Just before my sixteen year old daughter came into my life -I had it made! I had read ‘Holy Blood, Holy Grail’ and joined several yahoo.groups three years before Dan Brown came on the scene. I was single – and childless! I had a couple of good friends.
When I met my daughter for the first time, in five minutes she has gotten her guitar and is singing for me – at me! I knew I had stepped in it….The Spider’s Trap Door! The biography of two siblings who became gifted artists, is going to be about Heather – and her family who helped her become a Star. But, she wasn’t a star. Never the less, having heard the song, I must now delve into the deep toxic mental illness of those lurking in the background, waiting their turn to be interviewed by – The Family Writer!
After disappearing from my life in order t get in the rival biography, I find Heather and she ins pageant with my grandson, who has bonded with a….Band of Drunks! When I met Flip, he refused to shake my hand. I thought he was going to punch me. He looked – wounded – and about eight years old. Whatever happened to Flip as child, was none my business. He had heard I was – The Judgmental Sober Creep – who thinks he is better than everyone just because I stopped drinking. If Flip could convince me o go on a three day drunk, I would be crying my eyes out, I managing to get it all down, so those who have an interest in the Artist Rosamond, can read about those folks – with real pathos!

Zena Halpern and I exchanged e-mails. I do not recall the year. I believe it was around the time the rival biographer of my family stories, Tom Snyder, tried to get me to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Halpern also wanted me to sing a NDA, before she showed me some amazing information. I was leery, and did not sign any NDAs. At the time it looked like I was the next author due for a book on he Templar-Grail Magdalene subject matter. I believe Halpern wanted to be in my book. Now, she will be.
Yesterday, I discovered for the first time Halpern published a book on the Templars in regards to the Oak Island series. I was researching the fictional genealogy of Victoria Rosemond Bond, when a Templar name came up in regards to the Oak Island Mystery – that I recognized! Zena and Rick Lagina missed it! they failed to strike – pay dirt! I will contact Rick. I believe Zena and I found each other on one of the Templar-Magdalene groups. I started Rennes-le-Hoax because some of the research was questionable – and any conflicting information was being oppressed.
I have not read Halpern’s book. I am willing to read exerts of this book – on television! I will answer questions. They say “Truth is Stanger than fiction”. In this case “Fiction is stranger than the truth – when it becomes – the truth. I have been saying my book ‘The Royal Janitor’ is writing itself – and is coming true. What if Victoria Rosemond Bond, and Miriam Starfish Christling were Goddesses in their past life, and….they meet again! A Viking and Phoenician Goddess – meet on the High Sea! This meeting – rocks half the world! If they unite, they will be a threat to controlling men. They would be forced to created a man-god to walk the earth and out an end to this heavenly duo.

A man who looted $4,000 from a woman’s bank account while posing as Grateful Dead guitar player Bob Weir has been sentenced to two years in prison and fined $500. The sentence was imposed by Alameda County Superior Court Judge Stanley Golde on Randall C. Delpiano, 33, described in a Probation Department report as having “achieved moderate fame by impersonating” Weir. Delpiano pleaded guilty in Oakland Municipal Court last month to one count of using a computer system to steal money. Other charges were dropped in a plea agreement. Authorities said Delpiano befriended the victim’s son and then moved into the family home. While the woman was out of town in October, they said, he took the money from her bank account using her automatic teller machine card.

Zena Halpern from The Curse of Oak Island died earlier this year

Researcher Zena Halpern, whose work and theories featured prominently on History’s hit show The Curse of Oak Island, passed away earlier this year.
The popular New York-based historian was a good friend of Rick Lagina, and had extensive knowledge of Oak Island after spending more than half a century investigating how members of the Knights Templar may have come to North America in the past.
Back on Season 4 of the show, she famously brought to light what was believed to be a 14th Century map of Oak Island, with possible links to the Templars. Last season she also presented a theory of how a mysterious lead cross found on the island could be a representation of the Goddess Tanit.
In 2017, she authored the book The Templar Mission to Oak Island and Beyond: Search for Ancient Secrets: The Shocking Revelations of a 12th Century Manuscript.
Zena’s passing was revealed back in June, with The Curse of Oak Island fans paying tribute to her on social media.

