Nazi Flags and Sleeping Beauty

President Zelensky walked alone down a main street in Ukraine, while his arch enemy watched his beaten army march down main street in Russia, he congratulating them on fighting the Nazis. A Nazi flag was waved in front of Disneyland. We have come full circle. It is……High Noon!

When I am sworn in as Governor of Oregon I will launch a lawsuit against Governor DeSantis, Fox News, Steve Hilton, Clarance and Ginni Thomas – FOR NOT PROTECTING THE ABOLITIONIST REPUBLICAN PARTY BRAND. My kin, John Fremont, co-founded the Party of Lincoln and ran as the first Republican Presidential Candidate. John was backed by Radical Republicans who wanted those who betrayed their country by fighting for the Confederacy, to sign an IRONCLAD OATH! As your Governor, I will do all I can to make sure this oath is continuously displayed on the screen of those FOX HATERS who choose to watch this seditious station in Oregon. The Thomases know all about how the South ended up with John and Lincoln’s party.
I beheld a copy of Samuel Daniel’s ‘The Complaint of Rosamond’ in the special collection at the University of Oregon. My late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, married the cousin of the artist, Thomas Hart Benton, the grandson of Senator Thomas Hart Benton, the father-in-law of John Fremont, and proprietor of the Oregon Territory. My cousin, Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, promoted Senator John Warner’s political career. John upheld the Republican Brand – in good faith! When our Duck got into a fight, Disney pulled back its support. Liz promoted Disney and LGBTQ causes.

“The Next Revolution” host Steve Hilton accused the media of engaging in a “smear” campaign to cast all Republicans as “racist and white supremacists” following the deadly mass shooting at a supermarket in Buffalo Saturday before which the suspected shooter published a 180-page manifesto in which he described himself as a White supremacist and detailed his fears that White people are being replaced by other races.
It was in Florida where a sad reality check of the times emerged, as black players that had been accepted on the west coast found things to be far different in the south, where deep-seeded institutionalized bigotry was status quo. Robinson and Williams had carried the team for three years with their stellar play, vital pieces in Coach McEwan’s attack, particularly with Kitzmiller now out of commission they were to play prominent roles in the game against Florida.
The University of Florida however had a strict policy in place, no black athletes allowed. The Gators refused to play the game if Oregon was to field any black players, forcing Bobby Robinson and Charles Williams to skip their final game for the University of Oregon being left back at home. The Eugene community and UO administration were outraged, yet relented and reluctantly agreed to the callous request..

No Muse suggests the pitty of my case,
Each Pen doth ouerpasse my iust complaint,
Whilst others are prefer’d, though farre more base;
Shores wife is grac’d, and passes for a Saint;
Her Legend iustifies her soule attaint.
Her well-told tale did such compassion finde,
That she is pass’d, and I am left behinde.
Samuel Daniel (1562 – October 14, 1619) was an English poet and historian who exerted a considerable influence on the development of Elizabethan and Jacobean poetry. Daniel’s verse was highly praised and widely read by some of the most important poets of his era, including Edmund Spenser and William Shakespeare, whose history plays were influenced by Daniel’s own verse-histories. Despite his strength for verse-writing, Daniel is primarily remembered today for his insightful knowledge of history. Daniel’s verse-epic The Civile Warres, a retelling of The War of the Roses, remains one of the most important documents for historians of the period, as well as one of the most masterfully written of all English histories.

