Long Abandoned, Bay Area Hunters Point Navy Shipyard Can Be A New Base

Today, as a few lucky San Franciscans prowl the long-abandoned Hunters Point naval shipyard during the Hunters Point Shipyard Artists Open Studios event, defense advocates are pouring over maps, trying to identify coastal sites in the Western United States that might be viable for a future naval shipyard or base. More than a few are eying the long-abandoned Hunters Point Naval Shipyard in San Francisco as a candidate for re-opening.
From afar, the site looks great, but, as a litigation-ensnared Superfund site and a center of early Cold War radiological experimentation, Hunter’s Point is no place for a modern naval shipyard—unless the Navy reverses course right now and embarks upon a bruising fight to retain, refresh, and reactivate the facility.
For the Navy, it would be a heavy, highly litigated lift. Aside from the daunting political and operational barriers to reactivation, the shipyard is sandwiched between some of the priciest real estate in the world. The Navy would have to take great pains to build local, subsidized and potentially government-owned rental housing for aspiring shipyard workers and visiting crew members. It might even need to seize, by eminent domain, some of the property that has already been redeveloped.
PROMOTED
It wouldn’t go over well.
Hunters Point itself is not a site that inspires enormous confidence. As an early center for decontamination and radiation exposure research, the yard was a risky industrial experiment in some of the dirtiest eras of America’s industrial history. After more than a century of routine industrial use, over a time when America had few rules to govern radiological substances or basic waste disposal, the site grew to become a contaminated and dangerous mess.
Things have changed. After being shuttered, the site has been intensively studied, remediated, and, in most cases, the shipyard is, by and large, safe to occupy. Right now, the Navy is racing to hand over the remaining and potentially functional pieces of shipyard to San Francisco for redevelopment.
Risks do remain. Even with intensive—and, in some cases, fraudulent—site screening, a few overlooked radiological point sources are likely to pop up. With waste from early decontamination efforts poorly tracked, digging, dredging new channels, or refreshing old drydocks will likely stir up new and exciting radiological or chemical finds.

But, as an industrial wasteland, and a relic of an earlier time, Hunters Point might, given all the site characterization work and remediation, be a perfect place for a new navy shipyard.
Strategically, it might be worth the risk. If the Navy doesn’t act soon, the shipyard will disappear, redeveloped for good.

The Navy Still Owns Hunters Point
If judged on physical characteristics alone, Hunters Point is a great site for a shipyard or Navy base.
Shipwrights recognized Hunters Point’s value long ago. the site has accumulated over 150 years of history as an active shipyard. Entering the industrial age, the first drydock on the site was commissioned in 1868, and in 1903, Hunters Point dockworkers opened what was then the largest dry dock on the West Coast. Operated by Bethlehem Steel, the Navy bought the shipyard in 1939, and took full control of the site on December 18, 1941, and continued making improvements, adding a big super carrier-ready dry dock.
During World War II, the yard was invaluable. With six dry docks—two of over 1000 feet—and plenty of pier space, the yard built four ships and serviced 209 others, repairing battle damage on six aircraft carriers, 17 destroyers, three submarines and one landing craft.
As the U.S. fleet shrank and concerns about base contamination grew, Hunters Point was targeted for closure by the 1991 Base Realignment and Closure Commission. With a rosy estimate that “costs to implement this recommendation will be minimal,” the Navy yard shuttered in 1994.
The closure, of course, didn’t go as smoothly as expected. After decades of pricey cleanup work and controversy, the Navy still owns much of the property. If it were not for the pesky matters of longstanding radiological and chemical contamination, the shipyard would be a great candidate for re-opening—becoming a unique resource on the West Coast.
If the Navy is confident that the site is clean, the Pentagon, as it eyes China, can reverse course, fighting to reactivate the site and return the Navy to San Francisco. But that, of course, would require the Navy to make a controversial decision—something it is loath to do.

After my near-death experience, I began to do drawings of Atlantis. I worked on them while living on my boat in the Oakland Estuary. Across the water, was Alameda Naval Air Station. I heard and saw Navy Jets taking off and landing. It is here that I see -Atlantis Rising!
I was born in Oakland. Recently, Las Vegas lured away the Oakland Raiders and the A’s taking much of my family history to Sin City. What I propose is building the largest Casino in the world in Alameda, complete with a major league baseball team called…..The Alameda Acorns!
My brother and I would drive onto the Air Station in our father’s 1949 Ford truck to deliver produce to the officers club. American Taxpayers will give the military around 900 billion dollars in a Big Gamble we don’t go to war with Russia or China. What are the American People getting in return. Most Republican’ leaders won’t condemn Putin for invading Ukraine! How many billions have we spent?
What I suggest, is that certain military bases, now closed, be turned into casinos, where profits will be turned into low-cost housing. I see a lasting partnership between the Military and the Poor who need a place to dwell. .
If you don’t like gambling, how about Government owned and operated Play Lands – full of American Magic, Unity, and Happiness? Our enemies are enjoying our DISUNITY – we paid a trillion dollars for! What a waste! Good American Money is being poured down the drain while some politicians threaten to take away Meals On Wheels for Seniors. who need a Safe and Happy Place to go to enjoy the society they paid for. We can do better!
Play ball!

