Why Didn’t Shamus Tell His Story?

I sent a copy of my report to John Detro who wrote the Pinecone article about Christine Rosamond’s death. I thought he worked for this paper. He was another hired writer. He showed Jacci, and Stacey my report because they are friends. Shamus told me he was in Christine’s home that should have been sealed. Shamus calls me and says I am accusing him of murder. This is not true. THEY had to have read about me talking to the Life Insurance Fraud Agent. Shamus did not give his account in Snyder’s book. Why did he not clear his name? Why is he removed from Christine’s presence, and put all over the place? If Drew told the truth, then Shamus would be guilty of life insurance fraud.

Vicki Presco was in the Navy, thus she knew about tides and sneaker waves. She knew there were no tide-pools at Rocky Point. There was no accident. Christine Presco jumped into the sea. Above, are photographs of five people who know Christine committed suicide. Here are two more.

If only something bad would happen to me then The Liars would live happily ever after. They worked hard to make me out to be insane. They isolated me. They took my daughter out of my life. Did they care if I took my life?

Sandra Faulkner wrote a biography about my late sister that has been disappeared, along with the autobiography written by Christine. On the Rosamond Publishing website that first appear in April of 1997, fans of Rosamond read this;

Though death came early to Christine, it was not hastened by her as many around her feared it might be.”

This appears to be lifted from an article written in the Carmel Pine Cone by Sue Barton. Who are the “many around her”? Are they related to me? Did they give testimony to Sandra about Rosamond’s desire to take her life? Sandra says Christine contacted her and arranged a meeting. If she wrote her biography, she took notes. When I pointed out to the executor these notes, and the proceeds of Sandra’s untitled book, belong to the Heirs, my two nieces, Sandra was out of there – along with her biography! Did Sandra tell a big fat whopping lie, and, she never met with my sister? How cruel!

This advertisement then goes on to explain away the fact that Christine lived twenty miles from Rocky Point for twenty years, and had seen on the news the scores of people that have been swept into the sea – and drowned by “rogue waves”. Most of the people were tourists, many of them seeing the Pacific Ocean for – the first time!

“Pierrot says 20 people a year are killed by these rogue waves. Christine lived here. She was used to the ocean, knew its capacity for destruction, and was killed in a moment of carelessness.”

“high on shelling”

The Story of Rosamond

Lying Tom Snyder says Rosemary and Lillian were high on “shelling”. This word is not applicable to going down to the sea, but rather, to bombard with shells. Tom let’s Rosamond’s fans have it! He pounds them with bullshit, then, demonizes Christine. She is out of control, not in her right mind. She is a danger to herself and others around her.

The Bentons lived about six miles from Asilomar State Beach which is known for it tide-pools. How many times did they take a quick jaunt to this SAFE beach in order to appease their raging addiction? How many shells do they have piled up at home? It could be said;

“If you’ve seen one tide-pool, you’ve seen them all!”

Here is part of the house my kindred stayed in. When I walked down to the “bowl” carved out by large cascading waves, the going was difficult due to many rocks and boulders under the ice-plant. You can see some of them, the larger ones, where perhaps a lizard might perch?

When I caught lizards as a boy, I did so after I snuck up on them. How about you? Shamus’s lizard hunt involved “jogging” along the steep cliffs while he looked for lizards – by himself! I looked down to make sure I did not stumble. How come he didn’t take his eight year old niece with him, she too not finding sea urchins in nonexistent tide-pools.  Vicki told me her son got a headache and went back to the guest house – where he read a book. Was this book about Herping?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herping

Shamus said he worked up a sweat jogging. Look how steep this area is. Normal people jog on paths.

There are three scenarios that could explain how Christine ended up in the water. One is, she was thrown off the cliff near the house. The other is, there was a fishing expedition. Drew gets taken in, while Vicki runs up to the house to call 911. Christine runs down to the bowl, and jumps in to save her daughter, after Shamus refused to be the hero. The third is, Vicki, Shamus, and Drew go down to the bowl to get close to the huge plumes of water being thrown high into the air as the waves hit that wall in the narrow cove. They get caught by a big wave. Only Drew is taken. Vicki runs up to the house to call 911. Christine runs out of the house – without her jacket on! She was not wearing a coat when taken out of the ocean. Consider the wind-chill that morning.

