The evening of the funeral my brother appeared at our sister’s house. He did not stay long, and left. He did not say goodbye, or did anyone take note. Then – he is back! Where did he go, I wondered. A month later I find out Michael and Melinda McCurdy live next door. They did not introduce themselves to me at the funeral. I suspect they were at Christine’s house the day after she died – PLOTTING! I was kept away from that meeting. I believe this is when the Movie and Book Plan was hatched. Talkiong business before the funeral – is against all moral and ethical behavior.
Rosemary said Christine did a Virgininia Wolf, put stones in her pocket, and walked in the water. She is sahying Christine Rosamond Benton – TOOK HER LIFE! What would cause her to do such a thing? How about a BAD REPORT the three shows had done poorly – and Circle Gallery FIRED Rosamond because she was not at one of these shows, as written in the contract. Stacey Pierrot says she was at one of these shows, and came home to Carmel to visit her parents.S he said she was going to a BEACH PARTY and “Christine will be there” You would think that any biogrpahy of Rosamond, would start with THE SOBER BIRTHDAY PARTY where many friends and family would be. Names would be given. The McCjurdy’s have many years of sobriety. Did they have an INSURANCE POLICY on my sister? Circle Galleries would take one out – because of the shows.they invested in. What if Rosamond died in a plane crash, Pierrot told me there was an insureance policy and she turned it over to the Executor that was not Buck and Morris.

“An hour ago, I called Mike and left a message. I asked him if he was invited to Christine Rosamond Benton’s first sober birthday party in AA. They were in the same AA group. When Michael knew he was talking to me on the phone, I could hear in his voice he want to hurt me. We both are former drunks. Did he ever get into a fight in a bar? He’s a big guy! Did the McCurdys know Christine was writing an autobiography, that Vicki Presco showed me, that was disappeared? How about Mark Presco? Were they reading that bio – next door? Rosemary said they were going to contact CARRIE FISHER to author the Rosamond Story. They did not know she is in my family tree, I did not tell them Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor is our cousin. Why didn’t the Mccurdys contact the Bullhead City Police? Do they know where Mark Presco is? Drew sent me four messages before she died, saying she wanted us to have a relationship. Should I make a list of people who would HATE to see this happen? Would the McCurdy’s be on it.
Tome Snyder has no right to talk about INCEST and RAPE of children. He is not – A VICTIM telling the harrowing story. There are a thousand self-help books written by – VICTIMS!
After writing about Don Frank, the violebt murderer, who BEAT ON MELINDA when she was A CHILD, I wondered why no one called the police. why didn’t my mother and brother call if they believed Don was going to kill me. Open Letter To Heisinger

Dear Mr. Heisinger;
I read you are four generation resident of Monterey County. Your father was a novice historian and artist? So am I. But my resent discovery of three Arthurian Legends in connection with John Steinbeck’s search for the Grail, may change all that.
You and your law firm handled the estate of my late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, who is kin to the artist, Thomas Hart Benton, who is kin to Jessie Fremont-Benton. The kind of history that is revelent for most human beings, is our birthday, and the day we die. We all celebrate multiple birthdays, but, only one deathday – unless you are famous! There may exists many accounts of how a famous person died. Most of us will get a simple obituary posted in the newspaper, and that is that. I have yet to find a simple notice of Christine’s death. However, I found what amounts to the most gruesome account of a human being’s funeral – and it happened in the County your forefathers loved.
I don’t know if you and your kin have been expecting an apology from a member of the Presco family for defiling your sacred territory but, being the last Presco standing. you and your people will not get one from me. Perhaps my brother, Mark Presco, is still alive. Here’s what is said about us on page 184 of Tom Snyder’s biography of Rosamond.
“Garth had chosen not bring Drew to an open casket funeral and had been taking good share of heat for his decision. In a way, it as if Christine had seen it coming – that being together, for whatever purpose, was simply not something the Presco were able to do.”
WOW! POW! What a – ZINGER! Stacey Pierrot talks about Judge Silver – and a bevy of un-named attorney in the next four pages. Are you one of them? Silver handled the vicious divorce of Garth and Christine Benton – and I read some of the filthy legal filings. It sounds to me Tom Snyder, and his buddy, Garth – are carrying on the divorce – that should have been finalized the second my sister was pronounced dead. I KNOW Christine did not want Garth in her story, or, for him to have anything to do with her artistic and literary legacy! Did you know Christine was working on a autobiography. Vicki PRESCO showed me it, then, it disappeared!
There was a stay-away order that kept Garth away from my sister and out of her house. Do you think Chritine Presco was saying all kinds of vile and mean things about Garth? Did Garth read this Lost Biography? If so, he might have had a hand in making ti go away! You think so? You know what CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY IS – right! You do practice law in regards to probates, estate planning, and Last Wishes of The Dead? Do you really believe Christine wanted Garth to defame her family – after she is dead? We won’t go into all the defamation of Rosamond’s Character Snyder and Stacey – enjoy – in the rest of that evil book. Executor, Sydney Morris told me Christine stiffed allot of people. She did file Bankruptcy. Some of her creditors might see her as a looter. Let us concentrate on….THE ACCOUNT OF A ALLEGED CRIME!
When I asked why Vicki and the Gallery employees didn’t call Garth and have him rush over to stop the looting of his daughter’s house – I saw the light!

