1. The act or process of degrading.
2. The state of being degraded; degeneration.
When my sixteen year old daughter came into my life, the ghost writer Stacey Pierrot hired at the suggestion of Sydney Morris went after her. Tom Snyder had just threatened me with attorneys if I did not sign the exclusive rights contract he sent me in the mail. I was considering contributing to Snyder’s bioagraphy ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ but when my aunt Lilian told me she was giving Snyder her story – after she gave me a five hour interview for my story – I refused to participate. My brother, Mark Presco, demanded I sign that contract – and apologise to Lil after I called her what she was, a vain selfish bitch! I refused. Mark told me I was out of the family – his family!
I had caught Pierrot lying to me about the Family Partnership prints, she saying she had nothing to do with them, yet, there is Maggie in the wndow of the Rosamond Gallery – along with Rosamond’s self portrait. Christine appears to be sleeping. He eyes are closed. This work made me wonder if Rosamond was inspired by the Sleeping Beauty Maxfield Parish rendered. The shots outside the Rosamond gallery were taken by Judy Gall, an artist and sister of my friend, Mark Gall.
Rosamond did a painting of our black maid, Lena. We see ‘Lena and Her Sisters behind Lawrence Chazen. Lena was one of four images produced by the partnership formed between, Vicki Presco, Vic Presco, and Christine Rosamond Benton.
Above Lena is Mark’s son, Cean, and his wife’s kindred. Mark disowned his son because he married a Filipeno. He refused to reconginize his two grandsons, and called them “mud people”. Mark is a misogynist and racists who is insanely concerned about non-white parasites, and women, getting any of his money. Mark is a millionaire. He was furious when Christine filed bankruptcy, and refused to repay the $3,000 dollar loan he gave her. When Rosamond died, he took charge of her Artistic Legacy employing stealth. He kept concealed himself, and covertly manipulated family members as he excluded Shannon from taking part in the legacy her mother left her.
This title is co-owned by Rosamond, whose 250 page autobiography did not make it into Snyder’s biogrpahy – that was a huge flop! Snyder said this about my sister’s writing;
“They are the ideations of woman who was not well when she wrote them.”
You can just make out Snyder’s books in the window lying before the photo of Rosamond that was used in the Pincecone account.
In his blog, Mark mention presidential candidate, Barack Obama, who is today being attcked by racist who employ degrading termonology to bring down the Presdient of the United States – who they exculde in evil ways. Republicans and one millionaire take away our Presdient’s citizenship, the same way Mark un-made me a family member. That his evil design for the Creative Legacy I began in our family, sucked in my minor child and turned her against me, is the Darkness that threatens the Rose of the World Prophecy that will prevail!
We will overcome!

Hi, John –
Visited your website the other day and noticed you have the poem,
“Your Name” posted. I think it’s beautiful.
Lillian had given me a copy some time ago, and I am wondering if you know
where it was published.

COUNTY OF MONTEREY
RE: ESTATE OF CHRISTINE ROSAMOND PRESCO CASE NO. MP 12786
THE DEVALUING OF THE ROSAMOND ESTATE BY FRAUDS AND INCOMPITENTS
RETURN OF MY PRINTS INORDER TO PROPERLY PROMOTE MY LATE SISTER AND REALIZE PROFITS FROM FAMILY PARTNERSHIP PRINTS
In Mr. Sydney Morris’s Report of the Administration he says on page 4 line 10;
“Petitioner hired Stacey Pierrot, who had been assistant manager of the gallery during Decedent’s lifetime, to run the gallery and prepare and execute a marketing plan. The gallery was run by the estate until March 1996 when the gallery was sold to Ms. Pierrot through a contract approved by this Court. During the time that the estate operated the gallery, aggressive marketing efforts were made in an attempt to stir interest in Decedent’s work and increase the potential market for her work. In spite of these efforts, interest in Decedent’s work continued to wane.”