Whole families have been wiped out trying to save each other. Why the lies? My niece Shannon was twenty-eight. If she knew her mother was dead because Vicki and her son were extremely careless, then she would have power over them in the Probate. Vicki was first named Executor. Vicki took family partnership lithographs from the estate which she asked me to sell with the help of the framed Pinecone account draped in black ribbon. I refused. Disgusting! My investigation was underway.

Look how the neighbors got down to the sea. They built stairs! How could any parent let a child enter that bowl? Would you sit there with your back to the ocean? What happened to the tide-pools?

“Follow the money-trail!”

A Bowl Full of Lies

rockypp55

Here is part of an e-mail my nephew Shamus Dundon, sent me. He is talking about a bowl that has been carved out of the solid rock by waves coming in this channel, hitting a wall, and splashing high into the air. It did this at mid-tide with moderated wind. It was high tide with a gusty wind. The brackish rust-colored pools are full of condensed salt that is refilled come high tide. You could see this plume from the house up the hill. I saw it from there. Under the right conditions this is quite a sight as Shamus said to me on the phone. Anyone hiking down to the water knew what to expect.

Christine was terrified of the ocean, yet she is the one sitting closest to it. Shamus says you can hear it, but not see it. He is a liar, because everyone in that bowl would be soaked by the high plume of water. These rock buttress into the sea like a prow of a ship.

Two months after Christine drowned, I called up one of the rescue personal, and he told me he helped take my sister out of the sea that his house overlooks. He told me he awoke that morning to see whitecaps out to the horizon. I recorded that conversation and sent it to the Coroner who admonished me for recording this man without informing him. The Coroner did change his report after he learned from me my kindred were staying at a house, and were not “hikers” on Highway One as he had been told. Vicki refused to tell me who owned that house a month earlier.

“Imagine water. then imagin a rock cliff.(more like> > a wall) now
imagine a channel cut out in the middle. the bowl was at one
end of this channel. When in the bowl you can hear water but not
see it. At least when I went through it before going to catch
lizards then going back to the guest house alone. I remember
seeing shallow pools of water in depressions throughout the bowl.
The water looked murky like it had been there a while. Not fresh
sea water. As I said you could hear the water but not see it.
When we came back and found the jacket that day, the tide was
higher. Water was splashing in through that channel higher than
the bowl. then falling into the bowl and washing back down
through the channel (the water) level was lower than the (bowl)
The waves splashed higher than the bowl.. From what I understand
from mom a big wave came and knocked Christine off from where
she was sitting. Drew was sitting a little farther away and
higher than Christine, and mom was a little farther away and
higher. I bleieve drew was also knocked down from where she was
but not by as much water. Mom was able to grab drew. Christine
was farther away and in the deeper part of the bowl, another
wave came in and when all the water poured out through the
channel it took Christine with it. The channel I beleive was
about 2x the width of me. and there had to be at least 20′ of
channel between bowl and ocean, I don’t know how far down> > that
channel went or how high the bowl was over the ocean, but from
what I saw, it looks reasonable that Christine would have had
ample opoprtunity to tear her fingernails.

More Lies From Shamus Dundon

Tonight, on past posts, I found two disturbing comments from my
nephew, Shamus Dundon. Once more he is lying about the windy
conditions at Rocky Point. He says his lies resulted from a phone
conversation we had. This is not true. We exchanged e-mails!

Shamus used the word “windy” and then “blustery” in separate accounts
without my prodding. They were slips. A month after Christine
drowned, I heard from her friend that lives in Pacific Grove, that
she recalled it was very windy that morning when she went jogging by
the ocean. She later had breakfast with the ex-chief of police, and
he too said it was windy.

Shamus;

“There’s 2 main points you keep coming back to. Jogging, and
Blustery. Try to remember all the questions you hammered me with on
the phone. I was doing my best to give you details of things from
memory that I wasn’t really taking note of. Like me asking you
specifics on a bath you took a few weeks ago…”How used was the
soap?” “was the shampoo bottle almost empty?” If something dramatic
happened at the end of your bath, those details may or may not come
into sharp relief. Blustery was definitely not the right word,
especially since little piglet was not carried away by the wind
holding naught but a carrot. Gusts of cool wind would have been a
better choice. Windy would have worked and been accurate. the mph of
the winds I couldn’t/can’t approximate for you.”

Here is part of an e-mail Shamus sent me five years ago.

