I did not read the article until around 10:30 A.M. I have been composing my post for tomorrow about my theory who God is. He came from another planet with a ship filled with DNA. He was the Noah of his planet that was doomed by cluster of astroids.

A 100-metre-wide asteroid passed just 70,000km from Earth on Thursday, Australian time. It was discovered by the Brazilian SONEAR survey just days ago, and its presence was announced mere hours before it zoomed past our planet. The lack of warning shows how quickly potentially dangerous asteroids can sneak up on us.

The asteroid, reassuringly designated 2019 OK, is not a threat to Earth right now. However, 2019 OK and other near-Earth asteroids do pose a genuine risk. The Tunguska explosion in 1908 and the Chelyabinsk meteor in 2013 were equivalent to large nuclear explosions, and under the wrong circumstances a meteor impact could devastate a city.
Searching for danger
Astronomers are well aware of the risks posed by asteroids hitting Earth. Meteor craters can be found around the globe, and some relatively fresh examples include Wolfe Creek in northern Australia and the imaginatively named Meteor Crater in Arizona. A huge asteroid impact 65 million years ago near Chicxulub in modern-day Mexico initiated the fall of the dinosaurs.
Consequently, astronomers across the globe have devoted considerable effort to determining the level of threat posed by near-Earth asteroids, and to identifying individual asteroids that could pose a significant threat. Asteroid surveys include Pan-STARRS, ATLAS, SONEAR (which spotted 2019 OK), and the Catalina Sky Survey.
Asteroids are typically so far from Earth that they resemble stars, rather than the craggy rocks they are. However, because asteroids travel around the Solar System, they move relative to the distant stars. Thus astronomers can discover asteroids by taking sequences of images and looking for objects that move from image to image.
Using this approach to survey large swathes of sky, astronomers have discovered thousands of near-Earth asteroids, including more than 2,000 during 2017 alone.
And yet, some asteroids still manage to sneak up on us. Why?
Astronomers are good at discovering asteroids that are visible at night, but less good at spotting asteroids during the daytime. Asteroids also are fainter the further they get from Earth.
The 2013 Chelyabinsk meteor snuck up on us from the direction of the Sun. 2019 OK was visible at night, and at closest approach it would have been visible with a pair of binoculars as point of light drifting slowly across the sky. But three days before that it was 1,000 times fainter, and thus harder to spot.

2019 OK was finally tracked down by the SONEAR survey on Wednesday, and soon after that it was independently detected by the ASAS-SN telescope network. Both of these surveys use relatively small telescopes with sensitive cameras to search large areas of sky, rather than using large telescopes to study small patches of sky.
Close calls
Before its discovery as a near-Earth asteroid, 2019 OK was imaged by other telescopes, but its significance wasn’t recognised. But these earlier images did help astronomers nail down the asteroid’s orbit.
2019 OK has a very elliptical orbit, taking it from the asteroid belt beyond Mars to within the orbits of both Earth and Venus. As each orbit takes 2.7 years, it isn’t always going to pass as close to Earth as it did this time. It will make close approaches in the future, but hopefully not quite this close.
Other near-Earth asteroids are also on track to make close approaches to our planet. The 400m-wide Apophis will pass roughly 30,000km from Earth on Friday April 13, 2029, which will only come as bad news if you’re particularly superstitious.
Both 2019 OK and Apophis are far larger than the Chelyabinsk meteor, which was just 20m across. The risk of them hitting Earth may be small, but they would be devastating if they did.
Avoiding Armageddon
If we find an asteroid on an actual collision course with Earth, is there anything we can do? With just a day or week’s notice we would be in real trouble, but with more notice there are options.
We are already sending spacecraft to near-Earth asteroids, with NASA’s OSIRIS-REx currently visiting Bennu and Japan’s Hayabusa2 currently visiting Ryugu.
However, these are missions of discovery rather than destruction. Indeed, destroying a near-Earth asteroid may be counterproductive, potentially creating multiple destructive asteroids.
So how can we stop catastrophe? The solution may be to give dangerous asteroids a gentle nudge rather than a vicious kick. If an asteroid’s velocity can be changed by just 1km per hour, over years that adds up to thousands of kilometres’ difference in position. Given that the pale blue dot of Earth is just 12,750km across, a small nudge to a big rock may be enough to avoid annihilation.

When I was in Saint Vincent de Paul’s on Q Street, I beheld the hat I am wearing. I stared at it for the longest time. Then, I heard the voice of an angel.

The Empress of Russia, owned TEN CROWNS. I also descend from Catherine. The question is, does Putin know the hidden pedigree of the President the United States? Is Putin a Svengali, a puppet master, moving Trump towards the Prussian Crown?

