When Kathy Vrzak sent me her threatening Cease and Desist message on facebook, we were collaborating on several projects. I thought I was an ally of ISGC, and I had banded together with old friends to promote this choir. I have counted sixteen videos I made and made available to Ms. Vrzak. Most are on her ISGC facebook. I cut and pasted this page to my blog. Was this webpage paid for by public funding? There is such a thing as ‘Fair Use’. I let Miss Oregon know she was not alone after being attacked by Krysta Albert.
Some of these people are not members of the Choir, including Kenny Reed, whom I was reading poems in front of on Sunday at Moe’s. The owner wanted me to start a poetry reading separate from one of Kathy’s “friends”. I have made videos of Mr. Reed, and taken his picture. I did a painting of choir president, Mrs. Reed, who was my childhood sweetheart and friend of my late sister, the world famous artist, Christine Rosamond Benton. The ISGC is presenting itself as a art form. They do not get to control the Arts! My sister is kin to the artist Thomas Hart Benton, and Jessie Benton Fremont, who held a famous salon in San Francisco attended by Mark Twain.
Mrs. Vrzak grabs folks, puts them in her pile, then demands I remove what I published on my newspaper ‘Royal Rosamond Press Co.’ “A newspaper for the arts”. I will be taken to court – while she enjoys my videos on her facebook pages. Why didn’t she ask her President to ask me to obey her? Instead – Kathy embroils the Choir & Friends in a huge controversy. Kathy let me know she is on a MISSION, and this mission was her primary concern. I feared for my safety when I read this threat.

Try USING the President of the choir – first! The Director of ISGC – does not own human beings! She does not have the right to protect “friends” of the choir. For a few hours I obeyed the ‘Long Arm of the Mission Statement’ and took down my blog. Then I realized I left my Copyrights open to further attacks.

I thought I was a “friend”. Why aren’t I being given any written credit? Why aren’t I in any of the film footage shot by Greg Black?

IT IS OUR RIGHT TO PROTECT OUR MEMBERS AND FRIENDS FROM BEING INVOLVED IN THIS KIND OF PUBLIC CONTROVERSY. THIS KIND OF THING GOES AGAINST OUR MISSION AND WE WILL PROTECT OUR MISSION STATEMENT BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY.”
Here is the blog that Ms.Vrzak objected to. The NAACP is involved in many controversies, racism, the foremost. ISGC has performed at FOE, and may never do so again. The Republican candidate is employing racism to get votes, and thus is deserved of the attention of the NAACP. Jerry Vrzak told me they might form a professional production company because of the success of the Hult show. Who is they? I suggested they take charge of FOE and keep the celebration going.

ISGC is out to change the world, one minute, then, retreats into the inner sanctum of their Church the next to cry “SANCTUARY!” They want the best of both worlds – with funding!
When the President of ISGC, Marilyn Reed, asked me to come to the Hult Center amd make more videos, she told me she had hired a professional film crew. She did not give me their name. She wanted me to go back stage and see them at work. She wanted me to know I was expendable, and had been replaced.
A new alliance and collaboration was made with Greg Black, a close friend of Eric Richardson. They played in a Jazz band. I did not make it back stage. When I asked Marilyn where Greg Black’s video was, and why he had not posted any stills, she told me they neglected to take stills. I found that hard to believe! All images of the African-American Heritage Showcase, were provided by me, including the photos of the marquee, a shot of a lifetime! Did Greg Black do the same?
When Marilyn told me she and her sister were in collaboration on a biography, I reminded her she agreed to be in my book. President Marilyn Reed, told me Shauna was inspired to author a biography after she saw the African-American Heritage Showcase. She was in the audience. Marilyn says her photos were very good. Where are they? Did Shauna and Kathy Vrzak meet after the show? I showed Marilyn this blog in February of 2015.
Shauna co-authored a biography of Fela, who was adored by the Black Panthers, a very controversial group of black radicals that armed themselves. Did Kathy hear about this connection? Yes! I posted my idea for a musical starring Marilyn and two of my friends. There is a musical about Fela that is based on Carlos Moores book. Marilyn told me Carlos sold the rights to this book for several thousand dollars, and when Fela became a hit, he tried to sue for more.
Carlos Moore is widely recognized for his outspoken rhetoric against racism[3] and defending pan-Africanism and for writing the authorized biography of the Nigerian singer, saxophonist and activist Fela Kuti, Fela, Fela: This Bitch of a Life,[4] which inspired the stage musical Fela![5]
Fela took the band to the United States where they spent 10 months in Los Angeles. While there, Fela discovered the Black Power movement through Sandra Smith (now Sandra Izsadore), a partisan of the Black Panther Party. The experience would heavily influence his music and political views”
Three times Marilyn questioned me about copyrights. When she lied to me about going to the dedication of the Mim’s House, where she saw Kathy, I suspected Greg Black was there with his film crew. Was he shooting beyond what was first agreed upon, or, was an extensive documentary planned from the beginning? Was Eric’s good friend, Kenny Reed going to be in the extended film?
Jerry Vrzak told me on the phone two weeks ago they were talking about forming a professional Production Company. Was this collaboration going to consist of those who presented the Hult Center show? If so, surely this alliance that joined forces would be keenly interested in owning all the copyrights on what they had produced as a non-profit organization – and then some! Is there a book to go with the film?
There is concern about the religious nature of the ISGC, especially in getting funding from The Lane Arts Council for the Hult show, that I told Marilyn Reed, and Jerry Vrzak, was “too churchy” The reason I did not come back after the intermission, was the wife of one of the production guys sitting next to me shouted;
“This is just like church!”
What I am suggesting, is, The NewAllience ruled I was not a team player when it comes to Jesus and his mission, which should not be mixed with Art Funding and the NAACP. Would Eric Richardson agree? What we are talking about is RELIGIOUS DISCRIMINATION!
The Lane Council of Arts is backing the First Friday Art Walk. They posted photos of Ken Kesey Square that was being taken over by Alley Valkyrie and the homeless of Whoville. The NAACP has taken an interest in the homeless, and thus Valkyrie can be mentioned in any collaboration the NAACP has with other groups. A religious-like group does not get to screen people for secular activities backed by public funding.
For the reason Marilyn Reed may have contracted members of my family who are hostile to my biography, I will lodge complaints wherever I can, and with as many groups as I can, because, I am a victim of a COVERT POWER PLAY. Kathy used funded members of the community to harass and bully me. Her message borders on cyber-bullying, where I am made to feel friendless, overwhelmed, and betrayed by my peers. I suspect there was/is a CONSPIRACY to circumnavigate my Copyrights. I suggest Kathy & Company did not want my name seen with the presenters, and thus she threatened me with a lawsuit. How many others don’t want me to TAKE CREDIT – and be in THE CREDITS?
The last time I blogged on my idea for a musical was back in January. I am certain I posted this on Kathy Vrzak’s facebook. Being a musical director, she I must have rung her bell and she saw Stars. Kathy’s statement did make me afraid, being there are Black Radicals lurking in the background. When Shauna disappeared for many years, her mother wrote a letter to former Black Panther, Eldridge Cleaver, and Shauna was found in Paris in a week.
As I pondered whether Kathy considered me a minion of the Anti-Christ, and thus does not want anything to do with me, nor does she want her Christian “friends” in this blog, Donald Trump suggested someone assassinate Hillary Clinton after he has been demonizing her. For this reason I am going to call the FBI.