Shamus said;

“I could have described AGAIN for you whatever it was you needed from
me. (blustery was a word I got from Winnie the Pooh stories, and the
cartoon I saw did not show it to be violent. I never looked it up in
the dictionary”

disney.go.com/…/pooh/ classics/blusteryday.html

Here is the first time Shamus let it slip it was windy;

“After going to the house , then a> > little later, I think I> > hear
something (it’s windy so I think I’m hearing> > something). Then I’m
pretty> > sure I hear something so I get off the couch and> > look
out the door. The next> > thing I saw were Mom and Drew running up
the hill> > mom crying and saying to> > call 911.”

It had to be pretty windy! This meant there were large waves crashing
against the rocks you see above. It was high tide! Thus, Christine
KNEW there was great danger, and would have never sat with her back
to the sea! Here is what Vicki, Shamus’ mother told the Pincecone,
she making it out that she was a Hero!
“It must have been Christine’s time, and perhaps she knew so. I was
there as an afterthought. She and Drew were going to spend the whole
weekend at a guest house. Christine went back and sat down on the
final rock after saying we should go get lunch and rent fishing
poles. She always had nightmares about water, tidal waves, the
ocean’s power, the water taking control. She was facing her
nightmare; she sat back down as if she had conquered those fears.
I didn’t understand why we weren’t leaving. It must have been a
premonition – NOTHING ABOUT THE OCEAN, THAT, DAY WOULD INDICATE
WEWERE IN DANGER. We weren’t just frolicking on the rocks.” Vicki
said. “We were responsible people, and aware of the water at all
times. It was a full moon weekend with lots of tidal action. A friend
told me that five other people were swept out to sea ( from
California’s north coast) over the same period. We went to look for
shells and tide pool creatures. Christine was sure the tide was going
out. Did she know what lay a head?”

Here is Shamus saying I am slandering him for my own glorification.
Tom Snyder, the rival biographer slanders my family in his book, and
says there was no wind. What about his glorification?

Shamus said…

For the record, I haven’t lied. I haven’t twisted the truth. I
haven’t mislead you in any way. Your insistence in slandering my name
to further the glorification of yourself and your “quest” is petty,
low, and shows your true character. If I had one wish, it would be
this… I wish you were with us that day, and I especially wish you
followed me around and did the things I did, or at least observed
them closely. Then I wish you could have the knowledge of all the
things you’ve wrongfully accused me of concerning my accounts of that
day. Your shame and embarrassment would be staggering. I’m more hurt,
than I am angered by your mistrust. Shamus Dundon

“I wish you were with us that day, and I especially wish you followed
me around and did the things I did, or at least observed them
closely.”

Shamus and I were together for twenty four hours before the funeral.
Did he or I see family members “ravaging Christine’s home”?

“Before the service, Vicki had taken the trouble to go through
Christine’s bedroom, putting her jewelry and intimate belongings out
of sight. As matters turned out, it did little good, for the funeral
was not long over before family members and others were ravaging
Christine’s house, taking whatever could be carted away. The artist’s
closet, a veritable mother lode – took the worst beating. World-class
spender that Christine had been, much of the clothing had never been
worn. So whatever still bore price tags was hauled off to be
exchanged for money. Jewelry disappeared, as well as other personal
belongings. Gallery employees and close friends of the family, along
with Vicki, were doing their best to staunch the flow – the estate
had not yet been inventoried – but to no avail.”

Hugh Bromily, Khara’s husband and Episcopal priest, conducted the
service with taste and dignity. Raphael spoke, along with Karis: two
friends from childhood. The rest was, given those involved, what one
might expect. Vic was cornering whatever woman he could; Rosemary
came in drunk, lost in her story that she was the only seventeen-year-
old to turn down Errol Flynn’s advances.”Oh it was just awful.”
Lillian recalls. ‘Rosemary was shouting that Shannon was late, ‘and
ought to have her butt kicked.’ I don’t know all what she said after
that but she had her silver flask with her and it was getting rough.”

This oceanfront location seems a perfect place, and a perfect dayfor
exploring and tide pooling, with a brilliant blue sky. Oddly, for
this peaceful spring morning, THERE IS NO WIND. Christine and Drew
and Vicki are nearly to the cove when Drew slips. Taking her
daughter’s iceplant-smeared hand, Christine slides her free hand into
the pocket of the stylish leather jacket. As she feels the shells
Drew has given her for safe keeping, Christine flashes on the value
of drawing everything possible from a single moment.”

