The Last Western Show

I caught the last half of the Bundy Boy Show on OPB last night. Here is a good example of Joaquinism, a new term I invented to discribe Cowboy Autochithon, a word I first read in the paragraph below. Joaquin Miller influenced Buffalo Bill who put on quite a show. To see Bundy Boy Riders riding their horses in front of the courthouse, was a Greek Drama, not unlike the story of Helen of Troy. The Greeks believed they were ‘The Source of All Things’. Trump tapped into this by saying ‘Make the Greeks great again!’ The mockery is a big part of the new martyrdom.

The Bundy Boys took over a reserve where Native American artifacts were found. They took over the spirit of the aboriginal peoples who populated the Americas for fifty thousand years. Their Christian Faith forced them to take this stance, because they believe God-Jesus led the White Man to the Americas, and, The One God (verses many gods of both sexes) did not bid the aborigines to cross the Baring Straight – because they had too many gods! Miller and the Bohemian Authors struggle with this destruction of Real History. Cal-Shasta was a symbol that did not work until the Gathering of the Tribes in Golden Gate Park.
