Unfortunately, Whitaker struggled as an adult with drugs and alcohol, but has been clean for close to two decades. The 56-year-old sometime actor has a new passion – helping prisoners and prison reform.”

One could make the case Robert Brevoort Buck’s law firm OWNED our families artistic and sober legacy, and were treating it like a Foundation, they keeping the same business people on board that did not pay taxes, ran Rosamond into bankruptcy – and here come Shrewd Garth Benton up to his same dirty ol tricks! And, look, there’s Dark Mark ‘The Nazi’ lurking in the background – sniggering because I have been put in the dark along with my seven years of sobriety. I have thirty years today.

There is much talk about Rosamond’s alcoholism in Bob Buck’s book, but, none of it was positive. When an angel appear to me in a dream, and told me I had a daughter, I was all alone and damned by Mark and his family. I told Heather (and her mother) she was heaven sent, she my reward for remaining sober under extreme fire. I did not know Patrice and her drunken sister were very threatened by my angel. They saw big roles for themselves, and, millions of dollars flowing into the pocket of their ‘Star Child’ who was yet to be discovered. In 2001, my miracle was disappeared from my life. Vicki Presco kept it a secret they had formed a secret, dark, bond.

Stacey Pierrot could not give Tom Snyder’s evil biography away. They destroyed the Rosamond estate, and drove away her fans – who were not Lesbians! If this pornography was a big hit, then, a movie would have been made, and, Morris&Buck would have come out of the shadows and taken a Big Bow! “By September 2000, however, plans were underway for a biography of Decedent, which Petitioner hoped might create interest in her work. The book was published in 2002. Although the book did not spur the hoped-for interest in Decedent’s life and work, efforts continued to market the concept of a screenplay based upon Decedent’s life. Petitioner hoping that this might be brought to fruition, elected to keep the estate open. However, it is the Petitioner’s belief the likelihood of an increased interest in Decedents work is negligible, and the time has come to close the estate.

The movie ‘Battle of the Sexes’ is coming out, that dovetails nicely with my letters to Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom who are partners of Larry Chazen in PlumpJack that Alcohol Justice went after. Chazen was a partner in the first Rosamond gallery. In my e-mails I object to the advertisement of ‘Love Match’ written by the first Rosamond biographer, who deserted the project after I informed the court, her notes belonged to my nieces. I contend all this BIG TALK by, and about BIG PEOPLE, lured my minor child from me – as intended! And – then they FAILED! They are – FAILURES! They should be punished!

“When Stacey Pierrot came out with the first Rosamond webpage, she said Christine chose Sandra Faulkner to co-author her auto-biography that she begun – because they look alike! That book was disappeared, along with Sandra, after I pointed out in a letter to Sydney Morris, notes for that book belong to my nieces – the Heirs!

I told Patrice and Heather Hanson about this intrigue when alas I saw MY CHILD for the first time! I told them my Grail book had a much better chance of success, than Snyder’s bullshit book. Mother&Child were not happy, because they wanted to be in any book about Rosamond, and, not in a book – that is off topic!

Keep in mind Dan Brown’s book will not be published till two years later. I am not saying it would have been the big hit ‘The Davinci Code’ was, but, I have a creative right to take my best shot. Creative families are like this. They make contributions.

Alcohol Justice was formed in 1987 as one of the endowed Buck Trust agencies. It was originally known as Marin Institute for the Prevention of Alcohol and Other Drug Problems, and later as The Marin Institute, or TMI. In 2011, we changed our name to Alcohol Justice. to reflect our strong commitment to equity for all communities and our alcohol industry watchdog role.

With its founding in 1987, Marin Institute led a revolution in understanding that local communities could take action against environmental harm and danger to their neighborhoods from alcohol. Since then, we have trained tens of thousands of individuals at conferences and workshops; published dozens of reports and journal articles; appeared in hundreds of media outlets and thousands of news clips and interviews; and advocated for improvements in production, marketing and promotion, and on- and off-premise sales practices throughout the country.

