I Own An IPAD

San Sebastian Avenue

On June 1, 2026, my computer was not working due to my cat stepping on my extention switch. I talked to xfinitity. Always check your power source -first. I ended up BUYING AN IPAD for backup.

Several months ago I discovered a person I have communicated with for several years, was sending me e-mails with…..HIS IPAD. Two years ago he said he might be getting a computer for Christmas, now that he was living with his sister, and was no longer….HOMELESS. He would call me from a bus bench on Irving Street. After Christmas, I asked if he got a computer?

“NO!”

Right after Drew died, he mentioned the video of someone messing sround at a tire place. He insisted this was NOT DREW. He insisted – SHE WAS ALIVE! I stopped talking to him, because he goes through periods where he hallucinates. When it took me forever to get a police report, I suspected he asked for one. He had said he was thinking of filing a lawsuit against the City of Belmont, because property once own by his family was…..STOLEN! This has caused me much GRIEF! I have been cautious about what ?I post. I accused him of……STALKING ME! He may have recorded me.

I have not enjoined with this parasite in any lawsuit. I need to know if he has filed a lawsuit, because I am seeking an attorney.

What Is a Multi-Plaintiff Lawsuit and How Can It Help You?

Share Post:

When multiple people suffer harm due to the same act of negligence, they may have the option to join together in a multi-plaintiff lawsuit. This type of legal action allows victims to combine their claims, making it easier to seek justice and hold the responsible party accountable. In California, these lawsuits can be a powerful tool for individuals who might not have the resources to fight alone.

How Does a Multi-Plaintiff Lawsuit Work?

A multi-plaintiff lawsuit is different from a class action lawsuit. In a class action, all plaintiffs are treated as one group, and the outcome applies to everyone. In a multi-plaintiff lawsuit, each person retains their own claim but benefits from shared legal resources and evidence. This approach often results in stronger cases and better compensation for victims.

Why File a Multi-Plaintiff Lawsuit?

There are several advantages to filing this type of claim:

Stronger Case: When multiple people present similar evidence and testimony, it strengthens the case against the negligent party.

Lower Legal Costs: Sharing legal expenses among multiple plaintiffs makes it more affordable to pursue a claim.

Increased Leverage: Defendants, including corporations or insurance companies, are more likely to settle when facing multiple claims at once. Justice for All: A successful case not only compensates the victims but can also lead to changes that prevent future harm.

Who Can Join a Multi-Plaintiff Lawsuit?

Anyone who has been harmed by the same act of negligence may be eligible to join a multi-plaintiff lawsuit. Common examples include:

  • Victims of defective products
  • Patients affected by dangerous drugs or medical devices
  • Employees facing workplace discrimination or wage theft
  • Individuals harmed in a mass accident or environmental disaster
