A Process of Elimination
Who were the males in my sister’s house who could have “staunched the flow” who could have stepped in and stopped the looters, prevented the unnamed scoundrels from stealing everything that wasn’t nailed down. Who are the “gallery employees“? Why would these hired workers be with – THE FAMILY – after the funeral?
This is from ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ by Tom Snyder, a ghost writer hired by Stacey Pierrot, who was sold my family’s art legacy by executor, Sydney Morris.
“Before the service, Vicki had taken the trouble to go through Christine’s
bedroom, putting her jewelry and intimate belongings out of sight. As matters
turned out, it did little good, for the funeral was not long over before family
members and others were ravaging Christine’s house, taking whatever could be carted away. The artist’s closet, a veritable mother lode – took the worst
beating. World-class spender that Christine had been, much of the clothing had never been worn. So whatever still bore price tags was hauled off to be
exchanged for money. Jewelry disappeared, as well as other personal belongings. Gallery employees and close friends of the family, along with Vicki, were doing their best to staunch the flow – the estate had not yet been inventoried – but to no avail.”
Mark Presco, John Presco, Shamus Dundon, and Michael Harkins, were inside Christine Rosamond Benton’s home after the funeral. Because my friend Michael was a Private Investigator, he did not allow pics of him, thus, I use a image of Peter Sellers from one of his movies. He is disguised as a famous artist. Which one?
Anyone of these men could have stopped The Looters, especially Michael who sparred with Chinese martial artists in Downtown Oakland. Were any these males – LOOTERS? Ex-gallery manager, Michael McCurdy, lived next door. He read his poem at the funeral. He is a big guy. He and his wife were in Christine’s AA group. Why wasn’t he called to – THE SCENE? Why didn’t someone – call the police?
“were doing their best“? What did their best entail? Were they wagging their fingers in the faces of the looters – and scolding them? Was there any touching going on during this…..GRAND THEFT? I would threaten to call the police – or take out my cellphone and take a video! But, we didn’t have cellphones back in 94. How about 911? What if I am a Looter?
The key phrase in this one……Why?
“the estate had not yet been inventoried”
Of course the estate had not been inventoried. The famous Rosamond was being incinerated while all THE ALLEGED LOOTING was going on. It sounds like whoever ended up with all the art knew there was stock missing – or going to be missing?
Michael Harkins can not be called to any witness stand – because he is dead! However, his friend Bruce Perlowin, and his ex-wife he married – will vouch for his good character.
Were there any women in the house during the alleged looting? Yes! Did any of them spend the night? Yes! Shamus did not tell me his mother had died – and had no intention of doing so. He was at Rocky Point. There is no account of what his aunt’s death was like for him.
Hey! Wait a minute! There was another male present! I saw this guy in the darkened dining room and asked Vicki Presco who he was.
“That’s Garth’s friend!” my sister said.
“Why is he here?”
“Garth wanted him here to prevent anyone from stealing.”
I talked to this guy. I got his number, and record of the call. He was SPYING on us. He was INVADING OUR PRIVACY. The good question to ask, is, what people related to Vicki were in the house – the day before the funeral? This was the best day – TO GO LOOTING! Vicki withheld the fact a party was planned out at Rocky Point. How many relatives flew in, or, drove up for that festivity? How many of my kin had looting in mind as they drove up Highway 1?
Ah-oh! I just thought of something. I think that guy – was a plant! Vicki wanted me to see him lurking about, and ask who he is, and, get the idea there was a Theft Prevention Plan in place. In front of Rosamond’s house, Michael Harkins suggested we get the lock smith to pop the trunk of Vici’s car that was sagging with a heavy load. We deduced the Family Partnership prints were in there. Michael came and got me and showed me the hit load of Rosamond prints stacked up in the garage. I had Vic Presco call Robin Beare, Garth’s divorce attorney who Vicki was talking to everyday.
“I’m shocked you exist – and the partnership prints! I told Vicki and Garth to inventory everything!” said Beare – who had to know about Vic because of the fallacious divorce that was just finalized. Did Beare think Garth – should have gotten more? Is this a trick question?
Here’s the million dollar question. Below is a pic of my nephew, Shamus Dundon. Whose side was he on – during the divorce? Shamus was on leave from the Airforce when Christine Rosamond Benton ended up in what she feared the most – and drowned. Shamus was a hundred yards away, or, so he says. He was strong enough to take down – one looter. Did he try to save his aunt? Why didn’t Tom Snyder talk to Shamus and try to get the names of the looters – who may have asked their kin to come join them! Shamus – is alive!
Above are photos of the famous Russian Spy, Svetlana Ogorodnikov with FBI Agent, Miller. Svetlana was also involved with another FBI agent, Chuck Latting. I took the photo of the photo of Bruce’s alleged wife hanging on the wall in Wanda’s basement where Bruce lived for around four months thanks to the generosity of Wanda Harkis who I considered my surrogate mother. For over twenty five years Wanda had me in her home to celebrate Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. The last time I had a holiday dinner with a member of my family was 1969.
An Idea For Sitcom
My Dark Replacement
After hanging up my phone after being told I am a father, I had an incredible spiritual rush. Alas, there would be another Family Member of Light in my family to help me with The Dark Ones, Vic and Mark. Then it occurred to me Heather would fall in love with Another Light Being – and they would bring a Child of Light into Our World of Light! Wow! Everything is coming up roses, for us!
When I met Ryan Hunt, I could tell he and his friend had been up all night doing a white powder. My daughter and this other girl, looked, wasted. I took them to the Oakland Museum where there was an exhibit on Old Oakland. Ryan looked incredulous. He and his friend did a few huddles as they pretended to look…
