ukraine? Didn’t I suggest Oregon become a member of the EU West, and fight Democracies enemies? How many thought I was – mad?

I made the above video a couple of months ago where I suggest an American European Army.

“By joining with other states in sending numerous of these armored vehicles to Ukraine, we hope and pray that this will give Ukrainian forces a major leg up in their defense of their home country,” Gov. Justice said. “In West Virginia, we will always stand up for what’s right, which is why we stand united with Ukraine and will continue to help in every way possible, especially as we continue to learn about the war crimes and other atrocities that continue to occur in this unprovoked and intolerable attack on a nation and its people.”

Gov. Justice announces West Virginia National Guard to provide Ukraine military with armored vehicles

4/22/2022

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice announced today that the West Virginia National Guard (WVNG) will aid Ukraine by providing armored personnel carriers for use against continued Russian aggression.

Following a request from the Department of Defense (DOD), the West Virginia Army National Guard will give an undisclosed number of M-113 Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) to Ukraine as part of a drawdown of DOD inventories to support the country.

M-113 APCs are used to move Soldiers and equipment across the battlefield while providing protection from small arms fire and the effects of artillery.

Today’s announcement is West Virginia’s latest effort to help Ukraine combat the unprovoked attack by Russia. Last month, Gov. Justice announced that he had directed the WVNG and the West Virginia Department of Homeland Security to help Ukraine by collecting unused or recently expired ballistic vests from law enforcement agencies across the state. The Governor also called on the West Virginia Legislature to join him in pledging $5 million in assistance for a Ukrainian maternity and children’s hospital that had been bombed by Russian military forces.

In February, Gov. Justice announced that he had issued an Executive Order, directing the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Control Administration to cease the purchase and sale of all Russian-produced liquor until further notice, while simultaneously making Ukrainian-produced liquor brands available for purchase by licensed retail liquor outlets.

“With Putin choosing to continue his deadly assault on Ukraine, he has shown us what he truly is: a monster and a madman,” Gov. Justice said. “He’s blown up maternity hospitals, innocent people are being killed every day. Despite all the sanctions placed on Russia from across the globe, Putin continues his unyielding path of destruction, tearing apart family after family. As I’ve said several times, if he’s not going to stop on his own, we need to make him stop. We can’t be afraid to act. We are America. We need to do something about it.”In his State Capitol address on the nation’s energy crisis last month, Gov. Justice explained that American dependence on hostile foreign countries – like Russia – for fossil fuels has put America in a precarious position when it comes to its defense of Ukraine, threatening the security of the country and the free world.

“None of us would have ever really imagined that, because of a madman and evil in the world, that we could possibly be on the brink of World War III. But here we are,” Gov. Justice said in his address. “We have a colossal problem in this world right now. Energy has become weaponized.

“There’s only one solution. This country needs to be energy independent in every single, solitary way,” Gov. Justice continued. “That independence starts right here in little ol’ West Virginia. The very resources that we have in abundance in this state – coal, oil, and gas – are exactly what will save the world.

“It’s time for West Virginia to be that beacon of light for America and the world.”

President Trump forced governors to flatter him and ask ‘nicely’ to get vital federal disaster aid, a new book says (msn.com)

Biden’s escalating aid to Ukraine reflects a sea change in U.S. foreign policy (msn.com)

When President Biden took office last year, he had three top foreign policy priorities: to revive NATO and other alliances that President Trump had savaged, to withdraw the last American troops from Afghanistan, and to compete more effectively with a newly assertive China.

Russia, a declining power, seemed almost an afterthought. All Biden wanted from Moscow, he said last year, was “a stable, predictable relationship.”

Vladimir Putin had other ideas. Two months ago, Putin invaded Ukraine — and the result has been not only a tragic war, but a sea change in U.S. policy.

The struggle for Ukraine is now Biden’s main national security focus. The United States and Russia appear locked in a long-term confrontation reminiscent of the 20th century’s Cold War. The challenge of China is still out there, but strategists who hoped to shift U.S. troops from Europe to Asia have put those plans on hold.

