The judge on Monday approved an extensive protocol for DNA testing and other documentation for people claiming a familial relationship with Prince.
“A Carver County judge on Wednesday authorized the trust company that’s overseeing Prince’s estate to hire entertainment industry experts to help manage and preserve the deceased superstar’s musical legacy while the court sorts out who’s entitled to inherit his estate.”
Today, the mailman will pick up a sample of my saliva and take it to be tested at Ancestry.com. My sole heir is my grandson, Tyler Hunt, the son of Heather Hunt. I have till Friday to make my case I am Prince’s son. I’m not sure, but I believe the photo above is of Caryl Chessman turning over a years supply of Jailhouse Jism to Dr. Quickhandly, the inventor of a new DNA test to prove one’s innocence in rape cases.
A Judge is calling in experts to manage the musical legacy of Prince. Special Executor, Sydney Morris, anointed a non-expert and novice in the art world, Stacey Pierrot, the “Caretaker” of my famous sister’s estate – with disastrous results! My art expertise was disavowed because Morris was told I was trying to make money off my dead sister by claiming Christine Rosamond Benton, was murdered. I made no such claim. In my sixty page report I quoted my friend who was a Private Investigator;
“Now that we have proven they lied, you have to assume everything they told you is a lie, until proven factual. You have to consider all motives for lying, including murder!”
Prince’s son is in jail, or he would be a suspect in aiding and abetting the overdose of yet another mega-star. Prince left no will, because his alleged son is a real loser. I know how he felt. You own the largest diamond in the world, but, there is no one worthy to leave it to. Our ‘Love Children’ proved to be fools gold – real duds! However, I will exploit them in my book ‘Love Children of Overdosed Stars’.
My friend was trained by a famous Private Detective, and was close to him and his family. Bill (William) Linhart was going to leave Michael all his files wherein were many cases on ‘Still Missing Heirs’. Bill made a living finding them. Michael took me to his house in Richmond and showed me all Bill’s cats sleeping atop old filing cabinets. We came to take Bill to KTVU for an interview where we picked all the cat hairs off his old dark blue suit before he went before the cameras.
Bill was Caryl Chessman’s PI. Michael would go and visit another famous Jailbird, Bruce Perlowin, after he married Bruce’s ex-wife. After Michael’s good friend, Jim Morrison, died, Oliver Stone wanted his antidotes for his movie. Jim did not make the list of celebrities that ODed that comes with this article. How the mighty have fallen. This is why my blog exists. I promote The Dead and Forgotten – for free! This is going to change! You stars out there best pre-register your Love Child with me. Send me your DNA tests! Once your are dead, the old game of Switch-O-Roo gets underway.

We ordered an autopsy to see if Christine had been drugged, picked up, and thrown in the ocean, There was Prozac in her system. Other than that, she died clean and sober, which is not the case of a growing list of stars. Was Stacey Pierrot the manager of Christine’s sobriety? How about her taxes – she didn’t pay? Did Pierrot know my sister was not paying her taxes, know she was breaking the law? Did Morris ask?
“Eide wrote that he intends for Bremer Trust “to take all prudent steps” to generate money from Prince’s intellectual property, so that it can raise funds for administering the estate and for paying what’s expected to be a hefty tax bill that’ll come due in January. Therefore, the judge said, the company needs advice from industry experts to make the necessary business decisions promptly.”
My daughter is not my Heir because she expected to get all the attention – after she found me. She only wanted to be connected with the Rosamond Legacy. She was raised to be the Heir. She is not an artist or writer. She sings the National Anthem at dirt track races. Before I knew I had a ‘Love Child’, I had a dream about her. She was introduced to me in a dream. I called Michael and asked him if he would help find my child. He said he would. Two weeks later, I got a call from Patrice Hanson. I had also written to Morris, or the Probate Judge, and asked them to allow moneys to find my children three Seers told me I had sired – which was news to me! I need someone to go look in the probate files.
Above is a photograph of Chessman with his manuscript ‘The Kid Was a Killer’ that the warden tried to rip-off. I am going to petition the court and ask that I be hired as a ‘Creative Probate Expert’ and ‘Creative Author’ who knows how to crank out much information on ANY STAR! Mr. Morris told me about a book ‘Murder By Suicide’ that he suggested was like my report. He should have gone with me, anointed me ‘The Authorized Arthor’. I would have cranked out ten books by now. This Prince connection would be book No.11. My daughter and her cousins would be plump and pleased, they not caring what I wrote about them, as long as money rolled in – and they remained in the limelight!
“Ms. Hanson! Ms. Hanson! Are you going to discuss with Oprah how your father called you up and called you a self-centered, fat-assed, bitch?”
“Of course I am. Don’t be silly! We are also going to talk about his new book ‘I Rage’. Now excuse me. I don’t like to keep my limo driver waiting. He has a crush on me. Bruizer wants to take me to a Shake Your Fat Booty Contest. The Kardashians will be there! O.J. will be one of the Judges. We got a camera setup in his cell!”
Does Heather have a lawsuit because the Executor made no effort to find her? Everyone was dirty – but her! Now that I have proven there is no death-scene for Christine, I insist Drew, Shannon, and Heather, have a DNA test done, to prove they are related to me. We can not get Rosamond’s DNA, because she was cremated. Perhaps she was the True Foundling of the family, and not me?
Heather’s Faux Father, Randolph Delpiano, spent time in San Quinton (where Caryl was gassed to death) for impersonating Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead. Faux Art Expert, Stacey Pierrot, produced a Faux Kindergarten Teacher, who would be ninety, and, Dunkin the Frog, who represents a case of Art Fraud and Art Forgery. I got Killer Caryl ‘The Redlight Bandit’ in my rosy mix!
Carlin! Give me a jingle – bro! Do I got a beauty contest for you!