‘The Hammer and the Hand’
John Ambrose could not believe his good fortune. On his way to Safeway in his vintage 1972 Ford Truck, he noticed the gate to the grounds of KORE radio was open. Pulling over, he entered what he considered hallowed ground. It was his dream to own this radio station that had been for sale over a year. His heart began to pound when he saw workman hauling boxes out of Armstrong’s old radio station that was just sold. To John’s dismay, it was being torn down. Taking shaky steps towards the dumpster, John knew he must act. He could not stop himself from climbing the built-in ladder. Looking inside, his eyes instantly spotted the handle of an old suitcase. Before he grabbed it, he knew what this suitcase looked like. Getting a firm grip, John gave a mighty tug, and, there was debris and papers flying about him, when he heard a voice!
“Hey! What are you doing! Get out of there!”
John pretended he did not hear the command. With shaking hands, he clicked the clasps, and lifted the lid of the suitcase.
“Holy shit! John said, as he beheld the title of the manuscript………

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – John Ambrose raised the flag Monday to remember his friend, Hollis Williams.
Presco hopes in the next few months he can raise enough money that Williams’ death will not have been in vain.
“He doesn’t have a home right now. He’s homeless in a morgue and I’m entering my anger stage on that,” said a downcast Presco.
It’s anger that he’s working out with a hammer. Ambrose mounted a new U.S. flag this Monday, raising Old Glory for the friend he lost Friday morning.
Ambrose said he found the 58-year-old Williams dead in his apartment Friday – an apartment Williams had moved into only 2 months ago.
According to other vets, Williams was well known in the homeless community who was often at a nearby Safeway store, collecting cans.
Now, a makeshift altar is set up in a vacant Laura Street building that Ambrose says was briefly used to hand out clothes to the homeless.
Presco wants the memory of his best friend to live on. His dream is for a veterans “stand-down” center that bears the name of Hollis Williams.
Ambrose said he wants to copy “stand-downs” held in Lane, Douglas and surrounding counties, to connect vets with mental health services, haircuts, job training and more.
“We got to let our veterans know that they haven’t fought in vain and that we care for them,” Ambrose said.
He said he doesn’t know where he’ll find the support or how long it will take – but to remember his longtime friend, he won’t give up easily.
“I suffered some homelessness and abandonment and stuff like that,” Presco said, “so I’m not going to abandon my friend.”
The property and house on Laura Street is being sold, so locating a center there is unlikely. Presco said that’s the kind of layout he’s looking for.

Now, a foe from the north means from the north, not of this nation, but from the north of Palestine. Remember that the Bible is always speaking from the point of view of Palestine, from the point of view of Israel. Now Israel is, except for the Jewish people that have gone back over their now and they are Judah, Israel is not in Palestine now except for that. But, this is speaking geographically and it’s means the north of Palestine. Now, what nation is north of Palestine today? The communist! This then, my friends, is introducing Russia right here!
Now, a lot of you are going to say, well now, wait a minute, Mr. Armstrong, what about Ezekiel 38 and Ezekiel 39, doesn’t Ezekiel 38 speak about Russia? Oh, yes, of course it does. But my friends, I’ll come to that a little later. That is not anything that is to happen at this time. You need to go through the entire book of Ezekiel, and in the book of Ezekiel you’ll see there is a story flow. There is a time order, a time sequence of events. And very few people seem to know when that event of Ezekiel 38 mentioning Russia is going to happen. It will not occur until these events are all over; it’s coming later. Now, I’ll go into that in due time. Naturally, I know all about Ezekiel 38 and I’ve known all about it, as a matter of fact, ever since God brought me to Him, and brought me to surrender to Him and every since I was converted and began to study the Bible! That’s one of the first things I knew about. But I had to find out that I was in error and assuming the common assumption that most people do and most so-called Bible students and those that seemed to think they are authorities about the Bible, although very few of them really are when you get down to it because it’s a book that.., well like Bruce Barton said, “almost nobody seems to understand it.” Now, if you want understanding, listen? Pay careful attention. This foe is from the north and it is speaking here of communist Russia. Here’s where communism is introduced. They’re a foe from the north and they’re going to be the foe of this Babylon.
Now listen. When this thing rises up, my friends, in Europe and around the Mediterranean, what is Russia going to think of a thing like this? Let me tell you that there are about 375,000,000 people in the orbit or in the location of these 10 kingdoms that are going to rise up according to Bible prophecy in Europe; 375,000,000, well that’s a lot more than Russia has. They will be able to raise an army larger than Russia can raise! And as a military power, they will be so mighty and so big, that at first they’re going to overshadow Russia. These events are happening right now before your very eyes! These prophesies are in the latter days, you’re in the time of the fulfillment, the mighty fulfillment of these Biblical prophesies. The most tremendous thing that has ever happened in the history of this world and you’re living through it and most of you totally ignore it. Listen:
This foe from the north then is communist Russia and her allies. And they’re going to finally raise an army bigger than this revived Roman Empire is going to have!

I have authorized and the modern revised right here in front of me but it’s a little plainer right here in the Moffet translation and so I prefer to read it; it’s in your Bible, I don’t care which translation you have. The same message is there. But it’s a little plainer English here and I think you’ll understand it better. I’m reading it from this translation. Now, listen,
“Then, says the ETERNAL, at that hour, [now that’s the hour when this modern fascist system in Europe is to be destroyed, and the whole land laid desolate, of southern Europe and over in there, then] at that hour, the Israelites return, they, and the men of Judah; winding their way weeping in search of the ETERNAL their God” — (Jer. 50:4). [That’s the time of the second coming of Jesus Christ].
And so, my friends, at the time of the second coming of Christ, Communist Russia will have invaded this land that has attacked us and the reason is because.., God is going to let this Babylon, punish us to bring us to our senses! We have got some lessons to learn before we can come into a permanent enjoyment of being the head nation of the world, the greatest prosperity than any people have ever had, the greatest amount of luxuries and everything. We have it now but we are abusing it, my friends, and we’ve not using these things as we should and we’ve got some lessons to learn and God is going to punish. He’s going to use this modern female Babylon, to punish us, and then He’s going to use the Communist nations, in turn, to punish and annihilate them!
