“In the seasonal moment, an artist known worldwide as Rosamond is considering a guest-house invitation. Patrons had frequently made such offers, and they had always been graciously, yet uniformly refused. But, on a brisk March day in 1994, Christine Rosamond uncharacteristically accepts one such offer. She is feeling more buoyant and happy then she has in years. As chilling winter fogs disperse, it seems a grand time for an outing..”
My niece, Shannon Rosamond, told me it was Sande Green who invited Christine to stay at the house at Rocky Point. Sande’s un-named husband would fly his private jet to Monterey on occasions. Did they rent the house at Rocky Point when they were in town, or, were they frequent guests of the owner?
In Snyder’s biography, Sande says Christine was intimidated by her husband’s wealth. Sande also tells how she got Christine drunk and up in the air paragliding over the Gulf. She says she was trying to overcome Christine’s fear of the water.
While my mother and I stood together outside the Rosamond Gallery in Carmel, a well-dressed man approached, paid his respects to Rosemary, and, gave me a dirty look without shaking my hand.
“Did you see the look he just gave you?” my mother asks.
“How could I miss it.” I replied.
“He’s a very wealthy and powerful man.” Rosemary told me.
I would wonder if he owned Rocky Point, and had power over my family, and saw me as a threat. Was this Sande Green’s husband? After seeing a photo of Alan C. Fox, this guy was not Fox.
When I and my friend arrived for the funeral, Michael pointed out an extremely beautiful blonde getting out of a limousine. Snyder met Sande and went gaga. Below are e-mails wherein I demand Shamus tell me the name of the owner of that house. He refused! Did Sande try to get Garth and Christine to mend their union?
Did you notice Snyder used the word “brisk”. This means it was cold. Why isn’t Christine wearing her down jacket the one she went fishing in? Surely having lived on the coast for years, she knew it would be “brisk” in March. The Ides of March had come and gone, but, it was still the season of prophecy.
What I mean by this, is, Vicki and Snyder are saying Christine did not die due to a plain ol accident (and thus no one is to blame) but died because this is how the Art God (or Goddess) makes artists – immortal. My sister is dead via an act of the Art Goddess. Who would dare demean this divine idea by wanting mere facts? Was this why that rich dude gave me a hard look? Was that – The Art God? If so, then Rosamond is to blame because she wanted to be famous – an immortal in the Art World. You got to pay the Piper!
When people with tons of money get in trouble, the first thing they do is call their Attorney. Why?
When poor people with no mney get in trouble, they might try consulting their Tarot Card Reader. Snyder interviewed Khara Bromily, whose husband conducted the services at Paul’s mortuary. The Death card came up for Christine! What else do you got to know! Case closed!
“Was there any indication to Khara in her vision, or the cards themselves, of death or impending doom? Did Christine have any concerns in that regard?
“My work is about health and foregiviness and self-worth. A death pronouncement can work against all that. But, if you are asking is a Death card came up, then the answer is yes?’”
Reminds me of Dragnet, or, an Art Movie.
As for Christine not having anything to record about herself, Sandra Faulkner was helping Christine with her 250 page autobiogrpahy that disapeared. Sandra quit the project? Vicki Presco showed me this biogrpahy she took from the estate a week after Christne was dead. Carrie Fisher (my kindred) wrote a screenplay.
“On occasion, Christine speaks for herself – these passages are included and italicized – from scattered pages of autobiographical notes, a few brief interviews, unfinished letters, and personal meanderings. These passages are all more striking for being so sparce. For Chrsitne was not a journal keeper so much as one who reached for clarity of mind by writing. The bulk of her comments, however, consists of scattered thoughts and the ideation of a woman
who was not well at the time she wrote them down.”
Snyder has a seance up in Khara’s room where they hear waves break in the distance. It must have been………The Season of the Witch? Khara is not sick, but owns well ideas. Snyder lies about Christine never accepting an invite from a patron. Sande flew Christine down to the Gulf. She spent the night at the Getty mansion. This lie is made to show how Christine broke one cardinal rule after another – thus she deserved what she got! It was in the cards! What an alibi! Now, if she plunged to her death while paragliding that day, then, other witches might have had to be summoned, and more folks with money, hidden from view.
Snyder says my sister was “feeling buoyant”. Was there some kind ot test being conducted out at Rocky Point? Was Christine – a witch?
Some professional has got to talk to Sandra Faulkner!

“We were almost there when an ambulance passed us, going the other way. We both realized it was carrying Christine. My mind flashed back
over the last few months and years, and all the anguish for Nina and Drew and me, even for Christine. I was crying, and I turned to Nina — this is what I am ashamed of — and I said, ‘we’re free. And Drew issaved.”