While on death row, Chessman wrote four books: Cell 2455, Death Row’ (1954), Trial by Ordeal (1955), The Face of Justice (1957) and The Kid Was A Killer (1960). He sold the rights to his autobiography, Cell 2455, Death Row to Columbia Pictures, which was made into a film of the same name, directed by Fred F. Sears in 1955, with William Campbell as Chessman. Chessman’s middle name, Whittier, was used as the surname of his alter ego protagonist in the film.
The manuscript of Chessman’s novel The Kid Was a Killer was seized by San Quentin warden Harley O. Teets in 1954 on the grounds that it was “prison labor”. It was eventually returned to Chessman in late 1957 and published in 1960.

A Carver County judge on Wednesday authorized the trust company that’s overseeing Prince’s estate to hire entertainment industry experts to help manage and preserve the deceased superstar’s musical legacy while the court sorts out who’s entitled to inherit his estate.
Carver County District Judge Kevin Eide turned down a request by Carlin Q. Williams, a Colorado prison inmate who claims to be Prince’s son, to go slow until the court determines who Prince’s legal heirs are. No will has surfaced since Prince died at his Chanhassen studio complex April 21 from an accidental overdose of the narcotic painkiller fentanyl.
Eide wrote that he intends for Bremer Trust “to take all prudent steps” to generate money from Prince’s intellectual property, so that it can raise funds for administering the estate and for paying what’s expected to be a hefty tax bill that’ll come due in January. Therefore, the judge said, the company needs advice from industry experts to make the necessary business decisions promptly.
During a telephone hearing Tuesday, Bremer Trust attorney Doug Peterson said Prince’s fortune could be worth up to $300 million.
Assuming no will is found, Williams could be the sole heir if DNA testing confirms he’s Prince’s son. Otherwise, since Prince’s parents are both dead, the first in line to inherit under Minnesota law would be Prince’s full sister, Tyka Nelson, and several half-siblings. Nine claimants have registered attorneys so far. Filings by other people hoping to get a piece of the estate continue to trickle in, and the court has not yet set a deadline for submitting them.
While Eide agreed with Williams that the court and Bremer Trust, which is acting as temporary special administrator, may have a much better idea in 60 days of who Prince’s heirs are, he said a final legal determination will likely take much longer, and there may be appeals. He added that even when the heir or heirs are determined, they probably won’t be able to immediately assume control over the estate, so the services of Bremer Trust or a similar company will still be needed.
The judge on Monday approved an extensive protocol for DNA testing and other documentation for people claiming a familial relationship with Prince.

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 20— Four years after an investigator found him living in a Detroit boarding house, an ailing drifter has won control of his share of a $1.2 million inheritance.
Reuben Metson, the 51-year-old heir to an oil fortune amassed by his great-uncle, Jafet Lindeberg, has been deemed capable of spending his money without seeking approval from court-appointed conservators. Judge John Ertola of Probate Court made the decision Thursday in favor of Mr. Metson, who is suffering from tuberculosis and kidney disease and is confined to a wheelchair, but has refused to stay in the hospital.
”Now Reuben has a choice – his life is in his own hands,” said William Linhart, a private detective who spent more than two years tracking down the missing heir.
Mr. Metson, who was born in San Francisco in 1931, has said he joined the Army to get away from his family and served three tours of duty in Korea before disappearing. His great-aunt’s death in 1965 made Mr. Metson and his older brother, Wilfred Graham Metson Jr., a retired Foreign Service officer, sole heirs to the Lindeberg trust, Mr. Linhart said. Search Began in 1975
The private detective, who was named temporary conservator of Reuben Metson’s personal affairs a month ago, learned of the unclaimed fortune through probate records and began searching for Mr. Metson in 1975.
”The bank that was handling his trust had hired several investigators to find Metson without success, and they said he had been gone 12 years,” Mr. Linhart recalled. ”They were all set to declare him dead when we showed up and said we thought he was alive.”
”He was very difficult to find because he’d never had a driver’s license, never owned a car, never been married,” the detective added.
He found Mr. Metson in Detroit in late 1978 after discovering a record of an arrest. Mr. Metson had reportedly kicked in a door in a labor dispute. When he was found, he was working for low wages as a quality control inspector at a small company. Brother’s Opposition Cited
”When I found him he was unable to pay his rent,” Mr. Linhart said. ”He had the choice of paying his rent and starving or not paying and surviving.”
The detective said he spent three weeks trying to convince Mr. Metson that he was heir to a fortune, and even more time trying to convince a judge.
”We had much opposition from the brother, Wilfred,” Mr. Linhart said. ”He saw Reuben in Detroit and admitted he was his brother, but he wouldn’t admit it to the bank. After a court battle, we finally convinced a judge Reuben was who we said he was.”
Wilfred Metson’s wife, Marian, said in an interview from Washington Friday that her husband had not seen Reuben for 15 years when he went to Detroit and was not positive it was his brother. ”My husband said, ‘His hair is a different color, he’s a different size.’ It was a big confusing situation.” Identified by a Birthmark
Then Wilfred Metson remembered that his brother had a birthmark. ”So they went into the judge’s chamber, took off Reuben’s shirt and there was the birthmark,” Mrs. Metson said.
Mr. Linhart said that while the probate case was proceeding, both brothers each received about $150,000 a year from the $1.2 million trust. Under the arrangement approved Thursday, they will continue to receive the annual payment. When their stepmother, Myrtle Metson, dies or if she remarries, the brothers will split the $1.2 million, Mr. Linhart said.
Reuben Metson’s good fortune has earned him a reputation for impulsive generosity. He once left a $5,000 tip for a bartender.