On page six, Mr. Morris explains why there was a delay in the closing of the estate;
“By September 2000, however, plans were underway for a biography of Decedent, which Petitioner hoped might create interest in her work. The book was published in 2002. Although the book did not spur the hoped-for interest in Decedent’s life and work, efforts continued to market the concept of a screenplay based upon Decedent’s life. Petitioner hoping that this might be brought to fruition, elected to keep the estate open. However, it is the Petitioner’s belief the likelihood of an increased interest in Decedents work is negligible, and the time has come to close the estate.”
In an exchange of e-mails with Stacey Pierrot in December of 2000, I told her I would consider contributing to the biography she had in the works, if she and others were honest with me. They were everything, but. Why would the alleged “custodian” lie to me?
Dr. Ms. Pierrot
Mr. Tom Snyder contacted me today, and asked me to contribute to the biography he is writing of my later sister. I agreed to be open and positive about his endeavor as long as there existed a more open and honest approach to the artistic legacy my sister left behind, the foremost being, the attention paid to my families Recovery.”
I went on to ask her about the American Express prints.
“Before I agree to this biography, or sign anything, I want some acknowledgment from you that you understand we are Partners in regards to the prints my father gave me, my sister saying as much when I visited her, she having documents from Vic giving these prints to me. Are you aware of the matters? If so, I need to see some documentation from you attesting to this before I sign any release.”
Ms. Pierrot responded by saying this we were not Partners.
“Dear John
I am delighted to hear from you and to know that you are willing to participate in this project. In response to your concern with the 1988 American Express editions that your dad and Vicki invested in, please know that that neither Rosamond Publishing nor I have any legal interest in the ownership of these prints. I acknowledge that your father willed some or all of his interest in those editions to you. Therefore neither Christine’s estate nor Rosamond Publishing has any legal ownership to the prints owned by you. Just so you know, Rosamond Publishing deals primarily with the publishing, marketing, and sale of new editions, new imagery. This agreement you, Vicki and Christine’s estate in no way involves Rosamond Publishing.”
Ms. Pierrot was not being honest with me, and indeed had told me a bold-faced lie. Enclosed in a page I printed from the Rosamond Publishing website on June 6,1999 showing one of the partnership images ‘Lena and Her Sister’s’ being offered for sale for
$335 dollars. The edition size of 2000 is noted.
On page 10 of his report. Mr. Morris line 19
6. One-half of the American Express” prints to be distributed to Victoria Presto in her individual capacity and as personal representative of the estate of Victor Presto.
7. Sale of the remaining artwork to Stacey Pierrot be approved for the sum of $15,000 in cash, the net proceeds from the sale to be distributed to the creditors of the estate on a pro rata basis.
8. The creditor claim of John Presto is denied.”
It is not clear whether Mr. Morris is talking about all Rosamond prints, or the American Express images. If the latter, how can Mr. Morris claim these prints are part of Christine’s estate, after Ms. Pierrot told me they are not. I am a creditor and am to receive nothing, even though they wanted my memories. Was there an attempt to defraud me, even convert my property? Am I being punished for not giving my family stories to Pierrot – for free – after she lied to me? How can Mr. Morris give her half of these Partnership prints after she told me she had no interest in them? Did Ms.Pierrot file a claim of some sort?
From the beginning I told Morris these prints should have been treated as a Special Interest under the statutes of Probate Law, and returned to the rightful owners so that they could promote and sell these prints as they deem fit. In the Partnership agreement it says;
“18. Subject to the provisions of this agreement, all property originally paid or bought into, or transferred to, the partnerships as contributions to capital by the partners, or subsequently acquired by purchase or otherwise, on account of the partnsehip, shall be partnerships property.”
