I believe the visions of John Fremont – are reborn this day!
Washington — A Democratic congressman and the NAACP filed a lawsuit in federal court Tuesday alleging former President Donald Trump and his attorney Rudy Giuliani, along with far-right extremist groups, conspired to incite the January 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol to block Congress from reaffirming President Biden’s win in the presidential election.

The lawsuit from Congressman Bennie Thompson of Mississippi accuses Mr. Trump and Giuliani of violating a Reconstruction-era law, known as the Ku Klux Klan Act, that prohibits two or more people from conspiring to “prevent, by force, intimidation, or threat,” any office-holder from performing their duties. The NAACP said two other Democrats, Congressman Hank Johnson of Georgia and Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman of New Jersey, plan to join the litigation.
The suit, filed in the federal district in the District of Columbia, names Mr. Trump in his personal capacity, as well as Giuliani, the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, two extremist groups whose members participated in the insurrection. As Mr. Trump is out of office, he no longer enjoys some of the legal protections afforded to presidents.
The adoption of the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution extended civil and legal protections to former slaves and prohibited states from disenfranchising voters “on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.” Forces in some states were at work, however, to deny black citizens their legal rights. Members of the Ku Klux Klan, for example, terrorized black citizens for exercising their right to vote, running for public office, and serving on juries. In response, Congress passed a series of Enforcement Acts in 1870 and 1871 (also known as the Force Acts) to end such violence and empower the president to use military force to protect African Americans.
In its first effort to counteract such use of violence and intimidation, Congress passed the Enforcement Act of May 1870, which prohibited groups of people from banding together “or to go in disguise upon the public highways, or upon the premises of another” with the intention of violating citizens’ constitutional rights. Even this legislation did not diminish harassment of black voters in some areas.
The Fremont family spent much time in Europe. I believe Elizabeth Fremont burned the reason why. John and Jessie had a bodyguard made up of foreigners. They feared a foreign invasion, and Lincoln was aware of this;
“President knew we were on the eve of England, France and Spain recognizing the South: they were anxious for a pretext to do so; England on account of her cotton interests, and France because the Emperor dislikes us.”
This morning I awoke at 5:A.M. determined to BORN AGAIN the Army of the Potomac so that never again will our elected leaders cower on their knees in the Sacred Chamber of The United States Senate. I turn on my T.V, to see the news about the death of a Capitol policeman. I am then hearing about the special jurisdiction of the District of Columbia has, that prevented the calling of the National Guard to come to the rescue of The People’s Choice – that most Republican’s claim were not legally elected to office. Their President LIED AGAIN saying he called the National Guard – right away – at the first sign of trouble! Why should the majority of Real American Voters have to SWALLOW ONE MORE LIE from a mortal being, who thinks he is a god. Trump – IS INSANE!
Mr. Insane wanted to send OUR Army into…