WHOA! WOW! How many Mafia funerals were conducted – with more dignity? Christine gave me credit for her success, and in 1975 offered to teach me her style so I could be a success and have money. Do you think Rosamond’s Fans would want to collect my art – after this finely honed piece of SLANDER – that does not name me – but, why trust any Presco after this? Can you think of any history that disqualifies a whole family – so complexly? This is like a terrorist bomb going off that – takes out all of us. But, what do Vicki and Mark care. They are not artists and writers. Are they – INVESTORS? Mark told me he read the rough draft. What?
Now, you might say this is a legal matter. What I suggest to you, is this….this evil lie is aimed at reinforcing the decision your law firm made, to sell everything to Stacey Pierrot, with PERMISSION to write a biography and a movie script. Think about that.
No police were called. No executor made an effort to retrieve the stolen items. No lawsuits were filed against the guilty party. Why? There has to be a Legal Solution of some kind. Not if there is……A MOVIE SOLUTION! Weeks after her daughter was dead, my mother told me;
“Their talking about making a movie. Carrie Fisher might write a screenplay!”
Jacci and Stacey went to high school together. The plan was for Vicki and Jacci to drop out as executors, nominate Garth, who sells the entire estate to Jacci, but when I pointed out that is very unethical, Stacey was chosen to be FRONT PERSON in a hidden movie partnership. Garth is an actor, who acted in two movies. His ex-wife made a movie. His daughter is an actress. An actor was the Mayor of Carmel. The FAKE FUNERAL CHAOS – is a smokescreen! It is also Conspiracy to Defraud.
Where was Garth Benton – if he was not at the funeral? Uh-oh! I’m talking about Mr. Clever, the Sneak of Sneaks who was engaged in a battle of wits with a world famous artist. Was his reputation – on the line? If so, would he like to turn the tables on Rosamond – with glee!
Where’s Garth…while ONE Presco is paying his last respects – with dignity? Ask….Drew! She’s a big girl now. She can handle it.
How many deaths were there in California – and the world – last year, Mr. Heisinger? Did any of the dead have a funeral like Christine allegedly had? How awful for her, that everyone but Shannon and I – turned on her – and told outrageous lies. Where is ALL THE LOOT? Your law firm handed it over to….THE LOOTERS, in what will go down – in my book – as the greatest Con Job in California History! Because…..Garth Benton was in his old home, frantically searching for the history of our family – that a world famous artist wrote…and the elaborate Will she wrote, that was also disappeared. Meanwhile, Rosamond’s terror-filled face appears frantically above the edge of her coffin. Drew did not own a ounce of remorse – the day her mother drowned!

I called Michael McCurdy yesterday. He was a manager at the Rosamond Gallery, and is in Tom Snyder’s book. He is very gabby, but, he was reluctant to talk to me. I told him about Vicki, and, he seemed to know her condition. Are Mike and Melinda McCurdy close friends with Stacey Pierrot, and Jacci?
I asked Mike if he knew of any insurance policies taken out on Christine. I asked him where Stacey got the money to buy the Rosamond estate. He told me she is an heiress. My aunt Lillian said the same thing.
Mike is in the Art Business. He knows this is very strange, where a ungifted person puts on the dead skin of a famous artist, and walks on her stage she just purchased. This is against all the rules of art. So is impersonating a woman in order to sell Rosamond-like images as is the case of Sara Moon, who plagiarized Christine, and, took my mother and put her in his stable of beautiful woman. He hid his true identity for years.

The McCurdys live at 88 Corona Road less then a mile from the ocean. Can they see Point Lobos from their house? Here’s where locals and tourists go to tide-pool. It is safe here – for children. Tom Snyder says my family went to Rocky Point to go tide-pooling. This is a very dangerous area. A fisherman was washed of the rocks a week before Christine was. Surely the Bentons and McCurdys saw this on the news. The McCurdy house is worth $4,500,000 million dollars. Stacey and Brian invested nearly half a million dollars in hotels. Why are the managers of the Rosamond gallery rolling in doe, while the executor says Christine’s estate in intestate? Why was Shannon forced out of the picture? Controlling all the information seems vital to these Carmelites. Mike is a writer. Did he write any advertisement for the gallery? I asked Mike to call me back.
What if several people around Christine took out life insurance police. Rosemary suggested her daughter killed herself. I am going to finish my report to the IRS and Insurance Fraud agents.
Mike knows the ocean very well. He knows Snyder’s account is bullshit! He knows Shannon was treated badly. I suspect he reads this blog. Why didn’t he write his own version of events? Why didn’t he contact me and tell me I am on the right track?
I just called Mike and told him about this blog.