Last week, Biden announced that he was sending an additional $800 million in military aid to Ukraine, bringing the total over the last two months to more than $3 billion. More important than the dollar figure were the weapons included: heavy artillery, helicopters, armored personnel carriers, antiaircraft radar systems and the Phoenix Ghost, a new kamikaze attack drone.

The shopping list reflected a gradual escalation since the opening weeks of the war, when Biden and his aides emphasized the limits of what the United States was willing to do — in part to avoid risking direct conflict between Russian forces and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

There would be no boots on the ground, they said, no long-range offensive weapons, and no U.S.-enforced “no-fly zone” to stop Russia’s air force from bombing Ukrainian cities. Nor would the United States agree to move MiG-29 aircraft from Poland through Germany to Ukraine.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and American hawks complained, but last week, Zelensky said the new aid package was “just what we were waiting for.”

What changed? As Ukraine’s armed forces performed better than expected — and Russia’s performed worse — the administration’s commitment to Kyiv deepened.

“Our policy is unequivocal that we will do whatever we can to help Ukraine succeed,” Biden’s national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, said in a TV interview. “At the end of the day, what we want to see is a free and independent Ukraine [and] a weakened and isolated Russia.”

The administration’s attitude was also hardened, he added, by “what the Russians have done, frankly — killing civilians, atrocities, war crimes.”

More broadly, Biden’s commitment to Ukraine appears to signal the end of a period of retrenchment in which Presidents Obama and Trump sought to disengage from the military entanglements launched by President George W. Bush.

Columbia University scholar Stephen Sestanovich has long argued that U.S. foreign policy tends to alternate between cycles of assertive international engagement, which he calls “maximalism,” and retrenchment.

“What puts an end to retrenchment is almost always some sort of shock,” he told me last week, something that “makes people think that downsized policies, however desirable they might have seemed a few years earlier, just won’t cut it in a more dangerous world.”

“Putin’s war has been exactly that sort of mind-focusing stimulus, and its effects are likely to be lasting ones,” he said.

If he’s right, the broader effects of the Ukraine crisis could include a Cold War-style division of the world into two blocs, one led by the United States, the other by China and Russia; long-term pressure from Congress for higher defense spending; and perhaps even a modest revival of bipartisanship in foreign policy.

Those trends will all feel familiar to Biden, who served on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee during the last half of the Cold War. A year or two ago, his fondness for NATO and other traditional U.S. alliances may have sounded like a throwback, but it has come in handy now.

He and his aides worked to focus NATO on Putin’s threats long before the invasion, enabling the alliance to impose coordinated sanctions as soon as the tanks rolled. His old-fashioned return to alliance-building turned out to be exactly what the West needed.

Biden’s foreign policy has been far from perfect. His withdrawal from Afghanistan, to take only the most painful example, was a fiasco.

But in Ukraine, at least, the president’s experience and instincts have served him well.

When Russian troops first streamed across the Belarusian border into Ukraine for what they had assumed would be a lightning assault on Kyiv, they were intending to rely on the region’s extensive rail network for supplies and reinforcements.

© Russian Defense Ministry Press Service/APThe Belarusian railway workers who helped thwart Russia’s attack on Kyiv

The Russians hadn’t taken into account the railway saboteurs of Belarus.

Starting in the earliest days of the invasion in February, a clandestine network of railway workers, hackers and dissident security forces went into action to disable or disrupt the railway links connecting Russia to Ukraine through Belarus, wreaking havoc on Russian supply lines.

The attacks have drawn little attention outside Belarus amid the drama of the Russian onslaught and the bloody aftermath of Russia’s humiliating retreat. Fierce Ukrainian resistance and tactical errors by an ill-prepared Russian force were likely enough to thwart Russia’s plans, analysts say.

But the Belarus railway saboteurs can at least claim a role in fueling the logistical chaos that quickly engulfed the Russians, leaving troops stranded on the front lines without food, fuel and ammunition within days of the invasion.

Alexander Kamyshin, head of Ukrainian railways, expressed Ukraine’s gratitude to the Belarusian saboteurs. “They are brave and honest people who have helped us,” he said.