We seek changes in alcohol corporations and their products, promotions, and practices, alcohol policies, regulations, and enforcement. “Former Texas beauty-queen Nelson tells–as written by sociologist Faulkner–of her eight-year affair with tennis great Martina Navratilova, as well as of the pair’s litigious breakup and eventual out-of-court settlement. Nelson (a “latter-day Doris Day,” according to Rita Mae Brown’s foreword), mother of two and married for 17 years, was introduced to the Czech superstar in 1982 by Nelson’s 11-year-old son, Eddie. ‘Bonds with Angels’ is the story of two creative siblings and their
quest for a spiritual and creative Sanctuary. Published in
installments under the banner of, Royal Rosamond Press, named in
honor of the author and poet, Royal Rosamond.

This biography of Christine Rosamond, and, John Presco, was began in
1989 when I had two years of Recovery in AA, CODA, and Adult Children
of Alcoholics. It was to be the biography of all four Presco
Children, it my hope we would all get into a Program, as all six
members of my family suffered from the disease of alcoholism, and all
the abuses that are associated with this life-threatening tragedy.

Our bonds with angels began early one Saturday morning when Christine
and my younger sister, Vicki, came rushing into the Boys Room at the
first sign I was awake. I was ten years old at the time, Christine
nine, and Vicki, five. Getting them to calm down, their faces lit-up
with excitement, they told me one of the strangest things I have ever
heard in my life. They told me in the middle of the night they had
woken to behold a powerful blue light filling their room, and in the
middle of the light, was a beautiful woman standing at the foot of
Christine’s bed looking down on her. She was in a long flowing gown,
and if she had wings, my sisters did not say; but they reasured me,
begged me to believe; “She was an Angel!”In 1997

I sent the forward to my biography of my late sister, Christine
Rosamond Presco, to Superior Court Judge in Monterey along with my
plea to not let my families Artistic, Literary – and Spiritual Legacy –
be sold to outsiders. I was ignored due to the influence of powerful
people who wanted to silence me and own the Rose of the World for
themselves. One of these powerful people was Lawrence Chazen, a
business partner of Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newson in Gordon Getty’s
PlumpJack winery empire. In my forward I speak of the angel bathed in
blue light that came to stand at the foot of Christine’s bed when she
was ten. The old woman who lived up the street, and who befriended us
Presco children, saw a blue light come into her window that very
night, and showed me a ring of tiny burn holes this light made in her
lace curtain. The starry wreath of the Queen of Heaven? Meher Baba was
supposed to break his silence and send forth a light that would
transform the world. There is debate as to whether he did so.

Dear Honorable Gavin Newsom;

By an incredible twist of fate it appears our paths have crossed in regards to Lawrence Chazen and the Getty family. There exists in the Probate of my late sister,
Christine Rosamond Benton, a overwhelming scandal that may become the
focus of much public attention in regards to Gay Marriages. In my
sister’s probate are letters I filed protesting the advertisement of
the Lesbian novel ‘Love Match’ which is about the marriage of Martina
Navratilova to a Beauty Queen. The author os this book was authoring
the biography of my sister who drowned at Rocky Point. She was a
partner of Lawrence Chazen in her Carmel Gallery.

I am asking you to champion my cause and help me be represented in this Court of Law
that has so far utterly ignored my ‘Family Values’. The two oldest
structures in San Francisco were brought around the Cape in a Clipper
in 1849 by my great grandfather , Carl Janke, who set them up in
Belmont. Janke is the co-founder of this city where he built
California’s first theme part ‘Tansforan’. These homes were later
moved to S.F.I am writing a biography of my later
sister.

My battle over my family history has all but destroyed me. I am
astonished to see these powerful people on my path, one of
them severely hindering my way. I feel like Parcival, even King
Arthur who alas sees what has divided his kingdom and brought it to
ruin. My late sister’s probate is filled with my letters which reveal
the core of my Grail study. Within them I give warnings, tell the
Court that the Right-wing Christians are the enemies of the Arts and
have plans to take over the Democracy. In one letter I complained
about a Lesbian novel being advertised on my Nieces webpage the author
of this novel writing my sister’s biography which was never
finished. The author quit the project and absconded with a large sum
of money according to my surviving sister. But, I think it had
something todo with the claim she had interviewed my famous sister
just before she died, a claim I challenged in my letters, I contending
these interviews belonged to the two heirs and should be handed over
to the Probate. I objected to the owner of this important legacy
pandering to Lesbians, a tactic used when Rosamond was alive to sell
her beautiful images of women. I explained to Judge Richard M.
Silver that my sister and I were Grail artists who were influenced by
the Pre-Raphaelites who employed Grail themes in their work. Our
great grandfather was friends with Joaquin Miller whose poetry
was promoted by the Pre-Raphaelites they introducing him the crown
heads of Europe.

