Capturing Belle

When Belle told me her boyfriend was named Ambrose, I found him in five minutes. I googled Belle Burch and Ambrose. I found his photo. He was standing next to Krazy Kevin the Celtic Chalk Man who was my neighbor for ten years. I moved out to get away from his Primal Screaming. I surmised he was on designer Drugs. He was a Earth Blackmailer. He was trying to save the planet by making as many people guilty as possible. Being a Guilt-tripper for the Homeless can naturally to him. Here’s Mr. Magic trying to catch the Eugene Police accidentally touching Angie’s boobs when they arrest her. She is being escorted by the Alley Gang because she was molested as a child and suffers from PTSD. She takes off her shirt to expose her breasts that sag down to her waist. Check out that look on John Monroe’s face. He is right out of a Black Mask dime novel. He needs a Fedora hat.

One question I put forth to members of SLEEPS who were attacking me and doing their best to destroy my reputation, was

“What are you doing with the monies people are giving you? Are you set up to receive this money like OCCUPY is? Are you a non-profit organization?”

Around Christmas time giving and caring citizens will give billions of dollars to fraudulent charities. This is a double crime, because those in need will not get the help they need, and, legitimate charities suffer as prospective donors lose trust in all programs.

I found a video this morning that captures my ex-neighbor, Kevin. We were neighbors for ten years. Our landlady’s ex-husband founded SHIPS, that ran Royal Avenue Shelter where I stayed for six weeks – after they kicked me out of Sacred Hearts because I had not proof of insurance. I was homeless in Blue River for two months. I lived in a tent in the woods for six weeks, and in a old school bus for two weeks on an old friends property. When her boyfriend came back from Hawaia, and heard my terrible cough, he asked me to leave the premises. Being a attorney, he feared a lawsuit. I got on the bus, and at the hospital I was diagnosed with a sever case of eumonia. They let me out of a back door into the cold morning air with a big bottle of antibiotics. I went to White Bird, and they told me about Sheltercare.

Hollis died of eumonia. For five months he had a terrible cough that gave away his hiding place, under a footbridge along Rosa Parks parkaway. A cop shooed him off, then, spread lye on the ground. When Hollis came back, he burned his hands as he crawled on his hands and knees.

SHIPS put me in a house with three roommates. I got a quad a month later. In the alley I met Hollis who worked at Agripac for many years. I got a apartment several months later, and lived next door to Kevin. We discovered we had mutual friends going back to 1987. One young girl inspired a poem. Kevin is connected to Eugene’s Anarchists. Belle and Alley can ask Kevin about me?

In this video you see a large topless woman. I have seen a video of her jumping up on a table in front of the Eugene City Council while Alley Valkerie looks on.   There is a sympathetic press person making a video, along with Alley and John. These are SLEEPS people who go out of their way to appear they are being VICTIMIZED. Being topless, is a minor reason the Big Bad Cops would want to make a arrest. If you are different, they are going to get you! One woman is crying because she has PTSD!

These are tactics, the same tactics used on me. Alley used me as another one of her publicity stunts. She told her gang on her FB she was going to connect me to the three UofO basketball players accused of rape. She tried to get a march to the UofO from the Whiteaker where Victims would carry my image on a placard. One of Alley’s facebook friends wanted to videotape me while I am being humiliated by the ALLEY GANG. Another offered to be decoy, and human shield, who would have to off me after I have been – USED!

What is abundantly clear is these people love to be taped while in the public domain, they willing to do almost anything to get some action and attention. However, Belle Burch shuns this collective attention, and this might be the reason the Alley Gang went after me, because I posted her image and connected her to SLEEPS. Belle is nowhere to be seen in the video taken just before they TRESPASSED on Jon Ruiz’s private domain, his computer there on his desk. This is a conspiracy to break the law. Belle knew she had these people in her corner – BEFORE she met with me. She knew if things went wrong, they would gang up on me, threaten me, and make my civic social life, all but impossible. Alley threatened me with her attorneys, the same ones that wanted to City to go to trial so Jean Stacey can SHAME our elected officials!

“The Civil Liberties Defense Center’s attorney Lauren Regan, along with cooperating attorneys Bryan Boender, Dan Kruse, and certified law student Cooper Brinson, filed motions informing the City of their intention to use the “necessity” defense on behalf of the activists”

I have been looking for a way to contact Ms. Stacey so in my capacity as a reporter I can ask her if a legal way to collect contributions was set up for SLEEPS. If any of my 350 readers knows her number, let me know. I found an article saying SLEEPS is an offshoot of OCCUPY and they had a disagreement.

“Across town on 13th Ave, bordering the Lane County Fairgrounds, a third camp has taken form. While the message is the same, the movement remains splintered. According to Joe, the SLEEP group has split from others, due to differences of opinion. The other homeless camps in the Downtown area, known a “Whovilles” are growing.”