Marin City Sea Cadets

A week ago I talked with my friend, Ed Howard, about doing something in Marin City in regards of funding the history of Oakland and empowering black people. There was a protest against racism, and a call to support Black Lives Matter in Marin City where the majority of people were white. I suggested a New Black Panther Party form a all black Navy stationed in Marin. It looks like there would be much support for this. This would bring Black Pride to a city built on the lines of Southern Slavery. Black workers helped defeat Japan and keep a God-man Emperor from putting his legions on our shore. These workers were – thrown away after VICTORY! Families never came back together. To see white men flying a flag my Rosamond ancestors fought under in South Carolina – will not do! History is on the side of Black Patriots!

This morning I discovered Frank Coakley prosecuted the Black Mutineers at Port Chicago when he was Judge Advocate Commander for the Navy. He would later prosecute Black Panthers – and Mario Savio! I and my family were very good friends with his daughter, Kay Coakley. Kay wanted to adopt my youngest sister. This goes with my discovery that Richard Rosenberg was a founder of Naval societies and interests. I am going to contact him about The Marin Shipmates. I would like him and the Marin-Buck Foundation to fund this museum and gallery.
I discovered this museum after posting.

The radical dynamics created back in the seventies is back for an encore, and is having a great affect on our American society and culture – and thus the World’s. I am sure more black radical art is being rendered as I type. I would like to see a college dedicated to this art. The Oakland Museum had a show on Black Power. This history can no longer be marginalized. It can be shown that Coakley launched a crusade against black people. The paranoia the Newton’s experienced was very deserved.
Kamala Harris was a District Attorney of Oakland before she went to San Francisco. If she is elected Vice President, then there will be a great interest n Oakland Culture and political history. Trump is going – The Law and Order approach to being elected. Black Lives Matter, and rioting in several cities, may bring about the defeat of Biden and Harris. This too will deserve a study. Art and Literature has always played a huge role in how we record history. The BPMG will gather all pertinent images so they can be viewed on-line, or at the BP Gallery that will have a home in Marin County.
I am investigating who owns the Black Panther trademark. Any information will be appreciated. It looks like Fredricka Newton does.
Whenever Kay Coakley needed to go to the store, she called her father and he sent a squad car. Kay was the old crone up the street who had a bad car accident when she was young. Her father was the District Attorney. We were impressed.

‘We see this as a starting point’: BLM Allies protest racism, police brutality in Marine City
Laura FitzgeraldPort Huron Times Herald
They gathered in the Marine City High School parking lot Saturday carrying signs that said “Black Lives Matter” and called for an end to racism.
“I just feel we need to spread love and kindness, and not hate,” said Kelly Champion, a 21-year-old Marine City resident.
Saturday’s protest was organized by the St. Clair County Black Lives Matter Allies group. Champion said when she was in middle school in Marine City, she said she witnessed Black students experience bullying and racism, and she wanted to do something to challenge hate in Marine City.
Gabby Familant, a college senior and one of the organizers of the protest, said the BLM Ally Facebook group was formed on June 12 after St. Clair County residents attended protests in Detroit and Port Huron and decided to create a local group to support and bring awareness to the Black Lives Matter movement.
Midshipman 1st Class Sydney Barber will become the first Black woman to serve as brigade commander at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md.
It’s the top leadership post for midshipmen — in civilian terms, the equivalent of a student body president — and she is the 16th woman to serve in the position in the 44 years women have been allowed to attend the Naval Academy.
Poised to take over the role as leader of 4,400 midshipmen next semester, Barber told NPR’s All Things Considered that there was a time when she had no desire to attend the Naval Academy.
“I never wanted to join the Navy growing up,” she said, laughing.
Her father is a graduate of the Naval Academy, and Barber said, “Everything, everywhere, any time, was all about Navy this, Navy that.”
She wanted to “write her own path” but kept returning to her “drive for wanting to pursue a career of service, no matter what I did. I wanted to give back to the world.”
As she breaks barriers in pursuit of her goals, Barber is aware of what her achievements mean, not just in the context of history writ large but also for her personal, family history. Just a few generations ago, her great-grandparents were sharecroppers on a plantation in Mississippi, she said.

