Where is Alcohol Justice when We The People need……IT? Here is Senator Markwayne Mullin defending Hesgeth and Gabbard. Scroll down for letters to elected people about Alcohol Justice – who I am going to write a letter bidding them toi get involved. Trump promises to jail members of the Jan.6th. Committee for starting the Weaponizing of our Legal System. But, Mullin was in the vanguard.

I’m going to contact an attorney about suing those who undermined my sobriety. Mark Gall and my daughter, Heather Hanson, signed a legal agreement to be my trustee, and did not serve. Then there is Buck and Morris selling my sober story to outsiders who slandered members of my family, and me! I have 38 years sobriety. I hope Pete gets into AA.

John ‘The Nazarite’

In December 2020, Mullin was one of 126 Republican members of the House of Representatives to sign an amicus brief in support of Texas v. Pennsylvania, a lawsuit filed at the United States Supreme Court contesting the results of the 2020 presidential election, in which Joe Biden defeated incumbent Donald Trump.[78] The Supreme Court declined to hear the case on the basis that Texas lacked standing under Article III of the Constitution to challenge the results of an election held by another state.[79][80][81]

When campaigning for the 2022 United States Senate special election in Oklahoma, Mullin supported the claim that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump.[82]

A survey of death certificates from 2006 to 2010 showed that deaths among Native Americans due to alcohol are about four times as common as in the general U.S. population. They are often due to traffic collisions and liver disease, with homicidesuicide, and falls also contributing.[6]

Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin tells CNN’s Jake Tapper that Tulsi Gabbard is “perfect for the position” of Director of National Intelligence despite her past defense of the recently fallen Assad regime.

Alcohol Justice has launched a campaign against you both. Where do they get the authority to do this? I am a member of Alcoholic’s Anonymous, and have thirty-four years of sobriety. We in recovery did not elect this aspect of the Buck Institute and Foundation to be our collective voice and bid them to launch a crusade of any kind. Read the twelve traditions of AA, that forbids this kind of structure. There is no such thing as “Justice”. We do not seek justice, but a sober way of life.

Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin offered up an unusual defense for Donald Trump’s defense secretary nominee Pete Hegseth amid claims he has a drinking problem, arguing there’s “a lot of alcohol that flows through Washington.”

This week, NBC News reported that Hegseth’s drinking habits worried a number of his former colleagues at Fox News, who claimed that he often smelled of alcohol before going on air. Hegseth would complain about being hungover and acted like “the rules didn’t apply to him,” according to ten current and former Fox News employees who spoke to the outlet.

Hegseth left Fox News after President-elect Trump selected him to lead the Department of Defense.

Mullin, in conversation with CNN’s Jake Tapper on Sunday, defended Hegseth against these claims.

Tapper played the Oklahoma senator two clips.

The first showed Hegseth on a recent episode of The Megyn Kelly Show claiming he “never had a drinking problem,” and the second featured Hegseth on The Will Cain Show describing how he would want a drink at 10 a.m. and “self-medicate” using alcohol after returning from serving in Iraq.

Mullin went on to claim Hegseth never said he had a drinking problem in the second clip.

“Jake, that wasn’t him saying he had an alcohol problem,” Mullin said. “That was him being honest. Unfortunately, a lot of our combat vets have come back and face the same thing.”

“They’ve had a lot of experience that the regular population doesn’t,” he continued. “They have these memories, these thoughts, these sounds, the smells that are still coming back to them and they turn to drinking with their buddies. That doesn’t mean that they had a drinking problem.”

Tapper responded by noting that needing an alcoholic drink at 10 a.m. is “a drinking problem.”

“Well, then there’s a lot of politicians that have a drinking problem,” Mullin shot back. “There’s probably a lot of media that has a drinking problem too.”

“There’s a lot of alcohol that flows through Washington, D.C. on a regular basis, and I wouldn’t say that people are alcoholics or they have a drinking problem because of that,” he added.

Many of Hegseth’s former colleagues at Fox News have also defended him from these claims.

Fox & Friends Weekend host Will Cain called the claims “100 percent bulls***” and “horses***.” Rachel Campos-Duffy, who co-hosted the morning show with Cain and Hegseth until Hegseth’s recent departure, agreed with Cain and said NBC didn’t reach out to her for their report.

“The losers at NBC News never reached out to me either. Will Cain is right – your story IS horse****. You now have 2 people who sat next to him 8+ hours a week on the record. Will you retract or correct your story?” Campos-Duffy posted on X. “Worth repeating, NBC News used ‘anonymous’ sources & unconfirmed stories to smear Pete Hegseth as a drunk on the job & never once asked his FOX & Friends coworkers who sit right next to him???”

