Threats and Possible Racketeering

I am 72 years if age. In 1997 I founded Royal Rosamond Press ‘A Newspaper For The Arts’ that is named after my grandfather who wrote for Out West magazine. It is a registered business in Lane County. Eleven years ago I moved from Eugene because my neighbor Kevin was acting erratic. He has been called the King of the Eugene Anarchist. He is associated with Alley Valkyrie and John Monroe who founded Nightingale Services. Councilperson, Emily Semple, was on the board.

I knew Kevin’s homeless girlfriend when I attended the New Hope Program at Serenity Lane. She wrote for ‘What’s Happening’. 60 Minutes wanted to interview this couple, but they declined. They wanted to remain anonymous. This is why they wear masks. They have cost the City and Taxpayers thousands of dollars. Kevin…