The City of Eugene dismissed the charges against Alley and Belle Burch in order to spare the City the legal costs of convicting eleven people and putting them in jail. Perhaps a public shaming is in order?

“BAD DOG!”

The question I will put to my attorney, is, are members of SEEPS blocking my need to be a part of OUR community that offers ongoing services to those who suffer from chronic homelessness, mental heath issues, and drug addiction problems? I have twenty seen years of sobriety, that would be useful to homeless people. I sent Kitty Piercy an e-mail suggesting a funeral plan for homeless Vets, many who suffer from PTSD. Also, I am the reporter for Royal Rosamond Press, a registered newspaper in Lane County.

Where have we seen that woman with a red OCCUPY on her hat?

Occupy Wall Street has taken in more than $665,000 in donations since it launched Sept. 17. Here’s the bad news for Occupy: Donations have fallen off a cliff, from a high of around $20,000 per day to a current low of just $98 on Dec. 13. The good news: The movement still has hundreds of thousands of dollars in the bank, an impressive sum for an entity that has existed for a mere three months.

http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2011/10/30/donations-to-occupy-wall-street-are-now-tax-deductible/

AfGJ, however, is not giving away their collection services. The organization takes a tidy 7% off the top of all donations they process. As of Sunday night, the Alliance for Global Justice claimed to have processed almost $200,000 on behalf of OWS.

This is a win-win for the protesters and the Social Justice crew at AfGJ. Occupy Wall Street gains significant legitimacy by associating with an established national non-profit group while adding the ability to raise funds via credit card donations with the promise of a tax deduction, and the Alliance gets an unexpected boost in donations thanks to their 7% cut.

So what does the Alliance for Global Justice do for Occupy Wall Street (OWS)? Essentially we collect and process their donations and pass the money on to them as a project of the AfGJ. In IRS parlance we take “responsibility for all financial and programmatic matters” of OWS. We are responsible to include their financial reporting as part of our own when we file our annual tax return, which for non-profits is called a form 990. We are accountable legally and financially to prove that all expenditures by OWS are within the IRS’s tax-exempt rules. If the IRS audits us, we will have to show supporting evidence of the numbers we report. Occupy Wall Street’s obligation to us is to provide the accounting and receipts we’ll need for the IRS and to not jeopardize our tax-exempt status through any actions of theirs. “I’m going to make this very simple for you. I don’t know if you know who I am, but I sure as hell know who you are, and when you fuck with my friends, you fuck with me. Stop writing about Belle or I am going to make your life very difficult. I mean it. If I see one more word about her on your blog, your FB, or anywhere else, I will make sure that you experience all the fear and discomfort that she is experiencing right now. And no, this isn’t a physical threat, so don’t try to play victim. Frankly, I encourage you to contact EPD, as they already know all about you. I will not do anything illegal, but mark my word you will regret it if you write one more word about her. I will make sure that the entire community knows exactly how much of a sick fuck you are. Your picture, your name, and “samples” of your writing will be posted on every bulletin board in town. There will not be a single person in the Eugene/Springfield area who won’t know that you’re a sick stalker who won’t leave a stalker who won’t leave a young girl alone. Cut it out. Now. This is your first, last, and only warning.”

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – John Presco raised the flag Monday to remember his friend, Hollis Williams.

Presco hopes in the next few months he can raise enough money that Williams’ death will not have been in vain.

“He doesn’t have a home right now. He’s homeless in a morgue and I’m entering my anger stage on that,” said a downcast Presco.

It’s anger that he’s working out with a hammer. Presco mounted a new U.S. flag this Monday, raising Old Glory for the friend he lost Friday morning.

Presco said he found the 58-year-old Williams dead in his apartment Friday – an apartment Williams had moved into only 2 months ago.

According to other vets, Williams was well known in the homeless community who was often at a nearby Safeway store, collecting cans.

Now, a makeshift altar is set up in a vacant Laura Street building that Presco says was briefly used to hand out clothes to the homeless.

Presco wants the memory of his best friend to live on. His dream is for a veterans “stand-down” center that bears the name of Hollis Williams.

Presco said he wants to copy “stand-downs” held in Lane, Douglas and surrounding counties, to connect vets with mental health services, haircuts, job training and more.

“We got to let our veterans know that they haven’t fought in vain and that we care for them,” Presco said.

He said he doesn’t know where he’ll find the support or how long it will take – but to remember his longtime friend, he won’t give up easily.

“I suffered some homelessness and abandonment and stuff like that,” Presco said, “so I’m not going to abandon my friend.”

The property and house on Laura Street is being sold, so locating a center there is unlikely. Presco said that’s the kind of layout he’s looking for.