When I am elected Governor of Oregon I will invite these European Leaders, and Zelensky, to my inauguration. At this time I would like to be presented with the Denis De Rougemont Medal of Cultural Honor – that would be fashioned – just for me! Peter Fiala will have the honors of pinning it on, even though I believe he should be voted out of office due to his views on same-sex marriage.

When I awoke at 9:00 A.M. I didn’t know where I was and what part of the day I was in. I concluded I was done with the first round of Psychic Warfare, and made up my mind to inform my therapist of what I have been doing. I got a post on Rougemont, and found this addition – as proof!

Here is my prophetic post of 2012. Whether I become the Governor or not, I will launch a lawsuit against Donald Trump and his End Time Lunatic backers for opposing a normal Transfer of Power that is vital for the existence of the two major parties.

Are we ready – for Democracy again?

This is my campaign motto.

Petr Fiala, the Czech prime minister, said he and his counterparts, Poland’s Mateusz Morawiecki and Slovenia’s Janez Jansa, were visiting Kyiv as representatives of the European Council. Jansa wrote on Twitter that the delegation, which also included Polish Deputy Prime Minister Jaroslaw Kaczynski, was bringing a message from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, or OECD, which he said was committed to “rebuilding and reconstruction of the Ukraine.”

BERLIN — Three European leaders traveled on Tuesday to the besieged Ukrainian capital to meet with the country’s president, Volodymyr Zelensky, and to pledge the European Union’s “unequivocal support” and offer financial assistance.

The dramatic visit, as Kyiv went under a curfew in response to renewed Russian attacks, was made by the prime ministers of Poland, Slovenia and the Czech Republic, who crossed into Ukraine by train.

They would be the first foreign leaders to enter the capital since Russia’s attack began 20 days ago. Their visit unfolded against the backdrop of intensifying missile strikes on Kyiv, which killed at least four people Tuesday, according to the mayor, Vitali Klitschko, who placed the city under a 35-hour curfew in light of what he described as a “difficult and dangerous” moment.Russia-Ukraine war live updates

John Spencer, a retired Army officer and chair of urban warfare studies at the Madison Policy Forum, called the visit “extremely risky,” not just for the safety of the visiting heads of government but also because of possible reprisal by Russian President Vladimir Putin, who “may see leaders of NATO countries entering Ukraine as crossing one of his lines.”

The presence in Ukraine of Central European leaders was especially notable two days after Russian missiles struck a military training base close to Ukraine’s border with Poland, bringing the war closer to NATO and E.U. territory.

In a Facebook post, Petr Fiala, the Czech prime minister, said he and his counterparts, Poland’s Mateusz Morawiecki and Slovenia’s Janez Jansa, were visiting Kyiv as representatives of the European Council.

“The purpose of the visit is to confirm the unequivocal support of the entire European Union for the sovereignty and independence of Ukraine,” Fiala wrote. “The aim of this visit is also to present a broad package of support for the Ukraine and Ukrainians.”How Kyiv’s outgunned defenders have kept Russian forces from capturing the capital

Separately, the Ukrainian foreign minister, Dmytro Kuleba, posted a photo Tuesday with his Lithuanian counterpart, Gabrielius Landsbergis. A Lithuanian government spokeswoman said that meeting took place in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv.

There were signs, too, of efforts by international organizations to signal support for the Ukrainian state, which has been more resilient than some expected. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, or OSCE, which pulled staff from Ukraine following Putin’s full-scale assault on Feb. 24, has been discussing how to return a team to the embattled country, according to an official familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity because the plans have not been finalized. An OSCE spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Ukrainian and Russian forces have for days been locked in intensifying street fighting on the outskirts of Kyiv, as the Kremlin’s forces seek to strengthen a cordon around the capital. The defending army has managed to stall Russia’s advance, possibly buying Ukraine time to receive more Western military aid, though most military analysts still predict that Kyiv will fall.

Morawiecki, describing the aims of the trip, harked back to the visit paid by Lech Kaczynski, then the Polish president, to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia, during the Russian invasion of that country in 2008.

“His visit then changed the perception of this war, and a great act of courage added spirit to Georgians and is still remembered all over the world today,” the Polish prime minister wrote.

