The City Council and Eugene Citizens put an end to sidewalk campers. I wanted to attend the City Council meeting a month ago with my Christian neighbor, but, she asked me if she would be safe? I told her I did not know. She was not happy to learn my neighbors did the bidding of Alley Valkyrie, and harassed and threatened me if they see me.