There is a provision for the death of a partner where the surviving partners meet to decide whether they want to dissolve the part ship or continue it. Vicki Presco made no contact with her father, her surviving partner, for months, and told me to tell him he was going to get his prints back, soon. Victor Presco died November 4, 1994, six months after his daughter. He was never given possession of the prints by Mr. Morris, so he too could conduct an “aggressive markety plan”. Yet, he is vilified in Peirrot and Morris’s biography as a child molester. This was not proven in any court. There was no arrest or investigation. However, there is real evidence of Fraud in regards to Pierrot trying to get my life story, and her ghost writer trying to trick me into signing an exclusive rights contract – knowing I was authoring my own biography? Were they concerned about the movie deal, and wanted to make sure that movie was made from their biography?
The point is, this, Mr. Morris approved of Pierrot authoring a biography and perusing a movie contract as part of he and Pierrot’s aggressive marketing efforts in an attempt to stir interest in Decedent’s work and increase the potential market for her work FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CREDITORS. Why then would my own biography be thwarted, as well as my contributions to Pierrot’s biography by her and Tom Snyder’s deceit? Wouldn’t the Executor welcome two biographies, especially if one is written by the brother of the famous artist, who Rosamond claimed I was her teacher? Who’s to say my story wouldn’t have been a Blockbuster, and thus my claim approved? Tom Snyder threatened me, told me there were lawyers ready to make my life difficult if I did not sign that contract. In the same e-mail to Pierrot I tell her that Vicki Presco and my aunt Lillian had been talking to Tom Snyder behind my back – after they blessed my writing of my sister’s biography. I have four hours of interviews with Lillian that was recorded in Vicki’s home. I suspect this contract was trying to get around the Copyright I filed, which made me wonder if there really was going to be a move made as Lillian had told me. Were profits from this movie really going to go to the creditors and the two heirs, or was Morris attempting to enrich Pierrot in a covert manner, as Shannon suggests?
Mr. Morris says in his latest filing that this movie deal is still in the works. If so, then I want this Probate Court to be sure my claim is paid in full. I suspect my minor child, a gifted actress, was made overtures by Pierrot and Snyder to play a part in this movie, thus causing more family divisions, fueled by destructive family secrets.
To continue with my e-mail to Pierrot.
“That my Aunt and my sister did not tell me they had talked to Tom Snyder months ago – he saying he interviewed them both together when my sister vitied Lillian – has already cast a shadow over this Family matter, as not being told of other pertinent Family matters in the past has led to much angst between you and I, and a tragic split in my family. I thought this split had been mended, and that all concerned were going to act in Good Faith, a term that you know is a legal one in regards to real Partnerships.”.
When I found out Pierrot was lying to me, I forbid Tom Snyder to use Christine’s and my program of Recovery that is founded upon rigorous honesty. He said he would respect my program. He lied, and made it his tool to exploit the alcoholism in my family, and our many tragedies. This was all being done so Mr. Morris could pay off the creditors. Outrageous! He converted my late father’s property to do this – as well as my own, and then denies my claim.
I am asking that one half of the American Express prints Mr. Morris has allotted to Ms. Pierrot, be handed over to me so that I might pursue an aggressive marketing plan in order to raise monies for the Foundation I hope this Court will help me establish, where the proceeds of the sales of four Partnership images will be used to publish an oversized book that will contain all the beautiful images Rosamond painted, along with my anecdotes and oberservations. This book will be given away for free to Libraries in California so that Rosamond can be recognized as a famous Californian Artist. I am asking for all the Copyrights for Christine’s work be put in my care until this retrospective is complete.
One of the reasons I considered contributing to Pierrot and Snyder, was I was very busy working on my book about the Holy Grail and the “Rose Line”. I own several e-groups where I discuss my study, I conversing with other scholars, such as Margaret Starbird, on a regular basis. I founded an e-group for Christine and discuss her and my family on the Davinci Code group, and several Templar groups. I hope to publish my book ‘The Raven and the Rose’ a year from now.