On page 152 of ‘When You Close Your Eyes’ by Tom Snyder, he records his interview with Sande Green.”Christine and I met while I was still
with my husband.” Sande says, “who had a mural painted by Garth Benton, together with someRosamond originals. But one of our favorite
places to go – my husband had a private jet that could take us anywhere in the world – was the Monterey Peninsula. We’d fly in whenever we wanted, a limousine would pick us up, and we’d hang out for a few days.
On a trip to Pebble Beach in 1991, my husband mentioned some friends with a new gallery in Carmel, and it would be nice to visit with them. When the four of us met in the lobby, I was struck by two things about Christine: she smiled easily, and she was very quiet. That didn’t suprise because my husband’s wealth could be very intimidating.”
Can you please explain what brisk weather exactly means in detail and how and when to use it in a sentence? Jul 24 2009 20:28:03REPLYMr Wordy:It means cool (or cold), and often windy too. It suggests that the weather is invigorating — encouraging exercise, for example.
You can find example sentences on Google. A couple of randomly selected examples:
“High altitude, steep grades and brisk weather make the hike very strenuous.”
“We took on more emigrants at Lisbon and sailed at 4 pm in fine, cool, brisk weather.”
Another Tragic Parasailing Accident in South Florida
Parasailing accidents are becoming all too familiar in South Florida.
Recently, a tourist was killed in a tragic parasailing accident during her vacation.
Kathleen and Stephen Miskell decided to try parasailing during their vacation. Flying about 150 feet above the Atlantic Ocean in a tandem harness with her husband, Kathleen, 28, somehow broke free of her safety restraint and plummeted into the sea.
An investigation is ongoing and focusing on the equipment. It appears as though the harness malfunctioned as there were no immediate signs that it had broken.
Buoyancy, first and foremost, is a force. Just as gravity, drag, and acceleration are all forces that move you in one way or another, buoyancy too moves a body in a direction-which happens to be up.
This upward force occurs only when a few criteria are met. First, you need to be in a fluid. This can be a liquid or a gas, some medium with moving electrons, but not a solid, as the electrons are held in place.
The other requirement is that fluid has to have a measurable density. This is a fairly useless point as the only fluid with little to no density is the vacuum of space; but it is a requirement.
After my newfound sixteen year old daughter disappeared, I began to suspect she was in contact with Vicki and her son Shamus whom she had never met. I was not married to Heather’s mother, who lived with fro two months before she went back to her husband.
I began to see a therapist as I beside myself as what to do In an e-mail exchange with Shamus, I demand he and Vicki tell me who lived in that house at Rocky Point. Again, this information is withheld from me. I feared for the wellbeing of my daughter,
“”You said in a e-mail you made the 911 call, but the 911 operator told me a woman made the call, she listening to it when she told me this! I asked her to send a copy of it to the coroner. I sent off my report to the coroner – who changed his report, because he was
told you four were hikers on Highway 1. That is the address on the autopsy report – Highway One! Outrageous! Christine was a guest in a million dollar home, and you and Vicki still refuse to tell me who invited MY sister there. You go get that information from Vicki – Now! Now – you little lying creep! I want that persons testimony.
I want to know why they/she/it invited Christine out to stay in that/their home – by herself, without their presence.” What is incredible, is there is no account of a world famous artists last 24 hours on earth. Alas we hear she played Acquire. What did she talk about? What was her hopes and fears?”

Mom called me last night after getting an email from Heather. Heather was very upset about the things you said to her. Mom was ticked off at me, accusing me of stirring things up by having Heather contact you, so she wanted me to write Heather to advise her
what to do about it. Mom also said she would call Heather in a day or two to add her 2 cents. I’ve already advised Heather in an email last night. I suggested she may want to wait until after the baby is born to contact you, considering she doesn’t need the extra
stress while she’s present. At that time, I hadn’t read all your rubbish yet about you thinking I was posing as her. I will write her another email suggesting she call you only if you write her an apology. (by the way, write an apology as you would to her, not one you think is going to me as a fraud) long story short, yes mom does have her phone number, yes I could get it from her. No I won’t give it to you without Heathers
consent. You have her REAL email address convince her of your intent and maybe
not all is lost.

Shamus, do you or Vicki – or any member of my family – have Heather’s phone number? Lillian told me she heard from Vicki that Heather was going to have a child. How did Vicki find that out, by phone, or e-mail? Heather was going to name the baby Lillian-Rose, thus she hoped it was a girl? She tells me she I am going to have a “grandson” thus she had a test – hence!
Shamus says he only had two contacts with Heather, but, takes charge of her and her unborn baby, he taking delight in our falling out. He then sets up a reconciliation between us. How interesting. Do you recall exactly when you talked to Heather? Do you think she was sincere about learning more about you, or, she wanted to learn more about me?