West Point celebrated a record-breaking milestone Saturday, graduating its largest-ever class of black women.
The U.S. Military Academy saw its most diverse class ever get their diplomas in 2019, with 34 black women graduating together, and 223 women in total.
The number is the largest since the first female cadets graduated in 1980, according to the Associated Press.
The AP reports that of the class of about 1,000, with 88 Latinos and 110 African-Americans – double the number that graduated just six years ago.
The history-making women posed together for a photo ahead of their ceremony in their uniforms with ceremonial sabers that has since gone viral.
“I just showed myself and those who thought I could do it initially that yes, I can,” senior cadet Stephanie Riley told the AP. “And not just, ‘yes, I can.’ I can show other little girls that, yes, you can come to West Point. Yes, you can do something that maybe the rest of your peers aren’t actually doing. And yes, you can be different from the rest of the group.”

She added that the milestone was extremely important to her considering she previously felt that she had to prove herself more than her West Point classmates.
“Even a classmate told me, I think our freshman year, that I only got in because I was a black female,” Riley recalled.

Fellow senior cadet Nikiay Comer, meanwhile, told CNN that the feeling of finally accomplishing her goals was “absolutely unbelievable.”
“Personally, I think [the photo] represents where the academy has come from and where they’re going,” she said. “I think that’s a testament to West Point as a whole and also the African-American women who have put themselves in a situation to succeed at West Point. I think that’s a good sign.”
According to the AP, the military academy was told to diversify by then-Army Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond Odierno in 2013.

The school’s Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Equal Opportunity was established in May 2014.
The graduation ceremony’s commencement address was delivered by Vice President Mike Pence, who noted the day’s historical significance.
“I couldn’t be more proud to stand before the graduating class of 2019 that includes the highest number of African-American women cadets in the history of the United States Military Academy,” he said.
Last year’s graduating class had 27 black women, U.S. Military Academy spokesman Francis DeMaro told NBC News.
The Black Liberation Navy

On this day, June Ninteenth 2021, I John Presco, a grandson of German Turnverien and Forty-eighters, suggested to the Vice President, and President, the founding of The Black Liberation Navy, that was seeded by my foundation of The Marin Shipmates.
The Marin Shipmates | Rosamond Press
If it were not for humankind being experienced sailors, then the Slave Trade would not have existed. White Captains and Sailors brought kidnapped slaves to all parts of the globe. My Country is prepared to spend a trillion dollars on new Naval vessels, and other military hardware, to meet the threat from China’s “People’s Liberation Navy”. China’s leaders have mocked our State Department, and the President of the United States, saying We The People of the United States have no right to negotiate, or give any democratic lessons to anyone – anywhere – because of the way we have treated black people, first as slaves, and then as liberated people. The Civil War was fought by white men, and sometimes, brothers. There is talk or Reparations. I believe this is called for.
What I propose, is The Black Liberation Navy, that will be made up of black men and women, who having served for two years, are given the Deed to Condominiums and homes. This will establish a Generational Equity and Investment in Liberty that will alas break the last bonds of slavery. This resembles the Jubilee that I believe Jesus came to restore. No religious belief is required. China is moving into Africa with their People’s Liberation Navy. China’s fishing fleet is off the coast of South America competing with nations there. The Black Liberation Navy will Liberate the Oceans of the World!
Captain Isaac Hull is my alleged great grandfather who liberated American and British sailors who were captured and made slaves by the Barbary Coast pirates who were paid by the Caliph.

Juneteenth[ (officially Juneteenth National Independence Day and historically known as Jubilee Day,[2] Black Independence Day,[3] and Emancipation Day[4][5]) is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating emancipation of enslaved African Americans. It is also often observed for celebrating African American culture.[6] Originating in Galveston, Texas, it has been celebrated annually on June 19 in various parts of the United States since 1866. The day was recognized as a federal holiday on June 17, 2021, when President Joe Biden signed the Juneteenth National Independence Day Act into law.[7][8][9] Juneteenth’s commemoration is on the anniversary date of the June 19, 1865, announcement of General Order No. 3 by Union Army general Gordon Granger, proclaiming and enforcing freedom of enslaved people in Texas,[10] which was then the last state of the former Confederacy in which slavery was still being permitted by the state government.

