On November 4, 2016, four days before the election, the Wall Street Journal reported that American Media, Inc., the publisher of the National Enquirer, had paid a hundred and fifty thousand dollars for exclusive rights to McDougal’s story, which it never ran. Purchasing a story in order to bury it is a practice that many in the tabloid industry call “catch and kill.” This is a favorite tactic of the C.E.O. and chairman of A.M.I., David Pecker, who describes the President as “a personal friend.” As part of the agreement, A.M.I. consented to publish a regular aging-and-fitness column by McDougal. After Trump won the Presidency, however, A.M.I.’s promises largely went unfulfilled, according to McDougal. Last month, the Journal reported that Trump’s personal lawyer had negotiated a separate agreement just before the election with an adult-film actress named Stephanie Clifford, whose screen name is Stormy Daniels, which barred her from discussing her own affair with Trump.
After Tom Snyder sent me his Non Disclosure Agreement to sign, I sent an e-mail to Stacey Pierrot, and copies of it to Vicki and Mark Presco. I called for family unity. Four months later, Patrice Hanson called me and asked if I remembered her. I said I did. When she told me she had something important to tell me, I said;
“We have a daughter!”
“How did you know?”
“I had a dream about her. My angel introduced me to her!”
A week earlier I told my friend, Michael Harkins, about my dream, and he agreed to help me look for her. I sent a letter to Sydney Morris and asked for an advance on my claim in order to pay for our search. I got no reply.
As the Trustee of our father’s Trust, Vicki Presco refused to give me these prints, even when Michael’s friend, an attorney, sent her a letter. In closing Christine’s probate, Sydney Morris, denied my claim for $4,000,000 dollars. I wanted to make sure I was I was the No.1 creditor in order to stop Lawrence Chazen, who tried to become Executor. He had filed a claim.
Two years ago, Shannon Rosamond told me she and Chazen had been involved. Vicki told me Christine was accusing several men of sexually abusing her children. Vic’s Trust, and Morris’s Probate – was not fulfilled! I GOT NOTHING! I knew the market for Rosamond prints – was dead! I wanted to stop – THE MOVIE – too! I knew my book, and my movie could make money for my daughter and nieces. Then, my grandson is born.
I informed Judge Silver and Morris that I was writing my autobiography that I began in 1992. This was my Recovery Journal. When I saw my child for the first time, I had the end of OUR Miracle Story, or so I thought. Snyder tried to lure my sixteen year old daughter away from me, and, get her in his story. Mark, Vicki, Stacey, Snyder, my story was a threat to their story. How about Faulkner’s story? I now suspect she was helping Christine Rosamond Benton’s Jourals into a book. I suspect they blew sugar up her ass in order to get her to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement. Once the got her notes, they SHUT HER UP and got rid of her. Vicki said she took $5,000. She lied.
When Mark called me in 1992, and told me Vic raped Shannon, he said;
“Don’t be such a prude. I’ve considered becoming a pedophile myself.”
Perhaps he already was a pedophile.
Michael took the photograph of me with my family who I have not seen is five years. There goes OUR Miracle Story. The Dark Secrets of The Guilty Liars – prevailed!
In this photograph you see Lawrence Chazen next to one of the Family Partnership prints that were rendered worthless a month after Snyder’s Cover-up book came out. Chazen was a hot-shot attorney for the Getty Family – who had much to hide. Chazen was an expert at controlling The Information. Did he give Tom Snyder legal advice? I would like to see these two on the witness stand.
The day of the funeral, Michael suggested we get the lock smith to pop the trunk on the Rambler she got from Melba because the car was weighted down. Clothes covered stuff in the back seat. Two weeks later Vicki asked me to build shelves in he closet for these prints, and sell them at shows. I refused. Jacci Belford, Pierrot’s High School chum said this to me on the phone;
“I’m glad Vic isn’t going t get his prints back!”
Only upon hearing about this ‘Catch & Kill’ did I realize Pierrot and members of my family would say anything to get me to sign Snyder’s NDA. So what I discover Pierrot lied about selling family partnership prints. So what? I couldn’t right about them, and how evil these people treated me – and my MINOR daughter. What they did to me, they did to Christine – and then some! Childhood friends were in Christine’s house the day of the funeral, and they spent the night. Cindy Black and Raphael are not thieves. bedroom, putting her jewelry and intimate belongings out of sight. As matters

