I announced I am acting President on April 18, 2019. I claimed I was the acting President of the United States over a year ago. Trump can not perform his duties because he has COVID-19, and, he risked lives of many with his wild claims. This man is a lunatic, and needs to be locked-up because he is a danger to himself and others. God and Jesus must not want him to server another term.
