The Rosamond Tax Evasion

Prescos 1947 Mark, Greg & Christine portraitMy sober brother in AA told me that People’s Magazine decided not to do a piece on Christine Rosamond after one of Rosamond’s Mishandlers sent them a short bio. I was shocked to learn the lie about Rosamond hiding in a closet drawing with a flashlight, was submitted – and of course REJECTED – because editors have gone for college and majored in English and Literature. They know bullshit when the were reading it. When I showed my friend, Ed Corbin, the first typed letter I got from my daughter with her signature at the bottom of it, Ed told me Heather Hanson did not write this letter.

“How do you know?” I asked my friend who majored in English at Harvard and was an editor at Double Day.
“There is evidence of a second-party.” Ed professional said.

My sober brother then went on to say that the editors at People’s Magazine wanted more sensational stuff, and this is why they rejected the Abused Gifted Child in Closet – bullshit! I had to shake my head in wonderment at how anyone can believe this shit. I kept my mouth shut, lest he feel I am challenging him in some manner, and stop talking to me.

He then went on to talk about what a villain Vic was to “the girls” in regards to incest and rape. Gee, why wasn’t this sensational shit submitted to People Magazine IF that was what they wanted?
The answer is – all they wanted was THE TRUTH! This is all I ever wanted. This is why I got sober, so I could own the truth, and live in The Truth. I wondered, how Christine’s sobriety survive her lie?

This sober brother told me he thought Christine had eighteen months of sobriety. He told me my sister was aware of my sobriety. This is key do to the Twelve Steps, especially Step 8.

“8.Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.”

If Christine had just a year of sobriety, then she and her sponsor were working on this very difficult step. Christine’s sponsor knew of the Child in Closet lie. By what Christine’s sponsor’s husband told me, my late sister was not being honest. These people are involved in the arts. They were/are in Christine’s home AA group that I was invited to the day of the funeral by three women who came up to me in the gallery. Were they concerned about my sobriety? Were they afraid I might relapse due to this awful family tragedy? Lies are deadly!

Here are some lies and deceptions coming from the legal team of Heisinger, Buck, and Morris, a very prestigious law firm as you will learn.

“was swept off a beach” I informed Sydney Morris Christine was on dangerous rocks. There was no beach.
“There had been many years of discord in the family, which had only been intensified by this tragic death.” This legal deception is being thrust in my families legal history to justify the sale of the Rosamond Family Creative Legacy to Stacey Pierrot, who no sooner owns this history allows her ghost writer to demonize and slander members of my family in the Looting Tale -for starter!

Morris said he sold our legacy to Pierrot so she could regenerate a waning interest in Rosamond’s images, and thus give more funds from gallery sales to the two Heirs – one who fought Garth, Pierrot, and Morris in court wasting thousands of dollars of the Estate! How could this not intensify the family discord, and prevent any family healing – till kingdom come! To force Christine’s daughters, one who is a child, to accept these lies so they can receive money – is an outrage!

There was a divorce! There was a child custody battle. Christine owed members of her family money. She borrowed money from her friends. She filed Bankruptcy! That’s when the shit hit the fan, because, this meant all those who had supported her were not going to get their money back!

“Respondent learned that she had been living off loans from friends and business acqauintences for year.”

These friends (and family) acted as advisors to Christine. Some were business – partners? The question I put to Morris, and Judge Richard Silver, was why these BAD BUSINESS PEOPLE are being resurrected after Rosamond’s death, and given a SECOND CHANCE to bankrupt and destroy the estate? Not one of them are culpable! Not one of them can tell the truth! I was correct in my prediction, the outcome would be the same – and even worse!

“Decedent had not filed taxes in many years.”

No sooner did I arrive in Carmel, then my sister, Vicki Presco, is saying this in Christine’s living room; “You don’t know how much trouble Garth is in.” Is Viki suggesting Garth is in dire trouble with the IRS, as was Christine? My dead sister is not going to jail, but, it appears Garth is facing time in prison for Tax Fraud and Tax Evasion. This is alarming because his daughter, our niece, is nine years old. She just lost her mother, and if Garth goes to jail, who is going to take care of her? Well, how about Vicki, and Mark? Mark is a millionaire, and Vicki has been taking care of Drew Benton for two years. Drew lives in her aunts home, and is too mentally disabled to find work.

The question here is, how many people who surrounded Christine, and who acted as her business advisor, knew about the Tax Evasion, and wondered if they would be held responsible?

“It took several years to resolve the Federal and State Tax issues,”

It appears this was the main concern of the court appointed special executor, Sydney Morris. He could care less about the art and the family discord – only that it provided him with a perfect smokescreen, a distraction sent from above, so he could keep people out of Federal Prison. Morris waved a fee, but, I wonder who he was doing a big favor for.

These are the original twelve steps as published by Alcoholics Anonymous:[10]
1.We admitted we were powerless over alcohol—that our lives had become unmanageable.
2.Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity.
3.Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of God as we understood Him.
4.Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves.
5.Admitted to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
6.Were entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character.
7.Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings.
8.Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all.
9.Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.
10.Continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.
11.Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out.
12.Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to alcoholics, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.