Our family issues are now the Nation’s issues. Money and Fame is no cure. The Presco Children should be studied because our up-bringing set us up to be serial killers. We did well, considering Rosemary told her teenage CHILDREN she was making porno movies for the Mob in order to feed us. An old friend got a good chuckle thinking he convinced me my family was not topical.

have to trust the Divine Wisdom within her to make wise choices. She
does need you now to give her a greater sense of herself and I feel out of
that she will make wiser choices.

No father has had to struggle like I have to be recognized as a father ¨C and a grandfather! When Heather came into my life I was working on my book about the Grail Bloodline and whether Jesus had any children. Many books have been written on this possibility. I could not help but compare my struggle with that of Jesus ¨C if it is true he fathered a daughter! A famous book was made into a movie that suggests the Popes in Rome went to great lengths to unborn Jesus¡¯child, and take away his Fatherhood. Jesus was allegeldy a grandfather. Many authors claim powerful forces hid this truth.
Here are the first e-mails I exchanged with Heather and her mother, Patrice Hanson, who asks for a blood test because Linda Comstock was molested as a child, and has no trust of men. Hmmm! She trusted Bill Cornwell.
Patrice also says it would be good idea just incase Randall came back into my daughter¡¯s life. Of course, I am not supposed to have a problem trusting Heather¡¯s kindred.

I wanted to take a blood test as is customary in California for newlyweds. A week after I sent these photos, Patrice Hanson illegally disapeared my daguther from my life! biography. I considered letting him finish the biography I had begun
in 1990, as I have at least two books to write, I making several
starts,
only to have my information expand dramatically. I may have solved
some core mysteries of King Arthur and the Holy Grail, and great
secrets surrounding the original Nazarite church. Tom told me he was
working with Stacey, and I told him any help I provided had to be
under critical guidelines, being, this is a story of miracles and
recovery aimed at helping those who
suffer from the abusive disease of alcholoism ¨C especially children –who make bonds with angels in order to survive horrendous abuse and
abandonment.Tom told me there had been a legal meeting with attournies where
some
legal steps were considered, but Tom himself refused to work under
these conditions. He tells me he wants me to sign a release of some
kind so my information will not be exploited in a sensational
manner.
It turned out to be a legal document asking me to give him EXCLUSIVE
rights to
the material, meaning, I could not draw upon my memories in written
form in regards to Christine, and perhaps all the members of my
family. I felt
this was a betrayal of the initial trust, which was tentative as it
was, as Stacey ¨C a non-family member ¨C ha been manipulative and
secretive since the
day of Christine¡¯s funeral. She, and members of my family have been
getting their way, and power over others the exact way my abusive
parents did, through secret family information aimed at keeping my
family a closed covert family. Only those who agree to go along with
the dark agendas are let into the inner circle. For taking my niece
Shannon¡¯s side in the chaos
outsiders created on top of my families tragedy, I was put, and kept
in the dark.I will forward you an email from a fan of Christines in regards to
the disappearance of the ADULT heir that no one with all their
resources is attempting to find. They did nothing to help me find
Heather, I
pleading with the probate judge to consider the Miracle and Dream
that is still continuing in my LIFE, A miracle and dream I need to
subscribe to in
order to save my life. Stacey, Mark, and Vicki do not want my and
Christine¡¯s Program, as the one they have, that allows them to own
all the creative endeavors in the family, works fine for them, and
is

