When Michael arose Saturday morning I told him about the ray of sunlight that came into our campground before any other camp. I had told Thane the evening before that the Axe Hrothmund will be empowered by the rays of the rising sun. I went to the Dundan camp and brought it back to the Grandfather’s camp so we could bless Dragon Slayer, empower it with our knowledge. What started as a child’s game, was now taking on more meaning.

We had become concerned with how the older children sat in a circle using their cell-phones, while their children like robots hacked away at a dead tree stump – not being empowered! They had not grown up with the moral dilemma’s we had, that came from our Judeo-Christian upbringing. Though we had received hard lessons, we ruled we were grateful for them because they bid us to look deeper into our soul and ask;

“Who am I?”

We decided the grandchildren needed to hear meaningful words from the mouths of the elders…..and ‘The Comforter’. Michael went and got his Bible and read Pslams 35 as smoke from our fire was caught in a ray of sunlight, and, behold……..The Holy Ghost that Jesus said will guide his Disciples after he is gone. I believe the Councilor is our God-given divine intutition that will lead you to THE WORD!

If you put an S on WORD you get WORDS. Reverse this words and you get SWORD. Psalms are like songs – TONES….STONE….WORDS….SWORD. A swinging sword guards the entrance to paradise where man and woman will one day return.

Elisha and the Floating Ax Head

6 The disciples of the prophets said to Elisha, “The place where we’re staying is too small for us. 2 Let’s go to the Jordan River. Each of us can get some logs and make a place for us to live there.”

Elisha said, “Go ahead.”

3 Then one of the disciples asked, “Won’t you please come with us?”

Elisha answered, “I’ll go.”

4 So he went with them. They came to the Jordan River and began to cut down trees. 5 As one of them was cutting down a tree, the ax head fell into the water. He cried out, “Oh no, master! It was borrowed!”

6 The man of God asked, “Where did it fall?” When he showed Elisha the place, Elisha cut off a piece of wood. He threw it into the water at that place and made the ax head float. 7 Elisha said, “Pick it up.” The disciple reached for it and picked it up.

A Prayer for Rescue from Enemies

A Psalm of David.

1 Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me:

fight against them that fight against me.

2 Take hold of shield and buckler,

and stand up for mine help.

3 Draw out also the spear,

and stop the way against them that persecute me:
say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.

4 Let them be confounded and put to shame

that seek after my soul:
let them be turned back and brought to confusion
that devise my hurt.

5 Let them be as chaff before the wind:

and let the angel of the LORD chase them.

6 Let their way be dark and slippery:

and let the angel of the LORD persecute them.

7 For without cause have they hid for me their net in a pit,

which without cause they have digged for my soul.

8 Let destruction come upon him at unawares;

and let his net that he hath hid catch himself:

Rescue my soul from their destructions,
my darling from the lions.

20 For they speak not peace:

but they devise deceitful matters against them that are quiet in the land.

and said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it.

22 This thou hast seen, O LORD: keep not silence:

O Lord, be not far from me.

23 Stir up thyself, and awake to my judgment,

even unto my cause, my God and my Lord.

24 Judge me, O LORD my God, according to thy righteousness;

and let them not rejoice over me.

25 Let them not say in their hearts,

Ah, so would we have it:
let them not say, We have swallowed him up.

26 Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together

that rejoice at mine hurt:
let them be clothed with shame and dishonor
that magnify themselves against me.

27 Let them shout for joy, and be glad,

that favor my righteous cause:
yea, let them say continually,
Let the LORD be magnified,
which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant.
