The Alemanni were continually engaged in conflicts with the Roman Empire in the third and fourth centuries. They launched a major invasion of Gaul and northern Italy in 268, when the Romans were forced to denude much of their German frontier of troops in response to a massive invasion of the Goths from the east. Their raids throughout the three parts of Gaul were traumatic: Gregory of Tours (died ca 594) mentions their destructive force at the time of Valerian and Gallienus (253–260), when the Alemanni assembled under their “king”, whom he calls Chrocus, who acted “by the advice, it is said, of his wicked mother, and overran the whole of the Gauls, and destroyed from their foundations all the temples which had been built in ancient times. And coming to Clermont he set on fire, overthrew and destroyed that shrine which they call Vasso Galatae in the Gallic tongue,” martyring many Christians (Historia Francorum Book I.32–34). Thus sixth-century Gallo-Romans of Gregory’s class, surrounded by the ruins of Roman temples and public buildings, attributed the destruction they saw to the plundering raids of the Alemanni.
On January 2, 366, the Alemanni yet again crossed the frozen Rhine in large numbers, to invade the Gallic provinces, this time being defeated by Valentinian (see Battle of Solicinium). In the great mixed invasion of 406, the Alemanni appear to have crossed the Rhine river a final time, conquering and then settling what is today Alsace and a large part of the Swiss Plateau.[8]
The kingdom of Alamannia between Strasbourg and Augsburg lasted until 496, when the Alemanni were conquered by Clovis I at the Battle of Tolbiac. The war of Clovis with the Alemanni forms the setting for the conversion of Clovis, briefly treated by Gregory of Tours. (Book II.31) After their defeat in 496, the Alemanni bucked the Frankish yoke and put themselves under the protection of Theodoric the Great of the Ostrogoths[21] but after his death they were again subjugated by the Franks under Theudebert I in 536.[22] Subsequently, the Alemanni formed part of the Frankish dominions and were governed by a Frankish duke.

Constantine hunts them down and executes them before the altars of their sanctuaries. Divine retribution for this transgression comes three years later when Constantine is killed by his nephew Aurelius Conanus (Gildas’ Aurelius Caninus), precipitating a civil war. He is buried at Stonehenge alongside other kings of Britain.[18]
Latin scholar Neil Wright considers Geoffrey’s changes to Gildas to be deliberate reformulations that produce a more sympathetic picture of Constantine and his successors. For Wright, identifying the “royal youths” as traitors justifies the killing, reducing Constantine’s offence from murder to sacrilege (for killing the traitors in sanctuary).[13] Overall, scholars regard Geoffrey’s depiction of Constantine as pessimistic, highlighting how little of Arthur’s legacy survives his death.[19]
Constantine does not figure strongly in the Arthurian romance traditions or prose cycles. He is absent from the French Vulgate and Post-Vulgate Cycles, in which Lancelot and his kin kill off Mordred’s sons, and no successor to Arthur appears.[24][25] Some scholars find this omission significant. Rosemary Morris suggests these versions downplay the issue of a designated heir to Arthur to heighten the stakes of Mordred’s usurpation and to magnify Lancelot’s role in the story.[24] Richard Trachsler writes that the exclusion of an heir adds a sense of finality to the Arthurian story after Arthur’s death.[25]

If it were not for humankind being experienced sailors, then the Slave Trade would not have existed. White Captains and Sailors brought kidnapped slaves to all parts of the globe. My Country is prepared to spend a trillion dollars on new Naval vessels, and other military hardware, to meet the threat from China’s “People’s Liberation Navy”. China’s leaders have mocked our State Department, and the President of the United States, saying We The People of the United States have no right to negotiate, or give any democratic lessons to anyone – anywhere – because of the way we have treated black people, first as slaves, and then as liberated people. The Civil War was fought by white men, and sometimes, brothers. There is talk or Reparations. I believe this is called for.
Harris enters the fray over democracy with visit to Tanzania

DAR ES SALAAM, Tanzania (AP) — U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris will step onto the front lines of the battle for democracy in Africa on Thursday, spending time in Tanzania as it makes fragile progress toward restoring its reputation as a more inclusive government.

Samia Suluhu Hassan, Tanzania’s first female president, has undone some of the country’s more oppressive policies, such as a ban on opposition rallies, even though she came to power as a member of the ruling party.
She’s finishing out the term of President John Magufuli, who died in office and earned a reputation for stamping out dissent, arresting critics and forcing them into exile. Hard-liners have been uncomfortable with some of Hassan’s changes, however, which could cost her in the next election two years from now.

Harris, the first woman to serve as U.S. vice president, will meet with Hassan on Thursday, a noteworthy show of support from Washington as the United States deepens its outreach to Africa.
“There’s so much excitement here and people are saying it’s like Madam President’s efforts in changing the country are being rewarded with recognition from an economic and political superpower that is the U.S.,” said Tanzania-based analyst Mohamed Issa Hemed.
During a previous meeting in Washington, Harris told Hassan that “we welcome the progress that you have made during the course of your leadership and, in particular, the work you have done to empower women leaders in Tanzania and the work you have done to support human rights.”