Yesterday I am sitting on the bus bench looking at these two good ol boys come out of a black Japanese-built beater – with a Confederate flag on top. They had big guts and grey hair. They were letting it all hang out after Franklin Graham gave our President ABSOLUTION in the White House Rose Garden. They then went inside a phone store. I debated about crossing the street and yanking that flag from atop the car. These seniors were about my age. Were they looking to go down in a blaze of glory? I then thought about going over and talking to them, inform them I am about to form a branch of the Black Panther Party called…
MARIN SHIPMATES
I bought MARINSHIPMATES.COM before I went to see my doctor. The night before, I watched a old movie about MARINSHIP. It was about the Government BUYING land in Marin County, and city named MARIN CITY to build Liberty Ships – and oil tankers. Then I see King Faidal and his bodyguards coming aboard the flag ship
THE TAMALPIAS
These oil tankers are going to be carrying oil to Japan to help in the war effort – after Japan surrendered! WTF!? Where is this oil coming from? Did the United States just SUPPLY the King with a OIL FLEET built by black workers who were lured from the deep South to work in the shipyards scattered around the San Francisco Bay? I asked myself how many black men have made over a million dollars in the Oil Trade?
Here are aspects of the Buck Foundation that was legally established by the law firm of Robert Brevoort Buck. Robert mishandled the estate of my late sister, the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton. I am going to leave the amazing family history I have compiled in my newspaper-blog, to David Hunt, my daughter’s half brother. David father was a Black Panther. I see a all black San Francisco Bay Coast Guard stationed in a United States Reservation for Descendants of Native Africans. I believe the land the U.S. government purchased for Marinship – still belongs to the People of the United States – who were deceived into believing the Marinship ships would benefit the American Taxpayer. I will be applying for several grants from the Buck Institute.
In these historic photographs we are seeing the birth of ISIS and 911. Osama Bin Laden waged war against the corrupt Marriage Contract with Islam and Cooperate Christianity which was pushed by Franklin Graham, and the Red State Neo-Confederate President of One Party that was co-founded by my Abolitionist kinfolk, John Fremont.
As for enlightening Springfield’s branch of the Racist Red Right, they surely would have used weapons on me at the end of my short history lesson, they hearing enough in the first twenty seconds.
There is much controversy about the intentions of Beryl Buck when she willed her fortune to the poor people of Marin – which would be the poor backs living in Marin City who came to work on King Faisal oil tankers. Her kin, Frank Buck was a oil and lumber tycoon. He raped the woods around Springfield. She wanted a “religious” foundation of a unspecified nature. Alcohol Justice comes close because AA is a spiritual program. This is why I see Briarcliff College moving into the Buck Institute. Below are images of Ghana’s Navy after the display of what looks like a Black Muslin party in Marin.

The California Dream Barrel

Meg Whitman and I have three things in common:
- We own the California Barrel Company
- We loathe and fear Donald Trump
- We loathe and fear Ron DeSantis
Meg Whitman was the head of Disney and made this company money, like she did when she was the head of Ebay – and Hewitt Packard. However, he QIBI company – was a huge flop. I tried to warn her it would not work, but, could not contact her personally.
On August 31, 2011, I copyrighted the name California Barrel Co. because the day before I received a genealogy from a cousin that covered the Brodericks and Stuttmeister. I have to guess as to how a company associated with Whitnan, took California Barrel Co. LLC as a name. Planners must have looked at the history of companies in Dogpatch – and assumed no one wanted this name?
In the last two days I have come up with a plan on how to win The Widget Wars that are now a partof the Culture Wars. I am seeking partners and a promoter. How about a attorney. I will be composing a proposal for my new company.

Meg Whitman, Calling Donald Trump a ‘Demagogue,’ Will Support Hillary Clinton for President

- Aug. 2, 2016
Meg Whitman, a Hewlett Packard executive and Republican fund-raiser, said Tuesday that she would support Hillary Clinton for president and give a “substantial” contribution to her campaign in order to stop Donald J. Trump, whom she berated as a threat to American democracy.
“I will vote for Hillary, I will talk to my Republican friends about helping her, and I will donate to her campaign and try to raise money for her,” Ms. Whitman said in a telephone interview.

