Several ideas and images came immediately to mind, and were wondrous, but, this flag must be neutral, open to several interpretations, such as
Taking God/Allah’s High Ground to Victory
Taking the Moral High Ground to Victory
I did two versions. A third may have a dark-blue strip around the edges with as many stars as members.
