The City of Oakland passed the new Ballpark measure, but without controversy. For awhile I was the only RESIDENT in this large area the new stadium is going to be built – ALONG WITH LOW COST HOUSING! Will the poor, and Blacks, be handed the shitty end of the stick. Longshoreman workers are not happy. I was a child laborer. I worked as a Lumper at Acme Produce, located on Webster and 4th. in a old Victorian warehouse next to the railroad tracks. I did a watercolor of this place that toured the world in a Red Cross show.
