I just found this remark on FB messages from Krysta Albert. I will now be talking to my attorney. She says she-out mans me. This is discrimination and slander.

Above are two paintings by Norman Rockwell. One has been installed in the Whitehouse, and the other was fought over by Steven Speilberg and Jack Solomon who handled the artwork of my late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton. Below is a list of my blogs I posted on the FOE facebook, that prompted Krysta Albert to title me insane and grandiose. What her and her ilk can not grasp, is that they are little fish in a small pond. They can not conceive there exist a big pond with big fish – with real big problems! To try to destroy someone over a small town festival, is – coo-coo! To threaten a person that helps the homeless with bodily harm because he discovered the hidden agenda of advocates for the poor – is cracked! Albert has employed Valkyrie against me. Perhaps it pay-back time? Maybe she can employ homeless thugs to police the festival, be like the Hell’s Angels at Altamont. Or, the homeless can clean out the Porta-potties, be sure they are fresh and clean for normal citizens who live in Eugene?

He and his ilk tried to claim this city square and monument as their permanent twenty-four hour campground. None of them were homeless. Here is Happy Fairy chalking out her claim to a big hunk of downtown Eugene – in a dog costume. She is lecturing the mayor and city council on human feces. I was accused by members of FOE of wasting their time. We the Sane – pay for our local government.

12 Cited for Criminal Trespass After Refusing to Leave City Manager’s Office After Hours
This afternoon, a group of people staged a sit-in at the City Manager’s Office and refused to leave. At 5 p.m., they were advised the office was closed and they indicated their intention to stay. At 5:45 p.m., the group was informed that they would be subject to Criminal Trespass charges if they didn’t leave. Twelve people were cited in lieu of custody and released.
The group was demanding to meet with the city manager regarding homeless issues recently discussed or ruled on by council, outside a council setting. The city manager’s delegate on this issue, Deputy Chief Joe Zaludek, came to the office to meet with them but they did not accept that offer.
Last week, on March 26, the City of Eugene re-posted notices that property is not open to the public and that the clearing and clean-up of the area would begin after April 1. The City Council has directed that the site be closed no later than April 15.
The City’s goal has been for people to leave the site voluntarily and to get connected with the services they need to find safe and legal shelter. The City is coordinating with a number of local social service agencies to help people transition from the camp.
The City Council and City staff have been working to help develop options. There are now two rest stops open – at Garfield and Roosevelt, and Northwest Expressway and Chambers – that are being managed by Community Supported Shelters. The City is continuing to work with community partners to open a third site and hopes to have a signed agreement with a volunteer site manager in the next few days.

After posting on the Zorthians, the next day I got into a war of words with real racist neo-Confederates whose propaganda did a pretty good job on Lincoln, and almost convinced other posters – Lincoln VICTIMIZED the South and black slaves. Then, I stepped in with all historic truths, blazing. I brought in my Abolitionists kin, John and Jessie Benton, and then the related Preston family – who are the South. This argument was over the Confederate flag in South Carolina where my Rosamond kin owned plantations. If it was a matter of Historic Family Pride – then my kin own that flag!

This was authored by Anand Holthem-Keathley, who egged her son and his anarchists friends, on. Anand is on Khrysta’s board. Her suggestions are taken seriously. This mother knew they were going to commit a crime and get arrested for trespassing. This does not jive with what Krysta Albert told me.
“No one will listen to you. You will have no book. No IRS agent will take you seriously,. You are literally an UN-medicated individual with ideas of grandeur. You have no power, and are no threat to me or the Festival. We are law-abiding citizens and anything you do with further cast disparaging ideas about you and your character”.
What puzzles me, there is only one tiny photo of the Holtham-Keathley family, who go out of their way to stick their BIG NOSE in other people’s business, trespass on their property, and harass people who do not get out of their way. I already talked to the FBI about this extended family CAUSE, that has an enemies list. Why this FAMILY thinks they are never the source of trouble, when they pride themselves in looking for trouble – for the good of all – is insane!
Dylann Roof was a normal kid with problems until he got on the internet and learned he was a BIG VICTIM, and was frustrated with other haters for not taking action against THEIR ABUSERS!