Mr. Morris and Ms. Pierrot have utterly failed in their attempts to revive a waning interest in Rosamond’s work, after being allowed to blow and bang on all the whistles and bells. This Probate court should allow me the same opportunity these incompetents were given so that I might give value to my prints. Ms. Pierrot should not be allowed to walk away from my family probate with anything. Because Vicki Presco backed Pierrot and Snyder’s failed biography (it perhaps the worst book ever written) then I do not want any portion of my prints handed over to her as she is devoid of good judgment, and is also incompetent. It took her nines years to show me a copy of our father’s trust.
After Tom sent me that Exclusive Rights contract to sign, I got wise.
It was another snow-job, another attempt to seal the truth in a lie.
Tom told me he had talked to some attorneys about how to treat me,
and he did not want to do as they suggested, he preffering to use
honey, be tactful! I do not take to being threatened. Indeed, if you
want to wake a sleeping dragon, then try to warn me if I dare tell
the truth things will go badly for me!
Here Stacey is claiming she has nothing to do with the Family
Partnership Prints, but, Heather told me Stacey sent her a gallery
brochure with her favorite Rosamond painting within. Simone was one
of the four images produced by the partnership formed between Vicki,
Vic, and Christine. That they would lie to me, and then try to get my
daughter in their biography that is nothing but a continuing cover-up
of the truth of the events surrounding a tragic death, is outragious
CHILD ABUSE! To involve my daughter – our miracle – in CRIMINAL
FRAUD, is a vicious act that will be a presented before a Judge! Note
she sends a copy of this letter to Vicki, after I ask her to keep it
between her and I, she hiring Tom Snyder as a Ghost Writer. Is Vicki
selling family partnership prints through the Rosamond Publishing
gallery? Is Vicki giving any royalties to her nieces?

Re: Rosamond Biography
Dear Ms. Pierrot;
Mr. Tom Snyder contacted me today, and asked me to contribute to the
biography he is writing of my late sister. I agreed to be open and
positive about his endeavor as long as he was honest, and there
existed a more open and honest approach to the artistic legacy my
sister left behind, the foremost being, the attention paid to my
familie’s Recovery. Mr. Snyder and I talked about setting guidlines,
he saying he is willing to listen to what I want included in this
biography. Tom talked about sending me a release, and that you and he
had talked about having discussed this biography with
attorneys at length, you both desciding on a less stringent appraoch?
Before I agree to this biography, or sign anything, I want some
acknowlegement from you that you understand we are Partners in
regards to the prints my father gave me, my sister Vicki saying as
much when I visited her, she having documents from Vic giving these
prints to me. Are you aware of these matters? If so, I need to see
some legal documentation from you attesting to this before I sign any
release. The reason for this is, Vicki and my Aunt Lillian knew I was
writing a biography of Christine, and had copyrighted with the Office
of Patents and Copyrights a biography I had begun before Christine
died, this a biography of all four Presco Children titled ‘Bonds With
Angels’.
The first chapters were written twelve years ago when only I had a
Program of Sobriety, I hoping by the time this book was done we
would all be in Recovery. I also Copyrighted all the letters I have
written since Christine’s death that may become chapters in a book of
my letters. I have over five hours of recorded interviews with my
Aunt for my biography. Also, I have a portion my families biography
on my Homepage http://www.royalrosamondpress.com/
That my Aunt, and my sister did not tell me they had talked to Tom
Snyder months ago – he saying he interviewed them both together when
my sister visited Lillian – has already cast a shadow over this
Family matter, as not being told of other pertinent Family matters in
the past has led to much angst between you and I, and a tragic split
in my family. I thought this split had been mended, and that all
concerned were going to act in – Good Faith – a term that you know is
a legal one in regards to real
Partnerships.
I need to know from you, personally, if you believe there exists a
Partnership between you and I in regards to the Partnership prints. I
do not think it wise that your defer this matter to Vicki as you have
done in the past. You might consider having your attorney respond to
me, so that we can proceed, be sure Christine’s story is told
correctly, the right author chosen for the task, for the fulfilment
of Christine’s ‘Dream’ – that Dream being, Family Unity. To divide my
Family once again, with our Family Story, would be tragic. I will
send a copy of this email to Mark, Vicki, and Lillian.