I just found this in the parallel business world. William Broderick, the husband of Alice Stuttmeister, was the Vice President (a Director) of the California Barrel Company that was located in the Dogpatch, south of San Francisco, and Arcate in Humbolt County where the photograph of Melba and her grandfather is taken. The photo says it is her father, but, it is her grandfather, William Oltman Stuttmeister. I know this because according the Daryl Bulkley, William was very tall, and William Broderick, was short. That is how I remember him.
The President of Cal-Barrel, was Frederick Jacob Koster, who was a member of the Bohemian Club, as was Joaquin Miller, and George Stirling, seen in a traditional tent at the Grove Gathering. When Rosemary would show us the family photos, she would say this about our kin gathered in the redwoods of the Oakland Hills.
“Those are you Bohunk kin.”
Why Rosemary would say this, knowing the Prescos came from Bohemia in 1882, is puzzling. Was she once told they were Bohemian Bohos?
My father and I own the same facial features Will Stuttmeister does, who has a long face.

Plans Revealed for Enormous Waterfront Development in Potrero

Cleanup is currently underway at the industrial area surrounding the old Potrero Power Plant site and adjacent shoreline. Draft plans were recently created and unveiled for a 29-acre Central Waterfront site at 1201 Illinois Street (bounded by Illinois, the Bay, 22nd and 23rd Streets). This area is being prepared for over 5 million square feet of development rising up to 300 feet in height.
The project is currently funded and led by California Barrel Company, with support from Associate Capital and Meg Whitman, the CEO of HP Enterprise. The overall development would introduce up to 2,700 new housing units, 220 hotel rooms, 600,000 square feet of office space and more than 100,000 square feet of retail (including a new grocery store).
To ensure capacity for these new businesses, new parking will be added for nearly 2,600 cars and 1,700 bikes. There are also plans to add a dedicated bike land down 23rd Street. Interestingly, the plans call to keep the power plant’s old smokestack and its nearby Power Block structure intact.

Credit: SocketSite
The proposed plan also calls for adding six acres of open space and parks. This includes a central Power Station Park, a waterfront park, and promenade connected to San Francisco’s Blue Greenway. Lastly, the project team is debating the construction of a new dock that could provide water access for recreational, commercial, and municipal watercrafts.
Except for one 30-story building on the western side of the site, which is roughly the same height as the existing boiler stack along the bay, the other 18 proposed buildings range from 65 to 180 feet in height. Current zoning for this area limit buildings to 65 feet in high, so expect some amendments at some point.
The Potrero development site is near many other very large mixed-use projects such as the 28-acre Pier 70, 14-acre India Basin, the proposed Golden State Warriors arena, and the Hunters Point Shipyard and Candlestick Point.
The original power plant was previously owned by PG&E and stopped operating in 2011. It was considered one of the dirtiest energy producers in the state of California and its predecessors operated on the site going all the way back to the 1870s.
The ultimate hope is that the power plant property will become an extension of Pier 70, where a dozen historic industrial buildings will be preserved. We’ll keep you posted as we find out more.

Looking back at Arcata’s barrel company

The Historical Sites Society of Arcata’s annual lunch will be March 14 at 11:30 a.m. at the Baywood Country Club, 3600 Buttermilk Lane in Arcata. The cost for lunch is $25. RSVP by calling 707-822-4722.
The program will be “The California Barrel Company: Arcata’s Biggest Business.” For decades, the California Barrel Company was the biggest employer in Arcata, according to a Historical Sites Society press release.
Early on, it made barrels for the Spreckles Sugar Company, later expanding to supply containers to China and to provide wire-bound crates for produce and machinery in the United States. The company cut spruce and other trees in several parts of Humboldt County, including Fickle Hill and a portion of what later became Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park.
Much of its mill, just northwest of Samoa Boulevard and L Street in Arcata, still stands, recalling the days when it provided the paychecks for 1,142 workers.
There will also be an account of the Koster Mansion, the San Francisco residence of John Koster, CABCO’s founder.

