Orc-Trump attacked Freedom of the Press while denying Russia interfered with our Free Elections. In the same foul-breath he signed a bill that allows coal mining companies to foul our streams and air. Orc-Trump is going to Florida to bask in the shrieks of his neo-Confederate Haters of Earth…… and everyone that is not with them. I take the center!

Christine Rosamond Benton and I were drawn into Tolkien’s Trilogy. The artist known as ‘Rosamond’ could not put these books down, nor could I. This caused our mutual friend, Keith Purvis, a British subject, to comment;
“She doesn’t know these books are real.”
We three were original hippies who took the Lord of the Rings to heart as we modified the modern world, made it over more to our liking, we oblivious to what normal folk were about. This is exactly what William Morris and the Pre-Raphaelite Brother and Sisterhood did. They – returned!
On this day, I Jon Gregory Presco, claim the Conservative Branch of the Republican Party, in the name of my kindred, John and Jessie Benton Fremont! How many thought I was mad when I claimed the Louisiana Territory in the name of my fiancé whose kindred tried to restore the House of Bourbon? This attempt is the base of the very definition of ‘Conservatism’. Conservatives opposed the nomination of Trump who declared he “inherited a mess”. Is this any way for our President to talk? The mess he inherited, is when Dixiecrats and Ronald Reagan founded the Southern Strategy that turned Fremont’s Abolitionist Party into a Sanctuary of Southern Traitors, who carried on the battle of Confederate Traitors, that the Radical Republicans wanted to hunt down, and hang by the neck, or be put in front of a firing squad.
I did not inherit a mess! I am the Heir to the Legacy of Fremont who has been forsaken and forgotten. He and his wife tried to found a New Western Nation, while preserving the ecology and environment. They were not perfect. If Trump had not been elected, then this history, and my newspaper would be meaningless. However, “Life imitates art” and Art celebrates our Beautiful Environment.

On this day, I found the United Union of World Environmentalists that draws a line in the sand, and defines who is for saving the planet earth, and who is against it, as a necessity that surpasses political and economic considerations. This is – WAR!
I have caught Orc-Trump and his Trump-Traitors, out in the open. They no longer have a party – or a country! The world will watch the oily, and goo-filled Orcs cheer on their King Orc in Florida as he waves his evil coal contract before them like red meat.
The world hears Trump-Speak, and wonders where the truth is. It is under Lonely Mountain! The truth has been set free!

I made this astounding prophecy four years ago. I realized there was a great need to esteem White People so they would not follow and elect a Dictator and racist like Trump. Alas I tuned in the Game of Thrones that is allegedly inspired by the War of the Rose, but Tolkien is there, but, not the Pre-Raphaelites. These white people are doing ugly things to other white people. Viewers need to wake up and vote against Trump and campaign for Hillary. A co-founder of the NAACP was inspired by Morris and his group of artists. “No group of men and women have done more to support or define the White Culture in the world, then the Pre-Raphaelite Brother and Sisterhood – along with J.R. Tolkien, whose Hobbits will again grace our silver screens. Tolkien was inspired by William Morris’s ‘The House of Wolfing’ a Pre-Raphaelite masterpiece that went hand in hand with Swineburn’s poems about Fair Rosamond, and Rosamund Queen of the Lombards.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservatism
Conservatism is a political and social philosophy that promotes retaining traditional social institutions in the context of culture and civilization. Conservatives seek to preserve institutions like the Church, monarchy and the social hierarchy, as they are, emphasizing stability and continuity, while others, called reactionaries, oppose modernism and seek a return to “the way things were”.[1][2] The first established use of the term in a political context originated with François-René de Chateaubriand in 1818,[3] during the period of Bourbon restoration that sought to roll back the policies of the French Revolution. The term, historically associated with right-wing politics, has since been used to describe a wide range of views.
We need to form a Western Trade Union that will befriend Canada and the European Union. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau praised the European Union on Thursday as an unprecedented model for peaceful cooperation, in a speech to EU lawmakers that contrasted sharply with the critical stance of U.S. President Donald Trump.
Speaking to the European Parliament a day after it backed a comprehensive free trade deal between Canada and the EU known as CETA, Trudeau said the 28-nation bloc had a crucial global role to play.
By contrast, Trump has questioned the value and future of the EU and has applauded Britain’s shock decision to leave it.

