Yesterday a settlement was reached with a Skinner about the fate of property in downtown. In the same newscast, there is talk about renaming Ken Kesey Square. I am going to propose ‘Big Buck Block’ after Frank Buck who was ‘Big Timber’. He was a member of The Oddfellows. I suggest the Kesey statue be moved near the Kesey mural,