Early mascots[edit]
Oregon teams were originally known as Webfoots, possibly as early as the 1890s.[1] The Webfoots name originally applied to a group of fishermen from the coast of Massachusetts who had been heroes during the American Revolutionary War. When their descendants settled in Oregon’s Willamette Valley in the 19th century, the name stayed with them.[2] A naming contest in 1926 won by Oregonian sports editor L. H. Gregory made the Webfoots name official, and a subsequent student vote in 1932 affirmed the nickname, chosen over other suggested nicknames such as Pioneers, Trappers, Lumberjacks, Wolves, and Yellow Jackets.[1][3][4]
Ducks, with their webbed feet, began to be associated with the team in the 1920s, and a live white duck named “Puddles” began to appear at sports events.[2] Journalists, especially headline writers, also adopted the shorter Duck nickname.[3] In 1978, a student cartoonist came up with a new duck image called Mallard Drake, but students chose Donald as the official mascot by a 2–to–1 margin.[1][2][4]
Relationship with Disney[edit]
Beginning in 1940, cartoon drawings of Puddles in student publications began to resemble Donald Duck, and by 1947, Walt Disney was aware of the issue. Capitalizing on his friendship with Disney cartoonist Mike Royer, Oregon athletic director Leo Harris met Disney and reached an informal handshake agreement that granted the University of Oregon permission to use Donald as its sports mascot, naming him Donald Duck.[1][2][4]
When Disney lawyers later questioned the agreement in the 1970s, the university produced a photo showing Harris and Disney wearing matching jackets with an Oregon Donald logo.[2][5] Relying on the photo as evidence of Disney’s wishes, in 1973, both parties signed a formal agreement granting the university the right to use Donald’s likeness as a symbol for (and restricted to) Oregon sports.[2] The agreement gave Disney control over where the mascot could perform and ensured that the performer inside the costume would “properly represent the Donald Duck character.”[6]
In 2010, Disney and the university reached an agreement that removed the costumed Oregon Duck mascot from its association with the Donald trademark, and allowed The Duck to make more public appearances, such as at college mascot competitions.[6] The mascot in graphic art, which is more similar to Donald Duck than the rounder head and body of the costume, is still covered by the trademark agreement.[6]
Controversy[edit]
The Oregon Duck during a California–Oregon game on November 13, 2011 at Autzen Stadium.
During the 2007 season opener, The Duck got into a fistfight with Shasta, the mascot for the Houston Cougars, for seemingly mimicking the Duck’s routine of doing push-ups after the mascot’s team scores. Footage of the attack became very popular on YouTube for several weeks. The Duck was suspended for a game and the student inside the costume received an unspecified punishment.[7] Late in the 2009 season, students of the university created a video, I Love My Ducks, in which The Duck made an appearance. Due to the agreement with Disney in place at the time, the creators had to remove the video from YouTube. However, by that time, the video had “gone viral” and coach Chip Kelly requested the video be played at the Ducks’ final game of that season, the Civil War.[8]
Other mascots[edit]
A Nike-designed futuristic Spandex-costume-wearing duck called Mandrake (and nicknamed “Duck Vader” and “RoboDuck” by the student body), began appearing at athletic events in 2002,[5] but had disappeared by 2003.[9]
No more as far as the Duck mascot is concerned. The UO/Disney licensing agreement remains in effect for the printed logos on sweat shirts and the like. But the costumed Duck mascot now answers only to the university.
In an agreement finalized this week, Disney acknowledges that the current incarnation of a costumed character featured at the University of Oregon’s athletic and promotional events (the Oregon Duck) is not substantially similar to Disney’s Donald Duck character.
“What a wonderful thing for Disney to do,” said Matt Dyste, the UO’s director of marketing and brand management. “It’s marvelous. It’s incredibly gracious on their part.”
Dyste said the change came about through routine discussions between the university and Disney over the licensing agreements.

BJU’s history has been chiefly characterized by striving to achieve those goals; but like any human institution, we have failures as well. For almost two centuries American Christianity, including BJU in its early stages, was characterized by the segregationist ethos of American culture. Consequently, for far too long, we allowed institutional policies regarding race to be shaped more directly by that ethos than by the principles and precepts of the Scriptures. We conformed to the culture rather than providing a clear Christian counterpoint to it.
In so doing, we failed to accurately represent the Lord and to fulfill the commandment to love others as ourselves. For these failures we are profoundly sorry. Though no known antagonism toward minorities or expressions of racism on a personal level have ever been tolerated on our campus, we allowed institutional policies to remain in place that were racially hurtful.
On national television in March 2000, Bob Jones III, who was the university’s president until 2005, stated that BJU was wrong in not admitting African-American students before 1971, which sadly was a common practice of both public and private universities in the years prior to that time. On the same program, he announced the lifting of the University’s policy against interracial dating.

And I do further swear (or affirm) that, to the best of my knowledge and ability, I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter, so help me God.

