I am considering suggesting the pic above go into the Belmont Time Capsule. It is of my grandmother, Melba, and her best friend, Violet, on Joaquin Miller’s retreat. Vic told me she was doing Isadora Duncan. Joaquin carrie Melba when she was an infant on the Fruit Vale trolly when her mother, Alice Stuttmeister went to visit her husband at the California Barrel Company in the Dogpatch. I assume he was offered a high paying job, he could not refuse.

Melba descends from from Katherine Hendrickson who was born on Heligoland where I lay a cornerstone for NATO In The West – that I will be reporting. Melba may have met Duncan up at the Hights. I Am A Futurian

I am a Futurian. The Gideon Computer is now current. It is up and running in the here and now. This Futurian is taking on the Knights who tore down Ken Kesey’s cottage, and are trying to take over a city street and make it theirs. Baldy evaded the question at their gathering at the Alumni Center on the UofO Campus, about existing businesses. Phil has been buying them up. We must demand he tell us what property he owns on Franklin, and in Glenwood, before our taxes are used.

This is the oldest fraud in the West where the dastardly millionaire knows where the train tracks are going to be laid, and buys up all the land. Knight knew he had a plan, and the power to implement it. He did not tell the Little People of his master plan, untl after he bought up the land! If the Citizens were the first to know, then they could buy some land, too. Knight also knew these businesses would ask a whopping price – if they knew the Knight Marauder Plan! This goes against capitalism, and the free enterprise system. Because tax payers will be fooled into giving the Knight Dream, money, the Public Trust and Bank, has been broken into. UofO students should do public service when they graduate. We need Street Sweepers, not Knight Orcs! There is talk about two towers.

I am now going to post the videos I took at the fraudulent brainstorming. They will be made aware of Frank Buck, a oil tycoon who acquired much timbered land in our area, when Pacific Railroad offered free land grants. Buck hired drunks out of bars to go get them some free land, then he bought their grants for a bottle of booze. The City of Eugene, who is in cahoots with Knight and DBOX, will not be able to dismiss me – and this history. Frank Buck is a founding father of the Buck Foundation that was set up by Robert Breevort Buck, who owns the law firm that destroyed my Rosamond Brand.

At the brainstorming, we were not told Phil employed Eminent Domain. If the  brainstorming had taken place before the UofO swooped down on the lil bunny rabbit, Eugene Citizens would have been up in arms. DBOX knew this. They tricked us into signing off on this Land Grab. This is why they held the fake gathering. They brought out their best Smooth Talkers, their Hired Guns – for our own good – of course!

What is very suspicious, ls, they say they want to make Franklin St. a “destination” after they say the congestion is going to get worse.

http://projects.registerguard.com/rg/news/local/35035835-75/university-of-oregon-moving-ahead-to-buy-land-buildings-for-knight-project-on-franklin-boulevard.html.csp

I just sent this to Congressman, Peter DeFazio.

“On January 28, I attended a gathering of fellow citizens to brainstorm the plans Phil Knight has for Franklin St. The MC evaded the question about existing businesses. Phil has been buying them up. We must demand he tell us what property he owns on Franklin, and in Glenwood. This is the oldest fraud in the West where the dastardly millionaire knows where the train tracks are going to be laid, and buys up all the land. Knight knew he had a plan, and the power to implement it. He did not tell the Little People of his master plan, until after he bought up the land. The UO plans to seek properties from two owners: Carol Foster and family, who own the Domino’s pizza property at Franklin Boulevard and Agate Street; and Eugene developer Don Woolley, who owns and occupies a three-story office building on the targeted site.

Affected tenants are Evergreen Indian Cuisine, which leases a building owned by the UO Foundation; the Lucky Duck Espresso stand, which sits on UO Foundation property; and the Domino’s franchise, leased by Dan Cates.

The family that runs Evergreen said they were shocked when they learned in October that the Knight project would displace their business. By contrast, the Lucky Duck owner said he had long known the blow was descending.

The UO, sensitive about appearing the bully, pledges to help the property and business owners get re-established elsewhere.

The UO hired Eugene commercial real estate broker Jeff Elder and Salem relocation specialist Lori Hathaway to ensure those affected get what the federal Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act and state eminent domain law says is their due, Reed said.

“It is our hope that they understand that we will work very hard to make it as easy and comfortable as possible,” he said.