I find it hard to believe you are in good standing with anyone. Your
attacks are hurtful and you really need to understand the difference
between seeking truth, and witch burning. If you put me in water,
I’ll most likely float. The amount of knowledge you credit or condemn
me for having is fantasy. Most of the quotes you have of me are
accurately represented, but your interpretation of them is near
fantasy. There’s 2 main points you keep coming back to. Jogging, and
Blustery. Try to remember all the questions you hammered me with on

the winds I couldn’t/can’t approximate for you. I used the word
Jogging to explain to you approximately the pace I was going from
rock to rock to look for lizards. I was not jogging for excercise, I
was simply scanning the rocks as I went by. To jog by instead of walk
by, #1 gets me from rock to rock faster. #2 it let’s me perhaps
surprise a lizard trying to catch morning sun to warm up. I never did
see a lizard, nor did I have any reason to believe there would be
any. I only explored to see if maybe there were some. (Same reason we
went down to the beach part, to see if there was anything to see…)
After the activity of checking for lizards I did get warm because I
was wearing a jacket. That’s when I gave up looking for lizards and
went back to the guest house. I’ve told you everything I know about
that day, and the events surrounding it. I still haven’t read the
book about Christine. I never tried to take your grand son away from
you nor your daughter. The most I ever did was warn her not to take
it personal if you should verbally attack her in the righteous way
you seem to favor. I said that so if you DID yell at her and accuse
her of wrong doings, she would be less likely to give up on kindling
a relationship, not to sabatoge anything you had hoped for. Name one
family member you haven’t verbally attacked in a rightous rage with
venom spewing from your lips. I hope you can at least say you’ve
never done it to your grandson. I never did anything but answer your
questions to the best of my ability. My only failure with you was not
having a photographic memory and having a sub par vocabulary.

“One thing..”After failing to catch any lizards, Shamus began to jog
about to stay warm. Working up a sweat, he then went up to the house
to “cool off”.

“I didn’t jog to stay warm. I got warm after trying to catch lizards.
I wasn’t trying to exercise, so perhaps jogging is a bad term.
Iwasn’t walking slowly around to find lizards, I was moving around at
a fast pace. Jogging is the term I used to describe the speed in
which I was moving around to try and find/catch the lizards. Shamus

Mom called me last night after getting an email from Heather. Heather
was very upset about the things you said to her. Mom was ticked off
at me, accusing me of stirring things up by having Heather contact
you, so she wanted me to write Heather to advise herwhat to do about
it. Mom also said she would call Heather in a day or two to add her 2
cents. I’ve already advised Heather in an email last night. I
suggested she may want to wait until after the baby is born to
contact you, considering she doesn’t need the extra stress while
she’s present. At that time, I hadn’t read all your rubbish yet about
you thinking I was posing as her. I will write her another email
suggesting she call you only if you write her anapology. (by the way,
write an apology as you would to her, not one you think is going to
me as a fraud) long story short, yes mom does have her phone number,
yes I could get it from her. No I won’t give it to you without
Heathers consent. You have her REAL email address convince her of
your intent and maybe not all is lost.
On top of his warning would come the warning from the strong wind
that was blowing earlythat morning. Remove the wind, and you remove
the danger, as well as the strong warning from Layne? Did he tell the
party of four about the fisherman’s fate the previous weekend? If so,
why did Vicki suggest in the ‘Pinecone’ account that they go rent
fishing poles? Vic claims they had his poles. In a e-mail last year,
Shamus says it was “blustery”. This is all very vital as Christine
was terrified to get near the ocean of it looked at all threatening.
So the high tide and the “blustery” wind are removed. But, here comes
a lone rogue wave traveling thousandsof miles across the sea, and it
is going to meet up with Christine at the exact same time she sits
with her back to the sea, and predicts her own death. Imagine the
timing of that

!”It is not quite ten-thirty in the morning and Vicki asks about the
tide. Christine says it is low, based on her frequent excursions to
Point Lobos with Drew. The ocean seems calm, ordinary.””Traveling
thousands of miles across the Pacific, the mountain ofwater offshore
would appear at first only to be a heavy swell. But inthe moment that
its base slams into the rock wall extending beyondand well below
rocky inlet, and enormous surge of water is drivenupward with
terrible force. Rising above and curling forward overthe defending
rock, as the space narrows, the rogue wave rips inthrough the inlet
as well, increasing in speed to ten, twenty, perhaps thirty miles an
hour.”