In 1860, Lane was nominated for Vice President of the pro-slavery Southern wing of the Democratic Party, as John C. Breckinridge‘s running mate. Lane’s pro-slavery views and sympathy for the Confederate States of America in the Civil War effectively ended his political career in Oregon.
A son was later elected U.S. Representative and a grandson U.S. Senator, making Lane the patriarch of one of the state’s most prominent political families.
“Thinking on the Dylann Roof shootings, I am lead to ask, what does one do when a group of people, or even a whole culture, has pathological delusions? What does one do when a whole culture is mentally ill? I am aware that there is understandable concern that when people of color kill many people it is called terrorism in this culture but when a white person kills many people the media calls them mentally ill. I do not think these two designations are mutually exclusive. The p…roblem appears to be more one of media bias. But even that does not get to the root of it. If a group or culture demonizes another group (a pathological delusion) it makes it much easier for a person who is also prone to violence against themself or others, to act that out.
It concerns me greatly that cultural mental illness is not being discussed anywhere that I have seen. I would appreciate your opinion.

President Barack Obama has taken a decidedly low-key approach to racial issues since he became America’s first black president two years ago. But in a hallway outside the Oval Office, he has placed a head-turning painting depicting one of the ugliest racial episodes in U.S. history.
Norman Rockwell’s “The Problem We All Live With,” installed in the White House last month, shows U.S. marshals escorting Ruby Bridges, a 6-year-old African-American girl, into a New Orleans elementary school in 1960 as court-ordered integration met with an angry and defiant response from the white community.
Despite the historic nature of his election, Obama has rarely dwelt on racial issues. His speech Sunday dedicating a memorial to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. near the National Mall will be an exception to the pattern, a rare public embrace of the civil rights movement.
His choice of the Rockwell painting was a more private statement. Obama has never mentioned it in a speech or public event. And while White House aides confirmed that Obama approved bringing it to the West Wing, they declined to discuss how the decision was made or why.
But in an interview with POLITICO, Bridges, now 56 and still living in New Orleans, said she began reaching out to the president last year — through Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.), Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.) and Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick — to move the painting to the White House because she believed the image would resonate with Obama.
“It did have a lot to do with this particular president,” Bridges said. “He is a president of mixed race. So I believe he is about the same things that I am. You cannot look at a person and judge him or her by the color of their skin. … I did feel if anyone would hang the painting, it would be him.”
Last month, Bridges stopped by the White House to see the painting in its new — though temporary — home.

Jack Solomon and Steven Speilberg were in a legal battle over a Norman Rockwell painting titled ‘Russian Schoolroom’ that was stolen by someone mixed up in the assassination of Martin Luther King.
I believe it was around 1980 that my late sister, Christine Rosamond Benton, began doing lithographs and showing them at the Circle Gallery that was located on Maiden Lane in San Francisco, and was owned by Jack Solomon. One of Rosamond’s biographers says she was thinking of going back with Circle Gallery just before she died in 1994. This appears to be the case, she having shows in Denver, New York, and other major cities. Stacy Pierrot says she came back to Carmel from one of these shows the day Christine drowned. At her funeral, Stacey approached my mother and I in the courtyard in front of the gallery, and told us Rosamond’s career was being revitalized by these shows. She then got down on one knee, took Rosemary’s hand, and made this plea;
“Don’t let the dream die!”
There now ensued a nightmarish fight over Rosamond’s creative legacy, and, the reopening of the Rosamond Gallery. I wondered what became of the deal with Circle Galleries. Why pay $5,000 dollars a month to rent this gallery (at the expense of my nieces) when Jack Solomon has gathered together his old stable of artists, and was back in business? In looking at the list of these artists, there is no mention of Rosamond. I wonder why?
Today I discovered Jack is dead. I had tried to contact him back in 1997, but he never returned my call. My aunt Lillian told me Jack and his wife had become her close friends. When I asked her to put me in touch with Jack, she changed the subject.
What I came to suspect was Christine committed suicide. Did Pierrot return to Carmel bringing bad news, such as, Jack let her boss go? Christine hated doing shows. Jack would want her at these shows. Did he conclude Pierrot was not a worthy replacement, and thus, my sister violated her contract? A week after her daughter drowned, Rosemary made one remark about this alleged accident;
“Like Virginia Wolfe, she walked into the water.”
The famed author put stones in her pocket and drowned herself. If Christine did the same, then Jack would not want this revealed because people would ask why? Fellow artists might rebel and leave enmass because Christine’s success is a litany of exploitation. Jack was running a high class art factory, and many famous artists knew it. They went along with this, breeding of sure winners, because they needed the money.
