The War on Homeless has now become a Civil War in Eugene.

A KVAL reporter used the words “War on homeless.” Why didn’t Emily Semple show up? I will bring her up at the next Wake up meeting.

EUGENE, Ore. — Small business owners and community members in Eugene are making their voices heard about crime in the city.

The packed meeting, which was held at Togo’s downtown, was put on by the group Eugene Wake Up. Leaders with the group want to put an end what they call lawlessness.
