Freedom of Religion and Speech

Freedom of Religion, speech, and the press, is being celebrated today. The Constitution guarantees these freedoms in the First Amendment.  Last year, Kim Haffner and my neighbors conspired to deprive me of my Rights. I believe all the Haffner’s were involved. They did not like me attacking their religion in regards to neo-Nazis using Christianity as a mask in violent demonstrations. I did not know my neighbors were stalking me, until I told Kim my post in my blog was very prophetic. She started raging against me, saying I was deluded to say I am a prophet. I told her I took over Hubert Armstrong’s church that I discovered funded Radio London that was operated by my late friend Ben Toney. I took a DNA test and discovered I am kin to the de Toney family via the Cliffords. Ben served his Country in the Navy.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Above is my great grandfather’s ship, the USS Constitution. Hull sailed the USS Enterprise to the shores of Tripoli.

What our Fake and Divisive President is going to push today, is the lie he and his family are going to protect the Armed Forces, and Christianity, from Americans who hate both. Donald has bought the propaganda of many evangelical leaders who claim Freedom of Religion protects churches from Disbelievers. The truth is, this Right was made for the benefit of many New Religions that were not the norm, and were declared heretical by the traditional church. The idea of there being New Prophets founding a New Church, was seen as a betrayal of the orthodoxy. Many people were ruled Traitors of God and Jesus – and severely punished! My Puritan ancestors fled to America, as did the Rosamonds in order to practice their New Religion.

Some scholars claim Jesus was the first and last Christian who brought his message to disbelievers. After his death, Paul altered Jesus’ church and made it in his image.  The Catholic Pope labeled Martin Luther a heretic after he altered the original church. God bid me to save Armstrong’s Radio Church! I tried to save KORE. No one helped me. No one was on my side. My neighbors took note of this. They wanted to label me a lunatic, defame and denigrate me – and even hurt me! Kim Hafner shouts out with glee that I have no friends, and her gang shrieks for joy!

I just found out Ben is in the movie ‘Dateline Diamonds’ that features early British Rock Stars. I will research how Herbert Armstrong affected the making of this Rock movie that starred Dutch bands. I told Springfield City Manager, Neil Laudati about these connections, and pleaded with him to save the KORE building that would have dovetailed nicely with the Ken Kesey mural. There is a empty wall in the public building that replaced Armstrong’s vision, that begs for a historic painting. This may be the first and only case where a religious organization helped promote the Music Revolution that rocked and changed the world – forever! Is this what God ordained? It is alleged Beatle Music brought down the Iron Curtain.

Springfield can use all the history it can get! The Mayor will love this hands across the pond connection! Herbert Armstrong kept MYgalaxy afloat. His sermons followed the music of many of Britain’s pioneer bands – and he knew it! This Liberty Ship made Britain great! The Christian-right took over our Democracy in order to promote their End Time Rapture, and shame human genitals – for kicks! They don’t have Jesus’ permission to do this. Put an end to Christian Terrorism! The Real Jesus is a Promoter of Freedom and Civil Liberties – with no violence!

Happy Fourth of July!

P.S. I found this article fours hours after my post. I would like to assist the new City Manager. The Culture War must end in my city! Our inexperienced president fell victim to evangelical leaders, and gave proof church-rule has never worked! Our Nation’s cities must point this real history out, and put it aside as an option.

Last Thursday, three City Manager finalists were welcomed at a Springfield meet-and-greet.

But after the handshaking was over, councilors voted for “none of the above.”

“We all agree that we’re looking for a very specific individual,” Mayor Lundberg said. She would not disclose specifics on why none of the final three could make the grade. That was discussed in a closed executive session. “We made a decision about the candidates and decided that we would continue to look.”

Dateline Diamonds is a 1965 British music-film. The film was shot in black and white. The “pop and cop” genre of film was a popular concept in the UK during the early 1960s to highlight young music talent and was geared to appeal directly to the young teenage market. The film was a low-budget B movie and released to support the main feature film Doctor in Clover starring Leslie Phillips.[1][2]

The plot involves an international criminal gang who use the MV Galaxy (the ship which was the home of 1960s pirate radio station Radio London) to smuggle stolen diamonds from the UK to Amsterdam. (This plot point is based on a number of false assumptions: firstly, that bands would be asked to give interviews on board the ship: any interviews would in fact have been taped on land; secondly, that bands’ agents would be allowed to visit the ship in order to promote their clients: they would not; thirdly, that agents for Dutch bands would take boats directly to the ship from The Netherlands; and finally, that people visiting the pirate radio ships would not be searched by Customs). The final sequence, showing Ray Anton and Pro Forma, Mark Richardson and the Small Faces performing on stage, was filmed during a genuine Radio London night at the Rank Ballroom in Watford.[3]

Dateline Diamonds was mainly conceived by music publisher, Harold Shampan, as a publicity vehicle for up-and-coming talent

On Sunday, April 3rd, 1966, Dateline Diamonds went on general cinema release, supporting main feature, Doctor in Clover. It was originally expected to be the support for the latest Norman Wisdom feature The Sandwich Man (see Ben Toney’s memoirs) and this was announced as part of a competition to win tickets to the premiere. However, a last-minute change of plan coupled the film with ‘Doctor in Clover’.