As a government agency, the UO has the legal right to take property in return for paying fair value. In Lane County, the Oregon Department of Transportation and Lane Transit District have routinely used eminent domain to secure pieces of property for projects.

The University has purchased business properties along Franklin for the project.

DBOX is a creative communications agency that builds brands and develops immersive marketing campaigns for the fields of property development, architecture and the arts.DBOX was founded in 1996 and maintains studios in New York, London and Miami. DBOX has received awards from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (Emmy® Awards), The Art Directors Club, World Luxury Award, American Design Awards, Communication Arts and The International Property Awards, and our work has been exhibited at some of the world’s most respected art institutions, such as The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), The Museum of Contemporary Art in Tokyo, The Art Institute of Chicago, New Museum and The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles.

EUGENE, Ore. – Don’t look now, but some actual construction is around the corner at Franklin Boulevard and Riverfront Parkway.

“I think people driving down Franklin Boulevard will see there are fences up,” Dr. Patrick Phillips said.

Groundbreaking is coming up soon on the first phase of the Knight Campus for Accelerating Scientific Impact

The project represents a $1 billion investment over the next decade, anchored by a $500 million donation from Nike founder Phil Knight and his wife, Penny.

“It will really herald the beginning of a new different phase I think for the whole city,” said Phillips, the acting director of the science campus. “That’s really our hope and our goal.”

Phillips said phase I of the project -a 160,000 square foot building with two towers – will break ground in March.

“Overall the scope of the project is that we’re going from planning to opening the building within a 3-year period, which is pretty unprecedented,”

The University has purchased business properties along Franklin for the project.

Some businesses like Evergreen Indian Cuisine have to relocate.

“We love this location, and we like the community here, especially the UO,” said Usha Shaik, manager at Evergreen.

Shaik said the Franklin Boulevard location has been the restaurant’s home for 11 years. Moving will be bittersweet. The restaurant plans to reopen in the former Jade Palace restaurant building at 7th and Blair.

“It’s hard to move, but it’s another change,” Shaik said.

This past year, Oregon lawmakers approved $50 million in bond funds for the Knight Science campus.

“The governor has requested in the latest session for another $40 million,” Phillips said.

Enough funding, Phillips said, to keep phase one on schedule for an early 2020 opening.

The Story of Rosamond

“Hi Dan. Ten years ago we talked in your office about the white equestrian statue outside your office. According the ongoing Kesey Square Myth, this horseman may come alive in the night, and drag Kesey statue over to Springfield – with your assistance. Is this true?”

I have known Dan Egan since I moved to Springfield eleven years ago. Recently, we discussed his prophecy that Springfield would soon own the statue of Ken now located in Eugene. Or, did Neil Laudati tell me this? There is a Trojan Horse, here? I have found the hidden Mr. Burns. In theory, I own the history of Springfield. Helen is my friend. I have talked about running for Mayor. I will beautify this lumber town. I own the real story of a lone poor man taking on the powerful and rich man with a bevy of attorneys, who depicted my famous sister as a deranged and dangerous lunatic, thus her legacy had to taken over by sane outsiders!

“Mr. Buck is a prominent Mason, a Knight Templar and Odd Fellow, and a member of various clubs, including the Bohemian, of San Francisco; the Pacific-Union of the same city, the San Francisco Gold and Country Club, the Claremont Country Club, of Oakland, California, and the Sutter Club, of Sacramento, California.”

From Frank would come the largest family trust on earth that is worth a billion dollars. Because there was alcoholism in the family, it was founded to combat this disease, and help the poor people of Marin. Maybe we can get Springfield in on this action, because Buck bucks, built this town – and Beverly Hills!

After my friend, Mark Gall, paid for my membership in the Emerald Art Association, I talked with Dan in his office at the old Springfield train station. He gave me his last copy of the history of Springfield which I donated to a merchants organization on Main street, that is now defunct. Then, came the rejection of the history I was compiling on the Fremont-Benton family by the founders of Emerald Arts, who I was told by the director were the widows of the men who owned logging companies. Were any of them kin to Frank Buck, the President of the Booth-Kelly Lumber Company that built a huge lumber mill in Springfield, and, was based in Eugene. Frank was the major stock holder. Why haven’t we heard of him. Where is his monument and plaque. He is the real Mr. Burns!

