“Lock them up! Lock her her up! String him up!”

President Donald Trump on Sunday shot back at Lavar Ball, the father of one of the UCLA basketball players arrested in China, for belittling the President’s role in the students’ release.

“Now that the three basketball players are out of China and saved from years in jail, LaVar Ball, the father of LiAngelo, is unaccepting of what I did for his son and that shoplifting is no big deal,” Trump tweeted. “I should have left them in jail!”

Alley Valkyrie announced she had picked a fight with me on FB, and tied me to the three UofO basketball players accused of rape. She suggested a march. What she wanted was sympathizers to drive by and give her a check. They were doing this at Whoville, and in the Square. I am sure they did not report anything to the IRS. Above this money hungry bitch worked the Lesbian thing.  She knew Lesbians would give her big checks if they saw police abusing half-naked Lesbian Lovers. Alley has fled to Paris. She is from New York and is the ballsy daughter he wished he had. Her lover, John Monroe, dismisses my revelation on Alley’s facebook that I am impotent due to my struggle with prostate cancers. The FBI told me if these threats were aimed at hiding information they did not declare, then this is Racketeering.

On Saturday, a hot mic picked up Flake warning that the Republican Party will be “toast” if it becomes the party of President Trump and GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore.

“If we become the party of Roy Moore and Donald Trump, we are toast,” Flake told his friend Mesa Mayor John Giles according to a sound recording picked up by the a ABC affiliate KNXV microphone.

Flake and Trump have become repeatedly entangled in public feuds, sparring with one another over their policies.

“His desire to demonstrate his superior masculinity is linked to obvious male socialization patterns. Cf. Oregon Duck rape scandal(s).”

The three had alleged the UO imposed long-term suspensions against them after an unfair disciplinary process in which university officials prejudged them, subjected them to gender discrimination and denied them due process.

The players — who were disciplined after a female student accused them of rape — sought a combined $28.5 million in their lawsuits. They argued that the suspensions had potentially ruined their basketball careers.

Dear : As public servants, we help people because it is the right thing to do, not because we want to be praised for it. Also, the US President should never wish for Americans to be locked up in a foreign jail.

“His desire to be an artist (fueled by his mother, who suppressed his sister’s talents so he could be the family star, see my post earlier in the thread for the links to demonstrate this) is his way of desperately seeking immortality as he gets closer to death. I imagine his belief that Alley wants Belle for herself has something to do with his own erotic phantasies, obviously still running just fine regardless of whether his genitals work. His desire to demonstrate his superior masculinity is linked to obvious male socialization patters. Cf. Oregon Duck rape scandal(s).

His fear is dangerous, his illness is dangerous, his bigotry is dangerous. And I’m seeing just three people willing to put up a defense against that danger. And while obviously psychotic and seemingly paranoid as well, he is above all a threat to people in our community.”

Barabbas’s name appears as bar-Abbas in the Greek texts of the gospels. It is derived ultimately from the Aramaic בר-אבא, Bar-abbâ, “son of the father”. Some ancient manuscripts of Matthew 27:16–17 have the full name of Barabbas as “Jesus Barabbas” and this was probably the name as originally written in the text.[12] Early church father Origen was troubled by the fact that his copies of the gospels gave Barabbas’ name as “Jesus Barabbas” and declared that since it was impossible he could have had such a holy name, “Jesus” must have been added to Barabbas’ name by a heretic.[13] It is possible that later scribes, copying the passage, removed the name “Jesus” from “Jesus Barabbas” to avoid dishonour to the name of Jesus the Messiah.[14]

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Three UCLA basketball players detained for shoplifting at three high-end stores in China publicly apologized Wednesday before coach Steve Alford announced they were being suspended indefinitely.

Freshmen LiAngelo Ball, Jalen Hill and Cody Riley won’t be allowed to suit up, practice or travel with the team while the university continues to sort out the circumstances of last week’s incident in Hangzhou, China, Alford said during a news conference at Pauley Pavilion.

“These are good young men who have exercised an inexcusable lapse of judgment and now they have to live with that,” Alford said. “They let a lot people down in the process.”

On ABC’s This Week Sunday morning, George Stephanopoulos drilled White House Director of Legislative Affairs Marc Short for answers as to whether President Trump still supports Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore in the wake of multiple allegations of sexual abuse and misconduct. At least half a dozen times, Short dodged blatant yes-or-no questions, leaving room for Trump to be satisfied if Moore ends up winning the special election next month.

Short started the interview by hanging his hat on the “if true” caveat — that Trump would believe the allegations are disqualifying only if they were somehow proven to be true. As the White House has said on other occasions, Trump is essentially washing his hands of it by leaving it up to the people of Alabama to decide.

Before the allegations came to light, Trump openly supported Moore, having quickly endorsed him after he won the Republican primary. When asked about Moore’s many controversial opinions, such as past support for criminalizing homosexuality and barring Muslims from serving in Congress, Trump dodged the question, crediting the people of Alabama for liking Moore.

Judge says former Duck basketball players don’t have to pay University of Oregon’s attorney fees in civil case

A federal judge has rejected the University of Oregon’s request for reimbursement of nearly $53,000 in attorney fees and court costs from three former Ducks basketball players who sued the UO after being banned from campus following a high-profile rape investigation in 2014.

U.S. District Judge Michael McShane said in an order issued Thursday that an award of attorney fees in the civil case would have “the potential of chilling future students from filing what they believe to be legitimate civil rights claims against university officials.”

McShane in June dismissed civil suits brought by former Duck players Brandon Austin, Dominic Artis and Damyean Dotson.

The university has characterized the players’ claims as frivolous and unreasonable.

In a motion seeking attorney fees, UO officials said they rarely seek prevailing party fees but that the players “pursued claims that lacked any reasonable basis in law or fact, which forced the university to waste considerable public resources.”

As McShane noted in his order rejecting the UO’s attorney fee request, the university’s main argument was that the players’ due process claims were particularly frivolous because there is no clearly established constitutional right to attend the university.

But the judge also said the players presented a “good faith argument” that their right to a university education should be protected by the Constitution, adding that the issue is now part of “a continuing national dialogue” in the courts.

“There is also great debate nationally with regard to the level of due process that colleges should be required to afford students accused of sexual misconduct,” McShane said in the order.

In dismissing the lawsuits earlier this year, McShane pointed out that the players, while represented by attorneys, agreed to participate in the UO’s administrative process that resulted in their long-term suspensions. He ruled that the lawsuits had failed to state valid legal claims.

The UO imposed suspensions of up to 10 years against the players in June 2014, three months after a female student alleged they had raped her at a house party in Eugene. The players said the woman had consented to sex with them.

Police investigated the reported incident. Lane County prosecutors ultimately decided against filing criminal charges, citing a lack of evidence.

University officials, in a process separate from the criminal investigation, banned the players from campus after finding they had violated the UO student conduct code by “engaging in penetration without explicit consent,” according to court documents.

The players have asked the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to review their cases.