here soon. I really trust that this all is in the hands of angels
and
that everything that is needed will be provided in terms of where
you
can stay, etc. I will try to talk to Diane today. It¡¯s a little odd
living in someone else¡¯s house because I can¡¯t just open the house
to
my friends without clearing it and working out an exchange that
works
for the owner. But she¡¯s really great and I feel she will understand
and be supportive. Plus she is a great
artist and will appreciate another artist and she is very familiar
with Rosamond¡¯s work, so I¡¯m sure it will be perfect and a win for
everyone.I thought you should have the number for the phone that goes into
Heather¡¯s room. She has her own line. It is.I¡¯ve been thinking about the apparent conflict in regard to the
biography. Perhaps there is information I don¡¯t have but it seems to
me that a biography written by the brother would be a very different
book from a very different perspective than one written by an
outsider and so there would be room for the creation of both of
them.
I know when I am really interested in someone or something, I like to get my hands on as many resources as possible to get information from a variety of points of
view. So I don¡¯t see that it needs to be an either/or situation.
But, as I said, perhaps there is something I don¡¯t know that you do. We
can talk about it more.Tom Snyder seems like a really nice guy also. It seems he is supportive
of you and he definitely played an important part in connecting you
with Heather and that is important and not to be ignored.I¡¯m excited too. Maybe not as excited as you and Heather, but pretty
excited. I do look forward to seeing you again. I¡¯m happy this is
all
out in the open now. It kind of lifts a weight off me that I wasn¡¯t
really aware of but can notice now how much better it feels that you

Hell In A Bucket: The man arrested a couple of years back for
impersonating Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir has been at it again.
Randall Delpiano was arrested in the East Bay community of Walnut
Creek after his parole officer recognized his photo in a local
newspaper. Delpiano was paroled from state prison last April after
serving 15 months on fraud and theft charges stemming from a $5,000
robbery, and at that time had convinced a newspaper reporter and a
radio DJ that he was the Dead’s rhythm guitarist.
In August of this year, Delpiano again began impersonating Bob Weir.
One of the individuals he bilked, Ken Whitaker, admittedly not a
Deadhead, recalled the experience: “He seemed to know everything
about the Grateful Dead. He told stories for hours and he played the
harmonica extremely well. We didn’t know then that the real Bob Weir
doesn’t play harmonica. He said he was being hounded by the press
over the death of their keyboard player Brent Mydland.” Oakland
police spokesman Sgt. Stanley Bicker was very familiar with
Delpiano’s scam. “Side by side, they don’t look alike, but in their
photos and from a distance, they do,” he said of Weir and Delpiano,
adding, “The really committed Grateful Dead fan knows that Mr.
Delpiano is not Bob Weir.” For the two weeks he stayed in Walnut
Creek, Delpiano made such a splash with the locals that they bought
him dinners and provided sexual favors, and he obliged them by
signing autographs. His scam ended when a friend of Whitaker’s, a
Deadhead, exposed Delpiano as an imposter. Delpiano was ultimately
arrested for failing to report to his parole officer and was
remanded to the state prison to serve out the rest of his five-year
sentence.Weir Impersonator Is At It Again DISCOVERY BAY Calif A harmonica player who has been jailed in the past for impersonating Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir allegedly has been at it again police say Oakland police are looking for Randall Delpiano to arrest him on a warrant accusing him of stealing and violating his parole after serving 15 months on fraud and theft charges Sgt Stan Bricker said Friday Bricker questioned Delpiano two years ago after he was charged with bilking a woman out of He was accused of gaining her confidence by im personating Weir He was paroled in April Bricker said Delpiano told him he gets some satisfaction out of pretending to be Weir Delpiano resembles Weir who doesnt play harmonica People like him when they think hes Bob Weir Bricker said Grateful Dead publicist Dennis McNally called Delpiano a professional con man who has got an emotional problem Bricker identified Delpiano as the man who alleg edly has been impersonating Weir in the communi ty of Discovery Bay in Contra