Services for Hollis Williams will be next Sunday 1:30 p.m. at Campbell Senior Center in Eugene.

Subject: CBS News Request/VA Backlog/Hollis Williams

Hi John,

I’m a producer with the CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley and I’m working on a piece about the VA backlogs and how in spite of these backlogs, and other issues some administrators were given bonuses. I ran across your blog/tribute to your friend Hollis and saw that you believe he might still be alive if he had not been denied medical help by the U.S. Government– the VA, SSI, or Medicare. I’d love to talk to you more about this. Could you please email me with your contact info, or give me a call. My contact info is below. Hope to talk to you soon.”

Take note that this blog in under attack by Alley Valkyrie who considers herself an advocate for the homeless, and back-up for Belle Burch, along with a half-dozen anonymous people. Should I show Alley’s threats to KVAL? How about Scott Pelley?

I knew H before he became homeless. When I saw him again after ten years I realized he had become the character in my novel ‘The Gideon Computer’ that my childhood friend, Nancy Hamren bid me to write. She suggested I write the history of the hippies. I chose to write about the Last Hippie of the future – who is homeless.

To find Hollis dead, after we found so much hope – has left me deeply wounded. When I walked into Ken Kesey Square the day I met Belle, I was trying to get over my grief, and be around homeless folks again. The Kesey family named a yogurt around the first girl I ever kissed. We were thirteen.

EUGENE, OR: The City of Eugene dismissed all charges against 11 citizens who were arrested on April 1, 2014, for staging a sit-in at City Manager Jon Ruiz’ office after they repeatedly requested to redress their grievances regarding his intention to prematurely shut down a lawful homeless camp that sheltered disabled and at risk community members who had no where else to go.

The Civil Liberties Defense Center’s attorney Lauren Regan, along with cooperating attorneys Bryan Boender, Dan Kruse, and certified law student Cooper Brinson, filed motions informing the City of their intention to use the “necessity” defense on behalf of the activists. Their argument in defense of the activists engaged in the sit-in focused on the fact that the Mayor and City Council had publicly stated that Whoville, a place where unhoused people could legally set up a tent and have access to a portable toilet and trash receptacles, would not be shut down until an alternative location was secured. On April 1st, Activists learned that the City Manager planned to imminently shut down Whoville while the City Council was on recess, and against the stated decision of the Mayor and Council. Activists attempted to telephone, schedule meetings, and otherwise communicate with Ruiz, who ignored their requests and even hid in his office rather that speak to any of the community members concerned with the plight of the Whoville residents. With the eviction looming, citizens felt they had no choice but to risk arrest in order to deter the illegitimate actions of the City Manager. All eleven activists were peacefully arrested after several hours and charged with trespassing. Ruiz ordered Eugene Police to raid the Whoville camp 2 days later. The campers, including several with wheelchairs and other disabilities, were left to wander the streets, sleeping under bridges and in public parks again. Since Ruiz, a public official, refused to speak with them, the activists felt they had no choice left in their attempt to stop the eviction, thus evincing a “necessity” to break a minor law in an attempt to prevent a greater public harm from occurring.

“Sometimes the people are forced to hold government agents accountable with the historic power of nonviolent civil disobedience. It was our honor to defend these citizens in their efforts to make our community a better place to live,” said Lauren Regan, attorney for the CLDC. “The City has stated that one of their reasons for dismissing these cases was to save money and resources. However, if Jon Ruiz had simply met with these community members, or had followed the direction of our elected officials, these arrests would not have been necessary at all. Our clients really wanted a day in court to tell the jury why they took the actions they did. But equally important, they wanted Ruiz, the Mayor, and Council members to testify under oath about who was responsible for the debacle that occurred as a result of the Whoville evictions, and why. They felt a jury trial was necessary to force transparency and accountability for City officials who have obfuscated their actions as public servants.”

<meta
http-equiv="X-Frame-Options" content="DENY" />

City Attorney Susan Triem issued the following statement:
“The City is dismissing these cases because the City has met its objective in clearing the site and is working collaboratively with community members, including the Nightingale Health Sanctuary, to explore options for the winter and develop safe and long-term housing options for our homeless population. The City hopes to maintain a positive relationship with homeless advocates as the City progresses toward finding solutions, not only for the previous occupants of the Broadway and Hilyard site, but for the larger group of at-risk individuals in our community.

Furthermore, the City’s limited resources would be better spent addressing housing solutions for the coming winter season than paying for court-appointed attorney fees, prosecution resources, court expenses (including summonsing 200 jurors for these cases, a record number for the Eugene Municipal Court) and disrupting an already overtaxed judicial system over an issue that, from the City’s perspective, has been resolved.”
