Was Lance Jacobs a Terrorist?

Yesterday I took pictures of the EXTREME damage done to my neighborhood by Lance Jacob, and wondered if this was a act of Terrorism. There was a reporter from a local T.V. station there, and he told me their reporter fled the scene when she heard gunfire – along with members of the Springfield Fire Department – whose main job is to save lives. They were prevented from doing their job. Was this the intent of Lance Jacobs? Did he want his neighbors to die in the fire he started at four in the morning when he knew they would be asleep? Did he consider ambushing them as they fled their homes that were built close to one another?

It is said he wanted to burn his home down so the city won’t get it due to his failure to pay taxes, thus our local government was a target. Did…