Sincerely

First of all, I doubt my aunt Lillian gave you a copy of ‘Your Name’ for she
gave me the original type-written copy of that poem in order to use in my
biography – before she ever talked to you. I also have it as clipped from
the magazine it was published in, with Royal’s signature. You do not have my
permission to republish it as it is protected by my Copyright, my press
company ‘Royal Rosamond Press’ registered here in Oregon. To be sure you do
not publish anything detrimental to the Artisitic Legacy you claim you are
celebrating in your tale, I feel it wise to further enlighten you on
business matters you choose to ignore, and even protect, as your boss,
Stacey Periott may be aware of improper business transactions in the past
that may warrent a investigation in the future, thus you may be obstructing
such investigations, even ones that are already underway.
Such as, I have a letter from the head of HUD in regards to Lawrence Chazen
who formed a Partnership with Garth and Christine a month after the one
formed between my family members. Vic told me he was unaware of this
Partnership, he under duress when I found out I showing him a copy of this
partnership when I first looked into the probate. Vic called up Garth’s
attorney, Robin Beary, who told Vic she was shocked to know he existed – as
well as the Partnership prints, she saying Vicki and Garth who did the
inventroy failed to mention these prints. Vicki also failed to mention Vic
in the Pinecone as one of the survivors. Do you see a pattern here, Tom, and
why yopu might be a part of it?
Royal Rosamond Press is a newspaper founded to protect the Arts. I am my own
Reporter. You said others have refused to contribute to your biography, like
myself, but refused to give me their names when I asked. Do I know these
people who may constitute my history – before Christine’s overnight success
she saw strictly in commercial terms for reasons I will reveal in my
biography? Vic told me Garth’s father was convicted of making false deeds of
trust. Let me quote Shannon’s attorney, Mr.Stimic whol filed this in
Christine’s Probate;
“I have never experianced a more deliberate fraud on any court or more
reckless and calculated attempt to fraudulantly gain control of a probate
estate at the exclusion of the lawful heirs and with the total manipulation
of a testor’s intent than the present efforts of Attorney’s Robin Beare,
Lawrence J. Chazen and Garth Benton, the decedent’s former spouse.”
“Niether Ms.Beare nor Mr.Chazen disclosed to the court the very critical
fact that Mr.Chazen has the largest single creditors claim against the
estate and is the former business asociate of Garth Betnon who the court
removed as Special Administrator just moments before.”
Vicki and Jacci Belford filed signed papers nominating Garth Benton as
Special Administrator. Vicki was in some respects a creditor, and Ms.
Belford was the manager of the gallery and thus the art-business just before
Christine died. That the IRS had put a lein on this business for not paying
taxes, suggests the EXTREMELY DYSFUNCTIONAL and INSANE BUSINESS PRACTICES as
performed by the UNTALENTED business people that surrounded Rosamond, is the
CONTINUING cause of the RUIN of this very important Artistic Legacy as
revealed to the world in my Newspaper.
I suggest you cease and desist your attempt to cover up the inept and even
criminal behavior of those you deem support you, and reveal to me the names
of the attorney, or attorneys you told me you and consulted in regards to
getting me to sign over to you exclusive rights to MY HISTORY, the true
history of a artist who did teach Christine so much of what she knew about
art, she telling me as much.
Vic told me he was preparing his beloved Vicki to take over his Loan
business and had introduced her to his private lenders, the very lenders the
District Attorney of Contra Costa County wanted the names of, in their
investigation. You might ask your boss, Ms Pierrot got the money to purchase
this Legacy – for a song! The World of Art would really like to know –
especially the Artist of the World so they can learn how to protect their
legacies – WHILE ALIVE!