From the vantage point of Mary Ann Tharaldsen at our wedding reception held at my brother’s house, the world was beginning to look like her oyster. Bryan McClean played at our wedding, but did now show up at my brother’s house. Mary Ann is a peer of Jessie Benton who would become my kin when Christine married Garth Benton. I had a fantasy of marrying the widow, Mimi Farina – when I met her in 1966. Peter Shapiro played at our wedding reception in Oakland, and played at two of the Acid Tests. I just read a great article on Owsley, which made me ask what I am doing here, putting people together who pioneered another dimension which had ten thousand built-in philosophies in it. What if Ludwig Wittgenstein had -dropped? Now our military is suggesting aliens are real?
That makes three family newspapers. Jessie Benton had a salon in San Francisco, and backed Bret Harte and Mark Twain. Jim Kweskin played with the Farinas. We are back in 1970.

Alcohol Justice Should Sue Linda Comstock

When I was at my daughter’s aunt’s house, I asked to see her photo albums because Heather told me she spent summers on ‘The Toy’. She handed me two photo albums – in a huff! I went through pages that were full of cocktail parties that Linda Comstock hosted on her rich husbands yacht. I failed to spot my fifteen and sixteen year old daughter out in the crowd of drunken sluts and swells – all holding a drink.
“Heather. I can’t find you!”
My daughter came over, grabbed one book, and in a huff showed me her image in that book, then grabbed another album and showed me her with a Shirly Temple in her hand – I hope! This was a counter-attack in their minds. With Bill Cornwell’s want of a child, going after my grandson was THE MISSION. I was suggesting Bill and Linda had a drinking problem which would disqualify Drunken Bill – in my mind! Then I met Flip who refused to shake my hand. Heather told me her ambition was to become rich and famous in order to pay her mother back. Children don’t do that. Paying Aunt Maleficent back – is more like it. She bought Heather and her whole family – before I knew I had a child. This ex-hairdresser sees herself as the founder of a dynasty – and wants my sister’s history in her back pocket. Heather called her a ‘Gold Digger’

About Step 2 of the 12 Step Program
Step 2 can be uncomfortable for some people because it seems to encourage alcoholics to believe in God. Alcoholics who don’t have religious belief or who aren’t comfortable with the concept of God sometimes balk at this step. However, Step 2 isn’t really about God – it’s about finding something outside of yourself to inspire you and help you remain sober. Many alcoholics, religious or not, have found this step useful. Here’s some ways you can use Step 2 to help you stop drinking:
When Beryl Buck, a Marin County, California widow, died on May 30, 1975 at the age of 75, she left $7.6 million “for exclusively nonprofit charitable, religious or educational purposes in providing care for the needy in Marin County, California, and for other nonprofit charitable, religious or educational purposes in that county.” For many years, Buck and her husband, a physician, had lived in Ross, a wealthy town in Marin County, just north of San Francisco.
When Buck died, the money was mostly invested in Belridge Oil stock. The oil company was privately held and owned land that was rich in heavy crude oil reserves in Southern California. By the time the lengthy probate proceedings had ended, Belridge Oil had been sold to Shell Oil Company and the total amount in the Buck Trust skyrocketed from $7.6 million to $260 million.
Under options contained in the will, Wells Fargo Bank and John Elliot Cook, Buck’s attorney, were appointed investment co-trustees, with the San Francisco Foundation (“the Foundation”) having the authority to direct distributions of income. The will also provided that “income shall always be distributed not later than the end of the year following the year of receipt.” This provision would have ramifications for the Foundation’s strategy and distribution of funds. Overview
Alcohol Justice, formerly known as the Marin Institute, was founded to “reduce consumption of alcohol and the many physical, mental, and societal harms that result.” The group styles itself as the “watchdog of the alcohol industry,” but actually focuses on policies that would limit all alcohol consumption, even responsible drinking. Alcohol Justice focuses on eliminating or severely limiting alcohol advertising, raising alcohol taxes, and banning specific types of alcoholic beverages.
Then known as the Marin Institute, named for Marin County, California, the organization focused its efforts on reducing alcohol-related harm until 2006. After that, the group became much more radical and declared itself the “watchdog of the alcohol industry.”
Alcohol Justice is funded by the Buck Trust. The Leonard and Beryl Buck Foundation (Buck Trust) was created in 1975 after Beryl Buck left $9.1 million to Marin County, California with the provision that it be used to serve the needs of the County residents. The organization also receives some funding from the California Endowment and individual donors.