Grail stories have long been at the heart and core of heterosexuality,
indeed they stemming from a heretical teaching that was violently
oppressed by the Pope and his celibate Bishops andPriests. I told the
Judge I have nothing against Gays, outside of my families Artist and
Literary legacy. This website was suggesting my late sister was a
Lesbian. There exist no evidence of this. I suspect my protest, which
contained Biblical references, got me labeled a Gay-basher, and all of
a sudden I hit a stonewall, I cutoff to all information. I was not
told my father had died, or my mother was dying, I missing my
opportunity to say good-bye to her bytwelve hours. Rosemary Rosamond
died without seeing the wonderful Grail history I had collected for my
book .Mayor Gavin Newsom is four generation San Francisco. My father
was born there. Two of the oldest structures in that city were
brought around the Horn by his great grandfather, Carl Janke, the co-
founderof Belmont California. Our family history is about to be lost,
it shoved aside in the ten year struggle in a Superior Courthouse
inMonterey where I went two months ago to plead with a Judge to
help me record this history that is important to the history
of California and the Arts – for starters.

The Getty family own much of the world’s art, and just built
abeautiful museum where I used to go horseback riding. That I and my
sister appear to be related to Denis de Rougemont, the Grail
scholar and expert on Live in the Western World, has brought me to the
very door of the Getty Castle for the Arts where I am bid to call out
a challenge to those within, that if my family values are not
returned to me, I will bring this castle down.

This eighty six page essay printed by Royal
Rosamond Press is as prophetic a document as I have read, and I have
trouble putting it somewhere in my being, for it appears the Democrats
lost the election due to Nancy Pelosi and Gavin Newsom promoting same-
sex marriages. My bitter enemies, the Christians-right accused
these politicians of trying to destroy `Family Values’ the very thing
I accuse them of, I not knowing at the time I wrote this essay that the
Getty family backed these Representatives of our Democracy, and surely
knew Lawrence Chazen who filed a claim in Rosamond’s probate and may
walk away with the lion’s share. Representative, Nancy Pelosi, is kin
to Gavin who advised the Getty family. Their top financial advisor,
Lawrence Chazen was my late father’s private lender in his loan
business. Chazen is also an ex-partner of my late sister and my ex-
brother-in-law Garth Benton in the ‘Rosamond’ art gallery in Carmel.
Chazen is trying to walk out of my sister’s probate with a good chunk
of my nieces legacy. Chazen tried to become executor of this important
artistic legacy in a illegal manner. I suspect Chazen put political
pressure on Judge Richard M. Silver, a Brown appointee to squash my
investigation into the mysterious drowning of my late sister. She was
good friends with Philip Green and his wife. Green is he wealthiest
man in Britain and just tried to buy Safeway.

Chazen was investigated by Andrew Cuomo of HUD
for loan sharking, hetaking the home from a black grandmother in
Oakland where I grew up.I went to school with her grandchildren. My
father was convicted ofloan sharking. My letters to the Attorney
General about Chazen’sactivities were ignored.I have been authoring a
biography of my late sister for three years.When I began to ask
questions a rival biography was produced, thatattacked my
investigation into my sister’s death. The probate waskept going to
keep the information under control. There was talk about a movie.

On Feb. 14, in response to a Chronicle story about omissions and mistakes in his financial disclosure statements, Newsom amended his filings to report $2.1 million in loans he had received from Getty. BORN TO POWERA fourth-generation San Franciscan, Gavin Christopher Newsom was born Oct. 10, 1967, to William and Tessa Newsom. From birth, he was connected to the city’s elite.

His grandfather, William A. Newsom, was a confidant of Edmund G. “Pat” Brown, the former San Francisco district attorney and two-term governor. His aunt was married to the brother-in-law of Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-San Francisco, the House minority leader.

His father, retired state appellate Justice William Newsom, is a longtime friend of Edmund “Jerry” Brown, also a former governor and now Oakland mayor; John Burton, the powerful state senator from San Francisco; and especially Getty – son of legendary oilman J. Paul Getty – his friend since they were classmates at St. Ignatius High School in the 1940s.

As a youth, Getty kept a room at the Newsom family’s Marina District home, and later Justice Newsom served as a Getty lawyer and trusted family adviser, Justice Newsom recalled in an interview.