I think that the main consideration for this data is not being factored in, and that is whether or not women want to be in the workplace or otherwise outside of the home. It wasn’t until the 20th century when all those nice cushy air-conditioned office jobs became available that the workplace became attractive to western women and then they demanded immediate gratification, especially in the top office jobs. Before that they content to stay home with the kids and let the men work themselves into an early grave.
A lot more can be said about the negative side of developing this country to what is today. And white people were not the only ones involved. Blacks and Asians were in the mix.
But I will show that it is white people who made this country the richest most desirable place to live on the planet. A place so desirable that it seems everyone in the world wants a piece of the “American Dream”, in fact they think they have a right to it. This is setting us up for the biggest culture clash this country has seen to date.
The most important purpose of this discussion is to answer three of the most burning questions of our time.
1. Should white people feel guilty about their wealth?
2. Must white people share their wealth?
3. Do white people have the responsibility to provide economic parity to the other races?
As harsh as it sounds the answer to all three is NO!!!
It has been demonstrated beyond a shadow of a doubt that communism, or any other form of wealth sharing, is a formula for poverty for all. Mao starved 30 million Chinese to death in the 1960s.
No human being has the right live at the expense of another. This is the definition of a parasite:
From Dictionay.com:
2. a person who receives support, advantage, or the like, from another or others without giving any useful or proper return, as one who lives on the hospitality of others.
When one race chronically lives and grows its population at the expense of another race that race should be labeled a parasitic race.
Except for rare unforeseen emergency aid, everyone must be held responsible providing for themselves. It’s the only thing that works.
The Civil Rights Movement
The civil rights movement was the beginning of the end of race relations for me, but not for the reasons you might think. I was attending Oakland High in Oakland CA from ’60 to ’63. I did not perceive a race problem then. The racial mix was very close to the country today, majority white, a large black population and well represented with Asians and Latinos.
See: http://www.cagenweb.com/alameda/Pages/Booksetc/63OaklandHigh/OaklandHS63.html
We liked the same music, went to the same dances and had a good time together. I played on the football team so many of my good friends were black. One of my best friends was black. I was very optimistic about the future, even contemplating us all melding into brown people.
I supported the civil rights movement because I knew there were still pockets of institutionalized racism in the country. I believed we were finally going to make the words of our Declaration of Independence and Constitution ring true for all Americans.
Almost immediately after civil rights were firmly established in this country, I begin to observe black people segregate themselves. The most important thing in the black community began to be perceived of as appropriately black. To this end black people have created their own music, their own dress, even their own language, in short, their own culture. This culture is not only intended to be different from the white culture, it is anti-white. To my mind it has become the most racist culture in this country. The worst insult one member of this culture can pay another is to accuse them of acting white. Within this culture constant charges and counter charges as to whether your skin is too light or too dark. Skin color is everything to this culture.
The worst of all is the concept of affirmative action which sprang from the civil rights movement. This is nothing more than reverse discrimination. Black people threw the concept of a color blind society right out window. They want us to notice their skin color and they demand privileged treatment because of it. This was the first nail in the coffin of race relations for me.
Being Appropriately Black In America
This brings us back to the basic dilemma. Do we treat people as individuals or as a group? Black people’s concept of affirmative action clearly shows that they want to be treated as a group. But this is not the only way.
It is now the 21st century and for the first time in the history of this country a man of color, Barak Obama, has a shot at the presidency. The first thing we heard from the black community is “Is he appropriately black?”
What does it mean to be appropriately black in America? It means promoting the official black agenda. They call it:
“Keeping the pressure up on the white man”:
· Keep the guilt trips coming.
· Never let the slavery wound heal, keep it open and bleeding.
· Never forgive or forget, or let white people forget, a single insult paid to black people.
· Never acknowledge a single thing white people do to for black people.
· Hold black people responsible for nothing.
· Hold white people responsible for everything.
· Blame it all on the “White Devil”.
