It is clear to me Marilyn Reed is only interested in promoting Black Culture, being her husband is black and has played Jazz with Eric Richardson, and Greg Black. Seeing herself a Jazz Singer, best she sing in a choir, only, where her voice does not stand out. Public funding should not be used to promote musicians who can not get paying gigs.