A Trump campaign spokesperson also said that claims Hegseth has a drinking problem are untrue.

“These disgusting allegations are completely unfounded and false, and anyone peddling these defamatory lies to score political cheap shots is sickening,” the spokesperson told NBC News. “As a decorated combat veteran, Pete has never done anything to jeopardize that, and he is treating his nomination as the most important deployment of his life.”

Dear President Biden and Governor Newsom;

A week ago I discovered Alcohol Justice, and Wells Fargo bank, held a Recovery Film Festival. This was 2014. In 2019, Wells Fargo founds a Beverage and Agribusiness that brags about having five billions dollars to loan to wineries and breweries. This is a Conflict of Interest that may be fraud, as in a video I saw this recovery is titled a “industry”. The business of recovery rakes in billions of dollars. Is Alcohol Justice going after HEADS into order to increase its reputaion? To see my bank taking part in this – is very disturbing. I am up against BIG RECOVERY!

The bootlegger, Al Capone, was put in prison after being convicted of Tax Evasion. I am going to make all member on the board of Alcohol Justice aware of how art is used as a tax loophole. I just sent this message of three members of Alcohol Justice. There are more who need to respond.

To the Board of Alcohol Justice;

Andrew Cuomo went after Lawrence Chazen, like you did. Chazen is a partner in PlumpJack and owns three restaurants in Carmel, that make a profit selling booze. Chazen,, along with Bill Newsom, were tax consultants for Getrty. Chazen was a ceo of Nobel Oil and put them in Rougemont Switzerland to avoid paying taxes. Does Paul Pelosi know all this? Chazen was my sister’s partner in her first Carmel gallery, and our fathers private lender that the District Attorney was trying to get the name of. Chazen tried to become executor of my famous sisters estate. The probate Judge nixed that idea because he was the number one creditor. My recovery book was thwarted because I was going to reveal the idea that my sister’s prints were used as a tax right-off .The IRS was investigating the Bentons. The bootlegger, Al Capone, went to prison for tax evasion. They made a movie about Paul Getty, who is the sister of Ailene Getty, who married the son of my cousin, Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, who almost died of alcoholism. Your organization is now being discussed on my blog. Do you have any input?

I am trying to get a class action lawsuit going. President Trump gave dangerous advice in the treatment of the coronavirus. This lawsuit will include the selfish plotters of the open our States movement.

I am also going to bring a lawsuit against my selfish daughter, Heather Hanson, who has cut me off from my grandchildren in her and her mother’s ongoing stalking and confidence game.

SAN DIEGO – San Diego County police say three people protesting beach closures were arrested in Encinitas, California, on Saturday for violating health orders. The arrests occurred hours after the county announced plans to roll back beach restrictions and the city of Encinitas signaled its intention to reopen city beaches.

Protester Crista Anne Curtis, of Encinitas’ Cardiff-by-the-Sea community, said she was aware the beaches were scheduled to reopen, but disagreed with the restrictions planned during the phased reopening, such as…

Oklahoma Sen. Markwayne Mullin reportedly in running for Trump cabinet post

Oklahoma U.S. Senator Markwayne Mullin and former President Donald Trump watch the NCAA D1 Wrestling Championship Finals at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Okla. on March 18, 2023.

National media reports say Sen. Markwayne Mullin is under consideration for a cabinet secretary position with the Department of Interior or Veteran Affairs in Donald Trump’s administration.

Mullin is the second Cherokee Nation citizen elected to the Senate and the first tribal citizen to be a Senator in about twenty years. If he becomes Secretary of the Interior, he will be the second Native American to serve as a cabinet secretary.

A report from the national media outlet NOTUS speculates that Mullin may be tapped as cabinet secretary of either Veteran Affairs or the Department of the Interior, with the latter being more likely.

In the past, he worked with tribal leaders in his former district as a U.S. representative for the second congressional district, which included lands of the Choctaw, Cherokee, Muscogee and Chickasaw tribal nations.

He’s often advocated for tribal sovereignty and hit the campaign trail for Trump, preaching the importance of energy independence for the country and tribal nations.

“Why is tribal land treated like public land?” Mullin said at a Trump event in North Carolina during the presidential campaign. “You have drilling rigs and natural resources being pulled out of the ground right across the fence from reservations. You have private landowners that are extremely wealthy and you have people that are literally starving inside the reservations.”