VP Kamala Harris Evicted From Belmont

Dear Vice President;
I exceeded the limit of words I could send you, then I saw the light. In the two photographs of my Stuttmeister-Janke grandfathers, I saw they were framed by two trees – TWO PINE TREES! Are these the two trees that were-are found in Twin Pines Park that is located at the center of the City of Belmont? Before you and President Biden won the White House fair and square, I and Ed Howard were combining our Oakland History, the city where I was born. Were you born in Oakland where my kin took refuge after the Great San Francisco Earthquake and Fire. They lived below Joaquin Miller who brother published Jack London’s ‘Martin Eden’ in the Pacific Monthly. Jack lived and worked in Belmont and grew up in Oakland.
When the Belmont Historical Society did not respond to the photographs I posted on their sites, I wondered if they were looking at who I am on the internet. I posted my blogs on you and the Turnverein Abolitionists who chose John Fremont to run in the newly formed Republican Party. I am related to Fremont. I also posted one of my famous sisters paintings ‘Lena and Her Sisters’. Lena was our ‘Black maid who raised us when my mother went to work to support her four children. I surmised I was dealing with racists’, but, it is much worse than that. I dealing with people like Governor DeSantis and his people, who are engaging in SELECT HISTORY. They have gone way beyond EDITING HISTORY, they are passing laws that OUTLAWS HISTORY they do not like. Denny Lawher did not like your amazing history. He ruled that the first Black Woman to be elected Vice President, had nothing to do with Belmont. HE LIED! He knew better. I had posted on the Forty-Eighters. Five days after my first post, I got this message from Denny Lawhern.
Greg Presco Hi Greg , I have been enjoyed some of your posts and photos that are directly related to the Belmont area and you have provided some new photos and information that will be put in a file, but please try not to post anything that is off topic or is not Belmont Area related. Thank you , Denny Lawhern Belmont Historian“
I am still appalled – and in shock two years later. What Denny is saying ism “Thanks for your deposit of you family history! Now – GET LOST! Denny thinks he is a Family Information Bank, and I and others are obligated to give him our family history. When Cynthia McCarthy joined in, she informed me I may be violating her Copyright by putting a photograph of my Janke ancestors that appear in her book. Again – I am still in shock! Why didn’t Denny or Cynthia post these photographs, saying. “Are you aware we have photographs of your bloodkin?” Were Christians intent on suppressing the Oddfelows?
I now suspected these two were idling something from me. I soon discovered that my great-grandfather and grandmother were dug out of their graves in the middle of the night, and moved to the Union Cemetery in Redwood City. But, what is truly astounding, is, it looks like Carl Janke brought six portable house around the Cape to establish a Oddfellow Utopia, completer with a Turnverein Amusement that is not unlike the original Disneyland. It was meant to be a Magical Place for the Oddfellow who lived in San Francisco to come and enjoy My family co-owned a stagecoach line, that took honeymooners to Halfmoon Bay. How many Californians wished they had this in their resumé? We owned a Soda bottling company. What if I wanted to revive this family buniness and draw business because I am…….LIVING BELMONT HISTORY
Mrs. Vice President, I suggest you and President Biden investigate Historical Societies across America, to see if racist select history is going on. Stanford is moving to Belmont. I would like their history department to look at the history of the Oddfellows in California. Here is Ms, McCarthy taking a bullet for Mr, Lawhern who dedicated his life to compiling MY FAMILY HISTORY that is some how – his. He got praises and pats on the head. He wanted more of that. How – parasitical in denying me my history. Of course my German history fell out of favor because of the Two World Wars. With the invasion of Ukraine, NATO and the world, is looking to how Germany responds. Ursula van der Layen went to Stanford. Her children were born in America. I suggest you invite Ursula to meet with you at Stanford, and do a tour of the Bay Area. It is from here a war with China would be launched. We must show our enemies the reason we fight. Our real and true history must stand and face the light of day! We have nothing to hide when….The future is ours!
There is a wreath and rifle in the tree if you look closely in one of the photos of my family which highly suggests they are paying traditional honor to their ancestors – who are buried in Twin Pines Park! It is traditional for Oddfellows to meet at the graves of loved ones on Sunday, and have a picnic. This order has genealogical archives like the Mormons do. Christians had an interest in suppressing the Oddfellows, then – and now! With the rise of Christian Nationalism inside the Republican Party, ONLY, a religious war is taking place in our Democracy. The Republican Party – may be using the Oddfellows as a model. In Iconography Culture Wars, the original is always destroyed after alterations. I suspect the Belmont Historical Society knew I could make a claim of ownership. Is there a Deed on file that allowed the worship of the Cark Janke and his wife – to take place at Twin Pines – forever? I will solicit the HELP of my local Oddfellows in Springfield Oregon.
I am now wondering if the BHS found my post of July 17, 2020 where I founded the Black Turnverein, that does anticipate the Jan.6th. Insurrection – that failed? What if it has succeeded? Would black people be up in arms – for real? Intelligences Agencies are saying – its not over! How many spooks in NATO Nations are playing a lot of attention to the real crisis our Democracy is in. Did Trump backers in Belmont believe the election was stolen?
Sincerely