Alcohol Justice’s record clearly points to an anti-alcohol agenda. For example, the group criticized the United States Food and Drug Administration for including alcohol in its dietary recommendations. Though the USDA bases its recommendations on a thorough review of current nutrition science and only recommends a relatively small amount of alcohol per week for healthy adults, Alcohol Justice claims that the guidelines would encourage greater daily consumption of alcohol, discourage appropriate caution about using alcohol for health benefits, and open the door for the alcohol industry to misrepresent federal alcohol consumption guidelines to consumers.
The organization also claims that no event can be deemed “family-friendly” if alcohol is involved in any way. The organization started several initiatives advocating the removal of alcohol company sponsors and alcohol sales from family-oriented events. Its “Free Your Festivals” initiative focuses on encouraging local and state fairs to remove any alcohol from their events. Even if fairs have a separate “21 and over” area for alcohol consumption, the mere presence of alcohol is too much for Alcohol Justice. The organization also has a “free the bowl” campaign, in which it invites users ages 10-25 to submit videos on ways to free the Superbowl from beer ads. Alcohol Justice argues that the ads market alcohol to children- though Superbowl advertisers see the game’s key demographic as adult males.
Despite Alcohol Justice’s claims, studies have found that alcohol advertising does not increase consumption. A study over a 20 year period conducted by researchers at the University of Texas found little relationship between the amount of money spent on advertising and the consumption of alcohol. And in a report to Congress, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services stated that there is no conclusive relationship between the amount of money spent on alcohol advertisements and alcohol consumption.
Alcohol Justice advocates hefty increases to the tax on alcohol to reduce consumption. Its “Charge for Harm” campaign advocates for legislation to increase alcohol taxes to pay for alcohol treatment services. Such taxes force responsible social drinkers to pay for the poor decisions of a relatively small percentage of consumers. Research from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism shows that alcohol tax increases have a limited impact on the heaviest drinkers. Instead, moderate and light drinkers are likely to scale back consumption when faced with higher prices.
Alcohol Justice has also produced many studies on alcohol consumption that have proven to be nothing more than fear-mongering.
In “The Annual Catastrophe of Alcohol in California,” Alcohol Justice claims that moderate-to-high alcohol consumption costs the state of California $38.4 billion per year, or roughly $1,000 for each of the state’s residents. Alcohol Justice uses this figure to argue for increased alcohol taxes so that consumers will be forced to pay for the “burden” they place on society. However, the authors greatly overestimate the costs associated with drinking. While Alcohol Justice assumes that some consumers have lower wages because of drinking and factor that assumption into the total figure of “costs to society,” the organization fails to recognize that recent research found that drinking actually increases the benefits derived from education and experience, leading to higher wages.

It was ordained that she would rule the Rosamond Dynasty – before Christine Rosamond drowned.

from my point of view. I tried to stick to the miracle and the story
behind it. I didn’t get into any of the information about your
family and the problems with the will and all that. I feel if we can
get on the show and tell our story, there will be an abundance of
support for freeing up that which is rightfully yours or Heather’s
or
Shannon’s.

