A Faire, A Flower, A King

Yesterday I went to the Lane County Fair. The day before that I watered three gardens and my sunflowers. At the Museum, I marveled at the new exhibit that can be titled ‘Fair and Flower Power’. Then, I announced I was the King of California. I got approving smiles.

Getting to the Fair in a small town is half the fun – when you take the bus! I met a young boy and his grandparents on the bus. Randy blurted out they had no money. Seniors on fixed incomes need to be funded so they can be grandparents. I gave grandma ten bucks and a can of food. The four of us got in for free. I need to get out more. I was so relieved to see a museum preserve the history I have been capturing in this blog.