Jon
Maybe you should elaborate more on Heather. I’ve only had 2 phone conversations with her, and they were both about us learning about each other as family members. The only thing I mentioned about you, when she brought you up, was that she should be careful not to feel to hurt IF you said some mean things out of the blue.(perhaps you can understand why I might say that.) I never said anything to discourage her from
associating with you. I have no idea the current status of your relationship. I haven’t talked to her in quite sometime. What did you mean by “outsider” going after her? Maybe you should tell me what happened….
“It was Christine’s weekend to have Drew, Garth says. “And we drove over on Friday, I think it was. Drew got in the car, I said goodbye, and off they went. Next day, the phone rang sometime before noon. It was Drew. ‘Dad, Dad’ she said, ‘you’ve got to come and get me. Mommy went into the ocean and they’re fishing her out now. And Daddy…she looks very ill and she’s cold’. I told Drew to get Vicki, who was by then nearly hysterical, and we’d be there. “I called a beauty shop where Nina was having her hair done, and said, ‘Christine has drowned. She’s dead’. No one had told me that, I just knew.”
i
A few minutes later, on the way down toward Rocky Point, I had a reaction in the car with Nina that I feel so terrible about, and I’ll tell you. We were almost there, when an ambulance passed us, going the other way. We both realized it was carrying Christine. My mind flashed back over the last last few months and years, and all the anguish for Nina and Drew and me, even for Christine. I was crying, and I turned to Nian – this is what I am ashamed of – and I said, ‘We’re free. And drew is saved.”
“While there had been big waves visible farther along the coast, the
ocean’s surface here is calm. Though the tide may be turning, it
seems low. Along this precipitous coastline, the Pacific is
exclusive in its moods. That was foremost in Donald Layne’s warning.
When near the water’s edge, visitors must follow a fundamental rule:
Never turn your back to the sea. Yet on this fine spring day, that
is precisely what Christine does. She sits on the rock with her back
to the sea, and jams her hands in the leather jacket’s pocket.”
Here is Tom’s mention of the second rogue wave.
“The water exhausts itself against the slope, and is now rushing
back at the same freight-train speed. Christine is caught in the
undertow of the first wave, as a SECOND wave crashes over her. Tons
of water moving in opposite directions WHIPSAW Christine before she
is sluiced down a twelve foot drop into the waiting sea. “I had
expected Drew to climb out.”
Vicki remembers, “but I was in shock seeing Christine
DISAPEAR, and hadn’t noticed Drew was still in the water until I
heard a voice say: Get Drew. Then I rushed to the water to help her.
We were terrified another wave would come at any minute.”
“Of course adventures rarely go as planned. The properties main
gate is unexpectadly locked, so Christine goes in search of help.
She finds it in the neighbor, a attorney Donald Layne. Of imposing
size and intelligence, Layne is also blessed with a generous nature.
None of this is lost on 46-year-old Christine. At just over five-
foot-
five, she is a perennial fashion plate model and man-pleaser. Even
for this casual outing, she is wearing tailored tan slacks and a
white tunic-style blouse topped by a short jacket in soft, muted-
brown leather – distinctively sytyled with two snaps at the waist.
The sleeves were turned up, revealing the satin lining and a hint of
a forearm. A remote transmitter is finally located for the security
gate. Christine tells Layne that she and others are excited about
exploring a small cove to search for any treasures left by the sea.
Layne knows the shoreline well. That evening, he sounds a WARNING
note. “IF you go down to the ocean,” he tells Christine, “have a
care”. In the morning, under a windless sky……”
Dear Patrice and Heather;
I will be going up to Blue River today with Jennifer’s
father. We will stop by his other kin who are living
in the beautiful cabin Heather fell in love with, and
see if he will be moving out. I talked with my manager
at HUD and he was very supportive of me living with my
newfound daughter. This can happen in the next month!
I am asking you, and those who you are asking me not
to condemn, to help make this happen. I would like you
to show a copy of this letter to them and have them
respond to me directly so we can put our differences
behind us so Heather and I can continue our Miracle!
Heather and I deserve a unhindered opportunity to
really get to strengthen our bond without all the
outside interferance to distract us. Due to the
stressful and confusing conditions we found ourselves
surrounded by, this Miracle, this Father and Daughter
deserve a second chance. I can not think of a better
atmosphere then a log cabin on the McKenzie River,
with real bathrooms a shower and tub. Heather and I
will be surounded by our kin, and friends of my kin,
and thus we will be safe.
Once Heather and I have made this move to Blue River,
you will have a safe base to make your move. Michael
Dundon and I will put the word out you are on your
way. I am sure everyone I know there will be
supportive and help you find a place to live and
employment until you get your teaching job. I think
Heather owes US the opportunity to live together so we
can create a healthy bond for life, with the man who
is her real father. I will send a copy of this email
to Matt and Katie our illustrious members of the ‘Rose
of the World Foundation’. I will forward any leads or
information pertinent to their prosepctive move to
Oregon so OUR families can be United – at last!
Love and Trust
John