EXTRA! An hour after my last edit of this post, I saw on Television the NAACP issued a travel advisory for the whole State of Florida for the reasons I have made the Vice President – I am aware of. I’m sure she knows already. I have sent Kamala my letter in two increments and will not send more. What is going down in Florida is now a world crisis!
I am seventy-six and am having more rouble writing. I have never been a good writer due tomy abusive upbringing. I live to write and do research. I believed I got a real good story that the New Yorker Magazine will buy. But, I cant wait to reveal what I discovered three hours ago. My left finger is not working like it used to. Stanford Coming to Belmont?
Posted on May 21, 2023 by Royal Rosamond Press
Did you know Ursula von der Layen attended Stanford University and born her children while getting a degree? Stanford is looking at buying the Norte Dame de Namur in Belmont where I was snubbed and ridiculed by the Historic Society after I showed them proof I am descended from Carl Janke who brought six portable houses around the Cape in 1848. These are Prussians, who offered by purchase California for seven million dollars. My kin may have been agents for this purchase – that was nixed when gold was discovered. In 2021 I suggested a School of Espionage move in to Namur. Yesterday in search of historians at Stanford – I find you! You, Ms. Zegart – are up! If you are drinking coffee right now, put that cup down, and look around at the way your reality – used to be! You have passed between the Two Pine Trees of Belmont, and the bronze doors to the Janke-Stuttmeister crypt in Colma. Carl Janke and his wife were dug up from their graves in the middle of the night, and ended up in the Union graveyard in Redwood City. If Dr. Stuttmeister knew where they were, he would have interred them in our crypt, where he put Carl’s bloodline – after they were evicted from the Oddfellow’s cemetery! I am claiming Twn Pines Park, because in looking at you – and all of this intrigue – I saw The Light shining through. The Truth came in between the two trees, and falling upon my beloved ancestors.
In 2018, after discovering I am kin to Ian Fleming, via Liz Taylor, I began my own Bond novel ‘The Royal Janitor. I researched what spies do. They look at a lot of data, and analyze it. In your book, you attest to this, and then say spy novels, and fake spies, ruin the real work.. I had the stars of my Bond book become lovers, and then get married after seeing a video of Putin’s Cossacks whipping members of Pussy Riot. I knew I was throwing away an opportunity to have a pay day, but I am driven to do the right thing. I suspect you are too.
I suggest you approach the President of Sandford and ask for the funds to conduct a investigation – that will include us meeting in Belmont to look for evidence I am the rightful Heir of Twin Pines Park. I believe we are destined to author a book, or two. I see your husband is a screenwriter. I suggest you both take good notes. I was poised to send Vice President Kamala Harris the second part of my message – that will now include this e-mail. When I mentioned her to the Belmont Historic Society in March of 2021, there was a conspiracy to get rid of me – and take my infraction for another book. I have sent messages to the Mayor of Belmont and the City Council. I am feared!
I believe you are Victoria Rosemond Bond, and I am Miriam Starfish Christling, Here they are having breakfast. Carl Janke founded a German Theme Park that may be the first in California. Walt Disney was inspired by Fairyland in Oakland. Putin and Patriarch Kirill invaded Ukraine to do harm to the LGBTQ folks. Consider Governor DeSantis – doing the same! Zelenskyy is in Japan at the G-7. as I type.
Your destiny awaits you. This e-mil will self-destruct. You made the cover of my newspaper for the arts. Oh. I forgot. My Muse, Rena Easton inspired me to write a Bond novel because in a letter she said she committed a million poems to memory. She had two children by Admiral Ian Easton, head of the British Defense Staff Washington. Have you heard of this agency? I am the Union of The Fake and The Real – Spy! Your study – is flawed! Don’t worry. We can fixt it! Here is your chance to work – in the field!

For fans of spy movies and television shows, a visit to CIA headquarters will be disappointing. The visitor center looks nothing like the high-tech offices of Jason Bourne and Carrie Mathison. Instead, the entry to America’s best-known intelligence agency has more of a shabby post-office feel. There are teller windows with bulletproof glass, soda machines, and an old-fashioned black landline phone mounted on the back wall. Once cleared by security, visitors head back outside, where they can walk down a winding road or take the rambling shuttle bus to the old headquarters building. There, lobby security has no retina scanners or fancy fingerprint devices, just a few turnstiles and a friendly security guard who takes cellphones and hands out paper claim checks.

On Wednesday, she stood, in a yellow-and-blue outfit to match the colors of the Ukrainian flag in a visual statement of support, and with the stars of the European Union standard perfectly arranged like a halo behind her, and spoke for an hour about courage, victory, and sacrifice. It was a carefully designed appearance replete with symbolism.