Let’s be better than the left, better than the establishment media. Let’s be honest. This murderer did make clear his motivation… of course, the vast majority of conservatives, Republicans, Trump supporters are repulsed by this stuff. It is obviously disgusting… [but] just as it was a despicable smear after 9/11 to suggest that all Muslims are terrorists, so the media and the Democrats are engaged in a despicable smear today that conservatives, all Republicans, all Trump supporters are racist and White supremacists. Of course, that is a hateful divisive and cynical lie, an attempt to deflect from their own policy failures.
Remembering Elizabeth Taylor at Disneyland Park
by George Savvas, Public Relations Director, Disneyland Resort
Elizabeth Taylor visited Disneyland park many times over the years, including her unprecedented 60th birthday celebration, and today we’re sharing some photos from our archive as we remember this legend of the silver screen at The Happiest Place on Earth.
The earliest visit we know of was in 1962 with Eddie Fisher and her sons Michael and Christopher. It appears to me this photo was likely taken near the Hub as they purchased some popcorn. Looking at the boys’ clothes, perhaps it is near the entrance to Frontierland.
In the summer of 1973, she posed with three of her kids and Mickey Mouse inside Club 33 in New Orleans Square.
Then, on February 27, 1992, with 1,000 friends and well-wishers on hand, she celebrated her 60th birthday with an after-park-hours party like none other ever held at Disneyland park.
Elizabeth said that night that she came to Disneyland “for the child in me… it’s going to be the best party of my life.”
Trayvon Has Run His Race
Posted on April 12, 2012 by Royal Rosamond Press

When I first saw photographs of Trayvon, and heard how he was gunned down for what looks like racial reasons, I thought about the two black football players for the Oregon Webfoots (later the Ducks) who were not allowed to go to Florida and compete against the Florida Gators, for fear they would be dragged off the team bus, and shot, or lynched, by the Klu Klux Klan.
Bobby Robinson and Charles Williams were the star quarterback and running back, yet they did not lead their team on the gridiron due to blatant racism that right-wing Republicans claim does not exist in America, especially in the Trayvon murder.
It was my Radical Republican kindred who took an interest in ending slavery in America, and going South after the Civil War, in order to put black men in Congressional offices – employing force! The Klan targeted the Radical Republicans, as well as blacks who were being empowered by the ideas and language of Radical Republicans, as well as words they found in the Bible – that was all about God’s Social Justice!
I was very moved when I watched the folks that were close to Trayvon speak about the arrest. They spoke from a place universal to all men, of all creeds – everywhere! The Abolitionist Language that God gifted to Moses, says this very loud and clear; “The least amongst you will later be first!” This is to say, if the first can not carry God’s Message, He will choose the least to lift up His Burden!
Owning Liberty – is a burden! No easy task! Why is this so? The answer is simple, God Himself maketh a universal lunaguage that fills those who seek liberty and freedom from oppression, with a divine light – and a Godly Eloquence! All those who shared the podium with Trayvon’s parents, spoke eloqunetly of God’s Justice. It is what WE all need, and want! Let us meet God halfway in the Wilderness, and repent of our sin of inequality.
Above is a photograph of my ex-neighbor, Terrell Turner, who played for the Oregon Ducks, and took them to the Rose Bowl – twice! He helped get our mutual neighbor up a flight of stairs. I called up KVAL news in order to give the Ducks some good press, for a change. The local news spoke of two Good samaritans who were Ducks, and black. At the top of the stairs behind Turner, I had a conversation with LaGarrett Blount who had helped carry a mattress up to my apartment, after beholding this 63 year old man, struggling. We talked about his famous hurdle. After the Boise incident I heard LaGarrett and other Ducks using the N word in regards to the incident where Blount struck a player who was leading a charge in order to taunt Blount, because of an exchange on twitter.
“Were there racial slurs before the game?” I asked Blount, who nodded his head in the affirmative.
Whe my minister in Blue River drove me from his church, I baptized myself and declared I was an Nazarite. On the computer I looked for other Nazarites, and found the Shembe Zulu Nazarite in South Africa. I wrote the late Shembe a letter and told him I would like to be a member of his church. He did not respond, perhaps he believing I was joking – after all, this is a tribal thing! That was 1987, and hence I have watched videos of white South African women taking part in the Nazarite rituals.
The Holy Spirit of God’s Divine Justice, is where you find it! As a believer who found God’s Justice when I died, I can attest to the Truth, Trayvon did as well. He ran his race. He competed in the greatest contest known to humankind. We Nazarite Zulu salute this man who stands on hallowed ground. Trayvon plays on a field of dreams, deferred, but, for just a little while!
Amen!

Oh, there were racial slurs and negative epithets depicting the duo to be sure, common of the era in a time when the Ku Klux Klan was prevalent in the state of Oregon. However the vast majority of students and fans embraced the talented Robinson and Williams, praising them for their efforts on the field and the classy manner with which they took their adverse conditions in stride.