“Mr. Buck is interested as a stockholder and Director in the Rodeo Land & Water Co., of Los Angeles, which owns 3100 acres of land near Los Angeles. The townsite of Beverly stands on part of this land. Mr. Buck is President of the Booth-Kelly Lumber Company, of Eugene, Oregon, and has heavy timber holdings in that section of the Northwest. He also is a Director of the Bakersfield Iron Works.”

Why did the artist who designed the Kesey mural put these Biblical words where the signature of the artist traditionally go? I and my niece have been fighting a conglomerate that made millions fro Oregon trees.

Three Flags – One Grave

Larger memorial image loading...

It is 8:33 A.M. May 27, 2023 – and I am still in shock having discovered my grandparents are buried in the same grave! I saw TWO flags put on one gravestone. That was a half hour ago. THEN – I see another flag! There are three of my ancestors buried in the same grave! WHY? Did the caretakers conclude this was a very poor family? William Stuttmeister knew they were Belmont before he died. At great expense to himself, he moved the Jankes to Colma after they were evicted from the Odd Fellow cemetery – at great expense! This was a wealthy pioneer family whose graves keep being defiled! They were moved to the Union cemetery i 1972?

Below is a video I made after I met with LDS Sisters who wanted to meet at the genealogy center to look at these illustrious people who have a magnificent crypt in Berlin. I don’t know if I told them I was considering putting Amanda Gorman in my painting of the two pages saving our electoral votes.

Brief Life History of Elizabeth Dorothy

When Elizabeth Dorothy Janke was born on 14 November 1844, in Hamburg, Germany, her father, Carl August Janke, was 24 and her mother, Dorothea, was 24. She had at least 1 son and 6 daughters with Amassa Parker Johnson. She lived in Belmont, San Mateo, California, United States in 1880. She died on 20 January 1929, in San Francisco, California, United States, at the age of 84, and was buried in Colma, San Mateo, California, United States.

Belmont A Capitol of German Culture

Union Cemetery is a historic cemetery on Woodside Road (CA 84) near El Camino Real in Redwood CitySan Mateo County, California. The cemetery was named a California Historical Landmark #816 in 1967, then added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.[4]

History[edit]

Founded in 1859, this is the site of the first American burial ground in San Mateo County, and was originally located just outside the town limits of Redwood City.[5][4] The cemetery officially closed in 1918, but it was used for many years after that for burial of the poor.[5] There are special cemetery plots for the Masonic Order, members of the International Order of Odd Fellows and the California volunteers who fought during the Civil War.[5]

Soldier statue[edit]

The life-sized metal sculpture of a civil war veteran was erected during 1889 for a Memorial Day celebration, the earliest such celebration on the Peninsula.[5] The statue was paid for by Jane Lathrop Stanford.[6] It was vandalized in 1958, 1959 and 1969, but was subsequently repaired, and in 1999 it was replaced with a replica constructed of more durable material.[5][6]

he historic Union Cemetery at 316 Woodside Road in Redwood City will host a Memorial Day event featuring music, speeches, the decorating of graves, and the traditional anvil firing as the community gathers to honor soldiers.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 29.

As parking can be challenging, organizers encourage biking, walking, and carpooling to Union Cemetery. Transportation to seating area is available for folks who need assistance.

Union Cemetery is a California Historic Landmark and listed in the National Register of Historic Places and is one of the oldest burial grounds in San Mateo County. The cemetery has been closed, officially, since 1918, although Redwood City administrators used it as a paupers’ field, which is defined as a place for the burial of unknown, unclaimed or indigent people. During the Depression, those unable to afford a more prominent place continued to bury their loved ones at Union Cemetery.

William Oltman Stuttmeister went to the University of California and practiced dentistry in San Francisco. He bought two vacation properties in San Geronimo where he retired and died. The Maillard, Count Cipriani, Napoleon, and Prince Victor Napoleon connection is interesting. Is this the continuation of the Belmont Colony? Was this land purchased with a recovered treasure? Many have searched for the lost treasure of Sir Francis Drake near this valley overlooked by the ‘Sleeping Maiden’ mountain.

Below is a video showing Cipriani’s home inside Ralston’s additions. It was a portable house. An expert needs to compare this with the Tanforan cottages. Samples of the wood and screws need to taken and compared to the houses Janke brought around the Cape. William married Augusta Janke.