Restoring the Congress of Cultural Freedom

Posted on February 24, 2018 by Royal Rosamond Press

Denis de Rougemont headed the Congress of Cultural Freedom that was funded by the CIA. Artist and Writers in the West were covertly employed to keep leftist intellectuals from adopting the hegemony of the Soviet Union, and use Communism as a weapon of empowerment. Putin was surely aware of it – eventually. Did he found his Troll Farms on the ideas of Rougemont, he employing a reverse move?

Denis Rougemont had Christianity in mind as making the difference. With Putin embracing the Russian Orthodox church against The U.S. and the European Union, a ‘Think Tank’ needs to be established that employs the philosophy of Rougemont who co-founded the European Union. I suspect Rougemont is kin to the Habsburgs.

The Trumpites are tying to establish a Evangelical Vatican in Jerusalem with the move of our Secular Embassy there. I am going to compose a letter to Congressman Peter DeFazio and ask him to stop this covert operation by the John Darby Cult. Trump’s evangelical handlers want what Putin has. What is that bird on the wall in back of Putin? It’s the cote of arms of the Russian Empire. This is why I declare myself ‘King of the Habsburg’ and Emperor of the revived Byzantine Empire.

The problem I have, is I have been trying to give a warning to secular peoples who shun everything with a religious message in it. This is a perfect holy smoke screen – for many tyrants – who hate the teaching of Jesus. Add to this the profits of the billionaires, and, it looks overwhelming for the little people, who tend to cave-in, forsake the courage they should be given in order to sustain fragile democracies.

Russia should reinstate the monarchy, the regional head of Russia’s internationally unrecognized government in Crimea declared in a television interview on Tuesday night.

Sergey Aksyonov, who was appointed head of the Crimea region after Russia annexed it from Ukraine in 2014, shared his thoughts on Russian Crimean channel Perviy Krimsky.

“We do not need the democracy in the form in which it is presented by the Western media,” Aksyonov said. “We have our own traditional Orthodox spiritual values… Today, in my opinion, Russia needs the monarchy,” said Aksenov.

The dumbing down of America by white angry Christians, is at an end. I declare Donald Trump THE DEVIL as described in Rougemont’s book ‘The Devil’s Share’. I know my liberal leftist agnostic peoples are going to have trouble accepting any religious belief, but they have to accept the truth a massive religious political cult did everything possible to destroy the Democrats and this planet. Read Rougemont’s book written in 1955. He describes with much skill how the Devil works.

Rapture Ready vs. Pan-European Union

Posted on November 24, 2012 by Royal Rosamond Press

This statement is a real threat to our democracy. It comes from a terrorist organization that calls for the end of the world after a holy world war called the Tribulation, followed by the Rapture.

“The humanists seem to think that Christianity is so naturally offensive it needs to be excluded from areas of public life.”

The evangelical terrorist cult was invented by a foreigner, John Darby, around 1840. In order to own validity this cult entered American politics and began to play devious games. These lunatics do not believe in our Democracy. They want the European Union to take over so THEIR Anti-Christ will rule America – and the world! I say “THEIR” because this dude is THEIR invention. He is not the real Anti-Christ, but a fake newcomer. Never the less, the evangelical End Time cult employs this fraud to terrorize my neighbors – and members of the Republican Party founded by my kindred who may be kin to Otto von Habsburg who was head of the Pan-European Union until his recent death.

I am THEIR credible opposition. If I made some of the statements they make, and had no audience or voting block behind me, I would be considered MAD! This is why they took over the Republican Party. To say non-believers are naturally opposed to their political message, is Fascism! It is these neo-Nazis who call for a Destructive One World Government so THEY can have dominion over the world. Their Anti-Christ has come and gone. Denis De Rougemont fits their discription of the Evil One. Denis may have been kin to the Hapsburgs, and kin to me. Denis is dead.

Here is John Hagee wishing people would starve. He raises millions for Israel so they will do holy battle with Islam for the temple. This fake minister of a fake religion prays for the death of billions of non-believers. His ilk came close to taking over this democracy with the help of morons like Bill Cornwell and Heather Hanson.

Thankfully, one day, when Christ reigns and rules on earth, the humanistic form of governance will be a long-past memory.
