Did Belmont Racists Oppress Black History?

This is a two part question. Are there racists in power in Belmont – who would want to oppress all black history? Vice President Kamala Harris and her mother attended a place associated with Black Panthers. Should this fact be hidden – by anyone? Is China eluding to bad race relations when they claim our democracy is inferior to their democracy? Yes! But, what makes them think they own a successful system? Could it be, everyone in China is the same, is like everyone else, and, no one argues. Why rebel?. Everyone gets along, just like they do in Belmont. Belmont is good for you. China – is good for you! What is the problem?