The promise made by Kathy Vrzak she will do anything to protect Marilyn from me, is a outrage – and racist! Who does this nobody think she is? She doesn’t OWN Marilyn! Kathy is a parasite! She should never be funded by any arts program, again! My story about Marilyn is scattered all through my blog. I am giving much of my autobiography away FOR FREE, because of the twenty-three year long fight over my families creative history – has made me SICK! Kathy, the alleged Christian, has no regards for my feelings. Our story is worthy of a movie. What we have gone through for fifty-four years – is epic! Kathy saw this, and Kathy – WANTED! Famous people and their families are stalked!
According to Jimmy Rosamond, the late actress, Elizabeth Rosemond Tyalor, is my kin. Dame Elizabeth is in the Peerage. Over ten years ago Elizabeth put a short biography, along with the top photo, on the Rosamond genealogy website.
What happened to our Humble Choir, that now presents itself as an extension of the NAACP, a branch of Lane Arts Council, and the law firm of Vrzak Vrzak & Reed!
In truth, the Inspirational Sounds Gospel Choir, do not sing well. They are getting old. I suspect most of them do not want to TAKE OVER THE ART WORLD, and don’t know this is their new mission.
I have turned my harrowing experience with THE MISSION into a musical comedy! What choice did I have?

Community activist Alley Valkyrie said travelers come to Eugene for the Oregon Country Fair, the Fairieworlds Festival and the Kaleidoscope music festival. She said that this summer she asked some young travelers why they were in Eugene and they said they came to sell drugs at Kaleidoscope.
“If we don’t want that population, stop holding big counterculture events that attract people from around the country,” she said.

Two days ago I told Marilyn that I am committed to publishing my first book in one month. I told her it would be titled ‘Sawtelle’. Yesterday, Donald Trump said he would not allow Muslims into this country if he were President. Yesterday, was December 7th. and many American people paid respects to those who lost their life when Japan attacked Pear Harbor. This attack has been compared to 911. After this “sneak attack” University High School lost 20% percent of their graduating class due to the United States Government rounding up these students, along with their parents, and putting them in internment camps. Today, Trump defended his statements by referring to FDR’s action.
The mural was painted by a good friend of my kindred, Thomas Hart Benton, the cousin of the muralist, Garth Benton, the late father of my artistic niece, Drew Benton. Stanton MacDonald-Wright and Thomas lived in Paris, and it was from Stanton that Benton got his style. Senator Thomas Hart Benton authored ‘Manifest Destiny’. I, my family, and my autobiography are at the epicenter of a cultural maelstrom. Consider Alley Valkyrie and her demands for Ken Kesey Square. Look at the Kesey murals and the destiny I beheld.

Yesterday I discovered my Fountain of Youth. For a year now I have been preparing my chapter on Marilyn Reed. With this discovery I will now try to get out my first book in a month from now. Posting on this blog will slow to a trickle.
Native peoples have declared cultural warfare on a mural, a work of art rendered by the mentor of the muralist, Thomas Hart Benton. I have found a Cultural El Dorado, a Civic La Brea Tar Pit that will allow me to establish ‘Little Bohemia’ in the Sawtelle that was recently renamed ‘Japantown’. Whoa! Not so fast! They should have consulted the Art Detective! How about a Master Augur? There are real rules one must follow. You just can’t lay new lines over old lines and rename cities, or, you are going to find yourself stuck in a cultural no-man’s-land, up to your neck in dinosaur goo.

Inspirational sounds gospel choir Invites you to join them as they celebrate a great season of growth! This community potluck/picnic will be held in collaboration with the Eugene/Springfield NAACP at the historic Mims house in Eugene. Bring a chair and a dish to share, there will be an open mic and live music.
*Following the picnic 6-8 pm The MRG foundation will be visiting the Mims house with a traveling exhibit entitled the “Soul of Philanthropy” A look at African American Philanthropy.