He introduced legislation as a senator to improve IHS services through healthcare provider recruiting and retention.

Mullin is also widely known for a viral fight challenge last year, in which he criticized a teamsters’ union official and told him, “If you want to run your mouth, we can be two consenting adults. We can finish it here.”

As noted by Mark Trahant, ICT editor-at-large and Shoshone-Bannock citizen, in an APTN article, Mullin is “very close to president-elect Trump and will be a key voice in his administration. Whether or not he becomes his (Trump’s) representative within the Senate or he becomes in the actual administration running an agency. Either way, he’s going to have input.”

In a statement to KOSU, a spokesperson for the Senator did not deny interest in working in the administration. But, stated, “President Trump and Senator Mullin have not spoken about any cabinet positions.”

Katie Hallum contributed to this story.

January 2021 Capitol attack

[edit]

During the January 6 United States Capitol attack, Mullin and Representatives Troy Nehls (a former sheriff and Army veteran) and Pat Fallon (an Air Force veteran) helped U.S. Capitol Police build barricades and protect the doors to the House Chamber from the rioters. He and many of his colleagues were later ushered to a secure location, where he declined offers to wear a mask, in violation of House rules.[47][48] Mullin said that he witnessed the shooting of Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt during the attack, which occurred after she climbed through a barricade leading toward the House Chamber; Mullin said the Capitol police officer “didn’t have a choice” but to shoot, and that this action “saved people’s lives”, with members of Congress and their staff “in danger” from the “mob”.[49][50][51]

2020 presidential election results

[edit]

In December 2020, Mullin was one of 126 Republican members of the House of Representatives to sign an amicus brief in support of Texas v. When campaigning for the 2022 United States Senate special election in Oklahoma, Mullin supported the claim that the 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump.[82]

So back to the pun in our title: Gov. Newsom, will your wine interests Trump your ethics?

Governor Newsom: Don’t Let Your Wine Interests Trump Your Ethics – Alcohol Justice

I sent e-mails to board members of Alcohol Justice and got no response. Leonard Buschel founded Writers In Treatment and appears to be a Brother in Recovery. Bruce Lee knew I was in conflict with Special Executor, Sydney Morris, a law partner of Robert Brevoort Buck, who helped set up the Buck Foundation, and did legal work for Wells Fargo. I sent letters to Morris and Judge Richard Silver, begging them not to sell my family sobriety to outsiders because my family will need OUR RECOVERY PROGRAM for generations to come – if not forever! How many of these minority authors understand that the Buck Search For A Longer Life does not apply to them, because only the very rich will be able to afford the treatment. How does Monic Cole feel about this Vortex of White Privilege? The President visited that prosperous black city that was attacked and wiped out by white racists. This is why I founded Marin Shipmates.

Bruce Lee had to know this was a major point of all writers in recovery. Why didn’t Mr. Lee refer me to Leonard Buschel and other sober writers – so I can contribute MY STORY – that will include a world famous woman artist who drowned on her first sober birthday, and, our kinship with Liz Taylor and Carrie Fisher. My mother told me THEY are trying to get Carrie to author a book about Christine Rosamond Benton, and, there was talk of a movie. Mark Presco told me proceeds from the book and movie – would not be going to our nieces – the named Heirs. After reading Phil Stimic’s letter to the court – I had every reason to be alarmed. This is when THE SERIOUS GASLIGHTING of Shannon Rosamond and I – began. Why didn’t Morris ask Robert Buck if he knew some SOBER AUTHORS IN RECOVERY who are wanting to do a Twelfth Step by brining a message of hope to those who suffer from the disease of alcoholism?

Betraying and Killing ‘The Dream’ | Rosamond Press

These ‘Writers In Treatment’ are MY PEERS! I could have used their support. How I remained sober since my sister died under mysterious and conflicting accounts – IS A MIRACLE WORTH A BOOK! How many of these sober authors saw THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST by Bruce Lee titling Wells Fargo a PLANTINUM LEVEL SPONSOR? But, they kept their mouths shut lest they get BUMPED from the Platinum Flight to a Steller Recovery? This is exactly why Conflict of Interests – have to be slain like a dragon! They create secret and unhealthy loyalties – and loyalty checks. All WHISTLEBLOWERS WILL BE EXCOMMUNICATED AND CAST OUT! Alcohol Justice is funded by the Buck Foundation and is out to destroy a Democrat Politician. My bank is a Political Entity – AND A CULT! Consider Dietrich of Synanon.