Lady of the Masque
Posted on August 29, 2012 by Royal Rosamond Press

Lady Anne Clifford is kin to Rosamond Clifford. These are two of my favorite characters in history. Lady Clifford was a patron of the arts and literature and held a salon. Her tutor was Samuel Daniel who authored ‘The Complaint of Rosamond’. Lady Anne took part in Masques that influenced Shakespeare. There are over a 150 plays, poems, songs, and novels written about Rosamond Clifford. I must count the number of paintings that bring back to life ‘The Rose and Muse of the World’.
Jessie and Susan Benton held a salon in San Francisco and Paris. Many famous authors attended these salons. As an Art Historian I have spent thousands of hours putting together a enduring bouquet that will last forever, will never lose its fragrance. I am the Phantom of this Rosy Opera! This blog is my Masterpiece! Enjoy!

My Princess Muse

Yesterday, when I awoke. I went to my computer and found an invitation from Princess Georgiana Spencer to join a closed FB on royalty. I was struck by her beauty. I posted about ten of my blogs, and got approval. I told Georgiana we were kin via the Hart family. What I did not show, is, her tie to the Clifford family and Rosamond Clifford. I was poised to reveal the amazing history of the Rhys family from whom the Tudors descend. In my new story ‘The Voice of the Mountain – The Second Coming of Wolfdietrich’ – I was climbing a Mountain in Montana and became Dragon Born. Note the dragons on the Clifford and Rhys cote of arms. I own the greatest genealogical story of all time!
Who Wrote Shakepeare’s Plays?
Posted on December 2, 2018 by Royal Rosamond Press

The name Rosamond will forever be associated with the search for the person who authored Shakespeare’s work. After taking a DNA test for Ancestry.com, it is proven one of my great grandmothers is Abigail Shakespeare Webb. One of my grandfathers is Lewis Clifford who is related to Joan Rosamond Clifford, who Samuel Daniel wrote a poem about and dedicated to Mary Sydney Countess of Pembroke who is kin to the Dudley family, who I suspect were instructed by Queen Elizabeth to create a English Literary Society to counter Charle’s Quint to make the world speak Spanish. Elizabeth was the first Protestant Queen. Charles was the King of the Roman Catholics.
This is entirely my theory. I suspect this was the idea of John Dee. Wilton House became the home of Bards and Muses who were Agents of the English Language for Her Royal Majesty. It is here that many of the candidates for authorship of Shakespeare’s work, met, and work, and conspired, to………….overcome the world with the English Language.
The are eighty-six million English Speakers in India. I am kin to Ian Flaming via Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor, who married several famous actors that my DNA test has connected to Abigail Shakespeare.
I am in need of a huge grant! I need to move Royal Rosamond Press to a safe spot. I am forced to publish the core of long study due to the threats on my life. For years I have owned the fear that the closer I got to the truth, the sooner I will arrive at my Ambush.
I see my death at the hands of a five hundred pound superstitious low-life moron, who will sneak up behind me and hit me with the gnarly club. Lying unconscious on the ground, she will then sit on my face, like an egg, and smother me to death. And, so it goes.
I will no longer be called “demented” and insane. I will forever be known as an egghead eccentric who promoted Shakespeare Theories, as is his DNA Right! The Wilton House Bards would be amused by my vision of my death. Shakespeare would love to direct………
‘The Taming of The Hippo’
I am the thrower of the dart that Ben Johnson speaks of. I suspect Mary and her brother compiled the bulk of the work attributed to Shakespeare because of their knowledge of the Bible, and their Psalms. But, it was Mary who applied the finishing touches. She appears to have been a Genius. Like her mother, she was an Alchemist. John Dee is lurking about.
Mary was married to William Herbert who founded ‘The Pembroke Men’ an acting troupe that toured at the time of Shakespeare’s troupe. Why didn’t the merge? I believe they were born of the same source at Wilton House. I see Mary as a super Editor with a photographic memory like Rena. She was a human dictionary and Wikipedia. But most importantly, she introduced the Feminine Touch, kept it alive in these plays. Samuel Daniel is auditioning, he dedicating poems about women to Mary. He has to be aware the Literary Consortium that may be producing plays to fund the Wilton House Society that has close ties to English Royalty.
I want to found a Shakespeare Wilton House in Boston. I seem to have a mind like Mary Sydney’s. Other scholars can come work along side the Bard’s DNA.