In 1973, the abduction of a grandson of J. Paul Getty made international headlines when the kidnappers severed the victim’s ear and mailed it to his mother. To win the youth’s freedom, Justice Newsom and others traveled to southern Italy to deliver the $2.7 million ransom to intermediaries dressed as priests, he said. Gavin Newsom said his childhood wasn’t easy. His parents broke up when he was 2; his father moved to Placer County, while his late mother, Tessa, raised Gavin and his younger sister, Hilary, in San Francisco, sometimes working three jobs as a secretary, bookkeeper and waitress. Newsom said he also had “pretty severe” dyslexia, a disorder that causes difficulty with writing and spelling, and sometimes reading and working with numbers.

It still affects him today. Newsom said he received a private education at the French-American bilingual school and Notre Dame de Victoire in the city, and, after he was unable to gain admission to a prep school, at public Redwood High School in Marin County. When he needed help, his family’s contacts came in handy, he acknowledged. While applying for college, Newsom said, his family “called everybody we knew,” including lawyer John Mallen, a friend of his father and a member of the Board of Regents at Santa Clara University, where he was given a partial baseball scholarship.

After graduating and earning a real estate license, Newsom said, he visited Walter Shorenstein, the real estate baron and major Democratic Party fund- raiser, who knew Newsom’s father and grandfather. At that 1991 meeting, Shorenstein told an aide, ” ‘Let’s see what we can do at the Russ Building for Gavin,’ ” Newsom recalled. He said he spent an “intense” year working as an $18,000-per-year assistant for the Shorenstein Co. PLUMPJACK PARTNERSHIPSWhile still working for Shorenstein, Newsom formed his first business partnership, PlumpJack Associates, to open a wine shop on Fillmore Street.

His partner was Gordon Getty’s son, William or “Billy” as he’s called, whom Newsom had known since boyhood. He said Gordon Getty invested between $7,500 and $15, 000. The wine shop opened in 1992. Other ventures followed. By last year, Newsom had created a network of limited partnerships and holding companies to own and operate businesses and investments in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Squaw Valley and Maui. Most are part of the PlumpJack group, which in addition to the wine shop includes the upscale PlumpJack Cafe, also on Fillmore Street, the PlumpJack winery and an online wine outlet.

Other Newsom partnerships own two popular Cow Hollow night spots, the venerable Balboa Cafe and the MatrixFillmore bar, which features designer cocktails, a plasma screen video system and tables shaped as letters S, E and X. Other partnerships run the Squaw Valley Inn, or are associated with PlumpJack and Balboa cafes at the ski resort. And while Newsom contended that Gordon Getty is only one financial backer of many, records show the billionaire is Newsom’s top outside investor, either individually or through his firms and family trusts.

Getty owns 49 percent of the concern that manages all the PlumpJack businesses; 96 percent of the winery; 96 percent of the partnership that runs the Squaw Valley Inn; and more than 80 percent of Newsom’s real estate development firm (recently, Getty and Judge Newsom bought him out, Newsom says). Getty has a smaller stake in the other businesses, but he’s still the lead outside investor in most. Getty declined to be interviewed for this story.

In response to written questions, he said he treats Newsom like a son and invested in Newsom’s first business because of that relationship. “After that,” he said, “the reason for my further investments was the success of the first.” Getty’s son Billy also invested in five businesses, and other Gettys, including Gordon’s wife, Ann, own stakes in some.

Other investors represent a slice of upper-strata San Francisco: a firm associated with Pelosi‘s husband, Paul Pelosi; high-society plastic surgeon Jack Owsley; even TV newscaster Ross McGowan, whose morning news show has often showcased Newsom the politician. POLITICAL MOVESNewsom, who told a reporter in 1998 that he wanted to be president of the United States, said he got into politics by volunteering on Mayor Willie Brown‘s 1995 campaign and hosting a fund-raiser for him in PlumpJack Cafe’s private dining room.

In April 1996, Newsom was part of a San Francisco entourage that flew on the Getty family jet to a celebration in the mayor’s hometown of Mineola, Texas. Three months later, Brown put Newsom on the city Parking and Traffic Commission and in 1997 appointed him to the Board of Supervisors, filling a spot viewed in the political arena as reserved for a “straight, white male.” He’s been re-elected three times.