“This is not only a war unleashed by Russia against Ukraine,” she said. “This is a war on our energy, a war on our economy, a war on our values and a war on our future.”
“This is about autocracy against democracy. And I stand here with the conviction that with courage and solidarity, Putin will fail and Europe will prevail,” she added, referring to President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia.
She stopped for applause as a television camera panned and settled, in a tight frame, on a composed but emotional Olena Zelenska, Ukraine’s first lady who had traveled from her country’s capital, Kyiv, to Strasbourg, France as Ms. von der Leyen’s guest of honor.

I sent her an email over a year ago. Two days ago I was watching CNN when Von der Leyen walked on stage. My computer shut down because the battery ran low.

Your registered enquiry to the Europe Direct Contact Centre is as follows:My ancestors are a Gold Rush family who came to California in 1849 from Hamburg, and the island of Heligoland. They brought six portable homes around the Cape and erected them in Belmont California that is near Stanford University where Commissioner von der Leyen attended college. I have found evidence of prejudice against Germans in Belmont. The graves of Cark Janke and his wife were dug up in the middle the night, and moved to another city. Janke Street was changed. The study of my family in Belmont has been oppressed. I am kin to Ian Fleming and am authoring a Bond novel, starring Victoria Rosemond Bond. I find Erdogan’s treatment of women, appalling. Kamala and Starfish Are California Girls
Posted on March 19, 2021 by Royal Rosamond Press

Time to get serious and back up our State Department with some facts and the truth! For four years I have been running a FICTIONAL STATE DEPARTMENT after the Trumpire destroyed it – with the help of Evangelical Leaders. Rena Easton was a California Girl for fifty days. She married the head of the British Defence Staff Washington. Rena is the model for Victoria and Miriam. The Vice President of the United States was born in Oakland California, and thus is a ‘California Girl’. Miriam Starfish Christling was born near Redding California. She too is a California Girl. I will pick where today, as well as the hospital for Victoria Rosamond Bond, who is a British Subject that was raised in the College of Arms.

Welcome to
Stanford Belmont
Stanford University is excited to announce that, following extensive community engagement, it submitted an application in October 2022 to the City of Belmont for a Conceptual Development Plan (CDP) as part of an ongoing process to potentially purchase the Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) campus.
Main content start
Stanford University is exploring the possibility of purchasing the Notre Dame de Namur University campus with a goal of continuing the property’s nearly 100-year history of academic use by creating a vision for a future Stanford campus in Belmont.
Stanford entered into an option to purchase agreement with NDNU in September 2021 to work toward Stanford’s purchase of the 46-acre campus. Following extensive community engagement starting in 2021, Stanford submitted an application to the City of Belmont for a Conceptual Development Plan for the NDNU campus property. The development plan includes a package of community benefits that was informed by discussions with local residents and stakeholders. This is an exciting first step in a comprehensive regulatory process led by the City to study Stanford’s high-level vision to redevelop the campus.

Our Vision
The Belmont campus and community present exciting opportunities for Stanford as it extends its educational mission and Long-Range Vision that includes more purposeful engagement with the region. The submitted plan would provide Stanford with the flexibility to reposition the campus in a way that supports new academic uses and greater community engagement. The CDP also includes elements that reflect the shared values of Stanford and the Belmont community:
- Continued use of the Belmont campus for academic purposes, furthering the tradition of higher education in the city.
- A campus design that welcomes community access to recreation and walking paths.
- A commitment to continue Stanford’s strong record in sustainable development and campus management – including sustainable buildings, operations, and transportation programs.
- Continuing the residential nature of the campus by providing a minimum of 50 housing units for Stanford affiliates, and up to 200, depending on programmatic needs.

Community Benefits
Stanford launched an extensive community outreach effort starting in 2021 with a key goal to understand how Belmont residents engage with the campus, and how they would like to further engage with it, should Stanford ultimately purchase the property. Based on community discussions and engagement with residents, city officials, school leaders, and community groups, four clear priorities emerged that shaped Stanford’s proposed community benefits package:
- Ralston Mansion – Stanford will invest in the restoration and preservation of Ralston Mansion, and will create opportunities for the community to again utilize the facility, which was closed in 2012.
- Koret Field – Koret Field will be available for use and/or rental by the community.
- Ralston corridor transportation improvements – During the first phase of new development, and in consultation with the City, Stanford will design and fund improvements to the Ralston Avenue/campus entrance intersection to improve existing congestion on Ralston Avenue. In addition, Stanford will commit to improving bicycle access to the train station along the Ralston corridor.
- Establish a Stanford Belmont Educational Initiative – Stanford will immediately begin a community process to identify and support mission-aligned initiatives and programs that champion and invest in innovative education, with an emphasis on Transitional Kindergarten through 12th grade and the educational ecosystem.