On March 22 this year, my 16 year old daughter and her
father met each other for the time. The story of their separation
and how they came to be united is truly a miracle of healing and a
story that is an inspiration to others. I’ve noticed that when I
share this story, people are so moved that they experience chills in
their bodies and often tears come to their eyes.
17 years ago, I was married to an abusive man who was a con
artist, psychopathic antisocial personality who spent one year in
prison while we were together. Later I realized that my response to
this husband was typical of “women who love too much” and I had to
work hard on myself to change my situation. That in itself is a long
story, but suffice it to say, it was very confusing and difficult
marriage that was damaging to myself and my two sons who were 10 and
17 at the time. During that time I met John who lived around the
corner and who showed me kindness and love. We were involved with
each other for about 2 months and I actually moved in with him
attempting to leave behind the craziness of life with my husband.
This was not a very good plan because the husband became even more
aggressive and angry waiting outside threatening John with a
baseball bat. Consequently, I returned home realizing that I had to
find a safer way to release myself from this relationship. I didn’t
see John again until recently, almost 17 years later.

In her letter to Oprah Winfrey, Patrice Hanson says she feared her brutal husband would kill my daughter if he found out the truth. Why didn’t Patrice give me the chance to save my child, like I saved her two sons from this demon for two months?

The answer is, Patrice loved Randall – to death – and was already doing everything she could do to CHANGE HIM. She concluded if she could convince Delpaino Heather was his child, then he would stop being cruel to her two sons born of two fathers. When Randall could not get Patrice pregnant, he felt even more impotent and used.
After Patrice disappeared my daughter saying I was threatening, she called up my sister, Vicki, and told her she and Delpiano’s daughter wanted to have a relationship with my sister, her son, and other members of my family I was at odds with, and may never see again. Patrice and Heather were counting on it, and had to take action, soon, before Tom Snyder completed Rosamond’s biography they wanted to be in.
In my autobiography I suggest the Art World comes to my rescue. There was a child custody battle going on when my famous sister died, and it appears my family took Garth Benton’s side. For my family to have CAPTURED my minor daughter, after enticing her with Fame and Money, must have been seen as a real victory, especially to my brother Mark Presco, the brutal Neo-Nazi who was furious with Christine because she filed Bankruptcy and would not be paying back the $3,000 dollars he leant her – any time soon. When Christine drowned, he was right there, lurking in the background, making sure he got his without anyone knowing, because he is a Tax Evader.
“Life imitates art.” I posted ‘Kidnapped’ on Yahoogroups in January 2006. The movie ‘Pan’s Labyrinth’ came out a month later. I did not see it until 2010.

This is because her mother lived through her Creation, made my daughter the wreteched Mirror of Her Own Vanity.
Some folks have told me I look like Walt Dizney, and my Rose Study is bigger then Dizneyland. But, this might be my vanity talking. However, I am not even allowed to be vain – only dangerous crazy! And I let go a merry laugh, for my disqualification in regards to everything – is the story!

A human child might be taken due to many factors: to act as a servant, the love of a human child, or malice.[1] Most often it was thought that fairies exchanged the children. Some Norwegian tales tell that the change was made to prevent inbreeding: to give trolls and humans new blood, humans were given children with enormous strength as a reward. In some rare cases, the very elderly of the Fairy people would be exchanged in the place of a human baby, and then the old fairy could live in comfort, being coddled by its human parents.[2] Simple charms, such as an inverted coat or open iron scissors left where the child sleeps, were thought to ward them off; other measures included a constant watch over the child.[3]
Perhaps the changeling myths of this time period reflect the feudal political structure, where inheritance is the only real way to gain personal or political power. A monarch gave the throne to his first surviving son at his own death. When there was any doubt to the legitimacy of the child, the power of the very state could be called into question and a fight for political power could arise. This inherent fear of war caused by political strife could have been mythologized.