The Union of Greens of Russia (Russian: Союз зелёных России) or Green Russia (Russian: Зелёная Россия) was an political party in Russia from 2005 until 2006.
In 2005 the organization was founded as an independent party, but in 2006 it joined to the party Yabloko as a ecological faction “Green Russia”. The “Union of Greens of Russia” and the faction “Green Russia” of Yabloko were headed by professor Alexey Yablokov, the founder of Greenpeace USSR in the 1980s.
The faction “Green Russia” is an associate member of the European Green Party.[1]
Before the 2007 parliamentary elections, the Russian Central Electoral Commission decided that the Russian Ecological Party “The Greens” would not be able to stand, due to an alleged large number of faked signatures (17%, more than the allowed 5%) in their supporters’ lists.[2]
Orcs are a race of creatures who are used as soldiers and henchmen by both the greater and lesser villains of The Silmarillion, The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings—Morgoth, Sauron and Saruman.
Although not entirely dim-witted and occasionally crafty, they are portrayed as miserable beings, hating everyone including themselves and their masters, whom they serve out of fear. They make no beautiful things, but rather design cunning devices made to hurt and destroy.
The House of Representatives is closer to renaming a Yosemite National Park peak after Jessie Benton Fremont, putting the 19th century activist and political spouse into a 21st century tussle.
WASHINGTON
The House of Representatives is closer to renaming a Yosemite National Park peak after Jessie Benton Fremont, putting the 19th century activist and political spouse into a 21st century tussle.
Over National Park Service objections, a House panel on Thursday approved a bill to redesignate the current 12,117-foot Mammoth Peak as Mount Jessie Benton Fremont. The prominent peak, near Kuna Lake, is Yosemite’s sixth highest.
Fremont was the wife of famed explorer and politician John C. Fremont and an ardent advocate of preserving Yosemite Valley and the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoia trees.
“The naming of the peak is an important and overdue step in recognizing her important contributions to California and the nation,” declared Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Calif.
The House Natural Resources Committee’s green light of McClintock’s bill on a voice vote foreshadows easy approval by the Republican-controlled House. It does not, however, guarantee the name change will happen. Other Yosemite-area renaming proposals have stalled before, and some have been stuck for years.
So far, a companion Mount Jessie Benton Fremont bill has not been introduced in the Senate, where its prospects may be hindered by the National Park Service’s resistance.
“The National Park Service generally discourages the commemorative naming of landscape features in national parks,” Victor Knox, the park service’s associate director, testified last month. “There should be a compelling justification for the recognition and a strong, direct association between the landscape feature and the person being commemorated.”
Knox further cautioned that while “Fremont was an important figure in the advocacy for and establishment of (Yosemite), there is no direct or long-term association between her work and Mammoth Peak.”
Fremont, born in 1824, was the daughter of U.S. Senator Thomas Hart Benton of Missouri, a champion of the nation’s westward expansion. She helped popularize her husband’s exploration accounts and promoted federal protection for Sierra Nevada public lands. According to the park service, her advocacy inspired President Abraham Lincoln’s actions protecting Yosemite Valley and Mariposa Grove.
“Jessie Benton Fremont unlocked the idea that precious places like Yosemite should be preserved for all time,” Mary Ellen Ardouny, president of the Corps Network, testified last month. “It’s time that this courageous woman be recognized for her advocacy of this idea.”
Ardouny’s organization represents state, local and national conservation corps organizations.
The Mount Jessie Benton Fremont proposal follows in the footsteps of other Yosemite-area renaming campaigns. They can be an uphill slog
In 2007, for instance, Yosemite aficionados submitted an application to the U.S. Board on Geographic Name to name a 12,002-foot peak after the late alpine botanist Carl Sharsmith. That didn’t work, as officials discourage naming features in wilderness areas.
In 2008, Democratic Sens. Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer of California introduced legislation to rename Yosemite’s 14,242-foot North Palisade Peak after the late environmentalist and mountaineer David Brower. The bill fell, having failed to attract Republicans skeptical of the environmental movement Brower once led.
Sometimes lawmakers prevail, even if it means bending the rules.
In 2012, Congress renamed a 12,240-foot peak near Yosemite after the late Olympic star and longtime Mono County, Calif., supervisor, Andrea Lawrence. Lawrence died in 2009, at age 76.
The Board on Geographic Names would have required a five-year wait, until 2014, before changing the mountain peak’s name. Instead, in April 2010, Boxer joined with Rep. Howard “Buck” McKeon, R-Calif., in introducing the Mount Andrea Lawrence bill.
“Her passion and achievements were larger than life, which is why I cannot think of a more fitting tribute than to name this majestic peak in her honor,” Boxer said when President Barack Obama signed the bill into law.
And sometimes, competing names are proposed for the same feature.
Rep. Dina Titus, D-Nev., authored a bill last year to name a 4,000-foot peak east of Las Vegas after Maude Frazier, the state’s first female lieutenant governor.
“This is the same peak as is already proposed to be named Mount Reagan,” the minutes of the Board on Geographic Names’ November meeting note.
To avoid the conflict, Rep. Joe Heck, R-Nev., last month introduced an alternative bill to affix the Reagan name to a different peak.
Reclaiming the Lousiana Territory
Today, October 1, 2013, I John Gregory Presco, the fiancé of Virginia Hambley de Bourmont, claim what was the Lousiana Territory in the name of the House of Bourbon, wherein said Territory, will be established a Democratic Monarchy, as was established by the Ligitimists of France.
Three generations of de Bourmonts, personally accompanied the Duchess Du Berry in her families efforts to claim the throne of France in the name of the Bourbons.
Today, the President of the United States claimed our Democracy was shut down by Republican Congressmen who were conducting a “ideological crusade”. I have identified this crusade as coming from the economic ideology being pushed upon this nation by Libertarianism and libertarian Republicans who site the economic philosophy of Jean Baptiste SAY, who is the brother of another economist philosopher, Louis (Augustin) SAY, who is Virginia’s great great, great, grandfather.
This is to SAY, if Libertarians believe they own the right to shut down the Government of the United States of America in the name Jean-Baptise Say, and are the true owners and rulers of this Democracy, then, it stands to reason this is a Family ‘‘ideological crusade’’, owned by the linear descendants of the Say family.
It is my intent to apply the de Bourmont Family Ideology to the formation of the Democratic Bourban Monarchy, and make a claim to the Louisiana Territory, declaring this sale null and void because it went against the very philosophy of the Say Economists who promoted ‘Small Government’ and no Government Involvement in Economic Matters. This so happens to be what the opponents of the Louisiana Purchase believed in, as it drastically affected the adventure capitalist pioneers who had a right to exploit the land and resources as they saw fit. This right has been held by royal families in Europe and America.
With the coming union of Virginia Hambley, and John Presco, we also have the purchase of the Oregon Territory as promoted by my kindred, Senator Thomas Benton who son-in-law. John Fremont co-founded the Republican Party and was its first Presidential nominee.
Whether there will be a hereditary monarchy established in the New Bourbon Monarchy in America, remains to be determined – by fate? If this is what was meant to be, then I hereby recognize Virginian Hambley’s siblings, Caroline, Heloise, and Mark Hambley – and their children – as Heirs to the Democratic Throne of New France in America.
It is my desire to see a marriage between the rulers and subjects of New France, with the Arts and the New Enlightened Business Man, who will take the very best from the Say Brothers in order to keep this Economy going forward, and give a base for all Americans to reunite.
Above is a photograph of me holding on to the root of the grape vines Clarke Hambley planted in frot of his daughters’ house seventeen years ago. He built the trellis. I believe he felt guilty for denying his children their French Heritage by marrying Elizabeth de Bourmont. He had seen the Bourmont castle surrounded by vineyards.
Because Clarke was born in a Democracy, and his wife was born in France, here is the Root of the Bourbon Democratic
Monarchy in America brought to this Democracy to take hold.
On this day, I hereby declare Virginia Hambley de Bourmont ‘Titular Queen of the Bourbon Democratic Monarchy in America’. May she rule with dignity and grace.
As a wedding present I will gift unto her the Oregon Territory that was established and protected by my kindred. For the reasons set forth by Jean-Baptise Say, this territory should not have been purchased by the Government of the United States, and is now under the protectorate Virginia Hambley de Bourmont ‘Queen of the House of Bourbon in America’.
As for Religious Permission, I am a Nazarite after the Prophet Samuel, known as ‘The King Maker’.
So be it!
Yours Truly
John Gregory Presco