Small Faces were an English rock band from East London. The group was founded in 1965 by members Steve Marriott, Ronnie Lane, Kenney Jones, and Jimmy Winston, although by 1966 Winston was replaced by Ian McLagan as the band’s keyboardist.[1]

The band is remembered as one of the most acclaimed and influential mod groups of the 1960s [2][3] with memorable hit songs such as “Itchycoo Park“, “Lazy Sunday“, “All or Nothing“, and “Tin Soldier“, as well as their concept album Ogdens’ Nut Gone Flake. They later evolved into one of the UK’s most successful psychedelic bands until 1969.[4]

The Small Faces never disbanded; when Marriott left to form Humble Pie, the remaining three members recruited Ronnie Wood as guitarist, and Rod Stewart as their lead vocalist, both from The Jeff Beck Group, and carried on as Faces,[5][6] except in North America, where this group’s first album (and only their first album) was credited to Small Faces. This practice has continued on all subsequent North American reissues of the album to this day. A revived version of the original Small Faces existed from 1975 to 1978.[7]

Small Faces were one of the biggest musical influences on the Britpop movement of the 1990s.[8] Despite the fact the band were together for just four years in their original incarnation, Small Faces’ music output from the mid to late sixties remains among the most acclaimed British mod and psychedelic music of that era.[9] They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012.

Pioneers of Dutch rock were the so-called Indorock bands from the late 1950s, like The Tielman Brothers and the Blue Diamonds. They played rock guitar instrumentals when most of the Dutch youth had hardly heard of rock ‘n’ roll. They stemmed from the Indo community in The Hague and were pivotal in earning that city the title of Beatstad (‘Beat city’) in later years. With 1960s bands like Golden Earring and Shocking Blue,[1] Vandenberg in the 1980s, and Kane and Anouk in the 1990s, 2000s The Hague became synonymous for mainstream rock. Shocking Blue released “Never Marry a Railroad Man” (1970) and “Inkpot”(1972).

More progressive music emerged in the 1960s in Amsterdam. In 1964 (see 1964 in music), The Outsiders were the first Dutch psychedelic rock band to become successful. Well known was the ‘Haagse Scene’ – many of the popular bands of the 1960s came from The Hague, such as Shocking Blue, which topped the US charts in 1970 with Venus, Golden Earring, Q65, The Motions and Earth & Fire (“Seasons”, 1970). Other representatives from this period: the Cats, Tee Set, Bintangs, Sandy Coast, Cuby & the Blizzards and Brainbox. George Baker Selection acquired international fame with the songs “Little Green Bag” (1969), and “Una Paloma Blanca” (1975).

The Radio Church of God and Radio London – Remembered

I talked to the people inside the building that replaced KORE about doing a mural on this wall. I collected some earth in remembrance of Ben Toney. I have to put the video on youtube. I put five scoops of dirt in bag that had these words printed on it:

“The perfect blend”

With each scoop I said;

On the land

On the sea

In the air

On the air

Church, State and the Pirate Ship Saga

By Neil Earle

Radio Caroline was the first of the offshore “pirate ships” beaming into Britain, though the idea had been tried off California and elsewhere in the 1930’s.

(Jingle) “Radio London reminds you: Go to the Church of your choice.”

(Announce, loudly): “THE WORLD TOMORROW! Garner Ted Armstrong brings you the plain truth about today’s world news with the prophecies of the World Tomorrow!

(GTA): “And greetings friends, this is Garner Ted Armstrong with the good news of the World Tomorrow. World leaders admit that they are frightened, that they are engaged in a fantastic nightmare. They’re scared. They don’t know what to do. They’re wondering what is going to happen in the future and none of them really know.”

This was a typical opener for a “World Tomorrow” radio show beaming down on millions of Englishman in the Greater London area between late 1964 and August 15, 1967. This period is now somewhat notable in British broadcasting circles as the heyday of the Pirate Ships. A fascinating tale, this, of how the Armstrongs, Herbert and Garner Ted (successful radio evangelists based in America) ended up in a curious roundelay involving Her Majesty’s government in London, the BBC, some of Britain’s elite publications and a host of over-the-top radio personalities – some of whom ended up as legends of British popular culture.

This has been a very long day. Let me sign off with this good news.

I took another nap. When I awoke, I realized the suitcase I took out of the dumpster was the history of Armstrong and Radio London. I put it there in my fictional story. I got up and blogged on this connection. I found much. I found blueprints for a New Radio London and a Memorial – to be built in the future. Some say Armstrong, was CIA. They should employ my divine psychic abilities.

Chapter One

‘The Hammer and the Hand’

John Ambrose could not believe his good fortune. On his way to Safeway in his vintage 1972 Ford Truck, he noticed the gate to the grounds of KORE radio was open. Pulling over, he entered what he considered hallowed ground. It was his dream to own this radio station that had been for sale over a year. His heart began to pound when he saw workman hauling boxes out of Armstrong’s old radio station that was just sold. To John’s dismay, it was being torn down. Taking shaky steps towards the dumpster, John knew he must act. He could not stop himself from climbing the built-in ladder. Looking inside, his eyes instantly spotted the handle of an old suitcase. Before he grabbed it, he knew what this suitcase looked like. Getting a firm grip, John gave a mighty tug, and, there was debris and papers flying about him, when he heard a voice!

“Hey! What are you doing! Get out of there!”

John pretended he did not hear the command. With shaking hands, he clicked the clasps, and lifted the lid of the suitcase.

“Holy shit! John said, as he beheld the title of the manuscript………

“The Last Russian Prophecy of Herbert Armstrong.”