It was a sixteen year old Heather who suggested we could get our
Miracle on the Oprah Winfrey show. I regret considering that
possibility as it was perhaps another case of using a child to get
the needs of a parent met. I did not know how much I was being used
by both mother and daughter who were working `Our Miracle’ before I
lay eyes on this daughter who I believed was a God-send, she sent to
relieve the loneliness I felt for the last seven years when I lost
my family due to backing Shannon in the fight over her mother’s
legacy. Shannon had disappeared, and I was not told my father was
dead, or dying, or that my mother was dying. My younger sister saw
to that, because I dare oppose her hidden agendas that Shannon’s
attorney titled “fraud”. I also could not buy the three different
versions of what her son Shamus was doing when that rogue-wave
struck.

father’s death, Vicki yet to show me a copy of his Trust I was in,
she not informing me until he was four years dead as she was
required to do by law. Within months of this letter there will be
another which I will show you, wherein Heather is disappeared from
my life, only to reappear three years later at Vicki’s house on
Christmas Day. She and Patrice ruthlessly used the riff and wounds
in my family to ingratiate themselves. Our Miracle was now
transferred over to the birth of Heather’s baby that she planned to
name Lillian-Rose after my mother who I was not given an opportunity
to say goodbye to.
I met Patrice in a bar, and did not see a wedding ring. When she
woke in my bed in the mornging she made a plea for me to rescue her
and her two sons, ages five and thirteen, from a violent father.
Knowing what that is like, I did not think twice before becoming a
Hero in these sons eyes.
Patrice used me a Sucker then, and came back with another child for
me care for that she will bid to betray me. I warned my family there
was fraud here, and they helped Patrice Kidnap this Miracle child.

Here’s what I wrote for Oprah. Of course since I wrote it, it is
from my point of view. I tried to stick to the miracle and the story
behind it. I didn’t get into any of the information about your
family and the problems with the will and all that. I feel if we can
get on the show and tell our story, there will be an abundance of
support for freeing up that which is rightfully yours or Heather’s
or
Shannon’s.

On March 22 this year, my 16 year old daughter and her
father met each other for the time. The story of their separation
and how they came to be united is truly a miracle of healing and a
story that is an inspiration to others. I’ve noticed that when I
share this story, people are so moved that they experience chills in
their bodies and often tears come to their eyes.
17 years ago, I was married to an abusive man who was a con
artist, psychopathic antisocial personality who spent one year in
prison while we were together. Later I realized that my response to
this husband was typical of “women who love too much” and I had to
work hard on myself to change my situation. That in itself is a long
story, but suffice it to say, it was very confusing and difficult
marriage that was damaging to myself and my two sons who were 10 and
17 at the time. During that time I met John who lived around the
corner and who showed me kindness and love. We were involved with
each other for about 2 months and I actually moved in with him
attempting to leave behind the craziness of life with my husband.
This was not a very good plan because the husband became even more
aggressive and angry waiting outside threatening John with a
baseball bat. Consequently, I returned home realizing that I had to
find a safer way to release myself from this relationship. I didn’t
see John again until recently, almost 17 years later.
When I found myself pregnant, I felt the father could have been
either John’s or my husband’s, but I had to convince the husband
that it was his baby or life would have been unbearable and the
chances of my baby’s survival would have been slim. I knew this baby
was meant to be, and be with me, and that was important. From there
moment she was born, I could see that she looked like John, but it
was the husband’s name that went on the birth certificate.”
What happens when visitation rights are frustrated?
Frustration of visitation occurs when the custodial parent takes
steps to prevent the non-custodial parent from having contact with
the child. This could be an innocent isolated occurrence, such as
taking a child to a doctor to receive medical attention at the time
the non-custodial parent is to arrive at the residence to pick-up
the child for a scheduled visit. On the other end of the spectrum,
when one parent “disappears” with the child, this could be a
kidnapping or abduction which would result in criminal prosecution.
PARENTAL KIDNAPPING – 565.153 – (1988) –
In the absence of a court order determining rights of custody or
visitation to a child, a person having a right of custody of the
child commits the crime of parental kidnapping if he removes, takes,
detains, conceals, or entices away that child within or without the
state, without good cause, and with the intent to deprive the
custody right of another person or a public agency also having a
custody right to the child.