Harris arrived in Tanzania late Wednesday after spending three nights in Ghana. Much like at her first stop, she was greeted with music and dancing as she walked down a red carpet that was rolled out to Air Force 2. Some of the welcoming party wore shirts with Harris’ face.

Harris is scheduled to spend two nights in Tanzania, then conclude her weeklong trip with a stop in Zambia, another country that is striving to strengthen its democracy. She plans to return to Washington on Sunday.
Idayat Hassan, director of the Centre for Democracy and Development in Abuja, Nigeria, said Harris’ visit can help galvanize enthusiasm at a time when there are concerns over backsliding into authoritarianism in Africa and around the world.
“Many people will want the U.S. to speak to the issue of democracy, which they feel is beginning to decline and is not what it used to be,” she said. “There are more that need to be assured that democracy is here to stay.”

Like Tanzania, Zambia has made uneven steps toward democracy since its independence. However, there’s been a burst of hope after the country elected Hakainde Hichilema, a former opposition leader who once faced charges of treason.
Zambia has since decriminalized defamation of the president, a law that was used to stifle opposition. It’s also serving as a co-host of President Joe Biden’s second Summit for Democracy this week.
However, Hichilema warned this week that economic progress is necessary to sustain open societies.
“You can’t eat democracy,” he wrote in The Washington Post. “Human rights may sustain the spirit, but not the body.”
My Kingdom For A Crown

I am working on a long essay on this video that I want my reader to see and make their own judgement.
Since I announced I am a Republican Candidate for President, I have often wondered if I own THE ENERGY to debate The Donald. Can I overwhelm him? I went to the God Gun and Liberty show with this in mind. Who will come out on top? The debate between a man wearing a crown, or, a man carrying a gun? If I would walk on stage in a debate against POTUS, his jaw would drop. He would cry foul, ad say the debate was unfair. He would send Kellyann Conway – to fetch him a crown!

What to watch for, is the idea that Trump’s election was ORDAINED, and thus he is above the law. Those who oppose this idea – are subhuman! I say I am kin to Robert E. Lee and Patriots, but, that is Null and Voided, because I am not a Trumpite. This says the Three Percenters came to Eugene looking for CONVERT-VOTERS. This is what mixing Church, State, and Guns – looks like! Only certain people’s opinions matter. These are not Patriots. Freedom of the Press, and Freedom of Speech, is the enemy.
The Trumpite at the start of this video has hit a woman a few times, and suffered an injury to his nose. The Register Guard has stills of a fight that may be this guy. One dude says Christianity is flawed, and thus THEY get to cherry-pick what suits them. I told him this is like overlooking the flaws of YOUR President who took pride in grabbing a woman’s “pussy”. A moron jumps in and tells me to watch my language. I told him the name Trump is written next to the word “pussy” in every major newspaper, thus, I get to quote this – in public! These dudes are upset they were not heard at the Wayne Morse Free Speech square. I was sympathetic, and was going to suggest a solution. Any solution that does not come from their Tribe, is on par with the Alleybelle Tribe.
Having no respect for the elderly tops their list of DO’s. I draw a line on that one – with my staff! Jesus got hit in the face many times – and he turns the other cheek! This punk can’t take a couple of punches from a woman? I saw this Tribe shoving women around, and called them out. I called them bullies! I suspect the woman who threw that punch was shoved, or, saw other women shoved.
On the way home on the bus, I considered whether I could have prevented this violence, by asking the The Three if they want to go speak, and I would go see if I can find a mike, and prepare their way. It appears they decided to push their way in. I could see they were scared. I descend from Prussian Generals and Teutonic Knights. Never give up the high ground. We all share the Moral Highground, friend and enemy alike. If you deny that, you have lost your battle. Jesus The General – knew this! Consider the Roman Centurion!

The Donald thinks he is the embodiment of King David – because false evangelical prophets tell him this. Thus, it is just fine that he walks in on naked beauty contestants – in Moscow. Thousands of evangelicals – trust Putin – because he’s IN THE BIG JESUS SHOW! So am I! I outsmarted, and outflanked these morons. It’s in my Prussian Blood. Never, never, be predictable! Warfare is THE THEATRE! Read Homer and Greek philosophers. Read Roman Stoics, and Marcus Arelius!

I chose the Emperor’s infamous book for my End Time reading so I can own a real historic record of when it began to go wrong for Western Civilization. Greeks, Romans, and the Brits loved Theatre. Japan invented Kabuki Theatre that Belle’s mother brought to Eugene. Alley is right out of the Kabuki Theatre. If these two can admit this, I will forgive them, because this is what we saw a the God. Guns and Liberty Theatre. We loved it! Keep coming back!