Here’s how I see it. Michael McCurdy was the general manager of the Rosamond gallery when my sister drowned. She left a short Will, which is shocking. She named Shannon and Drew as her Heirs. She named Vicki Presco and Jacci Belford at her executors. They both dropped out and nominated Garth Benton, the father of eight year old Drew Benton. A terrible divorce just ended. Mike owes his loyalty to Christine and the adult Heir. Shannon was twenty-eight. Why does Mike appear loyal to Heiress, Stacey Pierrot? Did Pierrot invest any of her inheritance in the McCurdys? Did Christine owe them money for back wages?

Blamed For Bill’s Suicide

A week ago I read this passage from Tom Snyder’s biography of my late sister to my therapist in our last session. I wept. Yesterday I found out Bill’s sister is dead. She is the one who begged me to get sober. The four members of the Arnold family, are gone. I tried getting hold of Vicky Arnold to inform her I was going to publish this evil lie that my sixteen year old daughter was encouraged to get involved in – by several adults. She was innocent and completely clear of this. Heather Hanson’s claim that I suffer from some weird psychological disorder that does now allow me to get along with people – is another horrible lie she has to live with. When Heather’s peers read this filth they might say;
“Looks like your father killed his best friend out of jealousy!”
That I declared the Miracle Family to be my Literary Family two days ago, is profound. Vicky was very supportive of my writing knowing writing played a big role in my sobriety. Bill wrote two plays and sent them out. A editor made a special trip to see Bill when he saw his age. In a long letter we talk about my book ‘Elfin’ and ‘The Gideon Computer’. I found another letter to Nancy Hamren where I discuss some advice from Hillary Larson, the ex-head of Serenity Lane. Nancy considered herself the love of Bill’s life, as did Christine, but my sister and Bill were never lovers. Nancy became close the the Kesey family, and compared Bill to Ken. I do not include Christine Rosamond, in My Literary Family due to all the corrupting input. Her two daughters should have had more control and input. Vicky and Nancy were concerned that I might be a suicide. There was no such concern from the Hanson family who claim they are healers.
The law firm owned by Robert Brevoort Buck played God and created a alternative family, and alternative reality. As the surviving artist in my natal family, I was not provided normal use of a fame that creative people traditionally share with one another. My reputation was deliberately destroyed. My recovery was severely attacked by a The Hallucinators, Pierrot, Snyder, and Morris. I have published very little about Christine and my childhood lest more truths get plagiarized and turned into lies that are placed next to accounts of the alleged sex abused of children. Because my sister was a candidate to kill herself, some readers may wonder if I am responsible for Rosamond’s death. Bill and I were famous artists at a young age. Christine emulated us, and wanted the bond we had. It’s a miracle I have remained sober.
Self-Help books are written by authors that have overcome great obstacles. Snyder is a hired ghost writer that did not suffer from alcoholism – or incest. Next, I will post on all the horrible and evil things said about the artist ‘Rosamond’ who is kin to Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, and Carrie Fisher. Fan’s of Rosamond were not pleased to learn she was a alleged victim of incest. Who wants to see those infamous Rosamond eyes staring at you on your wall, as you read a lot of testimony from the ex-husband who is very interested in giving evidence he is not responsible for the debts incurred. How many women get divorced in America, and are stuck with a large bill?
Once again, Sydney Morris gave his seal of approval to increase the sale of prints, and not make money off sensational books and movie scripts. Robert Brevoort Buck set up much of the Buck Foundation, which includes Alcohol Justice, that has prestigious people on the board. Why didn’t Robert make sure every care was taken to insure the Rosamond Estate – and our family artistic and literary legacy – was in the best of hands? Instead, we get Rape Artists, and a Suicide Cult. Outrageous!

Bill pulled his car onto the tracks and died under the wheels of a train – a suicide according to Christine – and she never got over her failure to tell Bill her feelings for him. She felt very strongly she could have saved him, if he’d only known.”
There was no note or letter, thus, no promise by me. This was a quote from Garth Benton who had to have seen, or heard of, the 276 page autobiography his ex-wife was working on – that was disappeared. Were there any more thoughts about Bill, who never kissed Christine? This is another evil attempt to divorce me from Rosamond’s family. Shannon said she has not read Snyder’s bio. I told her not to, because it put me in therapy. My therapists was concerned I would take my life. I got to tell her how I felt, and she was shocked.
When I found my daughter after she was disappeared for two years, I asked her if she read Snyder’s bio that she and her mother wanted to be in. She said she had not. Her mother did. Did she care if I killed myself? How about her sister and brother? It no longer matters. My Literary Family and I have survived the most evil literary attempt to destroy members of – a natal family! Vicky and I thought I would not have a child. She died childless. I consider her a member of my Literary Family, for this beautiful sister, who loved her brother, dearly, saved the life of his best friend. Thank you Vicky. You will always be remembered….and loved!