Today is Carl Janke Day! It’s been a long time coming! I have fulfilled the broken promise the City of Belmont made. CJD will be celebrated on the last Sunday of July.

My father never met his father-in-law, Royal Rosamond, nor did Victor Hugo Presco. I never met Royal and VH. These Four Fathers board Captain Vic’s Chris Craft, and head out for Belmont, going under the Carquinez Bridge.

This is the first time these father’s have been in the same place together – cyberspace! In real, and historic life, these men could chat you up, back you down, and laugh at your losing hand. Why anyone would mess with them, and their DNA line, is a mystery. But they do! No losers on this boat ride! Just winners, who owe so much to…..Carl Janke!

When I talked to Carol Williams we spoke between the lines, being, law firms have no spiritual base, and will bleach out all the spirituality they find in Creative People they handle so they can get down to what really matters to them – THE MONEY!

I am more than a Baba Lover. I have traced his families cosmology to the Kurds, as well as the Nazarites. I have been communicating with Kurds on facebook. One group is seeking to form a secular way of life to counter ISIS that is destroying art and selling artifacts.

Sydney Morris crushed my spiritual input in my family, along with the Family Sobriety that I begged him to protect in several letters. I will have to go to the Monterey Supreme Court and see how many of letters got filed in the probate of Christine Rosamond Benton.

Morris did not charge my family any money because he knew he had destroyed us and the Rosamond estate. He knew this while he handled the Creative Legacy of the Weston family. Edward Weston contributed to the ‘Dune Forum’ which published photos of Meher Baba’s visit to the Dunites. Add to these images the photos of Peter Stackpole and we are gazing upon the sublime.

During the earlier 1932 visit he had met a spiritual seeker named Sam Cohen, a Theosophist and resident of a loosely knit freethinkers’ community named “Moy Mell” nestled among the dunes on the beach at Oceano, California. The benefactor of this group of intellectuals, spiritual seekers, artists and social misfits was Chester Alan Arthur III, grandson of the 21st President, who went by the name of Gavin. For a time Gavin published a magazine called the Dune Forum, which included articles by such notables as Stuart Edward White (author of the spiritualist classic, The Unobstructed Universe), and photographic contributions by Ansel Adams and Edward Weston (whose dune photographs are well-known). Gavin would frequently entertain the intellectual and artistic elite of America at his cabin in the dunes. Although accounts differ somewhat, it appears that Baba sent disciple Meredith Starr and his wife to Moy Mell in 1932

“The most amazing vibrations on earth could be found 18 miles south of San Luis Obispo California in the middle of the Oceano Dunes…That’s where we are. A vortex, kinda like Sedona Arizona, just a magnificent energy center.” — Environmentalist John Reid

We’re a few miles south of Pismo Beach not far from the 101 freeway. I’ve been following environmentalist John Reid into the dunes for hours. We’re a little lost, but that’s the nature of the place.

An entire squatter community once disappeared into this wilderness — a colony of hermits, artists and poets called Dunites. They sat out the great depression here in a string of wooded coves, drawing in visitors like John Steinbeck, Upton Sinclair and even India’s holy man, Meher Baba. The Dunite appeal — as, Reid sees it — was their freedom.

“To live the American dream the way it was intended to be lived, not the way it was manufactured to be,” said Reid.  “They were able to have their little plots of land, their gardens and their creative enterprises without any government interference.”

Tucked behind commercial farmland and oil fields, the Oceano Dunes are still obscure. Most people I’ve talked to have never heard of them. Strange considering they’re 18 miles long and look like an Egyptian desert sitting halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco.

You know those famous Ansel Adams dune photos? Well, that’s them. Except now they’re a big RV campground and off-roader’s paradise.

Fenced off from the vehicles, the Dunites’ archaeological remains sit side by side with those of the native Chumash who lived here for thousands of years before them. Big white heaps of their ancient discarded meals. Their shell mounds.

“You could tell which ones are Chumash and which ones are Dunite based upon the size of the clam shell,” said Reid. “When the Chumash were here, there were a lot more sea otters, the predator of the Pismo clam. But when the Dunites were here, sea otters had gotten rare, the clams got larger, lived longer.”

Full grown clams, a mediterranean climate, fresh water a few feet underground, and secluded coves. What more could a hermit ask for?