“Benton was instrumental in the sole administration of the Oregon Territory. Since the Anglo-American Convention of 1818, Oregon had been jointly occupied by both the United States and the United Kingdom.”
Some historians argue that Jefferson was a hypocrite in the Louisiana Purchase, primarily pointing to the fact that Jefferson was a strict constructionist in his views on the Constitution, yet allegedly took a loose constructionist view of the Constitution regarding the Louisiana Purchase.

John C. Fremont bought a farm for his wife Jessie on the north edge of San Francisco, on a small rocky peninsula then known as Blackpoint, about 1860. At the time of purchase, they were living in Bear Valley in the Sierras. In Bear Valley Jessie Fremont developed physical problems due to the intense heat. She wrote that a buried egg would cook in just a few minutes. One account states that it was 106 degrees at sunset–not an uncommon temperature that year. So we can probably imagine her delight when John C. came back from a business trip to San Francisco in 1861, and told her they were moving to the city. Blackpoint was a self-sustaining farm, and Jessie’s favorite home. She had relatives living with her, as well as visits from other relatives in addition to local and national celebrities.

As a matter of fact, a influential San Franciscan, I.W. Raymond, visited the Fremonts in Bear Valley and traveled with them to see the place that wasn’t yet named Yosemite. He was a key person in the 1864 action of President Lincoln which made Yosemite a protected place.
Black Point is described in “Jesse Fremont: A woman who made history” as “a small headland jutting out into the channel entrance of the harbor, in fact directly opposite the Golden Gate, affording an unbroken view westward to the Pacific and eastward toward the mountains of Contra Costa.” Jessie said she “loved this sea home so much that I had joy even in the tolling of the fogbell”. It was here she planned and built her “sunset beach.”
The federal government took over Black Point soon after Jessie and John Fremont went back east to be involved in the civil war. John fought for compensation for the expropriated house and land until the day he died.
